Abstract

At non-bank institutions, the recruitment process of new employees starts with the selection stage of the curriculum vitae, if they meet the requirements then process followed by psychological tests, interviews and programming tests. The determination of employees who are accepted to be hired by the companies is still subject to interviews results without considering other tests, therefor the hired employees are not ready for the work due to lack of technical ability. To overcome this problem, it is proposed to use a simple multi-attribute rating technique method for the processing of employee selection data because this method can process the data quantitatively and qualitatively with various assessments for each criteria and making the decision-making process easier and faster. The research objective is to assist the employee recruitment process using a web-based decision support system application by simple multi attribute rating technique method. The result of this study is in the form of a decision support system application website for recruiting new employees, using the criteria for Psycho-test Results (C1) weighting 20%, Age (C2) weighting 10%, Work Experience (C3) weighting 20%, Interview (C4) weighting 20%, and Mastery of Technical Aspects (C5) weighting of 30%. As for the alternative results of data processing using the above method are Febila Manda Dewi worth 0.666, Dini Apiani worth 0.447, Miqhiyal Noer Sopyani worth 0.890, and Irvan Egiawan worth 0.042, then based on the result it can be concluded that the prospective employee is Miqhiyal Noer Sopyani who got the highest score so he is recommended as the alternative new employee. The results of this study are objective due to the data processing is based on all criteria, so that the selected employees are certain to be ready to work.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang sistem penunjang keputusan untuk pemilihan pegawai terbaik pada PT. Sukma Jaya Mandiri. Penilaian kinerja pegawai untuk mencari pegawai terbaik diperlukan supaya pegawai menjadi termotivasi untuk mendapatkan reward dari perusahaan. Masalah yang terjadi dalam proses pemilihan pegawai terbaik adalah sulitnya dalam merekap hasil evaluasi kepegawaian, tidak adanya tempat penyimpanan data pegawai yang terstruktur, belum menggunakan metode-metode pemilihan yang tepat, serta tidak adanya perangkingan dari seluruh pegawai sehingga masing-masing pegawai tidak diketahui peringkatnya. Oleh karena itu, penggunaan sistem penunjang keputusan diharapkan dapat membantu dalam pemilihan pegawai terbaik pada PT. Sukma Jaya Mandiri dengan menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk menentukan bobot masing-masing kriteria dan Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) untuk menentukan total nilai akhir dari setiap alternatif sehingga dapat melakukan perangkingan pegawai. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah sebuah sistem penunjang keputusan yang memberikan perangkingan hasil pemilihan pegawai terbaik dan menunjukan pegawai yang terpilih menjadi pegawai terbaik. Pegawai yang terbaik adalah pegawai yang memiliki nilai akhir tertinggi dibandingkan dengan pegawaipegawai lainnya. Sistem penunjang keputusan ini dibuat menggunakan MySQL sebagai database dan Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 sebagai tool.

Abstract

This study describes the performance evaluation of top staff members of DKI Jakarta Komite Olahraga Nasional Indonesiasai (KONI). Evaluation of the best employees is important for facilitating system-based objective decisions for selecting the best employees. If you hire the wrong people, the selection thinking of the organization will not be objective, so it will not be a hiring mistake. Issues encountered include lack of evaluation criteria for each employee, no existing employee evaluation process, no employee evaluation process, no data report, no employee evaluation and ranking report for each employee, etc. there is. Criteria used include attendance, quotas, tardiness and working hours. Since the criteria need to be weighted, the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is used. Use Method Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) to determine employee rankings for each criterion. The purpose of this study was to create a DSS with criteria and criteria to weight employee ratings and appraisals so that they could be assessed in more detail to review and share performance. reporting the results of employee evaluations. Under Employee Final Results (Ranking), you can see the ranking of each existing employee.

