Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of macroeconomic factors, namely inflation, BI-Rate, profit sharing ratios, exchange rates and the amount of money in circulation (M2) on zakat receipts at the central national amil zakat institution (Baznas). This research is quantitative by using secondary data. The data used comes from BAZNAS, Bank Indonesia and the Financial Services Authority (OJK) from 2014-2018. As well as data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously, inflation, BI-Rate, profit sharing ratios, exchange rates and the amount of money in circulation (M2) affect the amount of zakat receipts in Indonesia. But partially, the profit sharing ratio does not affect the amount of zakat receipts in Indonesia. In contrast, inflation, the BI-Rate and the exchange rate have a negative and significant effect. Meanwhile, the amount of money in circulation has a positive and significant effect on zakat receipts at the central national amil zakat agency (BAZNAS) in 2014-2018. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dampak faktor ekonomi makro yaitu inflasi, BI-Rate, nisbah bagi hasil, kurs dan jumlah uang yang beredar (M2) terhadap penerimaan zakat di lembaga amil zakat nasional (Baznas) pusat. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder. Data yang digunakan bersumber dari BAZNAS, Bank Indonesia dan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) dari tahun 2014-2018. Serta data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan, inflasi, BI-Rate, nisbah bagi hasil, kurs dan jumlah uang yang beredar (M2) berpengaruh terhadap jumlah penerimaan zakat di Indonesia. Namun secara parsial, nisbah bagi hasil tidak berpengaruh terhadap jumlah penerimaan zakat di Indonesia. Sebaliknya inflasi, BI-Rate dan kurs memiliki pegaruh negatif dan signifikan. Sedangkan jumlah uang yang beredar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penerimaan zakat di badan amil zakat nasional (BAZNAS) pusat tahun 2014-2018.

Abstract

Innovation in the financial sector has presented new financing models that integrate technology, including flexible and pay later financing services such as those offered by financial technology (fintech) companies such as GoPay Later. This research aims to conduct a sharia economic law review of the Qardh contract used in the GoPay Later service. The research method used is library research with a descriptive-analytical approach. Data were analysed using a sharia economic perspective and Islamic legal principles related to Qardh contracts. The findings of this research highlight several aspects that need to be considered from a sharia economic law perspective, such as the existence of hidden costs or risks for the parties involved in the transaction. Although the GoPay Later service offers several benefits to its customers, a deeper understanding of sharia economic principles in the context of fintech services is required to ensure compliance with the principles of Islamic law. It is hoped that this research can contribute to the development of regulations and business practices that are more in line with sharia economic principles.

Abstract

PT Anugrah Hadi Electric, an electrical general supplier in Tangerang, faces challenges in the process of delivering goods to customers in the Jabodetabek area. The company still relies on conventional delivery methods where the owner directly delivers the goods, which causes constraints in time efficiency and communication with customers. This research aims to develop a delivery tracking system with on-demand location update feature to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Using Agile methodology, the system is developed by integrating Firebase technology for real-time location tracking, Kotlin for mobile application development, Laravel as the backend framework, and MySQL as the database. The system allows customers to monitor delivery status directly through the application, reducing the need for manual communication with the owner. The implementation results show significant improvements in delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction. The system successfully reduces the communication burden on the owner and provides better transparency to customers regarding the status of their shipments. For further development, the addition of automatic notification features, improved data security, and integration with digital payment systems are recommended. Periodic evaluation of the application's performance is also needed to ensure the system continues to meet the needs of the company and customers along with technological developments.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of twin date events and ease of access to use on purchasing decisions in Shopee e-commerce. The sampling strategy in this study used purposive sampling. The participants in this study were residents of Tangerang City who used the Shopee application and made purchases at least twice a month. In determining the number of samples, researchers used the Lemeshow formula by getting 96 respondents. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression with the data analysis tool in this study, namely, Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS), and the type of research used is Quantitative. After the data was analyzed, this study found that the twin date event variable had a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions and ease of use access also had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions in Shopee e-commerce. And with the results of the simultaneous coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.940, which means that 94% of purchasing decisions in Shopee e-commerce are influenced by twin date events and ease of access to use, while the remaining 6% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

This study examines the characteristics of Dogecoin within the framework of Islamic economics, assessing its compliance with principles such as fairness, transparency, and the prohibition of gharar, maisir, and riba. The research aims to determine whether Dogecoin can function as a legitimate medium of exchange under Islamic financial ethics. A descriptive-analytical approach is employed, focusing on key aspects of Dogecoin, including its volatility, anonymity, and transactional utility. The analysis is grounded in Islamic economic principles, evaluating the extent to which Dogecoin aligns with or deviates from these ethical and legal standards. The findings indicate that while Dogecoin leverages blockchain technology to provide transparency and enhance financial inclusion, its high market volatility and speculative nature pose challenges to meeting Islamic economic principles. These factors contribute to uncertainty (gharar) and speculative risk (maisir), raising concerns about its permissibility in Islamic finance. This study contributes to the discourse on cryptocurrency in Islamic economics by offering a focused analysis of Dogecoin, a digital asset often overlooked in scholarly discussions. It provides a nuanced evaluation of how emerging financial technologies interact with Islamic financial ethics. The study underscores the need for Islamic-based regulatory frameworks and financial literacy initiatives to ensure responsible engagement with cryptocurrencies. Policymakers and scholars must work toward guidelines that balance innovation with ethical considerations, fostering a financial environment that aligns with Islamic values.

Abstract

Salah satu alasan gadai sawah di masyarakat Kampung Langseb adalah ketidakmampuan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan finansial keluarga. Masyarakat menggadaikan sawahnya untuk mendapatkan sejumlah uang dari orang lain yang dimana kegiatan tersebut adalah contoh kepraktisan dan kesederhanaan demi mendapatkan uang, walaupun masyarakat harus merelakan seluruh hak sawah yang telah digadaikannya kepada orang lain. Dalam Fatwa Dewan Syari’ah Nasional Nomor: 25/DSN-MUI/III/2002 menentukan bahwa marhun tidak boleh dimanfaatkan oleh murtahin kecuali seizin rahin. Metodologi penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif yaitu dengan kata-kata dan gambar untuk menjelaskan peristiwa, fenomena atau masalah tertentu. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, murtahin tidak dapat memanfaatkan sawah secara penuh tanpa mendapatkan izin dari rahin. Hal ini dikarenakan murtahin mengambil manfaat atau keuntungan bahkan dijadikan bisnis secara satu pihak dari sawah yang digadaikan, maka menimbulkan ketidakadilan bagi rahin, yang jelas bertentangan dengan prinsip gadai itu sendiri.

This research was grounded in the decline in sales experienced by the Innisfree brand in recent times. Multiple variables affect this phenomenon, such as product quality and brand experience. Therefore, this research aimed to examine the influence of product quality and brand experience on Innisfree consumer satisfaction. A quantitative approach was employed by distributing questionnaires and using multiple linear regression analysis on 101 respondents. The outcomes indicated that product quality and brand experience jointly influence consumer satisfaction, with a contribution of 69.9%. It is evident that product quality and brand experience are important factors in increasing consumer satisfaction, thereby helping the company address its declining sales.
