Abstract

Sistem atau cara pelayanan yang optimal otomatis bisa memunculkan kepercayaan pasien pada instansi kesehatan. Jenis penelitian adalah dengan Cross Sectional dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui faktor penentu minat berkunjung ulang pasien tuberkulosis di Poliklinik Paru Rumah Sakit Pirngadi Medan dengan populasi penelitian adalah 1397 pasien TB yang berobat jalan dan sampel diambil dengan cara purposive sampling sebanyak 93 pasien. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kehandalan memiliki nilai sig-p 0,300 > 0,05, jaminan sig-p 0,008 < 0,05, bukti fisik sig-p 0,221 < 0,05, empati sig-p 0,028 < 0,05, daya tanggap sig-p 0,034 < 0,05 dan kepuasan pasien sig-p 0,008 < 0,05. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini ada pengaruh jaminan, empati, daya tanggap dan kepuasan pasien terhadap minat kunjungan ulang pasien tuberkulosis, sedangkan kehandalan dan bukti fisik tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap minat kunjungan ulang pasien tuberkulosis. Diharapkan kepada pihak rumah sakit untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pasien menjadi lebih baik seperti memberikan rasa peduli kepada pasien yang membutuhkan pelayanan kesehatan

Abstract

A healthy city connotes a city that is clean, comfortable, safe and healthy for inhabitants, which is achieved  through  the  implementation  of  the  arrangements  and  agreed  activities  between communities and local government units. Healthy house is one indicator of a healthy city. A healthy house meets the health requirements as measured by three parameters: components of house, sanitation facilities and the behavior of occupants. This study aimed to analyze if the houses in Medan qualify for the attainment of a healthy city, determine the knowledge of community in terms of healthy house, healthy city and the role of community, and to find out if there is a significant relationship between the role of community and having a healthy house. The study design used is survey with quantitative and qualitative approaches. Research sites were the 21 districts in the city of Medan wherein 400 respondents were selected through proportional random sampling. Data were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. The results showed that in the city of Medan, only 30% of houses were healthy and 70% were not. 63.0% of the respondents have good knowledge about healthy house  and  57.8% have good  knowledge about healthy city. Furthermore, the community perceived to have played a good role as much as 75.5% in the effort to realize a healthy home/city. The community’s role has a positive and significant effect on healthy house in efforts to achieve a healthy city in Medan (p = 0.04). It is recommended that the government of Medan City draw up a program of healthy house and healthy city and involve related stakeholders, increase  community  participation from  the  beginning of  planning  stage  in  order  to  increase community involvement in the implementation of development and formation of Healthy City Forum.

Abstract

The number of elderly people in Indonesia from year to year is increasing in line with increasing life expectancy. The number of elderly people reached 7.56% of the population. Certainly, the increase in  the  elderly population will be  followed by  an  increased risk  for the  elderly to  suffer from degenerative diseases. This study aimed to assess the role of degenerative disease screening and health counseling to the quality of life of the elderly in the health post (Posyandu Lansia). This study was a descriptive analytic with prospective approach by assessing 100 elderly people. Screenings done for examination of blood pressure, blood sugar level, cholesterol level, uric acid level, and urine protein. Assessment of quality of life done by using questionnaire of WHOQOL. The elderly in Posyandu Lansia were educated in accordance with the results of the screening and followed up for 4 months. Screening results showed that most elderly people had high blood pressure (89% had high systolic blood pressure and 70% had high diastolic blood pressure). As much as 55% of elderly people had cholesterol levels ≥ 200 mg/dl, while blood sugar levels as ≥ 200 mg/dl were 20% of the elderly and only 20% of respondents who had uric acid levels that exceed normal limits (8,5mg/dl). As many as 13 of respondents indicated a positive result in urine protein. Assessment of the quality of life of elderly based on the score at first examination obtained a mean of 88.26 ± 9.1. Regarding general health status, 21% of elderly felt less satisfied, 47% declared that their health status in normal conditions and 32% felt satisfied with their current health status. The score of quality of life after receiving counseling, obtained a mean of 89.31 ± 7.8. Assessment of general health status showed only 11% of elderly declared unsatisfactory health status. Result of t test showed that there was a significant difference between score of quality of life before and after screening degenerative diseases (p0.05). Screening of degenerative diseases   showed a majority of the elderly had a potential risk to suffer from degenerative diseases. Prevention through screening and health counseling particularly in  Posyandu Lansia can  reduce  morbidity and  mortality in  elderly,  and therefore it will improve quality of life for the elderly

