Abstract

Adanya internet generasi muda sekarang sering kali terpengaruh oleh tren yang sedang populer. Namun, banyak dari mereka cenderung menggemari budaya Barat tanpa mempertimbangkan efek positif dan negatifnya. Akibatnya, nilai-nilai etika dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat dan bernegara menjadi tergeser, dan kesadaran akan pentingnya nilai-nilai yang sejalan dengan Pancasila menurun. Untuk mempersiapkan generasi penerus bangsa yang lebih baik, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengeksplorasi implementasi pendidikan karakter Pancasila di lingkungan sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui tinjauan kepustakaan dengan analisis kritis dan komprehensif terhadap bahan pustaka yang relevan untuk menghasilkan deskripsi yang mendukung kesimpulan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi pendidikan karakter di sekolah melibatkan penerapan nilai-nilai Pancasila melalui contoh keteladanan dan pembiasaan dalam aktivitas sehari-hari siswa.

Abstract

The research aimed to identify and obtain an overview of the maintenance andinventory of educational facilities. This research was conducted in in SMP Negeri 255 onMay 2015 through June 2016. The research used a qualitative approach with descriptivemethods. Data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation. Sourcedata from this study came from key informants that the vice principal fields ofinfrastructure, while supporting informant I is treasurer of goods and informants II is theprincipal. Results from the study showed that (1) Mechanical maintenance of educationalfacilities that do SMP Negeri 255 Jakarta include awareness, understanding, organizing,implementation and data collection. Problems that occur in the technical maintenance ofeducational facilities is the lack of a clear division of labor, funding needs due to latedisbursement of BOS and BOP, and difficulty to obtain experts. (2) Procedures inventoryof educational facilities was conducted on the recording, coding and inventoryevaluation. Problems that occur in the inventory procedure for school infrastructure isoften the goods delivered are not in accordance with the required specifications of theschool, so that has caused delays in the process of recording goods.

Abstract

This research aims to develop electronic document management system in department of Management of Education, Faculty of Education, State University of Jakarta. Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) is a digital document management system that aims to organize and manage digital documents. The method used is the research and development by research steps, namely: 1) a preliminary study 2) planning 3) product development 4) trials early stage 5) revision 6) test the final stage 7) revision stage end 8) operational trials 9) final revision 10) implementation. Housed in the department of Management of Education, research is conducted since the date of October 1, 2015 until January 18, 2016. The results of this study indicate that the EDMS implemented in department of Management of Education showed positive results in improving document management. EDMS successfully applied, and must be supported by the planting of a new culture that leads to the concept of an electronic organization (e-Organization).

Abstract

Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMK Al-Bahri Kota Bekasi peneliti bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang Strategi Pengembangan Kualitas Guru Melalui Program Pengembangan Keprofesian Berkelanjutan di SMK Al-Bahri Kota Bekasi yang dilihat dari komponen PKB yaitu Pengembangan Diri, Publikasi Ilmiah, dan Karya Inovatif. Dalam penelitian ini pendekatan yang dilakukan adalah melalui pendekatan kualitatif. Artinya, data yang dikumpulkan bukan berupa angka-angka, melainkan data tersebut berasal dari naskah wawancara, catatan lapngan, dokumen pribadi, catatan, memo, dan dokumen resmi lainnya. Sehingga yang menjadi tujuan dari peneltian kualitatif adalah ingin menggambarkan realita empiric dibalik fenomena secara mendalam, rinci, dan tuntas. Oleh karena itu, penggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dalam penelitian ini adalah mencocokkan antara realita empiric dengan teori yang berlaku dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif.Metode deskriptif adalah pencarian fakta dengan interprestasi yang tepat. Dalam proses pengembangan pendidik dapat memenuhi standard dan mengembangan kompetensinya, sehingga mampu menghadapi perubahan internal dan eksternal dalam memenuhi kebutuhan belajar peserta didik untuk menghadapi kehidupannya di masa datang. Kegiatan Pengembangan Diri, Publikasi Ilmiah, dan Karya Inovatif di SMK AlBahri Bekasi sudah melaksanakan dengan baik. Pelatihan yang diadakan oleh pemerintah setempat dan instansi lain yang telah bekerja sama dengan SMK Al-Bahri Bekasi. Telah melaksanakan pelatihan secara bertahap, dengan mengikuti aturan sebelum ingin melakukan pelatihan atau kegiatan pendidik yang lainnya. Dengan menggunakan modul yang menjadi acuan pendidik untuk melaksanakan pelatihan.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Division of Training Coorporate Forum For Comunity Development, Jakarta, which aim to identify CSR training management process. This research was conducted on April 2015 to January 2016. This research used qualitative approach with descriptive methode. Data was collected through interview, observation and documentation study. Data sources was gained from Managing Director, Training Manager, Managing Secretary, and several supported informants such as Training Manager Assistant, Training Instructor and CSR Training Participant.Planning of CSR training was conducted by analyzing training needs, arrange curriculum, materials, teaching materials, schedule and organizing recruitment of participants and instructor. While the implementation of training activities carried out through two stages including basic training dan advance training. Evaluation was held by asessing the organizers, training program, materials, instructor, facilities and training participants through four ways to measurereaction,learning, behavior and result.Training Division should be more active and cooperative while planning a training schedule, and give socialization and publication about the importance of CSR training baed on ISO 26000 as much as possibe, altering group discussion formation in order to give encouragement for passive participants to become more active, Reminding participants anymore about the importance of filling evaluation form, establishing cooperation with government and stakeholder to achieve prosperity of civil society by conducting CSR program based on ISO 26000

