Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa seberapa besar pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di Restoran Saung Manglid. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Probability Sampling yang berjumlah 96 orang responden. Variabel bebas (X) yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Bukti Fisik, Keandalan, Daya Tanggap, Jaminan dan Empati dan variabel terikat (Y) dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepuasan Pelanggan. Berdasarkan hasil  penelitian diperoleh t hitung 12, 465 dan F hitung 155,388 dengan tingkat signifikasi menunjukan sig. 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, dan dalam uji R interpretasi koefisien korelasi didapat sebesar 0,789,  terbukti kualitas pelayanan mempunyai hubungan positif dengan kepuasan pelanggan atau tingkat hubungan kuat. Dari hasil analisis data penelitian diketahui bahwa kepuasan pelanggan di Restoran Saung Manglid dipengaruhi sebesar 62,3% oleh kualitas pelayanan, sedangkan 37,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lainnya.

Abstract

Everyone has the right to get social security in order to meet the basic needs of a decent life and increase their dignity. As a public service agency, the Employment Social Security Administering Agency (BPJS) which is non-profit, the quality of service is the starting point for its concentration. Quality services must always be provided in order to realize customer satisfaction and provide a good image in the community and provide a positive impact. The main objective of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and customer satisfaction in the perspective of Islamic Economics at BPJS Employment Purwakarta Branch Office. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach with the type of correlational research. The types of data are grouped into two categories, primary and secondary. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of interviews, questionnaires, and observations. The population in this study are BPJS Employment customers. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling technique obtained by 100 respondents. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used simple linear regression with the SPSS Statistics 22 application. The correlation results showed a value of = 0.845. Because the significance value = 0.845 > 0.05, thus the HO is rejected. Ha is accepted and it can be concluded that there is a correlation/relationship between the variables of service quality and customer satisfaction. Based on hypothesis testing, the ttable value is 1.984. So the value of tcount > ttable = 15,623 > 1,984. So it can be concluded that the service quality variable has a significant positive effect on the customer satisfaction variable. The contribution of the independent variable of service quality to the dependent variable of customer satisfaction is 71.1% while the remaining 19.9% ​​is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of community welfare in Campakasari village, Campaka district, Purwakarta district. The research was conducted in Campakasari village, Campaka sub-district, Purwakarta district. The population in this study was the entire community in Campakasari village, Campaka district, Purwakarta district, amounting to 2,285 families. The sample in this study was 90 heads of families. The data collection technique used is interview. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results showed that the level of community welfare was 26 respondents (29%) belonging to the prosperous family I, 51 respondents (57%) belonging to the prosperous II, and 13 respondents (14%) belonging to the prosperous III. All of the people studied were categorized as moderate or not poor because their income reached the minimum wage, the prosperous family I was IDR 3,500,000, meanwhile the prosperous society II was IDR 4,000,000 and the prosperous community group III was IDR 4,500,000.

