Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence factors of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, social environment influences and trust in intentions and actual use of fintech online stock investments. The measurement method in this study used a questionnaire distributed online to online stock investment fintech users in the areas of Jakarta, Bekasi, Depok, and Tangerang. The data processing method used is descriptive quantitative with samples taken using purposive sampling method. The data analysis method used is the PLS-SEM analysis method. The results obtained in this study indicate that the influence of perceived usefulness, perceived convenience, social influence, and perceived trust has a significant effect on the intention and actual use of fintech online stock investment. Public interest statements The benefit of this research for the general public is to find out the level of use of fintech investment applications online and what factors can increase the use of this investment fintech application, so that people who are interested in using this investment fintech application can consider the results and findings of this research.

Abstract

This study aims to examine “The Effect of Social Media Influencers, E-Wom, and Perceived Quality on Purchase Intention on the E-Commerce Platform (An Examination of TikTok Shop among Gen Z in Jabodetabek)”. The independent variables in this study are Social Media Influencers, E-Wom, and Perceived Quality. While the dependent variable in this study is Purchase Intention. Hypothesis testing in this study uses the PLS or partial Least Square method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The data collection technique uses a Google Form application questionnaire to collect respondent information. The sample in the study was prospective buyers at TikTok Shop among Gen-Z in Jabodetabek, totaling 92 respondents. The results of the analysis show that Social Media influencers have a significant and positive effect on Purchase Intention. E-Wom has a significant and positive effect on Purchase Intention and Perceived Quality has a significant and positive effect on Purchase Intention.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, various complex challenges arise and require solutions. One solution is to improve the quality of human resources which are influenced by various factors, including skills and competencies. Fresh graduates who are not only disadvantaged but also face challenges in finding a job are often considered fresh graduates. In Indonesia, the concept of fresh graduate is very complex and multidimensional, with many graduates pursuing higher education and adapting to the new work environment. The success of fresh graduates depends on a variety of factors, including the quality of education and the quality of the learning environment. The achievement of academic success can be influenced by a variety of factors, including the quality of education and the quality of the learning environment. External factors, such as society, and academic life, play an important role in providing adequate support and making students feel valued. Internal factors, such as the quality of learning activities, also play an important role in determining the success of fresh graduates. The type of research used in this study is primary data using a survey method with questionnaires to collect data directly from respondents and secondary data is information that has been collected and processed by other parties and can be obtained from various sources such as books, the internet, and scientific journals that are relevant to the research topic. Hypothesis testing in this study uses the PLS or Partial Least Square method with SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results showed that Extrinsic Learning Motivation has no effect on Academic Achievement, Learning Behavior had a positive effect on Academic Achievement, and Learning Environment had a positive effect on Academic Achievement.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi yang mempengaruhi sektor perbankan, khususnya dalam penggunaan aplikasi mobile banking. Aplikasi mobile banking Bank X menjadi salah satu yang paling diminati, dengan pertumbuhan jumlah pengguna dan transaksi yang signifikan. Namun, terdapat kesenjangan penelitian terkait faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi loyalitas nasabah dalam menggunakan layanan ini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor-faktor seperti usability, customer service, customer trust, customer satisfaction, perceived risk, dan relative advantages terhadap loyalitas nasabah pengguna aplikasi mobile banking. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 100 responden yang merupakan pengguna aplikasi mobile banking. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) melalui perangkat lunak SmartPLS 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa usability memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap customer trust, customer service, dan customer satisfaction. Selain itu, customer satisfaction dan customer trust juga terbukti mempengaruhi loyalitas nasabah secara signifikan. Sebaliknya, perceived risk tidak menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas, sementara relative advantages berperan penting dalam meningkatkan loyalitas nasabah. Kesimpulannya, untuk meningkatkan loyalitas nasabah, Bank Mandiri perlu memperkuat faktor usability, customer service, dan kepercayaan nasabah terhadap aplikasi mobile banking.

