Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on employee performance at PT. Indotama Perkasa in Jakarta. The method used is explanatory research with analysis techniques using statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study, job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance by 52.7%, the hypothesis test obtained t count> t table or (7,457> 2,009). Organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance by 46.3%, hypothesis testing is obtained t count> t table or (6,569> 2,009). Job satisfaction and organizational commitment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 8,539 + 0,399X1 + 0,393X2 and the influence contribution is 62,8%, hypothesis testing obtained F count> F table or (41,365> 2,790).

Abstract

Masyarakat Indonesia dan masyarakat dunia saat ini tengah disibukkan dengan sebuahpermasalahan bersama, yaitu pandemi virus korona. Demi memotong mata rantai penyebaran viruscovid-19, pemerintah memberlakukan berbagai kebijakan seperti, sosial distancing dan physicaldistancing, serta yang terbaru yaitu, Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB). Tentunya menjalankansetiap aktivitas saat ini memiliki tantangan tersendiri terutama pemenuhan kebutuhan yang wajibdipenuhi, seperti sandang, pangan dan papan. Dalam masyarakat, kaum perempuan biasanya menjadipihak yang tidak diuntungkan, kebanyakan dari mereka menggantungkan hidup mereka pada kaumlelaki sebagai pemberi nafkah. Oleh Karena itu perlu adanya pemberdayaan perempuan kususnya dalambidang pelatihan-pelatihan membuat suatu produk sehingga ibu ibu memiliki skill dalam hal ini ibu-ibujama’ah pengajian di RT 004 RW 005 Bintaro Pesanggrahan Jakarta Selatan sangat antusias dalammengikuti pelatihan salah satunya pelatihan pembuataan teh yang terbuat dari sereh jika hal ini sudahdimengerti maka akan bermanfaat untuk membuka usaha mandiri serta meningkatkan taraf hidupsehingga memiliki pengahasilan sendiri. Dengan adanya pelatihan tersebut maka akan memberikansolusi yang tepat untuk mengatasi permasalahan hidup saat ini khususnya kaum ibu ibu yang inginmemiliki penghasilan sendiri di samping juga memberikan mereka pengetahuan berwirausaha yangmempunyai etika bisnis, menangani keluhan serta cara memasarkan produk yang ingin mereka jual.Kata Kunci : pandemi virus korona, pemberdayaan perempuan, wirausahaABSTRAC

