Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of leadership style, compensation, and competence on the optimization of organizational performance at the Brackishwater Aquaculture Fisheries Research Institute and Fisheries Extension (BRPBAPPP) Maros. The research design is quantitative, with data analysis techniques including classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression. The results of this study demonstrate that the leadership style implemented at BRPBAPPP Maros has a significant impact on organizational performance. Effective, transparent, and communicative leadership can enhance employee motivation and productivity, ultimately leading to a positive impact on the overall performance of the organization. Additionally, a fair and competitive compensation system significantly influences organizational performance, as does employee competence. Collectively, leadership style, compensation, and competence jointly contribute significantly to the optimization of organizational performance at BRPBAPPP Maros. Enhancing leadership style, improving compensation, and developing employee competence can increase the operational effectiveness and efficiency of the organization.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kedisiplinan, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada yayasan Al Bayan Hidayatullah Makassar. Dengan menggunakan metode analisis regresi berganda. metode sampling dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik slovin yaitu sebanyak 55 responden dari populasi 122 karyawan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel kedisiplinan, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Variabel kedisiplinan secara parsial berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, variabel motivasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sedangkan variabel lingkungan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Yayasan Al Bayan Hidayatullah Makassar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan menganalisis implementasi komunikasi organisasi pimpinan dalam pelaksanaan penjaminan mutu pendidikan di IAIN Bone. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif pendekatan studi kasus. Data primer diperoleh dari pimpinan perguruan tinggi dan dosen IAIN Bone. Data sekunder diperoleh dari dokumen. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis dilakukan dengan mereduksi data, menyajikan dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa komunikasi organisasi pimpinan dalam pelaksanaan penjaminan mutu pendidikan melalui dua bentuk, yaitu komunikasi formal dan komunikasi informal. Komunikasi formal dilakukan melalui tiga bentuk, yaitu komunikasi ke bawah, kemunikasi ke atas, dan komunikasi horizontal. Sementara komunikasi informal merupakan komunikasi yang dilakukan dengan penuh keakraban di antara anggota percakapan tanpa dibatasi oleh struktur maupun jabatan dalam organisasi. Anggota perkacakapan informal tidak hanya dalam satu fakultas, akan tetapi terkadang melibatkan dosen dan pegawai lintas fakultas dan jurusan. Implikasi penelitian, perguruan tinggi hari ini semakin tertantang untuk terus meningkatkan mutu pendidikan, baik berbasis BAN-PT maupun mutu berbasis penilaian masyarakat. Pendekatan BAN-PT, mutu perguruan tinggi nyaris ditentukan oleh kelengkapan administrasi dan dokumentasi. Akan tetapi, mutu dalam penilaian masyarakat diukur berdasarkan kebermanfaatan mahasiswa atau alumni dari suatu perguruan tinggi

Abstract

The primary roles of lecturers are to improve efficiency within the institution and to increase service delivery to students and stakeholders. The purpose of this research is to explore and propose development models, focusing on the power of lecturers, and to analyze the functions that serve as sources of development in higher education. The study employed the qualitative method with a case study aimed at exploring development practices at Amal Ilmiah Yapis Wamena University. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with key actors at Amal Ilmiah Yapis Wamena University and stakeholder partners from the Jayawijaya District Government. Subsequently, a model was developed based on field findings and refined with input from experts. NVivo application was used to analyze the data. The results indicate that the application of lecturer development at Amal Ilmiah Yapis Wamena University begins with the dimensions of planning, implementation, and evaluation stages of lecturer development. Findings from the case study reveal two additional stages: the diagnostic stageand analyzing the impact of lecturer development. It is expected that the findings will assist institutions and universities in formulating appropriate governance strategies and models to achieve organizational objectives.
