Abstract

Service can be said to be good, if the service can meet passenger satisfaction, satisfaction is achieved if the service received by passengers can exceed what is expected. In Fuzzy Logic, decision making is done by using an inference system called the fuzzy inference system which is a process of making conclusions based on Fuzzy Logic reasoning. Among the various models for measuring service quality (servqual), servqual is the most widely used method because of its high frequency of use. The criteria for measuring passenger satisfaction are physical form, reliability, response, empathy, assurance. From the calculation of the Servqual value (gap) per dimension, the first rank is the Reliability dimension of 7.65, as is the case with the calculation per criterion where the three priority criteria are part of the Reliability dimension. For the second order, Tangibles is 0.17, the third order is the Assurance dimension -0.05, the fourth order is empathy at 0.20, and the last or fifth order is Responsiveness of -11.48. This system is designed to analyze the level of passenger satisfaction at PT. ASDP Sibolga Branch using the PHP programming language. Data management using the MySQL database.

Abstract

Social media is one of the diversity of information offered and flexibility in forming friendship connections. Everyone has freedom of opinion on a worldwide basis. The number of people who are not responsible for sharing hoax news with the intention of provoking their opponents. This study supports the decision to determine hoax news and determines hoax news by applying the Fuzzy Logic of the mamdani method using the programming language used in making applications, namely Web, Database and MySql. The criteria supporting the decision to determine hoax news are Spread, Media Literacy, Significance and Certainty. So it can be concluded that the hoax news level is at 11,824 or is categorized as MEDIUM

Abstract

Untuk dapat bersaing di dunia bisnis saat ini, industri kecil dalam manajemen harus terdepan dalam manajemen operasional dan sebagainya dari segi manajemen operasional salah satunya perusahaan harus meningkatkan efektifitas dan efesiensi operasional modern seperti perencanaan produksi,dan sebangainya. Kebutuhan akan informasi yang jelas,cepat dan efesien sangat penting mengingat bidang bisnis yang diangani CV.Usaha bersama merupakan kilang padi yang memasarkan serta memproduksi beras yang sehat dan higenis. Kilang padi CV.Usaha Bersama sering mengalami ketidakstabilan permintaan pasar terhadap produk beras yang terkadang tinggi dan rendah. Hal itu menjadi permasalahan bagi kilang padi CV.Usaha Bersama dalam menentukan perencanaan jumlah produksi, Dimana kilang padi CV.Usaha Bersama dalam pengelolaannya masih secara manual sehingga sangat tidak efektif dan tidak efesien. Proses pengerjaan laporan ini tentu saja memakan waktu sehingga dibutuhkan waktu yang lama dalam melakukan pemesanan dan menyebabkan adanya kekosongan stok persediaan pada gudang dan beras yang kurang diminati akan menjadi lama terjual. Hal ini mengakibatkan manajemen mengalami kesulitan sehingga proses penjualannya terganggu dan menggakibatkan perusahaan mengalamni kerugian. Untuk itu diperlukannya sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan dengan Metode Fuzzy Mamdani dalam memprediksi angka penjualan berdasarkan persediaan dan jumlah permintaan pada kilang padi cv.usaha bersama. Tempat riset pada penelitian ini dilakukan di cv.usaha bersama. Adapun yang menjadi variabel adalah permintaan, persediaan, dan penjualan. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapatkan jumlah prediksi penjualan beras ukuran 10 kg yang terjual untuk bulan April tahun 2021oleh CV.Usaha Bersama adalah 3184 karung. Metode Fuzzy Mamdani cukup efektif dalam memberikan keputusan yang optimal. Sistem ini dibangun dengan berbasis web dan MYSQL sebagai database.

Abstract

A person's addiction to smoking can be seen from the characteristics of the cigarette addict, including: difficulty controlling the desire to smoke, high appetite, frequent coughing, sleep disturbances, and difficulty concentrating. A person's addiction to cigarettes can have a bad impact on the health of that person. The research used the Fuzzy Mamdani method. The system was built using the Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) programming language. The database management system uses My Structured Query Language (MYSQL). The criteria for the level of community addiction to cigarettes are cost, smoking frequency, and the environment. This study aims to design a Decision Support System for determining the level of community addiction to smoking and applying the Fuzzy Mamdani method for determining the level of community addiction to cigarettes. So it can be concluded that the person's level of addiction is at number 13 or categorized as CANDU.

Abstract

Applicants who take part in the selection of Candidates for Civil Servant Candidates (CPNS) must pass through the steps that must be taken which can determine the graduation rate. The criteria for predicting the passing of the CPNS selection test are used by the Basic Competency Selection (SKD) which consists of a Personal Characteristic Test (TKP), General Intelligence Test (TIU), National Insight Test (TWK), Competency Selection Section (SKB) which consists of a computer assisted test (CAT) and interviews, and the number of quotas received. This research is the implementation of Fuzzy Tsukamoto Logic in Predicting the Passing Rate of the CPNS Selection Test. The system for predicting the passing of the CPNS selection test was built using the Web-based PHP programming language. Data management using MySQL database. The overall defuzzyfication (Z) result in the system predicts the passing rate of CPNS = 61.950223979 = 62.

