Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi minat individu sebagai muzakki dalam membayar zakat profesi melalui BAZNAS Provinsi Banten. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi lapangan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel terdiri dari 97 orang muzakki yang sudah pernah ataupun belum pernah membayar zakat melalui BAZNAS Provinsi Banten. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebar kepada responden. Analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa literasi zakat dan kepercayaan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat individu sebagai muzakki untuk membayar zakat profesi kepada BAZNAS Provinsi Banten, sementara religiositas tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat muzakki membayar zakat profesi pada BAZNAS provinsi Banten.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the Sharia Marketing Mix (7P) on the purchase interest of service products at PT. Nurul Muflihun Al-Barokah Serang Branch. The Sharia Marketing Mix consists of seven elements: product, price, place, promotion, people, process, and physical evidence. This research uses a quantitative method with a survey approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to consumers of PT. Nurul Muflihun Al-Barokah. Direct observations of potential pilgrims and interviews with PT. Nurul Muflihun Al-Barokah staff and Umrah pilgrims were also conducted. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that the variables of product, price, promotion, people, process, and physical evidence significantly influence consumer purchase interest, while the variable of place does not show significant influence. These findings indicate the importance of focusing on product, price, promotion, people, process, and physical evidence in marketing strategies to increase consumer purchase interest. This research is expected to contribute to the development of more effective marketing strategies in the Sharia-based service industry. Abstract

Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) telah menjadi bagian penting dari sisteme perekonomian Indonesia karena mereka memiliki keunggulan dibandingkan usaha besar, memiliki lebih banyak unit usaha, dan dapat menyerap lebih banyak tenagae kerja Meskipun UMKM adalah usaha berskala kecil, mereka tetap harus memiliki label halal karena mayoritas penduduk Indonesia beragama muslim. Label halal sangat penting bagi produsen untuk memberi tahu pelanggan bahwa produk mereka halal. Selain label halal, kualitas produk dapat memengaruhi keputusan pelanggan untuk memutuskan membeli ulang. Usaha UMKM Lumpiabeef.pdg memiliki reputasi yang baik untuk produknya. Selain itu kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan kepada pelanggan, apakah membuat pelanggan merasa nyaman saat membeli produknya. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitaitif. Dalam penelitian ini, Statistical Program for Social Science 25 digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa labelisasi halal, kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang makanan halal Lumpiabeef.pdg di Kabupaten Pandeglang. Kata Kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan, Kualitas Produk, Labelisasi Halal, Pembelian Ulang, UMKM.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether sharia compliance, perceived usefulness, Islamic religiosity and perceived convenience partially or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the intention to use sharia fintech. This type of research uses quantitative research with descriptive and associative approaches. The sample in the study amounted to 82 respondents. The data analysis technique used is instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination (R2) analysis with SPSS version 26.0 program. The results of data analysis show that the results of the partial test (t test), sharia compliance, perceived usefulness and perceived convenience partially have a positive and significant effect on the intention to use sharia fintech, while Islamic religiosity has no significant effect. The simultaneous test results (F test) show that F count (44,526) > F table (2.72) with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. It can be concluded that sharia complianc, perceived usefulness, Islamic religiosity and perceived convenience simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the intention to use Islamic fintech.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine whether Islamic product quality, Islamic promotion, and Islamic branding have an effect on consumer purchasing interest for Mr. Crispy products on Tokopedia. This study employs a quantitative method, with data collected through a questionnaire from 97 respondents, followed by multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that Islamic product quality has a negative and significant effect on consumer purchasing interest with a t-value of (-4.583) > t-table value (1.661). Islamic promotion has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing interest with a t-value of (2.394) > t-table value (1.661), and Islamic branding has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing interest with a t-value of (6.909) > t-table value (1.661). Furthermore, Islamic product quality, Islamic promotion, and Islamic branding collectively have an effect on consumer purchasing interest with an f-value of (38.875) > f-table value (2.70).

Abstract

The results shows that there are changes of social capital of dairy farmers groups in the process of institutionalization of SAMESTA cooperatives. The change is the impact of the conditions of Indonesian dairy. These changes occur in several elements of social capital, as follows: (1) Value, as a guide and reinforcement of farmers’ positive behavior. The existing values among farmers are klangenan (like), titen (scrutinize deeply), honesty, and togetherness. These values become the fuel that forces the farmers to relate each other and realize the more transparent and fairer cooperative. This case shows the influence of cultural values on the farmers’ economic behavior. They calculate inputs and outputs, and make some adjustments to prevent them from losing and calculate the standard number of cows that they have. (2) Trust changes positively, especially by raising the milk price from farmers, although it gives a risk to the cooperative income. This decision is expected to increase the farmers' ethos, thus impacts on the increase of milk production. (3) Networks, in which the relationship between farmers firstly occurs in hamlet area, then it extends the network beyond those limits. Farmers from different villages are connected naturally. This intersubject's relationship occurs due to the same goals, which are wishes to be more dignified, prosperous, and get fair treatment.