Abstract

Kegiatan pegabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk Membangkitkan dan meningkatkanminat baca masyarakat sehingga tercipta masyarakat yang cerdas dan selalu mengikutiperkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi.Metode yang akan digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah melalui kegiatanpendampingan dan sosialisasi membangun taman baca dilingkungan Desa Pondok PucungKecamatan Pondok Aren. Tangerang Selatan. Sebelum dilakukannya PKM Tim PKM melakukanwawancara atau survei langsung ke subyek pengabdian dengan cara memberikan pertanyaanlangsung atau berbicara secara lisan dengan ketua komunitas Arimbi dilingkungan Desa PondokPucung Kecamatan Pondok Aren. Tangerang Selatan. Selain wawancara, tim PKM jugamelakukan observasi yang merupakan kegiatan pengamatan langsung di lokasi. Observasi inidilakukan langsung ke subyek dengan cara pengamatan di lingkungan.Hasil pengabdian masyarakat adalah membuat taman baca untuk meningkatkan kesadaran literasisejak dini. Metode yang digunakan adalah 1) Persiapan, 2) Pembuatan Taman Baca, 3) Pelatihanpengurus taman baca, 4) Evaluasi rencana tindak lanjut, 5) Sosialisasi,. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at PT Tridaya Dimensi Indonesia in South Jakarta. This research used a quantitative method with a sampling technique using saturated sampling and obtained a sample of 58 respondents. The analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the calculated t hypothesis test of 3.845 > t table 2.003 with a probability value (sig) of 0.000 < 0.05, it can be concluded that partially work discipline has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT Tridaya Dimensi Indonesia in South Jakarta. Based on the results of the hypothesis test t count 6.123 > t table 2.003 with a probability value of 0.000 < 0.05, it can be concluded that partially work motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT Tridaya Dimensi Indonesia in South Jakarta. Based on the results of hypothesis testing with a calculated f value of 84.898 > f table 3.19 with a probability value (sig) of 0.000 < 0.05, it can be concluded that simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence of Work Discipline and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at PT Tridaya Dimensi Indonesia in South Jakarta.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance, to determine the effect of Work Discipline on Employee Performance and to determine the effect of Organizational Culture and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT BPR Karya Prima Sentosa Tangerang. This research method uses a quantitative description method, data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The population amounted to 63 employees, the sampling used was a saturated sample technique totaling 63 employees... Data analysis using descriptive statistics, validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis, t test and f test. The results showed that: There is an influence between organizational culture on employee performance at PT BPR Karya Prima Sentosa Tangerang, this can be proven from the simple linear regression equation Y = 11.648 + 0.643X1 and the tcount value of 5.650> t table 1.670 with a significant 0.000 <0.05. There is an influence between work discipline on employee performance at PT BPR Karya Prima Sentosa Tangerang, this can be proven from the simple linear regression equation Y = 16.339 + 0.566X2 and the tcount value of 4.415> t table 1.670 with a significant 0.000 <0.05. There is a simultaneous influence of organizational culture and work discipline on employee performance at PT BPR Karya Prima Sentosa Tangerang, this can be proven from the multiple linear regression equation Y = 3.764 + 0.507 + 0.348, the correlation coefficient value of 0.586 and 0.492, the coefficient of determination of 0.400 or 40%, and the fcount value of 21.691> ftabel 3.150 with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of competency variables on employee performance, to determine the effect of work discipline variables on employee performance and to determine the effect of competency variables and work discipline simultaneously on employees performance at PT. Kerta Mulya Sejahtera. The research method used was quatitative involving 61 employees as samples using saturated sampling techniques. Data collection techniques through primary and secondary data. Data analysis techniques use descriptive statistics, validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, autocorrelation tests, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis, t test and f test. The results showed that: (1) competence affects employee performance at PT. Kerta Mulya Sejahtera, this can be proven from the simple linear regression equation Y = 32.577 + 0.233X1 and the calculated value of 2.141 > table 2.00172 with a significant of 0.000 < 0.05. (2) Work Discipline affects employee performance at PT. Kerta Mulya Sejahtera, this can be proven from the simple linear regression equation Y = 18.279 + 0.555X2 and the calculated value of 4.018 > table 2.00172 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. (3) Simultaneously there is an influence between competence and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Kerta Mulya Sejahtera, this can be proven from the multiple linear regression equation Y = 12.306 + 0.184X1 + 0.516X2, the correlation value is 0.538, the value of the coefficient of determination is 29.0%, and the calculation value is 11.821 > table 3.16 with a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis Implementasi Disiplin Kerja Anggota pada Satuan Kerja Detasemen Markas Kodiklat TNI. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif yaitu pemaparan secara mendalam dari Wawancara, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), Analisis SWOT dan Perspektif peneliti serta penyesuaian Ahli. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa Triangulasi Sumber. Hasil penelitian membuktikan secara empiris dari observasi, wawancara, Focus Group Discussion, Analisis SWOT, perspektif peneliti dan penyesuaian ahli bahwa Implementasi disiplin kerja anggota pada Detasemen Markas Kodiklat TNI sudah cukup baik, karena aturan dan norma yang berlaku serta dorongan dari pimpinan satuan maupun pimpinan tertinggi di lingkup kodiklat TNI.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the effect of teamwork and work discipline on employee performance at PT Prime Logistics South Jakarta. The method used is a descriptive method with an associative approach. The sample collectiontechnique in this research was a saturated sample with a sample of 61 respondents. Data analysis uses regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficientof determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that teamwork has a positive and significant effect on employee performance by 83.2%. Partially testing the hypothesis obtained t count > t table or (17.094 > 2,001), so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between teamwork (X1) on employee performance (Y) at PT Prime Logistics South Jakarta. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance by 70.7%. Partially testing the hypothesis obtainedt count> t table or (11,930 > 2,001), so that H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between work discipline (X2) on employee performance (Y) at PT Prime Logistics South Jakarta. Simultaneous hypothesis testing: Teamwork and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determinationof 85.6% while the remaining 14.4% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated F value > F table or (171.843 > 3,16), thus H0 was rejected and H3 was accepted. This means that there is a simultaneous positive andsignificant influence between teamwork and work discipline on employee performance at PT Prime Logistics South Jakarta.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine Communication and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT Bank Hibank Indonesia in West Jakarta, both partially and simultaneously. The type of research used is a descriptive quantitative method. The population taken from all employees at PT Bank Hibank Indonesia in West Jakarta was 75 people. Sampling used a saturated sample of 75 respondents. Hypothesis testing using communication variables on employee performance obtained t count > t table or (2.928 > 1.993), this is also strengthened by the ???? value < Sig. 0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05). This means that there is a significant influence by the communication variable (X1) on the performance variable (Y). The experimental hypothesis test of the work discipline variable on employee performance obtained a calculated t value > t table or (2.903 > 1.993), this was also strengthened by the ???? value <Sig. 0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05). This means that there is a significant influence by the work discipline variable (X2) on employee performance (Y). Simultaneously testing the hypothesis of communication and work discipline variables on employee performance obtained a calculated F value > F table or (96.453 > 3.12), this was also reinforced by the ???? value < Sig, 0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05). This means that there is a significant simultaneous influence of the communication and work discipline variables on employee performance. The research results of communication and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 4.858 + 0.375 X₁ + 0.484 The value of determination or contribution of influence is 72.8%, the remaining 27.2%.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of discipline variables on employee performance, to determine the influence of morale variables on employee performance and to determine the influence of discipline and morale variables. simultaneous work on employee performance at PT Agaf Global Kreasindo Bekasi. The sample used was a saturated sampling technique, totaling 50 employees. Data collection techniques through primary and secondary data. Data analysis techniques use descriptive statistics, validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient analysisdetermination, t test and f test. The research results show that: (1) Partially there is a influence between discipline on employee performance at PT. Agaf Global Kreasindo Bekasi, this can be proven from a simple linear regression equation Y = 9.801 + 0.658.(2) Partially there is a influence between work morale on employee performance at PT. Agaf Global Kreasindo Bekasi, this can be proven from the simple linear regression equation Y = 4.805 + 0.912. (3) Simultaneously there is a influence between discipline and work enthusiasm on employee performance at PT. Agaf Global Kreasindo Bekasi, this can be proven from the multiple linear regression equation Y = 5.760 + 0.489 f???????????????? 2.800 with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05.
