Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence one leg good morning exercise has on increasing leg muscle stability in extracurricular games sports. By the research objectives above, the authors used a pre-experimental method with "The One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design." The population of this study was 25 male students of high school 3 Kabupaten Ciamis. The research instrument used to collect data was the star excursion balance test. Based on data analysis using SPSS series 22, data processing results were as follows: 1. One leg good morning exercise significantly affects increased leg muscles' stability in extracurricular sports games. 2. The initial test used a star excursion balance test that was normally distributed with a significant value of 0.201> 0.05. 3. The final test used a star excursion balance test that was normally distributed with a significant value of 0.070> 0.05. 4. There was an increase in the one leg good morning exercise group significantly with a significance value of 0.028 <0.05. In conclusion, one leg good morning exercise has a significant effect on increasing leg muscles' stability in extracurricular games sports.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh latihan one leg good morning terhadap peningkatan stabilitas otot tungkai pada ekstrakurikuler olahraga permainan. Sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian di atas, maka penulis menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan “The One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design.” Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa putra SMA Negeri 3 Kabupaten Ciamis yang berjumlah sebanyak 25 orang. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah tes star excursion balance test. Berdasarkan analisis data menggunakan SPSS serie 22, hasil pengolahan data adalah sebagai berikut : 1. Latihan one leg good morning berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap peningkatan  stabilitas otot tungkai pada ekstrakurikuler olahraga permainan. 2. Tes awal menggunakan star excursion balance test berdistribusi normal dengan nilai Signifikan  0.201 > 0.05. 3. Tes akhir menggunakan star excursion balance test berdistribusi normal dengan nilai Signifikan  0.070 > 0.05. 4. Terdapat peningkatan kelompok latihan one leg good morning secara signifikan dengan nilai signifikansi 0.028 < 0.05. Kesimpulannya latihan one leg good morning berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap peningkatan stabilitas otot tungkai pada ekstrakurikuler olahraga permainan.

Abstract

Pembinaan merupakan usaha yang dilakukan dalam rangka mendirikan, menimbulkan, memajukan, dan meningkatkan suatu yang telah ada dan yang telah dicapai. Peningkatan kemampuan penguasaan gerak dalam cabang olahraga bulutangkis perlu diupayakan. Adanya tujuan latihan adalah untuk meningkatkan dan memajukan kegiatan olahraga dalam rangka pencapaian prestasi yang lebih baik bagi setiap atlet. Dalam upaya mendukung harapan tersebut, Universitas Galuh melalui kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat telah memberikan dukungan berupa pembinaan dengan memberikan berbagai variasi bentuk-bentuk latihan di berbagai teknik dasar gerakan cabang olahraga bulutangkis. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan edukatif. Kegiatan ini diberikan sebanyak delapan kali pertemuan dengan tiga kali latihan perminggu. Pengabdian yang dilakukan telah mampu meningkatkan kemampuan penguasaan gerak setiap atlet. Dengan adanya pengabdian masyarakat ini, kemampuan penguasaan gerak para atlet yang berlatih di PB Mandala semakin meningkat.

Abstract

Emotional intelligence is an ability that every student needs to have in participating in the learning process. This research was conducted on class XII students of SMAN 1 Rancah to determine their emotional intelligence mastery category. This research does not look at gender as a comparison material for categories of mastery of emotional intelligence. The research instrument used a questionnaire from Goleman with a Likert scale. There are five indicators of emotional intelligence, namely recognizing one's emotions, managing emotions, motivating oneself, recognizing other people's emotions and building relationships. The study results show that students in each indicator are in the medium category. It is rare to find students in the low category, as well as those in the high category.

Abstract

Antopometric characteristics in the somatotype section are studies that are researched using the ex post facto method applying survey techniques, namely administering tests and measurements. The subjects involved were 15 soccer players from the YPAI Cimanggu Vocational School team, Cilacap Regency. The total sampling was used this research. Data analysis uses percentages. The measuring tool used is the somatotype test. The results prove that 15 students fall into the category of mesomorph and ectomomorph (M.Ec.) 6.67%, balanced ectomorph (B.M.) 40%, mesomorph endomorph (M.En.) 6.67%, endomorph ectomorph (En.Ec .) 20%, ectomorph mesomorph (Ec.M.) 20%, ectomorph mesomorph (M.Ec.) 6.67%. Conclusion. The difference in somatotype index as a benchmark for adjusting mobility based on sport, in this case is the position of a football player.Karakteristik antopometrik pada bagian somatotype adalah studi yang diteliti dengan menggunakan metode expost facto menerapkan teknik survei yaitu pemberian tes dan pengukuran. Subjek yang terlibat adalah pemain sepakbola tim SMK YPAI Cimanggu Kabupaten Cilacap 15 orang. Penerapan teknik sampel yaitu total sampling. Analisis data memakai persentase. Alat ukur yang dipaki yaitu tes somatotype. Hasilnya membuktikan bahwa siswa yang berjumlah 15 orang masuk pada kategori mesomorf dan ectomomorf  (M.Ec.) 6.67 %, balanced ectomorp (B.M.) 40%, mesomorp endomorp (M.En.) 6,67%, endomorp ectomorp (En.Ec.) 20%, ectomorp mesomorp (Ec.M.) 20%, mesomorp ectomorp (M.Ec.) 6,67%. Kesimpulan. Perbedaan indeks somatotype sebagai tolak ukur untuk menyesuaikan mobilitas berdasarkan olahraga dalam hal ini adalah posisi pemain sepakbola

