Abstract

Tujuan utama dari Pelatihan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) ini adalah untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme guru dalam keterampilan menulis karya ilmiah berupa Penelitian Tindakan Kelas, dimana kompetensi professional merupakan salah satu kompetensi guru, selain kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi sosial dan kompetensi kepribadian. Setiap guru/pendidik harus menjadi manusia pembelajar sepanjang hayat antara lain melalui berbagai keikutsertaan dalam pelatihan workshop, seminar online selama masa pandemi covid-19. Pelatihan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas kali ini diikuti oleh 18 (delapan belas) guru di SD AL-Qur’an An-Nur Cipayung Jakarta Timur. Pelatihan PTK ini dilaksanakan selama 3 (tiga) hari kerja terdiri atas 2 hari tatap muka langsung di lokasi sekolah dan 1 (satu) hari virtual melalui online zoom, dari tgl.27, 28 dan 29 Juli 2020, dumulai dengan Pre-test untuk mengetahui tingkat pemahan peserta dalam PTK. Pada akhir pelatihan PTK, tgl. 29 Juli 2020, 4 (empat) kelompok mempersentasikan proposal PTK dengan menggunakan zoom cloud meeting. Walaupun masa pandemik covid-19, namun pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan PTK telah berlangsung dengan baik dan tertib, sesuai protokol kesehatan.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the fact that the quality of management education services for deaf children has not been fulfilled. This research is important to do to determine the quality of education service management for children with hearing impairment. The research method used by researchers is descriptive qualitative research. In this study the authors found the results of their research; (1) Old buildings that cost money. (2) Teacher competition in controlling the Maternal Reflective Method (MMR) is caused by weak knowledge, skills and abilities in providing educational services to children with hearing impairment. (3) The condition of speech building teachers and voice and rhythm perception communication coaches (PKPBI) is less skilled in quality and quantity, and there are still many teachers who are retired and transferred. The conclusion of this research can be seen that the planning, organizing, movement, supervision and service have been implemented properly.

Abstract

The study intended to elaborate on the role of the school committee in addressing and promoting the implementation of the child-friendly school model to create a positive school climate and atmosphere. This qualitative approach research adopted a comparative case study since two primary schools become a unit of research analysis. Two primary schools, a public and private primary school in which both of them are located in Jakarta as a study site. The researchers obtained the data through observation, interviews, and document analysis. The research has revealed that the school committees, both in public and private schools, bring a vital contribution to help the schools in terms of supporting and controlling the implementation of the child-friendly school model with several different perspectives. The participation of the school committee is highly needed in monitoring the activity of the learning process toward the quality of school life and in bridging the communication between schools and students' parents, particularly in promoting the model of child-friendly school.

Abstract

The study was to examine the implementation of child-friendly school (CFS) in a public elementary school. This study employed a single case study method, as Public Elementary School ofRagunan 01 is the unit of research analysis. The school has been declared as a child-friendly school since 2015. The quantitative data generated, however, were only used to see the percentage of the characteristics of CFS model. Thus, the data were gathered through observation, questionnaires and interviews to obtain more comprehensive empirical data. The questionnaire was distributed to all teachers and 15 class coordinators of students’ parents to obtain data about the implementation of CFS. Interviews were conducted with several important multi-stakeholders identified. The results showed that thirteen characteristics of the CFS had been implemented well with a percentage value above 95%. It indicates that this school has been able to realize the CFS model following its principles. Besides, the school has met the requirement of the six essential components of CFS adapted according to Indonesian educational contexts. It indicates that the implementation of CFS is in accordance with the concept of UNICEF but with some differences.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengintegrasi manajemen sumber daya manusia adaptif dalam tatanan pendidikan  mengarah pada “merdeka Belajar”  untuk berinovasi, belajar mandiri dan kreatif dalam peningkatan kualitas pendidikan di SMK Perguruan Cikini Jakarta untuk menciptakan peluang dunia usaha dan dunia industri sebagai strategi yang berorientasi pada perubahan sistemik sekolah kejuruan yang berkelanjutan melalui proses manajemen dan kemampuan sekolah terhadap layanan pendidikan yang cepat, andal, tindakan kepemimpinan terhadap kebutuhan dan tuntutan dengan mengefektifkan pengelolaan sumber daya yang terintegrasi manajemen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengintegrasikaan perencanaan yang sesuai dengan program prakerin melalui kurikulum proses merdeka belajar, (2) mengorganisasikan program prakerin dengan menjalin kerjasama  untuk meningkatkan kapasitas kelembagaan sekolah kejuruan, (3) mengimplementasi pelaksanaan program prakerin dengan eksplorasi keberhasilan manajemen sekolah, dan (4) melakukan pengawasaan kegiatan prakerin. Penelitian kualitatif dengan metode survey, yang dijelaskan secara deskriptif, eksploratif dan kontekstual. Penelitian yang bersifat deskriptif, data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner pada guru mata pelajaran produktif  sedangkan eksploratif dan konstekstual, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mengenai pengetahuan dan pengalaman guru dalam menerapkan integrasi manajemen sekolah dan struktur tata kelola program kerja industri. Setelah data dikumpulkan, data diklasifikasikan, ditafsirkan, dan dianalisis dengan penskoran nilai. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SMK Perguruan Cikini Jakarta mengintegrasikan manajemen dengan optimal berdasarkan Standar Nasional Pendidikan dan menjalin kerjasama industry sesuai dengan bidang keahlian sekolah

