Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbandingan pengaruh latihan pass and follow drill circle dengan pass and follow drill square terhadap peningkatan passing pendek pada cabang olahraga sepakbola. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen, teknik pengambilan sampel adalah total sampling. Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini adalah atlet sepakbola UNIGAL Football Club yang berjumlah 15 orang. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah passing dan stoping. Hasilnya bahwa latihan pass and follow drill circle dengan pass and follow drill square berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap peningkatan passing pendek pada cabang olahraga sepakbola. Namun latihan yang paling besar pengaruhnya adalah latihan pass and follow drill square. Kesimpulannya bahwa latihan pass and follow drill circle dengan pass and follow drill square dapat meningkatkan passing pendek pada cabang olahraga sepakbola.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kontribusi atau hubungan antara berat badan dengan d r o p j u m pin g terhadap koordinasi mata dan kaki. Metode penelitian menggunakan cross sectional . Populasi mahasiswa yang tergabung dalam unit Sepakbola Universitas Galuh Ciamis berjumlah 24 orang. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah data berat badan dan tes drop jumping sekaligus koordinasi mata dan kaki ketika melakukan lompatan. Validitas berdasarkan corrected item total corr elation rata - rata sebesar 0.980. Sedangkan nilai reliabilitas berdasarkan cronbachs alpha rata-rata sebesar 0.990. Prosedur pengolahan dan analisis data yang terdiri dari uji normalitas untuk berat badan 0.150 0.05 dan drop jumping 0.096 0.05. Artinya dalam penelitian ini secara keseluruhan datanya berdistribusi normal. Uji homogenitas menunjukkan nilai signifikansi 0.485 0.05 untuk berat badan, nilai signifikansi 0.156 0.05 untuk drop jumping , dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara keseluruhan data tersebut adalah Homogen. Uji linieritas garis regresi menunjukkan hasil tidak linier terlihat hasilnya adalah 0.700 0.05. Terakhir adalah uji hipotesis, diperoleh angka koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.080. Menunjukkan lemahnya korelasi antara drop jumping dengan berat badan. Berdasarkan pada hasil perhitungan untuk variabel drop jumping dengan berat badan nilai signifikansi diperoleh sebesar 0.623, maka H0 diterima. Dengan demikian walaupun ada hubungan antara drop jumping dengan berat badan tubuh, tetapi hubungannya tidak signifikan.

Abstract

This study aims to find out about: (1) the effect of rolling ball push up exercises on arm to endurance (2) the effect of push up tubing exercises on to arm endurance (3) the difference between rolling ball push up exercises and push up tubing on power hold arm muscles. This research was a quasi-experimental design studied and usesd quantitative descriptive. The population used was regular students who took physical conditioningdevelopment. Totaling 70 experimental group students consisting of 35 rolling ball push-up students, and 35 push-tubing group students. The research sampling technique used subject matched ordinal pairing. The research instrument used was a 1 minute push up. The process of analyzing statistical data uses paired sample t-tests and independent sample t-tests. The results of the study proved that (1) rolling ball push up exercises significantly influenced the increased in endurance of the arm muscles by 0.93%, (2) push up tubing exercises significantly influenced the increased in endurance of the arm muscles by 0.31%. (3) there was no significant difference between rolling ball push up and push up tubing exercised on increased endurance of arm muscles.

