Abstract

This research discusses the impact of service recovery programs on customer loyalty in the logistics industry with a focus on marketing public relations, service recovery and customer loyalty. In the context of an increasingly competitive logistics industry, maintaining customer loyalty is crucial for the company's business continuity. A service recovery program is an important strategy to carry out. A service recovery program is an effort to resolve customer problems or dissatisfaction by providing compensation or satisfactory solutions, so as to improve the relationship between the company and customers who experience problems. This research used a purposive sampling method with a sample of 400 respondents. The research results show that marketing public relations and service recovery have a positive effect on customer loyalty. The conclusion of this research is that marketing, public relations, and service recovery have a high relationship with customer loyalty at PT. Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) route in Medan

Abstract

Kewirausahaan merupakan bidang yang masih kurang diminati oleh kalangan Mahasiswa. walaupun sudah banyak upaya yang dilaksanakan oleh pemerintah dan pihak swasta , namun masih perlu dukungan banyak pihak, Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini untuk menanamkan jiwa kewirausahaan sejak dini pada mahasiswa. Diharapkan pada waktu yang akan datang para mahasiswa menjadi wirausahawan yang handal dan professional. , Kegiatan ini dilakukan oleh team pengabdi masyarakat FEB UWKS dan bekerja sama dengan Direktur Akademi Farmasi Yanna Husada Bangkalan, dari bulan April 2023 sampaiĀ  Juli 2023. Jumlah mahasiswa yang dibina dalam kewirausahaan sebanyak 40 orang, metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini menggunakan pendekatan pelatihan kewirausahaan disertai contoh pembuatan produk makanan frozen. Adapun pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan dilakukan dengan pemberian materi membangun jiwa kewirausahaan serta pembuatan makanan frozen

Abstract

Pengembangan usaha produk ubi jalar pada masyarakat sekitar Pondok Pesantren Cepokolimo bertujuan menjadikan mitra masyarakat non produktif mampu menghasilkan produk olahan ubi jalar yang bernilai ekonomi, sehingga dapat meningkatkan penghasilan keluarga, serta mendukung pengembangan Desa Cepokolimo sebagai kawasan wisata. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan metode: penyuluhan dan praktik pembuatan produk olahan ubi jalar berupa brownies ubi jalar, penyuluhan manajemen keuangan khususnya perhitungan harga pokok produksi, laba, dan harga jual, penyuluhan promosi dan pemasaran produk secara offline dan secara online, desain kemasan produk brownies ubi jalar. Manfaat kegiatan ini adalah: 1) Meningkatnya pengetahuan dan kemampuan mitra terhadap pengembangan diversifikasi produk olahan ubi jalar, adanya desain kemasan yang memiliki nilai jual lebih dan pelabelan produk yang memenuhi syarat label produk pangan; 2) Meningkatnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman mitra terkait manajemen keuangan sederhana; 3) Meningkatnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman mitra terkait pemasaran baik secara offline maupun secara online dengan digital marketing, sehingga dapat mengelola pemasaran produknya dengan lebih baik. Dari kegiatan ini pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam pembuatan produk olahan brownies ubi jalar meningkat, masyarakat paham bagaimana menghitung harga pokok produksi, laba, dan harga jual, serta memahami promosi dan pemasaran secara offline dan secara online.

Abstract

With the current increasingly high development of information technology, the level of competition faced by organizations, especially for business activities with the aim of seeking maximum profits (profit oriented companies), is felt to be increasingly high and the competition is also getting tighter. The research objective is to analyze the role of transformational leadership in encouraging organizational innovation. The method used is descriptive analysis supported by data from internet searching or online-based literature in the form of journals, websites and others. The result is that there are 10 (ten) roles of transformational leadership in encouraging organizational innovation which are based on transformational leadership as the "Four I's" (idealized influence, intellectual stimulation, individualized consideration, and inspirational motivation). It is hoped that the MahakaX company can encourage a culture of continuous learning in order to find new solutions to increase innovation.

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to examine the effect of management orientation on business innovation and business performance enhancement, as well as the effect of business innovation on business performance enhancement in micro and small industries. Design/methodology/approach: This study is categorized as quantitative research with an associative/explanatory approach accompanied by hypothesis testing. The unit of analysis in this study was micro and small industry business actors with a population of 163. The sample size in the study was 84 (51,53%), and the sample members were taken from the population using purposive sampling, which was then referred to as respondents. The questionnaire was distributed over a period of four weeks (August 1, 2025 - August 28, 2025) and was filled out by several respondents; therefore, the data collected through this questionnaire is quite representative of the population. Findings: Testing in path analysis shows that management orientation directly and significantly affects business innovation and business performance, strengthening with standardized coefficient values of 0,316 (sig. 0,046) and 0,394 (sig. 0,039), respectively. While business innovation directly and significantly affects the strengthening of micro and small business performance, with a standardized coefficient value of 0,317 (sig. 0,043). The results of this study indicate that a management orientation that is responsive to change and adaptive to environmental changes will spur creative behavior in business innovation, thereby creating effective and efficient business practices in managing resources and encouraging better business performance. Business innovation that focuses on the use of digital platforms and social media is able to provide services to consumers more quickly, easily, and flexibly without being limited by time, place, and space, thereby encouraging the strengthening of business performance. Strengthening the performance of micro and small industries can be achieved when management is more responsive to environmental changes and able to implement them in business processes, increasing creativity in carrying out business innovation effectively and efficiently, both in business management, applying management functions, and business cycles. Strengthening management orientation and business innovation can be relevant antecedents to explain the strengthening of the performance of micro and small industries. Therefore, hypotheses H1, H2, and H3 can be accepted because all the antecedents tested have a direct, positive, and significant effect with a significance level below 0.05.