Abstract

Maintaining good relations with parents of students is important for the school. SMA Negeri 1 Ciwaru is a public school that requires the contribution of student parents to support the school administration process. in this case SMA Negeri 1 Ciwaru has problems in maintaining relationships with student guardians, such as the absence of information services that can be accessed directly by student guardians so that misscommunication often occurs with the school. In addition, there is no information on student progress in academic or non-academic, and there are no facilities to submit criticism and suggestions for schools so it is difficult for schools to improve services. Based on the existing problems, this study uses a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) approach strategy which includes one CRM stage, namely Enhance by implementing a dynamic CRM framework which contains a series of stages in implementing a CRM. Data collection methods in this study using direct observation, interviews and documentation. This research produces an e-CRM system that can improve information services that is built using the Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) programming as the programming language and the MySQL database as the database. The final product of this system is an information service for parents of SMA Negeri 1 Ciwaru students which includes announcement features, circulars, academic information, lists of grades, making grade reports, information reports, reports of criticism and suggestions, as well as other needs that help smooth business processes and communication for both parties

Abstract

A system is considered qualified if the system built satisfies and provides convenience for its users. The quality of the system can be determined by testing the system with a measured value UAT (User Acceptance Test) is the method used to measure system quality. The current problem is that the data obtained in the mining process is not in ideal conditions, this is because the data format does not meet the requirements, thus hindering the text mining process. This study aims to determine the quality of the Electronic Data Preprocessing system that has been built. The development of this system aims to facilitate pre-processing activities before being used for text mining, making it easier for users to use raw data into ready-to-use data. The test in this study was the User Acceptance Test (UAT) using ISO 9126 dimensions and the scale used was the Likert scale. The test tested the functionality, reliability, usability, and efficiency of the system. The results obtained were questionnaires filled in by respondents with positive to negative gradation options, namely very good, good, sufficient, not good and not good. The test results of the system have fulfilled the standard requirements of ISO 9126 with a functionality characteristic of 86.00% (Very Good), a reliability characteristic of 79.20% (Good), a usability characteristic of 84.25% (Good), an efficiency characteristic of 92.00 %(Very Good), and 84.80%(Very Good) Recapitulation characteristics.

Abstract

Data penjualan sangat penting di sektor perdagangan untuk memahami perilaku konsumen dan tren penjualan produk, yang pada akhirnya menghasilkan keuntungan. PT Kusno Baso, sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang kuliner, menjual produk olahan bakso dan otak-otak. Dalam dua tahun terakhir ini yang berfokus pada penjualan tunai pabrik ada sebagian produk mengalami penuruan penjualan. Produksi olahan yang banyak serta jumlah data penjualan yang besar menjadi kendala dalam menganalisis data secara manual. Hal ini menyebabkan produk-produk yang sudah diproduksi setiap harinya menumpuk karena ada yang kurang laku terjual. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi adalah belum mengetahui produk apa saja yang paling sering dibeli oleh konsumen dalam satu kali transaksi. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan saran pola kombinasi pembelian produk dengan memanfaatkan algoritma FP-Growth untuk strategi cross-selling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi penelitian Cross-Industry Standard Process for Data Mining (CRISP-DM). Metode pengumpulan data sekunder dilakukan pada data transaksi tunai pabrik penjualan produk olahan bakso dan otak-otak di PT Kusno Baso Ciledug pada tanggal 11 Mei 2021 sampai dengan tanggal 11 Mei 2023 yang terdiri dari 600 data transaksi dan 21 atribut yang sudah bersih tanpa ada missing value. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu memberikan pola asosiasi yang menjelaskan produk mana yang paling sering dibeli dalam waktu bersamaan, yang dapat dijadikan acuan dalam strategi penjualan dengan sistem cross-selling. Hasil penelitian percobaan terbaik menggunakan algoritma FP-Growth diperoleh dengan setting parameter minimum Support 20%, minimum Confidence 70% dan nilai lift ratio > 1 yang menghasilkan 9 rekomendasi aturan asosiasi dengan 11 item produk.

Abstract

17 Tangerang Junior High School is one of the first high schools that prioritizes the management of good relationships to increase the satisfaction of optimal service between the school and the parents of students. However, there is a problem faced by 17 Tangerang Junior High School that the delivery of school information is still manual with the use of letters of instruction and it is not effective to handle parents' complaints related to the services provided by the school. In solving the problem, one of the information technology approaches is to create an Electronic Customer Relationship Management (e-CRM) website with the Enhance phase. The study was designed using the waterfall method. The system is generated using PHP, HTML, CSS, Visual Studios Code and Node.js as programming languages and on database design using MySQL. The result of this research is an e-CRM system that can improve the information service in 17 Tangerang Junior High School which can be used by the parents of students to learn information quickly, making it easier for the school, especially the classmaster, to deliver invitation letters to the students' parents as well as to communicate criticism and advice related to the service provided by the school.