Abstract

Stres kerja dapat disebabkan karena tuntutan pekerjaan yang diberikan tidak sesuai dengan kemampuan pekerja dan kurang terjaminnya kesejahteraan pekerja. Berdasarkan survei pendahuluan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang dilakukan pada 8 orang perawat ICU didapatkan informasi bahwa perawat yang bekerja di ruang ICU RSUD Dr. R.M. Djoelham Kota Binjai sering mengeluh adanya kelelahan dan kewalahan saat menghadapi pasien dengan keadaan kritis. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian stres kerja pada perawat ICU di RSUD Dr. R.M. Djoelham Binjai Tahun 2020.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dan kualitatif (mixed method), pengambilan data secara kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner, kemudian pengambilan data kualitatif melalui wawancara untuk melihat temuan dilapangan yang dilakukan secara terpisah.Hasil penelitian kuantitatif menunjukkan beban kerja = 0,009, tanggung jawab, = 0,030, keamanan kerja = 0,032, menunjukkan adanya hubungan terhadap kejadian stres kerja pada perawat ICU. Sedangkan umur p = 0,670, jenis kelamin = 0,396, masa kerja = 0,695, status pernikahan = 0,331, hubungan interpersonal = 1,000, menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan terhadap kejadian stres kerja pada perawat ICU.Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adanya hubungan beban kerja, tanggung jawab, keamanan kerja terhadap stres kerja pada perawat ICU, sedangkan umur, jenis kelamin, masa kerja, status pernikahan tidak ada hubungan terhadap stres kerja pada perawat ICU. Abstract

This study’s objectives were to investigate factors affecting the adverse events of the COVID-19 vaccine in Indonesia among health care workers and compare adverse events following SARS-CoV-2 vaccine using CoronaVac as the first and second dose and Moderna used as the booster third dose. A cross-sectional study was conducted using the Self-reporting Online Survey Platform (Google Form) from August to October 2021. Subjects included in the study were ENT specialists and residents all over Indonesia who had been vaccinated with both doses of CoronaVac COVID-19 vaccine and Moderna COVID-19 vaccine as a booster dose. Among a total of 1394 participants, 51.2% and 43.7% of subjects experienced adverse events following the first and second dose of the CoronaVac vaccine. Adverse events are significantly higher following the third dose of Moderna vaccine (95.3%) with p-value <0.001, odds ratio (OR) 26.63 (95% CI 19.87-35.7). Adverse events following the CoronaVac vaccine were significantly higher in females and individuals with comorbidities in the first dose (p=0.002 and p=0.04), and the second dose (p=0.008 and p=0.042). Adverse events following the Moderna vaccine were significantly higher in females (p=0.01) and lower in individuals ≥40 years of age (p=0.017). Comorbidity status did not affect adverse events following the Moderna vaccine. Keywords: adverse events, SARS-CoV-2, COVID-19, vaccine, otorhinolaryngology.   Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Efek Samping Vaksin SARS-CoV-2 terhadap Dokter Spesialis dan Residen Telinga, Hidung, dan Tenggorok di Indonesia Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efek samping vaksin COVID-19 di Indonesia pada petugas kesehatan dan membandingkan efek samping setelah vaksin SARS-CoV-2 menggunakan CoronaVac sebagai dosis pertama dan kedua dan Moderna sebagai booster dosis ketiga. Studi potong lintang dilakukan dengan menggunakan self-reporting survei online (Google Form) dari Agustus-Oktober 2021. Subjek yang termasuk dalam penelitian adalah dokter residen dan spesialis THT di Indonesia yang telah divaksinasi dengan kedua dosis vaksin CoronaVac COVID-19 dan vaksin Moderna COVID-19 sebagai dosis tambahan. Dari total 1394 peserta, 51,2% dan 43,7% subjek mengalami efek samping setelah dosis pertama dan kedua vaksin CoronaVac. Efek samping secara signifikan lebih tinggi setelah dosis ketiga vaksin Moderna (95,3%) dengan p-value <0,001, rasio odds (OR) 26,63 (95% CI 19,87-35,7). Efek samping setelah vaksin CoronaVac secara signifikan lebih tinggi pada wanita dan individu dengan penyakit penyerta pada dosis pertama (p=0,002 dan p=0,04), dan dosis kedua (p=0,008 dan p=0,042). Efek samping setelah vaksin Moderna secara signifikan lebih tinggi pada wanita (p=0,01), dan lebih rendah pada individu ≥ 40 tahun (p=0,017). Status komorbiditas tidak mempengaruhi efek samping setelah vaksin Moderna. Kata kunci: efek samping, SARS-CoV-2, COVID-19, vaksin, otorinolaringologi.

