Abstract

Occupational Safety and Health (K3) is very important for industrial operations, including the food processing sector. However, the high rate of work accidents in the Production Division of the SA Sri Anugerah Rice Factory, with a percentage of 54% in the period 2020 to 2024, shows that there are serious problems in the implementation of K3 procedures. This research aims to identify hazards, assess risks, and determine appropriate control measures. The method used was Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Determining Control (HIRADC), with data collected through interviews. The results of the study show fluctuations in accidents, starting from 15 cases in 2020 to 22 cases in 2024. The Production Division accounted for the most accidents. Occupational risks range from Low Risk to High Risk, with a high risk in the process of peeling the skin and storage of the sack that has the potential to cause serious injury. Recommended control measures include technical engineering (such as engine guards and exhaust fans), improvements to the work environment (anti-slip flooring and safe storage systems), as well as training, work rotations, and the provision of PPE (masks, eye protection, gloves, support belts). This research provides an overview of occupational safety risks and solutions to create a safe work environment.

Abstract

The lack of proper signage and wayfinding, along with the differences in building designs within the campus of Widyatama University, often makes it difficult for visitors to find their intended locations. Therefore, the design of the signage and wayfinding system must take into consideration the following aspects. Firstly, the design should be attractive and informative, especially given the diversity of building shapes within the campus. The signage to be designed should use Widyatama University's distinctive colors and easily legible typography. In collecting data for this design, we utilized various methods such as field studies, questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation. With an appealing and informative signage system, it will not only facilitate navigation for visitors but also enhance the overall aesthetics of the buildings on the Widyatama campus. This is a crucial step in providing clear information and assisting everyone in finding the locations they are looking for within the Widyatama University environment.

Abstract

Training Need Analysis (TNA) merupakan tahap yang sangat penting bagi perusahaan guna mengenali kebutuhan pelatihan. Hal ini bertujuan untuk memastikan bahwa program pelatihan yang diselenggarakan dapat berjalan efektif. Persoalan medasar di perumda adalah TNA belum dilaksanakan secara komprehensif, yang menyebabkan persentase peningkatan kompetensi masih relatif rendah dengan rata-rata 28,2%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah model konseptual TNA yang dapat menjadi panduan bagi Perumda dalam menentukan kebutuhan pelatihan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan organisasi, pekerjaan, dan individu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka dan wawancara dengan para ahli. Data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan ahli yang berpengalaman dalam model TNA yang efektif dan efisien. Sementara itu, data sekunder berasal dari berbagai sumber seperti data perusahaan, artikel jurnal, prosiding konferensi, berita online, dan situs resmi yang berkaitan dengan topik penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model konseptual TNA di Perumda dibangun berdasarkan tiga tingkat, yaitu: organisasi dan departemen, pekerjaan, dan individu. Berdasarkan identifikasi kebutuhan pelatihan pada ketiga tingkat tersebut, dirancang rencana pelatihan baik jangka pendek maupun jangka panjang dengan mengklasifikasikan tingkat kesulitan menjadi basic, intermdediate, dan advanced
