Abstract

Abstract: The pandemic has caused the economy to decline drastically, even many residents have lost their sources of livelihoods. The government directly disbursed funds in the form of Direct Cash Assistance. The problem that arose was the suspicion of injustice for the villagers who received BLT. There is a need for a transparent system to inform the criteria for BLT recipients. The more criteria for poor and vulnerable families that were met, the priority for BLT village fund recipients. BLT priority assessment based on the aspect of the criteria that apply by law is implemented using PhpMyadmin. The development of a web-based information system made it easier to inform villagers of the names of BLT priority recipients based on the reasons that had been collected and then ranked. The resulting system helps employees of the Pagar Jati Village office to inform BLT recipients in a technological system built with the water fall method including data collection, problem analysis, design, testing and system evaluation.            Keywords: devotion; information systems; priority setting; web based Abstrak: Pendemi mengakibatkan perekonomian menurun drastis, bahkan banyak warga yang kehilangan sumber mata pencaharian. Pemerintah secara langsung mengucurkan dana dalam bentuk Bantuan Langsung Tunai (BLT). Permasalahan yang timbul yaitu kecurigaan adanya ketidakadilan bagi warga desa penerima BLT. Perlu adanya sistem yang transparan menginformasikan kriteria penerima BLT. Semakin banyak kriteria keluarga miskin dan rentan yang dipenuhi, menjadi prioritas penerima BLT dana desa. Penilaian prioritas BLT berdasarkan aspek kriteria yang berlaku secara undang-undang diimplementasikan menggunakan PhpMyadmin. Pengembangan sistem informasi berbasis web mempermudah menginformasikan pada warga desa nama-nama penerima prioritas BLT berdasarkan alasan-alasan yang sudah dikumpulkan lalu diranking. Sistem yang dihasilkan membantu pegawai kantor Desa Pagar Jati menginformasikan penerima BLT secara sistem teknologi yang dibangun dengan metode water fall meliputi pengumpulan data, analisa permasalahan, perancangan, pengujian dan evaluasi sistem.    Kata kunci:berbasis web; penentuan prioritas; pengabdian; sistem informasi

Abstract

Abstract: In response to the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era, where information technology has become the basis of human life, houses of worship can also take advantage of advances in information technology to provide optimal services to their congregants. Community service activities aim to build the website of the GKPI Jemaat Khusus Perumnas II Mandala Church. The method or stage of implementation of the service starts from the preparation stage, the implementation phase, the implementation phase and the report preparation stage. The results of the implementation of the service is the availability of a website-based information system in the Church of GKPI Jemaat Khusus Perumnas II Mandala that can be utilized in providing services in the form of delivering news information, announcements and announcements of church activities that have been carried out or will be carried out. The information system is built based on a website that displays Home, Profile, Management, Citizenship, Services/Services, News and Gallery information.         Keywords: information systems, websites, industrial revolution 4.0Abstrak: Untuk merespon era Revolusi Industri 4.0, dimana teknologi informasi telah menjadi basis dalam kehidupan manusia, rumah ibadah juga dapat memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi informasi untuk memberikan pelayanan yang optimal kepada jemaatnya. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat bertujuan untuk membangun website Gereja GKPI Jemaat Khusus Perumnas II Mandala. Metode atau tahapan pelaksanaan pengabdian dimulai dari tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan, tahap implementasi dan tahap pembuatan laporan. Hasil dari pelaksanaan pengabdian adalah tersedianya system informasi berbasis website di Gereja GKPI Jemaat Khusus Perumnas II Mandala yang dapat dimanfaatkan dalam memberikan pelayanan dalam bentuk penyampaian informasi berita, pengumuman dan pemberitahuan aktifitas-aktifitas kegiatan gereja yang telah dilaksanakan maupun yang akan dilaksanakan. Abstract

