Abstract

Outdoor sports activities require excellent skills in situations of high physical stress, so physical condition plays a vital role in supporting the success of mountaineering. Objectives; This study aims to test the validity and reliability of the physical fitness and motor fitness components as a reference for determining the optimal physical performance of mountain climbers. Methods; The method used is Research and Development, the participants this 7 mountaineers on 18 peaks for 12 days at an altitude of 3000 MDPL in Indonesia. The sampling technique used was total sampling. The analysis used is content validity and construct validity. Data analysis was carried out, namely the first to sixth steps, namely the stage of developing standard indicators for physical abilities components in terms of physical fitness and motor fitness. The seventh to tenth steps are the instrument development stage. The small-scale test was used as a product development trial to test the validity and reliability of the test instrument. A large-scale test to develop norms and standards for assessing mountaineer's physical abilities test instruments. Result; The components of developing the physical abilities test for mountaineers include physical fitness factors, including cardiorespiratory endurance fitness (Balke test), muscular strength and power (jump decathlon test), muscular endurance (wall squat test), flexibility (Static Flexibility Test – Hip and Trunk), body composition (BMI and % fat content). Motor fitness factors include speed (running 35 m speed test), agility (hexagonal obstacle test), coordination (Hand and eye coordination test), balance (standing stroke test), and reaction time (whole-body reaction). Conclusion; the physical abilities component of mountaineers has a substantial correlation value, and the test instrument can be used as an evaluation method to measure mountaineers' physical and motor fitness.

Abstract

Olahraga merupakan bagian dari aktivitas manusia sehari-hari yang berguna untuk membentuk jasmani dan rohani yang sehat. Olahraga memiliki 4 tujuan yaitu : (1) rekreasi (2) pendidikan (3) kesehatan (4) prestasi. Salah satu olahraga rekreasi dan prestasi yang dapat dijadikan sebagai alternatif baru bagi masyarakat untuk berolahraga adalah Arung Jeram. Arung jeram merupakan salah satu olahraga menyenangkan, kita bisa merasakan derasnya aliran sungai, melewati jeram dan bebatuan besar dan berenang menyusuri sungai tanpa takut tenggelam karena ada seorang pemandu yang selalu mengawasi kita, arung jeram juga dapat menghilangkan penat dan stres setelah masyarakat di sibukkan oleh pekerjaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi terhadap kerjasama tim atlet arung jeram kabupaten ciamis. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisi deskriptif. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 14 orang dari atlet Arung Jeram Kabupaten Ciamis. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu teknik sampling jenuh atau total sampling yaitu dimana seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel. Instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu kuisioner (angket) yang di adaptasi dari Saepuloh (2016) yang terdiri dari 35 sub indicator.

Abstract

The study wanted to find out the effect of elastic band training on leg muscle power in shooting soccer. The population used in this study was SSB Satria FC with a sample of 22 people using the total sampling technique. The instrument used is the standing broad jump test. By analyzing the data using the t-test on the research hypothesis. Based on the results of the study it was found that Sig 2-Tailed had a value of 0.000, so this study had different standing broad jump test results after the treatment group and the control group. So, the results of the elastic band training itself have an influence on the results of increasing leg power.