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi implementasi program kerja guru dalam merancang pembelajaran dengan menggunakan metode mixed methods (metode campuran: kuantitatif dan kualitatif). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan kuesioner dalam bentuk tes yang disebar ke sampel yang berjumlah 10 orang guru yang mengajar mata pelajaran kejuruan. Analisis data secara kuantitatif menggunakan uji paired test. Hasil penelitian adalah guru dalam merancang pembelajaran sudah efektif  berdasarkan hasil post test (setelah mengikuti pelatihan) sebagian besar mengalami peningkatan nilai dan hasil uji paired tes menunjukkan nilai yang sama antara pre test dan post test dengan arti tidak ada perbedaan nilai antara sebelum dan sesudah mengikuti pelatihan. Dan hasil temuan ini memberikan maksud bahwa guru termotivasi dalam mengikuti pelatihan perancangan pembelajaran sebagai wujud dari program kerja guru yang dibutuhkan  guru pada penerapan kurikulum yang meliputi komponen kognitif berdasarkan kompetensi yang mengacu pada standar pendidikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berimplikasi pada penjabaran pekerjaan guru dalam transfer pengetahuan ke peserta didik dalam mengembangkan pengetahuan, keterampilan dan tanggung jawab guru sebagai pengajar dengan menggunakan kualifikasi kurikulum kejuruan serta melakukan pembinaan kepribadian dan pembentukan watak siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peringkat penilaian guru dalam transfer pengetahuan yang menjabarkan job description guru yang akan dijadikan tindak lanjut bagi guru lain untuk menerapkan standar kompetensi guru yang perlu disiapkan dalam mengajar dan dibina agar mencapai keberhasilan dalam pendidikan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan dengan menyebar kuesioner dengan google form. Teknik analisis data adalah statistic deskriptif yang  mendeskripsikan fenomena yang diteliti dalam bentuk table, grafik, tendensi sentraldan variabilitas (ukuran penyebaran/standar deviasi terhadap data rata-rata).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar guru dalam deskripsi pekerjaannya melalui transfer pengetahuan berada diantara nilai mean dan standar deviasi dengan kategori sedang. Hasil ini memberikan interpretasi data mengenai peringkat penilaian guru dalam transfer pengetahuan dituntut untuk meningkatkan kualifikasinya sebagai guru agar memperoleh kualfikasi professional yang sesuai dan menunjukkan antusiasme dalam tugas mengajar di sekolah.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze, to get information on whether the implementation of the multiple intelligences education policy in the Insan Mandiri Kalisari Integrated Islamic Elementary School, East Jakarta, is in accordance with Howard Gardner's theory of multiple intelligences, that each student has the intelligence and uniqueness of one another. This research is categorized as a qualitative research type, using descriptive analytical methods to describe and explain the learning management system, both from primary sources, namely the Insan Mandiri Kalisari Elementary School, East Jakarta documents, and secondary sources, namely research supporting data from books, journals, and articles. The implementation of the theory of multiple intelligences in the scope of education and teaching in schools, includes student input starting from research on intelligence trends or learning styles using multiple intelligences research, the education process and teacher teaching using choice strategies based on the results of research on student learning styles, and educational output through Authentic assessments carried out during the learning process. The results of this study indicate that teachers who know and understand the dominant learning styles of students, and use teaching strategies that are in accordance with the learning styles of students will produce a fun learning process. The implementation of the learning process according to the learning styles of students is applied through a learning management system.

Abstract

This evaluation aims to assess the context, input, process and product of the implementation of academic supervision carried out by the head of Al-Ikhlas Kindergarten, Tangerang City. By using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation. The research results are expected to provide input to decision makers for the next program. Using a qualitative descriptive method with six teachers, one staff, and the principal of the school. The instruments used to collect data were triangulation, namely interviews, observation, and documentation study. Data validation, data analysis, data retrieval and verification. The findings of the context indicate the need for academic supervision based on the need to improve teacher performance. Evaluation of the process found that young teachers are smarter in their comprehension in providing learning. Positive impact product evaluation finds further action. The results of the evaluation can be concluded as follows (1) the principal in carrying out the design of the academic supervision program based on the objectives and principles of supervision. (2) The principal has implemented the supervision program according to predetermined procedures. (3) The results of supervision are not significant because the principal has not provided good feedback in improving teacher performance. (4) Coaching and training provided by school principals are not yet fully distributed to teachers. Therefore, the results of the supervision program did not provide significant results seen from the data on teachers whose qualifications had not been fulfilled.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and evaluate how the implementation and success of the Adiwiyata Program which has been implemented by the Pasar Baru 1 Elementary School in Tangerang, Banten, using the Discrepancy Evaluation Model. The research method used a qualitative approach, namely by obtaining data scientifically including data collection through interview, observation, and documentation techniques. Resource persons in this study consisted of the principal, committee, Adiwiyata team and teachers. The results of the research can be concluded as follows: (1) The vision, mission and objectives of the Pasar Baru 1 Elementary School, Tangerang City, Banten are in accordance with the policy foundation of the government standard criteria (2) Readiness of human resources in compiling and designing learning related to PPLH in part has met the criteria contained in the Adiwiyata program standard (3) The Adiwiyata Program Implementation Process at the Pasar Baru 1 Elementary School, Tangerang City, Banten has been going well, namely school members are actively involved in the implementation of the Adiwiyata program (4) Achievement of the results of program implementation Adiwiyata, namely Pasar Baru 1. The implementation of the Adiwiyata Program in this school has been quite good in instilling a caring character for the environment in school members, although there are gaps in several indicators of the success of the Adiwiyata Program.
