Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi konsumen,persepsi kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian secara parsial maupun simultan, menganalisis pengaruh motivasi konsumen terhadap persepsi kualitas produk secara parsial maupun simultan, menganalisis pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung motivasi konsumen terhadap persepsi kualitas produk melalui variabel intervening Harga. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, populasi yang digunakan sebanyak 65 orang,sedangkan jumlah sampel yang digunakan penelitian sebanyak 40 responden. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah kuesioner dengan Dokumentasi, pengisian kuesioner adalah responden diminta untuk memberi pendapat tentang serangkaian pernyataan yang berkaitan dengan objek yang sedang diteliti dalam bentuk nilai. Alat uji yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur (path analysis) dengan alat bantu aplikasi program SPSS 29. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa motivasi konsumen secara parsial maupun simultan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Harga pada Smartphone Vivo,motivasi konsumen juga secara parsial maupun simultan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap persepsi kualitas produk pada smartphone Vivo, dan secara tidak langsung Motivasi konsumen terhadap persepsi kualitas produk melalui Harga smartphone sebagai variabel intervening mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadapkeputusan pembelian smartphone Vivo.

This study aims to analyze the relations of social capital (“gotong royong”, the existence of sporting activities, the number of activities car-ried out by the Badan Permusyawaratan Desa) on the earthquake fol-lowed by tsunami and liquefaction disaster recovery process that oc-curred in Central Sulawesi on September, 26th 2018. By using the intensi-ty of the night light (Suomi National Polar Partnership Visible Infrared Imaging Radiometer Suite – SNPP VIIRS data) in assessing the time for recovery of economic activity and PODES 2018, a survival analysis was performed. The analysis shows that villages with higher social capital need a shorter time to reach their pre-disaster recovery. The chances of a village affected by the disaster having sports activities were 13,046 times faster than that of villages without sports activities. This research also indicates the positive role of village institutions and infrastructure in accelerating the recovery process of villages affected by disasters.

الوسيلة التعليمية تعد أمرًا بالغ الأهمية، إذ يجب على المعلم أن يمتلك الكفاءة في اختيار الوسيلة المناسبة والمثالية التي تتناسب مع المادة التي يقوم بتدريسها. عندما لايتم الاهتمام في هذا المجال اهتماما جيدا، فسيصير هذه الوسيلة مشكلة في تعليم القواعد النحوية. يقدم هذا البحث حول تأثير استخدام وسيلة فيديو يوتيوب بقناة "Arab Podcacts" على تعليم القواعد النحوية. وأخذ عينة البحث 44 طالبا. المنهج المستخدم في هذا البحث هو البحث الميداني الكمي بالنوع التجريبي مع تصميم البحثTrue Experimental Design ، مع تحكم ما بعد الاختبار البعدي (Posttest-Only Control). طريقة جمع البيانات هي الاختبار . وطريقة تحليل البيانات المستخدمة هي طريقة إحصائية البارمترية (Statistik Parametrik inferensial). ونتيجة الاخبار-ت to 6،280 أكبر من نتيجة tt في نتيجة الهام 5% =2،018. فالخلاصة أن استخدام وسيلة فيديو يوتيوب بقناة "Arab Podcacts" له تأثير إجابي على تعليم القواعد النحوية في الفصل الثاني بمدرسة محمدية 09 حاج أحمد دحلان المتوسطة الإسلامية سيبيروك تبانولي الجنوبية.

This research is motivated by lower student learning outcomes because the learning methods being implemented still use traditional methods and the media used are still few so that students are less interested in participating in learning, causing many students to score low. This research is a semi-experimental design research. The design format used is Nonequivalent Control Group Desain. The research community in this research reached 66 people consisting of two classes. The research sample consists of 33 individuals from the experimental category and 33 people from the control category. The data analysis method used is normal state testing, homogeneity testing, and hypothesis testing. It can be concluded that there is a significant impact on the outcome of students' education using the video medium and using traditional methods. This was reinforced by the hypothesis test score of 0.05, and the result of Sig was < 0.05 (0,001 < 0.05) and t hitung > t tabel t (2,348 < 3,391) so that it can be concluded that there is an effect of video means on the result of teaching grammar in experimental class students compared to the traditional method in the control classroom.

Basal cell carcinoma is the foremost common skin cancer, accounting for 75-80% of nonmelanoma cancers. This malignancy is commonly found in sun-exposed areas like the face and neck. This malignancy rarely causes death, but it can result in significant local damage to the soft tissue, cartilage, and bone, impacting both function and aesthetics, particularly in the facial region. The main treatment for BCC is wide excision followed by reconstruction to close the defect. The choice of reconstructive procedure depends on various factors, such as size, location, involvement of deeper structures, cosmetic considerations, and function. There are various types of facial skin reconstruction, including local and regional flaps. This case series reports reconstruction of basal cell carcinoma after wide excision using local and regional flaps. Local and regional flaps provide matching skin color and texture as well as adequate blood supply. Both have superior aesthetic and functional advantages.