Abstract

The use of automated technology has advanced enough that routine tasks can now be performed automatically because people don't always follow rules. Automation can be used to assist ordinary jobs if they can be performed continuously regardless of the passage of time. We can utilize this contemporary technology in the fields of plantations and agriculture to get far better outcomes and maximize time efficiency. Small computers are the latest technical advances that can assist humans in carrying out routine tasks. The name of this device is microcontroller. To produce intelligent internet of things based tools that will facilitate plant care in the future, this research set out to do just that (IOT). So that it can be used in plant maintenance, especially for the maintenance of aglaonema plants which can monitor automatically whenever and wherever we are, whether we are still working, sleeping, or on vacation. A device for watering plants in a greenhouse made with a microcontroller embedded fuzzy logic system in the form of a multi-system, with three inputs for soil moisture fuzzy sets and temperature fuzzy sets for the surrounding environment. The tool can operate according to the requirements of the fuzzy logic method by carrying out routine tests. We can make a prototype that can water the plants automatically and monitor the level of soil moisture and temperature coming from the sensor via the internet using the Arduino microcontroller along with sensors such as the YL-69 soil moisture sensor and the DHT11 temperature sensor. The results of the plant watering prototype show that it can operate effectively based on a predetermined schedule and soil moisture value limit. The prototype will water at 07:00 and 17:00 and will water liquid fertilizer at 08:00 and 18:00 if the soil moisture reading is greater than 700. Electricity must flow through this device.

Abstract

Vuxia Beaute Cafe is a business in the beauty cafe industry established since September 2021. They always strive to ensure customer satisfaction by serving high-quality beverages. However, in running their business, they face challenges in determining the right syrup brand for their drinks. This is crucial because the syrup brand can influence the quality of the beverages they serve. Currently, the issue they are facing is the difficulty in finding a syrup brand that aligns with the customers' preferences and the lack of an effective procedure to objectively evaluate syrup brands. Currently, the evaluation of syrup brands is done subjectively based on the assessments of the cafe owner and head barista, making it challenging to determine the best syrup brand objectively. To address this problem, Vuxia Beaute Cafe needs a decision support system to assist in determining the best syrup brand based on the predefined criteria. In this research, the criteria used are taste, aroma, price, expiration date, and texture. The Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) method was chosen because it is faster, simpler, and more effective in solving the problem. The data processing results indicate that the best syrup brand for Vuxia Beaute Cafe is Delifru with a score of 0.79, chosen based on the predefined criteria.

Abstract

Anggota Karang Taruna Kelurahan Paninggilan Ciledug Memiliki visi untuk meningkatkan usaha dan bisnis yang saat ini ditekuni agar bisa membantu meningkatkan perekonomian keluarga, sayangnya kendala yang dialami para anggota adalah keterbatasan pengetahuan dalam hal pemanfaatan teknologi internet untuk memaksimalkan hasil penjualan. Berdasarkan kendala tersebut maka diadakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) yang dilakukan dengan penyusunan materi dan melaksanakan pelatihan mengenai pengenalan digital marketing, pembuatan akun instagram, serta memberikan tips dan triks dalam pemanfaatan sosial media instagram untuk meningkatkan jangkauan pasar. Tujuan kegiatan ini agar para anggota karang taruna dapat memanfaatkan sosial media instagram dalam memasarkan produk, sehingga menarik orang untuk melakukan pemesanan secara jarak jauh. Adapun hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah materi pelatihan dalam bentuk pdf dan akun sosial media instagram (akun bisnis) setiap anggota karang taruna, dan keberhasilan kegiatan ini diukur melalui kuesioner yang telah diisi peserta dan didapatkan nilai rata-rata 4,15 (skala penilaian 1 sd 5) dari 20 peserta