Abstract

This research aims to give a description and information about EntrepreneurStudent Program (PMW) that has been held at Jakarta State University. This evaluationresearch uses Context, Input, Process and Product (CIPP) model with evaluativeapproach and descriptive method. Data were collected through observations, interviews,questionnaire, documentation study that have been done in Jakarta State University. Theresult of research shows Entrepreneur Student Program has been well done and met theevaluation criteria; 1) evaluation result in program background, goal and need analysishas met the evaluation criteria and shows good in category but legal basis of the programmanagement team should be made, 2) evaluation result in program human resources,objective and infrastructure of program has met the evaluation criteria but clearorganizational structure should be made and human resources who are committed andcompetent in program implementation, 3) evaluation result in program preparation,provision, business run, monitoring and evaluation has met the evaluation criteria but theprogram management team need to monitor the performance of mentor and monitoringand evaluation team so that goal of monitoring and evaluation be achieved with goodimplementation, 4) evaluation result in program result and report has met the evaluationcriteria but concrete efforts should be made to encourage the formation of organizationsthat specifically manages entrepreneurship program.

Abstract

This study aims to create a Genially based interactive multimedia product to increase interest in learning civics among fifth-grade students. This research and development type uses the analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate (ADDIE) model. This study used three samples in the one-to-one stage, six in the small group stage, and 26 in the field test stage. This media produces media quality with a total score percentage of 88%, categorized as very feasible through media expert validation. This product also makes material quality with a total score percentage of 94%, classified as very feasible through content expert validation. The product effectiveness test through the N-Gain test obtained a total score percentage of 1%, which was included in the high category. This study concludes that Genially-based interactive multimedia effectively increases students' interest in civics.

Abstract

This research aims to produce products and test the feasibility of products, such as producing a website-based supervision model development system in improving teacher performance in elementary schools, to facilitate the management of conventional/manual supervision of website-based management information systems and determine the feasibility of website-based learning supervision system models in improving teacher performance in elementary schools. The method used in this research is Research and Development (R&D). The research steps include 1) data information, 2) model design, 3) model testing, 4) model revision, 5) development, 6) trial/testing, 7) model revision, 8) finalization and socialization. This research was conducted in a participatory manner. The research output targets at this stage are preparing a website-based learning supervision model design. This website-based principal learning supervision model design has been tested and revised to obtain an effective learning supervision model and develop a website-based learning supervision model. The results of this research are: (1) Learning supervision activities are carried out through the website http://supervisipbelajaran.educmps.com, (2) Principals feel greatly helped by the Website-Based Supervision Model because it is practical, effective, and efficient, (3) Making it easier for teachers to improve performance at school.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Pelatihan Karya Tulis Ilmiah yang diselenggarakan oleh Direktorat Pembinaan Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan Pendidikan Menengah dan Khusus terhadap kompetensi penulisan karya tulis ilmiah peserta pelatihan. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua variabel yaitu pelatihan daring sebagai variabel X dan kompetensi penulisan karya tulis ilmiah guru sebagai variabel Y. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 orang guru yang mengikuti Pelatihan Penulisan Karya Tulis Ilmiah. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dengan rumus Isaac & Michael, dan jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 80 orang guru dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner.Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan analisis regresi linier sederhana, yang menghasilkan persamaan regresi Y= 45,183 + 0,606X, dan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 45,2 atau 45,2%. Dari hasil uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji-t diperoleh hasil t hitung (8,026) > t tabel (1,991), dan hasil nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Dengan demikian, dinyatakan bahwa variabel pendidikan dan pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kompetensi penulisan karya tulis ilmiah guru. Pelatihan daring memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam menulis karya ilmiah. Dukungan institusi dan kebijakan yang mendorong publikasi dapat menumbuhkan budaya menulis dan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Direktorat Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan Pendidikan Menengah dan Khusus perlu secara rutin mengadakan pelatihan berbasis kebutuhan, memberikan dukungan pascapelatihan, dan berkolaborasi dengan universitas dan organisasi profesi untuk memaksimalkan dampaknya.

Abstract

The urgency of empowering the teachers at SDN Tanah Tinggi 03, Central Jakarta, through a Community Service (PkM) activity integrated with the Student Community Service Program (KKN), lies in the implementation of game-based learning aimed at enhancing learning effectiveness and student engagement. The main objective of this teacher empowerment program is to improve the pedagogical skills and creativity of SDN Tanah Tinggi 03 teachers in managing physical education learning through game-based learning. The approach taken to address the challenges faced by the school involved providing training and guidance on the application of game-based learning in classroom instruction. The PkM KKN activity was conducted on Monday, July 21, 2025, at SDN Tanah Tinggi 03. As a result of the program, teachers at SDN Tanah Tinggi 03 demonstrated improved competencies in applying game-based learning, enabling them to integrate educational games effectively into their physical education teaching strategies.
