Abstract

This research aimed to defined a proper packaging and a  way to pack for ‘gula siwalan kristal’ storage-life. This research used random block design which was containing two factors treatment with three (3) times repeating. First factor was the kind of packaging (P1 = Polyethylene, P2 = Polypropylene). Second factor was a way to pack (V1 = packing without vacuum, V2 = with vacuum). It will be analysed every 5 weeks. The parameters would be analysed were water contain and sum micro-organism as parameter, also hedonic test.    The result showed that ‘gula siwalan kristal’ had a lower water contain when  it packed by vacuum.  Polyethylene and vacuum (P1V2) could press the amount of micro-organism. Based on hedonic test showed that a kind of packaging and a way to pack did not effect to the colour of  ‘gula siwalan kristal’ but did to performance of it for 5, 10 and 15 weeks storages.Key words: ‘gula siwalan kristal’, packaging, polyethylene, polypropylene and vacuum

Abstract

Wet noodles as a source of carbohydrates have a moderate GI value that is 53-56. For this reason, engineering processes was needed to reduce GI value so that it becomes safe and healthy food. Tea (Camellia sinensis) contains tannin polyphenols which can reduce protein and starch digestibility so that the glycemic response decreases. The addition of tea extract to the noodles will result in changes in product properties, so that research on quality of wet noodles with tea extract addition was needed. This research used Factorial Randomized Block Design. The first factor was tea type with two levels and second factor was tea extract concentration with three levels. The parameters observed were organoleptic test, namely taste, aroma and color, and chemical tests, namely protein and tannin content. The research conclusion were: (1) based on organoleptic test, the addition of green tea was preferred over black tea, (2) the addition of green tea and black tea did not caused significant differences in protein content, (3) the tannin content with the addition of green tea tends to be higher than black tea, and (4) the selected treatment was T1K1 (addition of 1% green tea extract) containing 5.81% protein and 15.39% tannin.

Abstract

The need for sugar as a sweetener is increasing, therefore need to look for alternative other sweeteners as sugar cane substitution, among them by developing liquid sugar from starch. Purse as one type of root crops have a great opportunity to be developed because it has a high carbohydrate content. The purpose of this research was to determine the best process of purse liquid sugar with acid hydrolysis and enzyme hydrolysis. This research consists of 2 stages. The first stage is the processing optimization by acid hydrolysis and the second stage is the processing optimization by enzyme hydrolysis. The parameters tested were oBrix, moisture content, ash content, and reducing sugar. The best process is based on the highest expectation value based Value Expectations Method. Furthermore, the products produce from the selected process calculated caloric value and the Glycemic Index (GI). The results of this research showed that: (1) The best acid hydrolysis process is adding acid 15 ml  and hydrolysis time are 1 hour, which produces purse liquid sugar with 86.30% moisture content, 2,01% ash content, 13,33oBrix, 10,21% reducing sugar, 41 calories and IG value is 47,32; (2) The best enzyme hydrolysis process is adding 3 ml enzyme and hydrolysis temperature of 1000C, which produces purse liquid sugar with 73.73% moisture content, 0.24% ash content, 25.17 oBrix, 23,43% reducing sugar, 106 calories and IG value is 80.63.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hasil penerapan konseling Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) dalam lingkup pendidikan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan atau disebut dengan Library Research. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis isi. Untuk menjaga ketepatan pengkajian dan mencegah adanya misinformasi dalam analisis data, maka dilakukan pengecekan antar pustaka dan membaca kembali pustaka serta memperhatikan komentar dari dosen pembimbing. Hasil penelitian ini tersusunnya kajian penerapan konseling Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) dalam lingkup pendidikan yang merujuk pada komponen-komponen 20 artikel jurnal nasional dan internasional serta masukan dari dosen pembimbing yaitu: 1) Keberhasilan penerapan konseling SFBT dalam lingkup pendidikan, 2) Prosedur implementasi konseling SFBT dalam lingkup pendidikan, 3) Metode atau teknik konseling SFBT dalam lingkup pendidikan, 4) Ruang lingkup dan sasaran SFBT dalam lingkup pendidikan, 5) Saran atau rekomendasi penerapan konseling SFBT dalam lingkup pendidikan. Abstract

Soya milk is healthy drink, and high nutrition such as protein, lowfat, carbohidrat, calsium, phosplior, iron, and vitamin. Besides that soya milk also cheaper than cow milk. But market of soya milk can not be expanse. Based on that reason needed toJznd solution to improve market of soya milk. Solution can be started from voice of customer. Research for the voice of customer can be use Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method. By this method in this research we can understand what customer want. Customer of soya milk want fit volume and good packaging beside low price or we can say low price with hzgh quality. It can be start from improve nutrition, packaging, flavour, volume, price, taste, and performance produk as atribut-atribut base on voice of customer.Keyword: soya milk, Quality Function Deployment, voice of cuatomer.