Indomaret or PT.Indomarco Prismatama is one of the largest franchised minimarket companies in Indonesia which is engaged in services and sales. Indomaret is a subsidiary of the Salim Group. The number of Indomaret Stores continues to grow, so PT.Indomarco Prismatama will need a lot of employees so PT.Indomarco has opened job vacancies to meet the specified number of employees. In recruiting prospective employees, Indomaret takes a long time to recruit prospective employees because they have to make decisions fairly and appropriately. The purpose of this study is to design and build a decision support system for recruitment of prospective employees. This system is designed using UML and is built with the programming languages ​​PHP, HTML, CSS, Javascript and MySql as the database. Then determine the prospective employees who successfully passed the selection of employee admissions at PT.Indomarco Prismatama using the ELECTRE method. The ELECTRE (Elimination and Choice Expressing Reality) method is one of the methods of ranking concept decision making, namely by using pairwise comparisons between alternatives on the appropriate criteria. The research result obtained is the decision to determine the applicants who successfully passed the selection. Of the 5 samples of potential applicants, namely A1, A2, A3, A4 and A5 the applicants who successfully passed were A5 because they had the highest score compared to the other samples.

Abstract

Data scientist is a profession that is claimed to be excellent in the 21st century by many experts from big companies in the world. The area of competence that really needs to be mastered by job seekers other than office computers is Data Scientist skills. For the younger generation, talking about Data Scientist is related to programming or coding. Things that have never been done at PKBM Al Habib. With the service program from the STMIK Pelita Nusantara in collaboration with PKBM Al Habib, Introduction of Data Scientist was carried out for PKBM Al Habib Participants through Basic Python Coding Learning. The purpose of the activity is to introduce Data Scientists to members of the Al Habib PKBM training or course so as to produce Data Scientists through learning basic python coding. The achievement of this training is that participants are able to recognize and master the basics of Python programming.

Abstract

Pregnancy and childbirth are special things that are experienced by a mother who is a woman's nature. The normal birth process is the desire of many pregnant women, but sometimes each of these processes experiences disturbances or symptoms that endanger the mother and fetus and lead to the delivery of Sectio Caesarea. The diagnosis of Sectio Caesarea is usually carried out by a doctor who is an expert in his field, but sometimes consulting a doctor requires routine costs that must be incurred and preparation time according to the schedule determined by the doctor. Situations and conditions that do not allow direct consultation with a doctor due to the distance from home, or a doctor who is not always available will prevent pregnant women from providing treatment. This study aims to build an expert system application as an alternative solution to provide a diagnosis of the symptoms experienced as done by an expert such as providing explanations, diagnoses, and suggestions. The method used is the Certainty Factor method by looking for the certainty value of a fact. This expert system application was developed based on Android so that it is easy to use. The test is carried out by comparing the results of the system diagnosis with the results of expert diagnoses, the diagnosis is divided into 3 parts, namely fetal or maternal distress that is a life-threatening, fetal or maternal emergency that is not lifethreatening, delivery is required without any signs of fetal or maternal distress. The result show that the application of expert Sectio Caesarea diagnosis system can diagnose disorders symptoms experienced by pregnant women, as well solutions treatmens for these symptoms.

Abstract

Being an outstanding student has criteria according to the awarding institution. There are special requirements that must be met by the participants of outstanding student selection. The assessment component in STMIK Pelita Nusantara is the cumulative Achievement Index (GPA), scientific writing, superior performance / abilities, foreign language skills, and personality. Decision support systems (DSS) are part of computer-based information systems including knowledge-based systems or knowledge management that are used to support decision making in an organization or company. The determination of outstanding students includes unstructured problems because they have different criteria. With the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, a criterion will be compared to other criteria in terms of how important it is to achieving goals with other criteria. The results of the assessment weight are two, namely achievement and not achieving. Of the 10 students who were categorized as achievers, after the application of the AHP calculation, Anas Prasetyo obtained it Value = 2.76 and Ari Kurniawan = 2.57. Students are in the category of Achievement.