Abstract

This study aims to determine the increase in agility. The research method uses a pre-experimental design. The population used was the male students of MTs Negeri 1 Pangandaran who took part in volleyball extracurricular activities, totaling 30 people. The sampling technique used was the total sampling technique. The test instrument or measuring tool used is the shuttle run test. Based on data analysis using SPSS series 24, the results of data processing consist of 1. Ladder-in-out exercises have a significant effect on increasing body agility in students of MTs Negeri Pangandaran. The 40-yard lateral shuffle exercise has a significant effect on increasing body agility in MTs Negeri Pangandaran students. 3. There is no significant difference in the effect of the ladder in out exercise and the 40-yard lateral shuffle exercise on increasing body agility in students of MTs Negeri Pangandaran. Conclusion: Ladder in-out exercise with 40-yard lateral shuffel exercise to increase body agility in students of MTs Negeri Pangandaran.

Abstract

Increasing the explosive power movement performance of both leg muscles is the aim of training with two independent variables, namely box shuffle step and double box shuffle step. This study was implemented namely pre-experiment. The research design used was a two group pretest-posttest design. The research location is the Itsbatul Husna Panumbangan Pencak Silat College, Ciamis Regency. The subjects included consisted of 10 boys and 10 girls. Each group has 5 male participants and 5 female participants. So it consists of two groups. The measuring tool used is jumping straight up. The statistical process uses SPSS 25. The results of the study are: 1. There is a positive influence for the box shuffle step on changes in leg power in students at Itsbatul Husna Panumbangan Pencak Silat College, Ciamis Regency. 2. There is a positive influence for the double box shuffle step on changes in leg power in students at Itsbatul Husna Panumbangan Pencak Silat College, Ciamis Regency. 3. There is no difference between the box shuffle step group and the double box shuffle step group for changes in leg power in students at Itsbatul Husna Panumbangan Pencak Silat College, Ciamis Regency. Conclusion: Box shuffle step training with double box shuffle steps to change leg power in students at Itsbatul Husna Panumbangan Pencak Silat College, Ciamis Regency. Suggestion: Box shuffle step training with double box shuffle steps can be used as an alternative leg power exercise.Penambahan performa pergerakan daya ledak ke-dua otot tungkai sebagai tujuan dari latihan dua variabel bebas yaitu box shuffle step dengan double box shuffle step. Studi ini diterapkan yaitu pre-eksperimen. Desain penelitian yang dipakai yaitu two group pretest-postest design. Tempat penelitian yaitu di Perguruan Pencak Silat Itsbatul Husna Panumbangan Kabupaten Ciamis. Subjek yang diikutsertakan terdiri dari 10 orang putra dan 10 orang putri. Setiap kelompok memiliki peserta laki-laki 5 orang dan perempuan 5 orang. Sehingga terdiri dari dua kelompok. Alat ukur yang dipakai yaitu loncat tegak ke atas. Proses statistik memakai SPSS 25. Hasil studi yaitu: 1. Adanya pengaruh yang positif untuk box shuffle step untuk perubahan power tungkai pada siswa Perguruan Pencak Silat Itsbatul Husna Panumbangan Kabupaten Ciamis. 2. Adanya pengaruh yang positif untuk double box shuffle step untuk perubahan power tungkai pada siswa Perguruan Pencak Silat Itsbatul Husna Panumbangan Kabupaten Ciamis. 3. Tidak ada perbedaan antara kelompok box shuffle step dengan double box shuffle step untuk perubahan power tungkai pada siswa Perguruan Pencak Silat Itsbatul Husna Panumbangan Kabupaten Ciamis. Kesimpulan: Latihan box shuffle step dengan double box shuffle step untuk perubahan power tungkai pada siswa Perguruan Pencak Silat Itsbatul Husna Panumbangan Kabupaten Ciamis. Saran: Latihan box shuffle step dengan double box shuffle step dapat dijadikan alternatif latihan power tungkai.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the state of fatigue and power to run on soccer players. This type of research was quantitative descriptive. The research method used was a survey method with test and measurement techniques. The population used was students who are members of the Galuh Ciamis University football team, totaling 42 men. The sampling technique used was total sampling. The instrument test used was a 30 meter sprint fatigue-power maintenance test. The statistical analysis used was descriptive percentages. The results of this study indicate that the average fatigue and power running into the sufficient category consists of 8 players in the sufficient category by 33.3%, 4 players in the excellent category by 16.7%, 5 players in the good category by 20.8%, 3 players 12.5% poor categories, and 4 very poor players category 16.7%. These results have not been maximized, and the physical condition coach must be able to create a training program with a recovery program with the aim that fatigue during training can even be reduced so that there was no fatigue that could caused injury. This research was expected to be a consideration for physical condition coaches in developed training programs to be able to reduced fatigue and increased strength and speed so as to produce sprinting power for football players and as a recommendation for the development of science, especially in the physical condition of soccer players.