Abstract

Outdoor sports activities require excellent skills in situations of high physical stress, so physical condition plays a vital role in supporting the success of mountaineering. Objectives; This study aims to test the validity and reliability of the physical fitness and motor fitness components as a reference for determining the optimal physical performance of mountain climbers. Methods; The method used is Research and Development, the participants this 7 mountaineers on 18 peaks for 12 days at an altitude of 3000 MDPL in Indonesia. The sampling technique used was total sampling. The analysis used is content validity and construct validity. Data analysis was carried out, namely the first to sixth steps, namely the stage of developing standard indicators for physical abilities components in terms of physical fitness and motor fitness. The seventh to tenth steps are the instrument development stage. The small-scale test was used as a product development trial to test the validity and reliability of the test instrument. A large-scale test to develop norms and standards for assessing mountaineer's physical abilities test instruments. Result; The components of developing the physical abilities test for mountaineers include physical fitness factors, including cardiorespiratory endurance fitness (Balke test), muscular strength and power (jump decathlon test), muscular endurance (wall squat test), flexibility (Static Flexibility Test – Hip and Trunk), body composition (BMI and % fat content). Motor fitness factors include speed (running 35 m speed test), agility (hexagonal obstacle test), coordination (Hand and eye coordination test), balance (standing stroke test), and reaction time (whole-body reaction). Conclusion; the physical abilities component of mountaineers has a substantial correlation value, and the test instrument can be used as an evaluation method to measure mountaineers' physical and motor fitness.

Abstract

Antopometric characteristics in the somatotype section are studies that are researched using the ex post facto method applying survey techniques, namely administering tests and measurements. The subjects involved were 15 soccer players from the YPAI Cimanggu Vocational School team, Cilacap Regency. The total sampling was used this research. Data analysis uses percentages. The measuring tool used is the somatotype test. The results prove that 15 students fall into the category of mesomorph and ectomomorph (M.Ec.) 6.67%, balanced ectomorph (B.M.) 40%, mesomorph endomorph (M.En.) 6.67%, endomorph ectomorph (En.Ec .) 20%, ectomorph mesomorph (Ec.M.) 20%, ectomorph mesomorph (M.Ec.) 6.67%. Conclusion. The difference in somatotype index as a benchmark for adjusting mobility based on sport, in this case is the position of a football player.Karakteristik antopometrik pada bagian somatotype adalah studi yang diteliti dengan menggunakan metode expost facto menerapkan teknik survei yaitu pemberian tes dan pengukuran. Subjek yang terlibat adalah pemain sepakbola tim SMK YPAI Cimanggu Kabupaten Cilacap 15 orang. Penerapan teknik sampel yaitu total sampling. Analisis data memakai persentase. Alat ukur yang dipaki yaitu tes somatotype. Hasilnya membuktikan bahwa siswa yang berjumlah 15 orang masuk pada kategori mesomorf dan ectomomorf  (M.Ec.) 6.67 %, balanced ectomorp (B.M.) 40%, mesomorp endomorp (M.En.) 6,67%, endomorp ectomorp (En.Ec.) 20%, ectomorp mesomorp (Ec.M.) 20%, mesomorp ectomorp (M.Ec.) 6,67%. Kesimpulan. Perbedaan indeks somatotype sebagai tolak ukur untuk menyesuaikan mobilitas berdasarkan olahraga dalam hal ini adalah posisi pemain sepakbola

Abstract

The reliant variable in the title of this study is the principal objective, specifically arm power. Pre-trial configuration is the applied technique. The area and exploration subjects were Yos Sudarso Kawunganten Center School understudies and Cilacap Rule. The method for taking the exploration object was absolute examining so there were 30 male understudies. The test offered to these understudies is the chance put toss test. The aftereffects of the review are: 1. The twisted-around toss practice essentially affects positive changes in the dangerous force of the arm muscles. 2. Ball flip activities fundamentally affect positive changes for the unstable force of the arm muscles. 3. There is a huge distinction between the twisted-around toss and ball flip activities for positive changes in the dangerous force of the arm muscles. Conclusion: Twisted-around toss and ball flip activities essentially affect expanding arm power in understudies of SMP Yos Sudarso Kawunganten, Cilacap Regime.