Abstract

Indonesia started to entering the era of a bonus demographic in 2012 and predicted its peak occurred in 2035. Demographic if a bonus is used by well, expected to bring change in the thing in Indonesia economy. And supporting role the biggest contributor to the move the bonus demographic is a generation Y or in this study called by generation millennial. But there is the phenomenon of generation millennial is that they will move the work in a short period. Therefore, the purpose of the research is analysing the influence of cultural organization, job satisfaction, and organization commitment to the turnover intentions with a study of permanent workers in greater Jakarta millennial generation. This study shares a questionnaire that is used as the primary data and uncultivated using analysis SEM Amos. Research shows that the directly cultural organizations have a positive influence significantly to job satisfaction, cultural organizations have a positive influence significantly to the organization commitment, cultural organization devoid turnover significantly affect the intentions, job satisfaction having negative influence significantly to turnover intentions, and commitment of the organization have negative influence significantly to turnover intentions. In addition, as for the result of research indirectly, that cultures the organization have significantly affect the turnover intentions through job satisfaction, and cultural organization devoid significantly affect the turnover intentions through the organization commitment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji “Pengaruh Komunikasi, Kedisiplinan dan Iklim Organisasi TerhadapPrestasi Akademik DI STIE Indonesia Banking School (Studi Penelitian Organisasi Mahasiswa STIEIndoensia Banking School)”. Variabel independent pada penelitian ini adalah komunikasi organisasi,kedisiplinan organisasi dan iklim organisasi. Sedangkan variabel dependen pada penelitian ini adalah prestasiakademik. Pengujian hipotesis pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode PLS atau Partial Least Square dengansoftware SmartPLS 4.0. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner aplikasi google form untukmengumpulkan informasi responden. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah anggota aktif organisasi mahasiswaDewan Perwakilan Mahasiswa (DPM), Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa (BEM), Hima Manajemen, HimaAkuntansi, Hima Syariah yang berjumlah 92 mahasiswa. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa KomunikasiOrganisasi berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap Prestasi Akademik. Kedisiplinan Organisasiberpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap Prestasi Akademik dan Iklim Organisasi berpengaruh signifikandan positif terhadap Prestasi Akademik.

Abstract

HIV/AIDS remains one of the significant global health challenges that require long-term management for viral suppression. Antiretroviral therapy is considered the cornerstone of treatment. However, while ART has proved effective, there is limited data regarding the effectiveness of peer support on viral load outcomes. The paper, therefore, seeks to describe changes in viral load among PLHIV who received peer support over six months. We used a descriptive quantitative approach in this study; the data source was obtained from secondary data by the Ministry of Health through its SITRUS system and monitoring ART treatment in PLHIV patients. A total of 58 participants with ART treatment in health facilities with PSS were used in this study. Data were collected from several healthcare facilities and then analyzed descriptively to review the distribution of changes in viral loading within six months of treatment. Results showed that the success of viral suppression varied depending on the kind of ART treatment. However, the viral load values were lower across the board due to peer support. Therefore, peer support influenced adherence to therapy by participants irrespective of individual personalities and personal traits. Despite various treatment response rates, the general trend of the findings in this study was that peer support contributed to PLHIV's adherence to their regimes. This can be interpreted into generally better health conditions, including less viral load as a critical attribute essential for low levels of HIV transmission and the procreation of slow-onset diseases. These findings emphasize how important peer support is to increase ART adherence and viral suppression, which is key in the control of HIV according to public health strategies.

Abstract

This research aims to examine "The Influence of Job Satisfaction, Job Stress, and Work Environment on Turnover Intention in Generation Z Employees (Study of Generation Z Employees, PT XYZ)". The independent variables in this research are Job Satisfaction, Job Stress, and Work Environment. Meanwhile, the dependent variable in this research is Turnover Intention. Hypothesis testing in this research uses the PLS or Partial Least Square method with SmartPLS 4.0 software. The data collection technique uses a Google Form application questionnaire to collect respondent information. The sample in this study was Generation Z Employees at PT XYZ. Gen Z employees from 1997-2012 in the 2023 period and 46 Respondent Gen Z Employees at PT XYZ. The results of the analysis show that the Work Environment has no effect on Turnover Intention, Job Satisfaction has a negative effect on Turnover Intention, and Job Stress has a positive effect on Turnover Intention.

Abstract

This study aims to empirically examine the effect of XBRL adoption on company and market performance in companies in Indonesia. The use of XBRL-based financial reports is expected to increase the transparency of information in financial reports so as to improve company performance and company market performance, because financial reports are one of the information-providing tools that can be used by investors in selecting issuers as investment areas. XBRL adoption is measured by a dummy variable with a value of 1 for companies that use XBRL and a value of 0 for companies that do not use XBRL, financial performance is measured using Return Of Assets, which is division between earnings before interest and tax (EBIT) and the company's average total assets, and Market performance is measured using MB, which is the ratio that compares the market value to the book value of a company's shares. This study tested 240 of 39 samples of companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange's Kompas 100 Index during 2009-2020. Each independent variable is tested against the dependent variable to produce two hypotheses. Hypothesis testing was carried out using the panel data regression method with the common effect approach. The results showed that XBRL adoption had a significant effect on Return of Assets, while Market to Book had no significant effect on companies in the BEI Kompas 100 Index for the 2012-2017 period.