Abstract

This study used a pre-experimental method with a two-group pretest-posttest design to determine how much causation from the pogo jump exercise with hand-up squat jumps had on increasing leg power. The population used was Panji Kusumah volleyball players, Tasikmalaya Regency, with a sample of 16-17-year-old students, totaling 20 people. Test the hypothesis using the t-test, namely paired sample t-test and independent sample t-test. Based on the hypothesis test -t count < -t table (-2.177 < -2.101) it is known that there is an average difference in the increase in leg power between the pogo jump exercise group and the hand up squat jump group on the increase in leg power in the study sample. The suggestions put forward are: 1) The form of pogo jump training with hand-up squat jumps can be used as material for physical condition training on the power component, 2) For further research, it is hoped that it will become a source of reference for other researchers so that research in the same field will continue to grow.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the profile of the results of the vo2max measurement test using the rockport fitness walking test on male students who are members of the futsal extracurricular. The research method used is survey research by applying tests and measurements. The population of this study in SMP Negeri 1 Malangbong, Garut Regency, which amounted to 30 people. The research instrument used to collect data is the rockport fitness walking test. Based on data analysis using SPSS series 24 the results based on the percentage of vo2max test results from the rockport fitness walking test show that categories such as categories are perfect, very good, good, enough, less, and very less. It consists of a perfect category, none or 0%, a very good category or 0%, a good category of 8 students or 26.7%, a sufficient category of 11 students or 36.7%, a poor category of 9 students or 30%, and the last category is less than 2 people or 6.6%. The conclusion is that the profile of the results of the vo2max measurement test using the rockport fitness walking test on male students who are members of the futsal extracurricular activity is in the sufficient category. Suggestion: It is hoped that there will be further research that discusses the rockport fitness walking test instrument test as an alternative to determine the vo2max of students or athletes.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui profil hasil tes pengukuran vo2max menggunakan rockport fitness walking test pada siswa putra yang tergabung dalam ekstrakurikuler futsal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian survei dengan menerapkan tes dan pengukuran. Populasi penelitian ini di SMP Negeri 1 Malangbong Kabupaten Garut yang berjumlah sebanyak 30 orang. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah rockport fitness walking test. Berdasarkan analisis data menggunakan SPSS serie 24 hasilnya berdasarkan persentase vo2max hasil tes rockport fitness walking test terlihat bahwa kategori seperti kategori sempurna, baik sekali, baik, cukup, kurang, dan kurang sekali. Terdiri dari kategori sempurna tidak ada atau 0 %, kategori baik sekali tidak ada atau 0 %, kategori baik berjumlah 8 orang siswa atau 26,7 %, kategori cukup berjumlah 11 orang siswa atau 36,7 %, kategori kurang berjumlah 9 orang siswa atau 30 %, dan yang terakhir kategori kurang sekali berjumlah 2 orang atau 6,6 %. Kesimpulannya bahwa profil hasil tes pengukuran vo2max menggunakan rockport fitness walking test pada siswa putra yang tergabung dalam ekstrakurikuler futsal masuk pada kategori cukup. Saran: Diharapkan adanya penelitian lanjutan yang membahas tentang instrument test rockport fitness walking test sebagai salah satu alternatif untuk mengetahui vo2max siswa atau atlet.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of reverse pyramid set and drop set training methods on increasing leg muscle endurance, and comparing the two to determine which method is more effective. The study used a Two-Group Pretest-Posttest experimental design, with a sample of 17 volleyball extracurricular students at SMAN 1 Rancah. The research program was conducted for 12 meetings with half squat training material according to the method of each group. The instrument used to measure leg muscle endurance is the Wall Sit Test. The results of the analysis using SPSS version 25, Paired Sample t-test showed that the reverse pyramid set method (Sig. = 0.000) and drop set (Sig. = 0.036) both provided significant improvement. However, the Independent Sample t-test results (Sig. = 0.843) showed no significant difference between the two methods. Thus, both training methods are effective and provide comparable results. This finding can be used as a reference in the preparation of physical exercise programs. Future research is recommended to involve a larger sample and additional variables for more in-depth results.