Abstract

Community service activities aim to provide skills development in writing hijaiyah letters, this training is carried out at the Majlis Ta'lim Nurul Huda, Cirangkong Village, where children need additional hours outside of school by studying at the Majlis Ta'lim, especially additionally in terms of Islamic Religious Education . The method used in this service program is the PAR (Participatory Action Research) method. This program is more focused on developing skills in writing hijaiyah letters (learning calligraphy) for school-aged children. The skill of writing hijaiyah or Al-Qur'an letters is directed at how to write short letters in the Al-Qur'an according to the rules of good and correct Arabic writing. This program has continuity with the TPQ programs found in Cirangkong village councils. In Cirangkong Village, the majority are only children and parents, so the only benchmarks for observers are children and mothers. Based on empirical facts and evaluations that have been carried out, it shows that Arabic or Al-Quran writing skills for students in Cirangkong Village, Cibatu District are still in the sufficient category. This sufficient category is given with various considerations, including the results of evaluations of both writing and pronunciation, in addition, this category is also based on various observation results in coaching processes. Students have the technical ability to write hijaiyah letters properly and correctly according to the writing rules independently. However, students still find it difficult to write these letters in cursive form, because Arabic letters will change their writing form when they are in different positions.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat melalui Kuliah Pengabdian Masyarakat (KPM) merupakan salah satu bentuk kontribusi mahasiswa dalam mengatasi permasalahan yang ada di masyarakat. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran KPM dalam meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat yang ada di desa Cirangkong, Kec. Cibatu. Terutama dalam sisi kebersihan lingkungan. Metode kali ini yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah observasi. Mahasiswa KPM mengedukasi masyarakat desa Cirangkong sekaligus berpartisipasi melaksanakan kegiatan kerja bakti dan jumsih yang dilakukan di sekitar masjid setempat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa melalui KPM, Masyarakat dapat sadar akan pentingnya menjaga kebersihan dan kesehatan lingkungan, yang memang pada awalnya kegiatan ini sudah lama hilang lalu sekarang mengalami kemajuan yang cukup signifikan.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and how the influence of religiosity and disposable income on the intention to save the people of Purwakarta in Islamic banks. The method used in this research is quantitative with a purposive sampling technique, which is used as a sample of 100 people from a population of 430,788 people. The theoretical analysis used for the religiosity variable (X1) is the theory of Huber, S., Huber, and the disposable income variable (X2) uses the theory of Syahputri and Dalimunte and Case E, Fair C.Ray, while the interest in saving variable (Y) using the theory of Kotler and Ferdinand. Based on the results of data analysis, it was concluded that first, religiosity has a positive and significant effect on the intention to save in Islamic banks. It is known that the Sig value for the influence of religiosity (X1) on the interest in saving (Y) is 0.002 0.05 and the tcount is 3.218 ttable 1.985. Secondly, disposable income has a positive and significant effect on the intention to save in Islamic banks. It is known that the Sig value for the influence of disposable income (X2) on the intention to save (Y) is 0.000 0.05 and the tcount value is 7.386 ttable 1.985. Thirdly, religiosity (X1) and disposable income (X2) simultaneously influence the dependent variable, namely the intention to save in Islamic banks (Y). 05 and t-test value is 43.609 t-table 3.09. The influence of religiosity and disposable income on the intention to save is 47.3%.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilatarbelakangi dari kerusakan moral yang terjadi pada generasi muda yang banyak meminta perhatian berbagai pihak, terutama bagi para pendidik, ulama, pemuka masyarakat, dan para orangtua. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk menghindarkan generasi muda di desa Cirangkong Kecamatan Cibatu Purwakarta tidak terseret dalam pergaulan yang negatif dan mengetahui standar perilaku yang baik dan buruk, maka pengabdian ini melakukan pembinaan akhlak pada anak TPA Al-Mukarromah yang sasarannya adalah anak-anak yang berusia 7-10 Tahun. Hasil dari kegiatan ini diperoleh bahwa program kajian kitab Akhlak lil Banin Jilid 1 sebagi sebuah wadah ruang bagi anak-anak untuk mendapatkan pembinaan akhlak agar siap menjalankan kewajibannya sebagai manusia tatkala manusia telah menjadi manusia dewasa yang terbebani hukum (taklif).

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pendampingan kepada Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) binaan Baznas Kabupaten Purwakarta dalam hal ini adalah toko Anugerah melalui penyampaian materi terkait pentingnya pencatatan keuangan dan juga penyusunan laporan keuangan untuk suatu usaha. Dalam kegiatan ini juga di lakukan pendampingan cara membuat laporan keuangan menggunakan aplikasi Si Apik. Metode pelaksanaan melalui tahapan identifikasi pemahan proses bisnis, tahapan memberikan pemahan penggunaaan aplikasi Si Apik dan tahapan membuat atau menyusun laporan keuangan dengan aplikasi Si Apik. Toko Anugerah bergerak dalam bidang penjualan alat alat elektronik yang berlokasi di Kabupaten Purwakarta Jawa barat. Hasil dari pengabdian ini yaitu toko Anugerah mampu menyusun laporan keuangan bulan Januari 2022 menggunakan aplikasi Si Apik.

Abstract

Character education is a fundamental aspect in the personal formation of learners in order to build individuals with noble character, integrity, and responsibility. However, the reality in the field shows a moral crisis among students. One of the solutions implemented is the Atikan Nyucikeun Diri program at SDN 2 Mekarjaya, Purwakarta. This program aims to instill religious and moral values through worship habits such as Dhuha prayer, prayer and tawasul, recitation of Surah Yasin, and character education tausyiah. This research uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method with the stages of planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data were collected through observation, interviews, mentoring, and documentation, and analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing techniques. The results showed that the Atikan Nyucikeun Diri program has a positive impact in shaping the character of students, such as increasing awareness of worship, discipline, responsibility, and politeness in social interactions. The program also helps to create a more harmonious and religious school environment. With consistent habituation, the program is expected to become an effective and sustainable model of local wisdom-based character education.