Abstract

The independent variables consist of the Colorado experiment and burn out. The aim of this study is to change the appearance of chest muscle volume. The research uses a pre-experimental method. Pretest-posttest two group design as the research design. The location of this study is Diamond Fitness. The total research subjects were 14 men divided into two research groups. The measuring tool used is circumference measurements only on the chest circumference. The statistical data processing process applies the SPSS 25 application. The results of this study are 1. Exercise using the Colorado Experiment system has a significant effect on increasing chest muscle volume. 2. Training using the burnout system has a significant effect on increasing chest muscle volume. 3. There is no significant difference between training using the Colorado Experiment system and burn out on increasing chest muscle volume. Conclusion: The independent variables consisting of the Colorado experiment and burnout showed better changes in chest muscle volume in Diamond Fitness members. Suggestion: A variety of exercise variations must be used so that the right training method can be found for each individual Diamond Fitness member.Variabel bebas terdiri dari colorado experiment dan burn out adalah tujuan dari studi ini untuk merubah penampilan pada volume otot dada. Penelitian menggunakan metode pre-experimen. Pretest-postest two group design sebagai desain penelitian. Lokasi studi ini adalah di Diamond Fitness. Subjek penelitian keseluruhan berjumlah 14 orang putra dibagi menjadi dua kelompok penelitian. Alat ukur yang digunakan yaitu circumference measurements hanya pada bagian lingkar dada. Proses pengolahan data statistik menerapkan aplikasi SPSS 25. Hasil studi ini adalah 1. Latihan menggunakan sistem colorado experiment memperlihatkan hasil yang lebih baik pada volume otot dada. 2. Menggunakan sistem burnout memperlihatkan hasil yang lebih baik pada massa otot dada. 3. Ke-dua metode tersebut tidak terlihat keunggulan atau sebaliknya ke-dua variabel bebas tersebut mempunyai perubahan positif yang lebih baik pada volume otot dada. Kesimpulan: Variabel bebas yang terdiri dari colorado experiment dan burnout adanya perubahan yang lebih baik untuk volume otot dada pada anggota Diamond Fitness. Saran: Berbagai variasi latihan harus digunakan agar dapat ditemukan metode latihan yang tepat bagi setiap masing-masing individu anggota Diamond Fitness.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between the independent variable, namely arm and shoulder flexibility, and the dependent variable, namely bottom serve. The research method uses correlational. The research location is at SMK YPS 1 Ciamis Regency. The research sample consisted of 20 male students. The sampling technique uses total sampling technique. Based on data analysis using SPSS series 26, the results of data processing are that there is a relationship or correlation of 0.001 < 0.05. The degree of relationship of 0.663 is in the strong correlation category. Because the nature of the relationship is positive, the higher the flexibility of the arms and shoulders, the higher the results from the bottom serve. Conclusion: There is a relationship between arm and shoulder flexibility and lower serve.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara variabel bebas yaitu fleksibilitas lengan dan bahu dengan variabel terikat yaitu servis bawah bawah. Metode penelitian menggunakan korelasional. Lokasi penelitian di SMK YPS 1 Kabupaten Ciamis. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 20 orang siswa putra. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling. Berdasarkan analisis data menggunakan SPSS serie 26, hasil pengolahan data yaitu adanya hubungan atau kolerasi sebesar 0,001 < 0,05. Derajat hubungannya sebesar 0,663 masuk pada kategori korelasi kuat. Karena sifat hubungannya positif jadi semakin tinggi fleksibilitas lengan dan bahu maka semakin tinggi pula hasil dari servis bawah. Kesimpulan: Adanya hubungan antara fleksibilitas lengan dan bahu dengan servis bawah.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was how much the program results in the double-leg tuck jump and knee tuck jump groups on positive changes in leg power. The experimental method was used in this research. The population of this research was at SMP Negeri 8 Tasikmalaya City with the number of students being used as research, namely 20 students. The instrument test used was the vertical jump test. The results of statistical data analysis are as follows: 1. There was a positive change from the double-leg tuck group to leg power. 2. There was a positive change from the knee tuck jump group to leg power. 3. The difference was very large in the double-leg tuck jump and knee tuck jump groups as a result of the vertical jump test. The conclusion is that the double-leg tuck jump and knee tuck jump groups have a positive impact. Suggestion: It was hoped that there will be further plyometric research as one of the recommendations in providing coaching and training for the power of the two limbs.Tujuan penelitian ini seberapa besar hasil program kelompok double-leg tuck jump dan knee tuck jump pada perubahan positif pada power tungkai. Metode eksperimen digunakan pada penelitian ini. Populasi penelitian ini di SMP Negeri 8 Kota Tasikmalaya dengan jumlah yang dijadikan penelitian yaitu 20 orang siswa. Tes awal dan tes akhir yang dipergunakan yaitu vertical jump test. Hasil analisis data statistika adalah sebagai berikut: 1. Adanya perubahan secara positif  dari kelompok double-leg tuck terhadap power tungkai. 2. Adanya perubahan secara positif dari kelompok knee tuck jump terhadap power tungkai. 3. Perbedaan terlihat sangat besar kelompok double-leg tuck jump dan knee tuck jump hasil dari tes vertical jump. Kesimpulannya bahwa kelompok double-leg tuck jump dan knee tuck jump memiliki dampak yang positif pada hasil tes power tungkai. Saran: Diharapkan adanya penelitian pliometrik lanjutan sebagai salah satu rekomendasi dalam memberikan pembinaan dan pelatihan daya ledak otot bagian ke-dua tungkai.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between cardiovascular and self-confidence. This study used a correlation method using test and measurement techniques on independent variables, namely cardiovascular and dependent variables, namely self-confidence. The population used was SMA Negeri 3 Ciamis Regency The sample used amounted to 50 people. Discussion. Based on the results of the regression line linearity test shows that the number obtained is greater than 0.05, it is proven that for cardiovascular independent variables with confidence is 0.971 > 0.05 meaning that cardiovascular variables do not affect self-confidence variables. Based on the results of the correlation test between the independent variable, namely cardiovascular and bound variables, namely self-confidence, a significance value of 0.953 greater than 0.05 means that cardiovascular and self-confidence are not related. Based on the results of the discussion starting from the calculation and analysis of the data that has been described, the author states that "There is no relationship between cardiovascular and self-confidence." It is expected that there will be studies that use samples at different levels to have data from various levels ranging from different genders, ages, and sports.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of reverse pyramid set and drop set training methods on increasing leg muscle endurance, and comparing the two to determine which method is more effective. The study used a Two-Group Pretest-Posttest experimental design, with a sample of 17 volleyball extracurricular students at SMAN 1 Rancah. The research program was conducted for 12 meetings with half squat training material according to the method of each group. The instrument used to measure leg muscle endurance is the Wall Sit Test. The results of the analysis using SPSS version 25, Paired Sample t-test showed that the reverse pyramid set method (Sig. = 0.000) and drop set (Sig. = 0.036) both provided significant improvement. However, the Independent Sample t-test results (Sig. = 0.843) showed no significant difference between the two methods. Thus, both training methods are effective and provide comparable results. This finding can be used as a reference in the preparation of physical exercise programs. Future research is recommended to involve a larger sample and additional variables for more in-depth results.