Abstract

Human resources are a very important factor in an organization. Medical personnel are human resources to achieve hospital goals. In order for hospital goals to be achieved effectively and efficiently, management is required to be able to provide job satisfaction to its medical personnel. The aim of the research is to determine and analyze the factors that influence the job satisfaction of medical personnel at RSU Sinar Husni Deli Serdang in 2023. The research design used in this research is an analytical survey with a cross sectional design. The population in this study was all medical personnel at RSU Sinar Husni Deli Serdang, totaling 138 people, the number of samples to be studied was 102 people, the sampling technique used was purposive sampling, data analysis was carried out using univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis. . The statistical tests used are the chi square test and logistic regression. The results of the chi square test research show that the independent variables, namely salary p= 0.001, coworkers p= 0.001, supervision p= 0.002, promotion p= 0.003 and job characteristics p= 0.008 have a p-value of 0.001 < α 0.05, meaning salary , colleagues, supervision, promotions and job characteristics influence job satisfaction of medical personnel at RSU Sinar Husni Deli Serdang and the results of the multiple logistic regression test show that the salary variable has an odds ratio (OR) of 3.188. The conclusion is that salary, co-workers, supervision, promotion and job characteristics influence medical personnel at RSU Sinar Husni Deli Serdang. It is recommended that efforts that need to be made by hospital management are to increase the provision of incentives and rewards for those who are better so that they can motivate them to provide maximum service to patients.

Abstract

It can be said that patient satisfaction is an abstract thing and the results vary greatly because basically it really depends on each individual's perception. Patient satisfaction can be said to be fulfilled if the services provided are in accordance with their expectations. The aim of the research is to analyze the Quality of Emergency Room Services on Patient Satisfaction at RUMKIT TK II Iskandar Muda Banda Aceh. The research design used in this research is an analytical survey with a cross sectional design. The population in this study was all 2,058 emergency room patients. The number of samples to be studied is 95 people. Data analysis was carried out using univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis. The statistical tests used are the chi square test and logistic regression. The results of the chi square test research show that there is an influence of 5 variables, namely reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and physical evidence, which have a p-value <α 0.05, meaning that reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and physical evidence influence patient satisfaction in the RUMKIT TK ER. II Iskandar Muda Banda Aceh and the multivariate test shows that the 5 variables of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and physical evidence influence the results of the multiple logistic regression test showing that the responsiveness variable is the most dominant with an odds ratio (OR) of 15,104, meaning 15 times influencing patient satisfaction. The conclusion was that the dominant responsiveness variable had the most influence on patient satisfaction at the RUMKIT TK II Iskandar Muda Banda Aceh emergency room. It is recommended for hospitals to adopt policies to increase patient responsiveness in the ER in order to produce optimal patient satisfaction.