Abstract

Service can be said to be good, if the service can meet passenger satisfaction, satisfaction is achieved if the service received by passengers can exceed what is expected. In Fuzzy Logic, decision making is done by using an inference system called the fuzzy inference system which is a process of making conclusions based on Fuzzy Logic reasoning. Among the various models for measuring service quality (servqual), servqual is the most widely used method because of its high frequency of use. The criteria for measuring passenger satisfaction are physical form, reliability, response, empathy, assurance. From the calculation of the Servqual value (gap) per dimension, the first rank is the Reliability dimension of 7.65, as is the case with the calculation per criterion where the three priority criteria are part of the Reliability dimension. For the second order, Tangibles is 0.17, the third order is the Assurance dimension -0.05, the fourth order is empathy at 0.20, and the last or fifth order is Responsiveness of -11.48. This system is designed to analyze the level of passenger satisfaction at PT. ASDP Sibolga Branch using the PHP programming language. Data management using the MySQL database.

Abstract

Social media is one of the diversity of information offered and flexibility in forming friendship connections. Everyone has freedom of opinion on a worldwide basis. The number of people who are not responsible for sharing hoax news with the intention of provoking their opponents. This study supports the decision to determine hoax news and determines hoax news by applying the Fuzzy Logic of the mamdani method using the programming language used in making applications, namely Web, Database and MySql. The criteria supporting the decision to determine hoax news are Spread, Media Literacy, Significance and Certainty. So it can be concluded that the hoax news level is at 11,824 or is categorized as MEDIUM

Abstract

Untuk dapat bersaing di dunia bisnis saat ini, industri kecil dalam manajemen harus terdepan dalam manajemen operasional dan sebagainya dari segi manajemen operasional salah satunya perusahaan harus meningkatkan efektifitas dan efesiensi operasional modern seperti perencanaan produksi,dan sebangainya. Kebutuhan akan informasi yang jelas,cepat dan efesien sangat penting mengingat bidang bisnis yang diangani CV.Usaha bersama merupakan kilang padi yang memasarkan serta memproduksi beras yang sehat dan higenis. Kilang padi CV.Usaha Bersama sering mengalami ketidakstabilan permintaan pasar terhadap produk beras yang terkadang tinggi dan rendah. Hal itu menjadi permasalahan bagi kilang padi CV.Usaha Bersama dalam menentukan perencanaan jumlah produksi, Dimana kilang padi CV.Usaha Bersama dalam pengelolaannya masih secara manual sehingga sangat tidak efektif dan tidak efesien. Proses pengerjaan laporan ini tentu saja memakan waktu sehingga dibutuhkan waktu yang lama dalam melakukan pemesanan dan menyebabkan adanya kekosongan stok persediaan pada gudang dan beras yang kurang diminati akan menjadi lama terjual. Hal ini mengakibatkan manajemen mengalami kesulitan sehingga proses penjualannya terganggu dan menggakibatkan perusahaan mengalamni kerugian. Untuk itu diperlukannya sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan dengan Metode Fuzzy Mamdani dalam memprediksi angka penjualan berdasarkan persediaan dan jumlah permintaan pada kilang padi cv.usaha bersama. Tempat riset pada penelitian ini dilakukan di cv.usaha bersama. Adapun yang menjadi variabel adalah permintaan, persediaan, dan penjualan. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapatkan jumlah prediksi penjualan beras ukuran 10 kg yang terjual untuk bulan April tahun 2021oleh CV.Usaha Bersama adalah 3184 karung. Metode Fuzzy Mamdani cukup efektif dalam memberikan keputusan yang optimal. Sistem ini dibangun dengan berbasis web dan MYSQL sebagai database.

Abstract

A person's addiction to smoking can be seen from the characteristics of the cigarette addict, including: difficulty controlling the desire to smoke, high appetite, frequent coughing, sleep disturbances, and difficulty concentrating. A person's addiction to cigarettes can have a bad impact on the health of that person. The research used the Fuzzy Mamdani method. The system was built using the Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) programming language. The database management system uses My Structured Query Language (MYSQL). The criteria for the level of community addiction to cigarettes are cost, smoking frequency, and the environment. This study aims to design a Decision Support System for determining the level of community addiction to smoking and applying the Fuzzy Mamdani method for determining the level of community addiction to cigarettes. So it can be concluded that the person's level of addiction is at number 13 or categorized as CANDU.