Lay out as apart of production facility problem have to made good design. Good desig11 of lay out production facility will be support good efficiency_ production. Base on that problem, this research aim to redesign lay out (relayout) production faczlzty to make good efficiency production. Relayout production facility can be use Value Stream Mapping Tools. Based on analisis by using Value Stream Mapping Tools can be reduced total cycle timefrom 1022 minutes become 917 minutes, reduce qistance of material handling. Abstract

This study aims to describe the results of the implementation of the assignment model that is rewriting the dokkai text on the Dokkai course in the Japanese Literature Study Program of FIB UnSoed to improve students' Japanese language skills. This study used the action research method with the assignment of rewriting the dokkai text as its treatment. The research subjects were 107 students of the Japanese Literature Study Program of FIB UnSoed consisting of 4th-semester student class 2017 and 2nd-semester student class of 2018. The data collection used in two ways. They were giving tests and questionnaires to students. The data collected were then analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively to produce a conclusion from this study.            Based on the results of data analysis, the results of the test results for the 4th-semester student class 2017 got an average value of 69, the highest score of 96, and the lowest score of 40, while the 2nd-semester student class of 2018 got an average score of 62, the highest score of 94, and the lowest value of 55. Furthermore, from the results of the questionnaire filled out by students, 92.6% of students agreed with the assignment model because of the assignment of rewriting the dokkai text. The students could more fluently read and understand the contents of the text studied in class. At the same time, it trained them to get used to writing Japanese characters, whether it was hiragana, katakana, or kanji.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya kemampuan mahasiswa Sastra Jepang Unsoed dalam mata kuliah dokkai (pemahaman bacaan berbahasa Jepang) dan kondisi pandemi Covid-19 yang membuat proses pembelajaran dilakukan secara daring. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hasil belajar mahasiswa melalui sistem Eldiru dalam mata kuliah dokkai, dan tanggapan mahasiswa terhadap sistem Eldiru tersebut. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode action research, di mana sumber datanya adalah mahasiswa Sastra Jepang Unsoed semester 2 angkatan 2019, objek penelitiannya yaitu hasil belajar mahasiswa dan tanggapan mahasiswa, serta instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa tes dan angket. Berdasarkan hasil tes mahasiswa diketahui bahwa nilai rata-ratanya 87,99 poin, nilai tertinggi 100 poin, dan nilai terendah 50 poin. Berdasarkan hasil angket, mahasiswa berpendapat bahwa kelebihan Eldiru yaitu praktis, lengkap, jelas, terstruktur, efektif, dan efisien. Sebaliknya, kekurangannya yaitu terkadang sistem berjalan lambat, error, kurang stabil, dan menguras kuota data. Kesimpulannya, hasil belajar mahasiswa Sastra Jepang semester 2 angkatan 2019 dalam mata kuliah dokkai melalui sistem Eldiru berada dalam kategori baik, dan berdasarkan hasil tanggapan mahasiswa menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar mahasiswa setuju dengan penggunaan sistem Eldiru dalam mata kuliah dokkai terutama di masa pandemi Covid-19.

Abstract

The increasingly sophisticated technology of today has brought about a number of developments, notably in the financial industry. Effective financial management is essential for change adaptation. This study attempts to examine the impact that self-control, attitudes, and knowledge have on students' financial management. Two hundred students from the city of Semarang served as the sample for this study. Multiple linear regression analysis approaches are used in data processing with the SPSS program. The findings show that while the attitude variable has no discernible impact on financial management, the knowledge and self-control factors have a positive and significant influence on it. The study's adjusted R square value indicated that knowledge, attitude, and self-control variables accounted for 78.9% of the variation in financial management variables, with other variables outside the scope of the research influencing the remaining 21.1%.