Abstract

Quality is one of the important elements in every health service. Therefore, in providing health services for the community, health service providers must always maintain the quality of services provided. The purpose to be achieved in this study is to analyze the factors that affect the quality of health services on patient satisfaction of the General Polyclinic at Bethesda Gunungsitoli General Hospital. This type of research uses a descriptive analytical survey with a cross sectional design. The population in this study was all patients who came for outpatient treatment at the General Polyclinic at Bethesda General Hospital Gunungsitoli approximately 2235 visits to take smpel using the Accidental sampling method.While the sample amounted to 100 people. Data analysis was carried out by univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis. Based on the results of the chi-square test, it is known that the incidence of hypotension affects Tangible, Responsiveness, Reliability, Assurance and Empahaty p = 0.000, meaning that there is Tangible, Responsiveness, Reliability, Assurance and Empahaty to patient satisfaction. From the results of multivariate analysis, it is known that the most influential variable in this study is the Responsiveness variable with an OR value of 15,104. The conclusion in this study is that responsiveness is the dominant factor affecting patient satisfaction at the General Polyclinic at Bethesda General Hospital Gunungsitoli. To be able to improve the quality of services that must be improved, especially security and comfort guarantees for patients such as: completing patient administration, responding quickly to patient complaints, providing drugs quickly and precisely, providing information and quick response in handling patients to be improved to create a patient satisfaction that becomes patient satisfaction at the General Polyclinic at Bethesda General Hospital Gunungsitoli.

Abstract

Hospitals are a comprehensive part of social and media organizations whose function is to provide complete health services to the community, both curative and rehabilitative, hospital services reach family and environmental services. The aim of the research is to analyze the influence of health service quality on patient satisfaction in the inpatient room of Menggala Regional Hospital, Tulang Bawang Regency, Lampung Province. Analytical survey research design with a cross sectional design. The total population of patients treated from June 2022 to August 2022 in the Inpatient Room at Menggala Regional Hospital, Tulang Bawang Regency is 167 people. The number of samples was 62 people. The results of the chi square test research show that there is an influence of 8 variables, namely technical competence, human relations, effectiveness, efficiency, continuity, security, human relations and comfort, which have a p-value <α 0.05, meaning that technical competence, human relations, effectiveness, efficiency, continuity, safety, human relations and comfort influence patient satisfaction in the Menggala Hospital inpatient room. The results of the multiple logistic regression test are the most dominant comfort variable with an odds ratio (OR) of 18.455, meaning that it influences patient satisfaction 18 times. The conclusion is that the comfort variable is the dominant variable that has the most influence on patient satisfaction in the Menggala Hospital inpatient room. It is recommended for hospitals to adopt policies to increase patient comfort in treatment rooms in order to produce optimal satisfaction for patients.

Abstract

Rekam medis merupakan berkas yang berisi catatan dan dokumen yang terdiri dari identitas pasien, pemeriksaan, pengobatan, tindakan dan pelayanan lain yang telah diberikan kepada pasien. Ketidaklengkapan rekam medis dapat menjadi masalah, dikarenakan rekam medis ini dapat memberikan informasi terinci tentang apa yang sudah terjadi kepada pasien selama berada di rumah sakit, hal ini juga akan berdampak pada mutu rekam medis dan terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan terhadap rumah sakit. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kelengkapan pengisian berkas rekam medis rawat inap RSUD Sulthan Thaha Shaifuddin Tebo. Penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif dengan metode kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif analitik yang menggunakan pendekatan fenomologe mengambil data primer maupun data sekunder. Informan pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan purposive sampling dengan informan utama dokter rawat inap 6 orang dan perawat 6 orang, sedangkan informan triangulasi kepala unit rekam medis 1 orang dan kepala unit pelayanan medis 1 orang. Analisis data menggunakan metode reduksi data, penyajian data, kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan berdasarkan faktor sumber daya manusia, semua informan berperan dalam pengisian berkas rekam medis dan mengetahui arti penting dari rekam medis. Faktor sarana dan prasarana, form rekam medis yang dibutuhkan selalu tersedia dan lengkap. Faktor metode SOP pengisian berkas rekam medis sudah tersedia dan sudah diterapkan. Faktor kebijakan tidak terdapat sanksi jika mengisi rekam medis tidak lengkap. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah kelengkapan pengisian berkas rekam medis rawat inap dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor yaitu sumber daya manusia, sarana dan prasarana, metode dan kebijakan. Untuk faktor sumber daya manusia, disarankan memperketat kedisiplinan para petugas dalam pengisian berkas rekam medis. Untuk faktor sarana dan prasarana, disarankan menyegerakan pemakaian rekam medis elektronik di pelayanan rawat inap. Untuk faktor metode, disarankan melakukan evaluasi terkait SOP pengisian berkas rekam medis. Untuk faktor kebijakan, memberikan sanksi kepada petugas kesehatan yang mengisi berkas rekam medis tidak lengkap.