Abstract

This research examines the role of Islamic law (Fatwa) in the formation and interpretation of positive law in Indonesia related to sharia insurance disputes, primarily through the decision of the Constitutional Court. Specifically, this study examines how the Supreme Court considers the DSN-MUI fatwa in resolving family takaful disputes, as well as how judicial authorities interpret, accept, or disregard the DSN-MUI fatwa as a consideration in such dispute cases within contemporary Sharia Economic law. Using normative juridical methods and jurisprudential analysis, this study analyses the decisions of the Constitutional Court that refer to Islamic principles such as justice (al-ʿadl), public interest (maṣlaḥah), and equality (musāwah). Data were obtained through the analysis of judicial decisions and Islamic law sources. The findings show that while Islamic law (specifically Fatwa) is not a formal source of national law, its values are selectively adopted in Constitutional Court decisions, especially in cases related to public morality, human rights, and Islamic finance. However, the integration of values is normative and symbolic but bare of methodological consistency based on uṣūl al-fiqh. This legal ambiguity limits the normative power of Islamic law and raises concerns about the protection of Muslim consumer rights. This study recommends institutionalizing Islamic legal reasoning through standardized methods of interpretation and increasing legal literacy among judges to promote consistent and substantial integration of sharia values in constitutional courts.

Abstract

Setiap produk yang masuk, beredar, dan diperdagangkan di wilayah Indonesia wajib bersertifikat halal. Namunvdata Kementerian keuangan menunjukan bahwa hanya 1% produk UMKM yang sudah tersertifikasi halal. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan memberikan pemahaman pentingnya sertifikasi halal bagi usaha mikro dan kecil (UMK), salah satunya melalui program sertfikasi halal gratis yang digagas pemerintah. Disamping itu, dalam kegiatan ini juga diberikan pendampingan berupa tutorial pendaftaran sertifikasi halal gratis melalui website SIHALAL. Subjek dalam kegiatan ini adalah pelaku UMK yang berlokasi di Desa Domas Kec. Pontang, Kabupaten Serang. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian dilakukan dengan tiga tahap, yaitu tahap persiapa, tahap pelaksanaan penyampaian materi, dan tahap tutorial pendaftaran sertifikasi halal gratis pelaku usaha. Pembahasan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini berupa: 1) masyarakat diberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman terkait pentingnya sertifikasi halal untuk pelaku usaha mikro dan kecil, 2) masyarakat pelaku usaha mikro dan kecil diberikan materi terkait program sertifikasi halal gratis (Sehati), manfaat, persyaratan, dokumen pendukung dan prosedur pengajuannya, 3) masyarakat pelaku usaha diberikan materi terkait mekanisme dan tutorial pendaftaran sertifikasi halal gratis melalui http://ptsp.halal.go.id .Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini menunjukan tiga hal; (1) Meningkatnya kesadaran dan pemahaman mengenai pentingnya sertifikasi halal bagi pelaku usaha mikro dan kecil (UMK); (2). Masyarakat pelaku usaha mikro dan kecil (UMK) mengetahui program sertifikasi halal gratis dengan skema self-declare bagi untuk usaha mikro dan kecil (UMK) yang biayanya dibebankan pada DIPA BPJPH; (3). Masyarakat pelaku usaha mikro dan kecil (UMK) memahami prosedur dan mekanisme pendaftaran program sertifikasi halal gratis.

Abstract

The application of regression models in human resource data analysis has become a vital approach in increasing labor productivity in various educational institutions, including at the Wikara College of Economics (STIE). The aim of this research is to test whether human resource management influences workforce productivity at STIE Wikara. This research is quantitative research. This research was conducted at STIE Wikara Purwakarta. The population of this research is all 54 employees of STIE Wikara Purwakarta who are also the samples in this research. The results obtained indicate that human resource management influences work productivity. However, further research is still needed by adding other variables to strengthen this study, as well as by focusing on different objects and subjects compared to this research.

Abstract

Penelitan bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah terdapat perbedaan keterampilan kemampuan pemahaman mahasiswa pada kelas eksperimen dengan menggunakan direct learning berbasis virtual trading dan kelas kontrol yang menggunakan pembelajaran diskusi pada mata kuliah analisis investasi dan portofolio pada saat pretest, posttest dan N-Gain. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif Quasi Eksperimen, sampel dan populasi mahasiswa akuntansi yang mengampu mata kuliah analisisi investasi dan portofolio. Hasil penelitian tidak terdapat perbedaan keterampilan pemahaman pada kelas eksperimen dan kontrol. Kedua terdapat perbedaaan keterampilan kemampuan pemahaman dan yang ketiga terdapat perbedaan peningkatan keterampilan pemahaman mahasiswa pada kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan model pembelajaran direct learning berbasis virtual trading dan kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan pembelajaran diskusi pada mata kuliah investasi dan portofolio.