Abstract Human resources (HR) play a crucial role in organizations, both in the public and private sectors. PT. Indomarco Prismatama Medan Branch has experienced a significant decline in employee attendance, decreasing by 2.2% from the first to the second quarter, 8.2% in the third quarter, and 3.2% in the fourth quarter. This study employs a quantitative approach with a sample of 60 employees. The t-test results indicate that physical work environment (X1) and compensation (X2) significantly influence work productivity (Y) and job satisfaction (Z), with t-values greater than t-table values and significance levels < 0.05. Additionally, job satisfaction (Z) also significantly affects work productivity (Y). The F-test results show that the work environment and compensation simultaneously influence work productivity, with F-value (33.129) > F-table (3.16). The analysis of direct and indirect effects reveals that the indirect effect (0.681) is greater than the direct effect (0.011883), indicating that job satisfaction acts as an intervening variable in the relationship between the physical work environment and compensation toward work productivity.

The Merdeka Curriculum is a curriculum that creates enjoyable learning conditions for students and teachers so that learning is achieved according to students’ needs and interests. The purpose of this research is to understand the use of the Merdeka Curriculum in planning, implementing, and evaluating Arabic language teaching. The research method applied is descriptive, which focuses on studying a phenomenon in detail or distinguishing it from other phenomena. This research involved teachers and curriculum representatives at the United Islamic Junior High School Cahaya Hati Bukittinggi. The results show that in terms of design, teachers used teaching models in accordance with the Ministry of Education and Culture, producing well-prepared learning units. In terms of implementation, teachers carried out teaching using well-designed learning units, although they also used several textbooks from the previous curriculum. The assessments used were aligned with the regulations. In conclusion, the Merdeka Curriculum functions effectively in this school.

انطلقت هذه البحث من مشكلة ضعف إتقان الطلاب للمفردات وقلة حماسهم في تعلّمها، ويعزى ذلك إلى نقص تنوّع الوسائل التعليمية الجذابة. ويعد الموقع Pinterest، كمنصة قائمة على الصور، وسيلة فعّالة تساعد الطلاب في فهم المفردات وحفظها من خلال عرض مرئي وسياقي. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة تأثير استخدام الموقع Pinterest كالمصدر المرجعي للوسيلة البصرية على استيعاب المفردات لدى طلاب الصف العاشر في مدرسة التربية الإسلامية باسر. وقد استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الكمي بالأسلوب شبه التجريبي من خلال تصميم مجموعة واحدة باختبار قبلي وبعدي. وبلغ عدد العينة ٣٤ طالبا من الصف العاشر (ب). جمعت البيانات بواسطة الاختبار القبلي والبعدي يتكون كل منهما من ٢٥ سؤالا من نوع الاختيار من متعدد. وتم تحليل البيانات باستخدام اختبار t للأزواج باستخدام برنامج .SPSS أظهرت النتائج وجود فرق دال إحصائيا بين نتائج الاختبارين، حيث بلغت قيمة t المحسوبة ٤٩٫٦١٢، وهي أكبر من قيمة t الجدولية ٢٫٠٣٤٥ عند مستوى الدلالة ٠٫٠٥، مما يدل على أن استخدام الموقع Pinterest له تأثير كبير في تحسين إتقان الطلاب للمفردات.

This study aims to analyze the alignment of the Arabic language instructional materials for eighth-grade students at Darussalam Islamic Junior High School Pasaman Barat with the curriculum standards outlined in the Decrees of the Minister of Religious Affairs No. 183 and 184 of 2019. These decrees serve as the primary guidelines for implementing the Islamic Religious Education and Arabic Language curriculum, emphasizing holistic competencies and higher-order thinking skills (HOTS). The researcher employed a qualitative approach using content analysis methods. The primary data consisted of the Arabic textbook used at the school, while secondary data were drawn from the official KMA documents. The findings reveal that the teaching materials are generally aligned with the thematic content mandated by the decrees. However, several shortcomings were identified, including the lack of explicit integration of spiritual (Core Competency 1) and social (Core Competency 2) aspects, an imbalanced presentation of the four language skills (listening, speaking, and writing in particular), and an overreliance on LOTS (Lower Order Thinking Skills) in assessment tasks. The study recommends revising and enhancing the teaching materials to better meet the curriculum requirements and students’ learning needs in a comprehensive and modern educational context.