Abstract

Being an outstanding student has criteria according to the awarding institution. There are special requirements that must be met by the participants of outstanding student selection. The assessment component in STMIK Pelita Nusantara is the cumulative Achievement Index (GPA), scientific writing, superior performance / abilities, foreign language skills, and personality. Decision support systems (DSS) are part of computer-based information systems including knowledge-based systems or knowledge management that are used to support decision making in an organization or company. The determination of outstanding students includes unstructured problems because they have different criteria. With the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, a criterion will be compared to other criteria in terms of how important it is to achieving goals with other criteria. The results of the assessment weight are two, namely achievement and not achieving. Of the 10 students who were categorized as achievers, after the application of the AHP calculation, Anas Prasetyo obtained it Value = 2.76 and Ari Kurniawan = 2.57. Students are in the category of Achievement.

Abstract

This research is a research on expert systems that can detect or diagnose diseases in lemon plants. Forward chaining inference technique is one of the methods found in the expert system that can search for the type of disease with the most symptoms in the input, so as to produce conclusions in the form ofdiseases of each disease. This system is built with Visual Basic 2010 and MySql applications as the database. The expert system that is built is able to diagnose the types of diseases found in lemon plants. Diseases that can be diagnosed include CPVD, tristeza, woody gall, blend, powdery mildew, scabies, fruit rot, and premature decay. The purpose of this application is to make it easier for farmers to get lemon juice to consult about lemon plants. The diagnosis of lemon juice is a type of disease, as well as a solution offered by an expert system. This expert system is built by applying or applying forward chaining inference techniques to the process.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah perancangan sistem perencanaan jumlah produksi roti menggunakan metode fuzzy mamdani di Judens Bakery Medan Sumatra utara. Judens Bakery merupakan salah satu toko baru yang bergerak dibidang makanan. Judens Bakery sering mengalami ketidakstabilan permintaan pasar terhadap produksi roti yang terkadang tinggi dan rendah. Hal itu menjadi permasalahan bagi Judens Bakery dalam menentukan perencanaan jumlah produksi roti. Sehingga Judens Bakery sering memproduksi roti dan kue yang berlebih. Akibatnya dapat membuat kerugian bagi pihak Judens Bakery karena roti dan kue yang sudah tidak layak dipasarkan akan dibuang. Untuk mengelesaikan permasalahan tersebut perlu diselesaikan dengan merencanakan jumlah poduksi roti berdasarkan jumlah persediaan dan jumlah permintaan dengan menggunakan metode fuzzy Mamdani. Perancangan sistem ini dibuat berbasis dekstop dengan bahasa pemrograman Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 dan database yang digunakan adalah microsoft acces. Berdasarkan rancangan sistem yang dihasilkan, maka dapat diketahui rencana jumlah produksi dengan menerapkan metode fuzzy mamdani sehingga perusahaan dapat merencanakan jumlah produksi sesuai dengan jumlah permintaan. Dengan menggunakan aplikasi tersebut pihak Judens Bakery dapat merencanakan jumlah produksi roti lebih cepat, tepat dan efisien.

Abstract

This research is the manufacture of  Decision Support System based on computer for the assessment of student learning outcomes in STMIK Pelita Nusantara Medan with TOPSIS method. Assessment of learning outcomes by lecturer should be consistent with the ongoing assessment of education standards to monitor progress and improvement processes in various forms of tests  or examinations. Assessment of learning outcomes by educational unit aims to assess the achievement of graduate competency standards for all courses. Continuous education assessment requires a system that can help lectures to convey to students more timely and provide more objective assessments. The required system is Computer Based Decision Support System, which is a computer-based system designed to improve the effectiveness of decision makers in solving problems. Implementation of decision support systems built using Visual Basic programming language 2010 and the database is MySQL. The result of this research is the application of Decision Support System by applying TOPSIS method that gives the result of the final value of the student, which can help the lecturer in determining the learning result of students STMIK Pelita Nusantara Medan. Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah merancang  sistem peramalan jumlah wisatawan asing di  Provinsi Sumatera Utara dengan sistem terkomputerisasi. Pariwisata termasuk salah satu peranan penting dalam sektor ekonomi di Indonesia. Peranan wisatawan baik lokal maupun asing berpengaruh dalam perkembangan dunia wisata di Sumatera Utara. Namun dalam kenyataanya masalah transportasi, persiapan pelayanan (tempat hunian) dan kepadatan jalan sering sekali menjadi kendala utama  bila terjadi peningkatan jumlah pengunjung yang datang ke Sumatera Utara. Untuk menghindari terjadinya masalah yang telah dibahas  diatas diperlukan suatu sistem untuk meramalkan jumlah wisatawan. Regressi Linear Sederhana adalah metode yang dipilih dalam proses peramlannya dan  sistem dibangun dengan bahasa pemrograman Visual Studio 2010 dan untuk penyimpanan data digunakan Microsoft Access. Hasil dari penelitian adalah sistem peramalan jumlah wisatawan asing di Sumatera Utara berdasarkan data historis 10 tahun  terakhir menunjukkan bahwa wisatawan asing yang akan datang berkunjung pada Januari tahun 2016 di Sumatera Utara adalah 16.937 jiwa.