Abstract

This research aims to produce a long pass test instrument product, namely using a 3x3 meter box in which 1x1 meter has varying values while comparing it with old test instruments. The research method used is R & D (Research and Development). The results obtained have a correlation value (r) of 0.4. based on the strength of the relationship it can be said to be "Enough." Implications: Based on the level of use, the new long pass kick test instrument is better used at the amateur player or Football School (SSB) level, while the old long pass kick test instrument is better given to the professional football player level.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk instrumen tes long pass yaitu menggunakan kotak 3x3 meter yang di dalamnya berukuran 1x1 meter memiliki nilai yang bervariasi sekaligus membandingkan dengan instrumen tes lama Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah R & D (Research and Development). Hasil yang diperoleh nilai korelasi (r) 0.4. berdasarkan kekuatan hubungan dapat dikatakan “Cukup.” Implikasi : Berdasarkan pada tingkatan penggunaannya bahwa instrumen tes tendangan long pass baru lebih baik digunakan pada tingkatan pemain amatir atau tingkatan Sekolah Sepak Bola (SSB), sedangkan untuk instrumen tes tendangan long pass lama lebih baik diberikan pada tingkatan pemain sepak bola professional.

Abstract

The arm muscle strength that is focused on for expanded changes comes from the impact of precious stone push-ups and seat push-ups. The location of the research is Cilacap Regency's Komputama Majenang Vocational School. Understudies who were utilized as exploration objects were 20 individuals. Free experimental design was used as the research method. The estimation instrument utilized is push-ups. The obtained outcomes: 1. The precious stone push-up practice fundamentally affects positive changes in the arm muscle strength of understudies at SMK Komputama Majenang, Cilacap Rule. 2. Students at SMK Komputama Majenang, Cilacap Regency, experience significant improvements in arm muscle strength as a result of performing the chair push-up exercise. 3. At SMK Komputama Majenang, Cilacap Regency, students' increases in chair push-ups and diamond push-ups are significantly different. Conclusion: There is a positive change in the impact of precious stone push-ups and seat push-ups on arm muscle strength.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether there are positive changes in body agility as a result of the five dot drill treatment. The research method used is pre-experimental design. The research location is at SMK YPS 1 Ciamis Regency. The research subjects were 20 people. The sampling technique is total sampling. Based on data analysis using SPSS series 24, the results of data processing were, "The five dot drill exercise had a significant influence on increasing agility in male students at YPS Vocational School, Ciamis Regency." Conclusion: Five dot drill training has a significant effect on increasing agility. Suggestion: It is hoped that similar research will be carried out so that the repertoire of physical condition elements of agility will further develop. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya perubahan seara positif pada kelincahan tubuh dari hasil perlakuan five dot drill. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pre-experimental design. Lokasi penelitian di SMK YPS 1 Kabupaten Ciamis. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 20 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu total sampling. Berdasarkan analisis data menggunakan SPSS serie 24, hasil pengolahan data adalah, “Latihan five dot drill memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan kelincahan pada siswa putra SMK YPS Kabupaten Ciamis.” Kesimpulan: Latihan five dot drill berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap peningkatan kelincahan. Saran: Diharapkan adanya penelitian yang sejenis agar khasanah unsur kondisi fisik kelincahan semakin berkembang.

Abstract

Penelitian eksperimen ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendekatan latihan taktik terhadap kemampuan akurasi passing peserta ekstrakurikuler futsal di Mts Purwadadi. Populasi yang digunakan adalah 35 siswa ekstrakurikuler futsal MTs Purwadadi. Dalam penelitian ini, 20 siswa diambil sampel menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling. Dalam penelitian ini, tes digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Penelitian ini menggunakan modifikasi tes mengoperkan bola rendah dan uji-t untuk menganalisis data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan passing peserta ekstrakurikuler futsal di Mts Purwadadi sangat dipengaruhi oleh pendekatan taktik latihan. Terjadi perbedaan rata-rata sebesar 1,35, dengan rerata pretest sebesar 6,35 dan rerata posttest sebesar 7,7, menunjukkan peningkatan sebesar 21,25% dibandingkan dengan sebelum latihan pendekatan taktik
