Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui dan menganalisis penerapan system informasi manajemen dan Mengetahui dan menganalisis peningkatan kinerja pegawai di Distrik Sorong Barat. Metode penelitian menggunakan kualitatif dengan jenis pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, bertujuan mengungkapkan kejadian atau fakta, keadaan, fenomena, variabel dan keadaan yang terjadi saat penelitian berlangsung dengan menyuguhkan apa yang sebenarnya terjadi.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa System informasi manajemen yang telah di laksanakan oleh Kantor Distrik Sorong barat kurang berjalan baik karena masih terhambat dengan beberapa factor pendukung serta keahlian pengguna atau pegawai masih sangat minim sehingga sangat menghambat pelaksanaan system informasi manajemen demi menunjang kelancaran pelayanan administrasi yang di berikan kepada masyarakat. Dalam melaksanakan system informasi manajemen terdapat beberapa Upaya-upaya yang di lakukan oleh kantor Distrik Sorong Barat untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai dalam pelayanan administrasi melalui system informasi manajemen yaitu kordinasi yang aktif antara pimpinan dan bawahan, kedisiplinan waktu di tertibkan. This research aims to determine and analyze the implementation of management information systems and determine and analyze employee performance improvements in the West Sorong District. The research method uses qualitative with a qualitative descriptive approach, aimed at revealing events or facts, circumstances, phenomena, variables and circumstances that occurred during the research by presenting what actually happened. The results of the research show that the management information system that has been implemented by the West Sorong District Office is not working well because it is still hampered by several supporting factors and the expertise of users or employees is still very minimal so it really hinders the implementation of the management information system in order to support the smooth running of administrative services provided to public. In implementing the management information system, there are several efforts made by the West Sorong District office to improve employee performance in administrative services through a management information system, namely active coordination between leaders and subordinates, time discipline.

Abstract

Peran lembaga organisasi dan pemerintah dalam mengelola olahraga negara telah disampaikan dalam perundang undangan. Hal ini menjadi tugas peran Menteri Kepemudaan dan Olahraga sebagai penanggungjawab keolahragaan memiliki wewenang untuk menentukan kebijakan-kebijakan nasional mengenai olahraga. Namun saat ini sektor olahraga Indonesia tidak menunjukkan kemajuan, sehingga penulis memiliki tujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana fungsi pembinaan, peranan, dan faktor apa saja yang memengaruhi kinerja Dinas Kepemudaan dan Olahraga Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan mengelola bidang Olahraga di Sulawesi Selatan. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif selama 3 bulan. Sumber data yang didapatkan baik primer maupun sekunder dengan wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga sudah menjalankan peran dan fungsinya  sesuai dengan baik, mem-back up seluruh kegiatan-kegiatan cabang olahraga yang ada, mendorong cabang olahraga agar lebih meningkatkan prestasi. Faktor penghambat kinerja yaitu kurangnya anggaran dana, sarana prasana yang tidak sesuai standar, dan tidak adanya jaminan kesehatan kepada atlet. The role of organizational and government institutions in managing state sports has been conveyed in legislation. This is the duty of the role of the Minister of Youth and Sports as the person in charge of sports has the authority to determine national policies regarding sports. However, currently the Indonesian sports sector is not showing progress, so the author aims to examine how the coaching function, role, and what factors affect the performance of the South Sulawesi Provincial Youth and Sports Office manages the sports field in South Sulawesi. The study used qualitative methods for 3 months. Data sources obtained both primary and secondary by interviews, documentation and observations. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling technique. The results showed that the Youth and Sports Service has carried out its roles and functions in accordance well, backing up all existing sports activities, encouraging sports to further improve achievements. Performance inhibiting factors are lack of budget, non-standard infrastructure and the absence of health insurance for athletes.

Abstract

This research explores how English teachers at SMKN 10 Jeneponto identify student characteristics in the implementation of differentiated learning, which is aligned with the “Merdeka” curriculum. This research uses mixed methods that combine qualitative and quantitative research. In collecting data, the researchers conducted interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Three English teachers participated as subjects in this research. The findings show that teachers use questionnaires administered by counseling teachers and follow-up interviews to detect students' learning styles, such as visual, auditory, or kinesthetic. From the results of the questionnaire analyzed by the researchers, it was found that 58.33% of students with visual learning style, 37.5% auditory, and 4.17% visual-auditory. After the questionnaire from the counseling teacher, the subject teachers also conducted follow-up interviews to find out more about students' learning styles and abilities. In identifying students' abilities, teachers also rely on observations during the learning process and targeted questions at the beginning of the lesson. This method allows teachers to adjust their instructional strategies to meet students' needs more effectively. The research concludes that combining interviews and questionnaires provides a comprehensive approach to understanding students' learning styles and abilities, which contributes to the successful implementation of differentiated learning. This approach increases student engagement, supports individual learning preferences, and ultimately improves learning outcomes.

Abstract

Penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan prinsip pengelolaan perpustakaan dan jaminan kualitas layanan perpustakaan pada Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan di Kabupaten Luwu Timur pada program Giat Literasi dan Sejuta Buku bagi Luwu Timur (GLLT). Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan minat baca masyarakat Luwu Timur. Pelaksanaan GLLT sesui dalam Undang-undang No. 43 Tahun 2007 pasal 50 disebutkan: “Pemerintah dan pemerintah daerah memfasilitasi dan mendorong pembudayaan kegemaran membaca sebagaimana di atur dalam pasal 48 3 ayat (2) sampai dengan ayat (4) dengan menyediakan bahan bacaan bermutu, murah, dan terjangkau serta menyediakan sarana dan prasarana perpustakaan yang mudah diakses”. Kedua program tersebut belum sepenuhnya terlaksana sehingga masih banyak masyarakat yang belum mengetahui tentang gerakan ini. Hal ini mendorong peneliti untuk mempertimbangkan beberapa aspek program dalam kaitannya dengan strategi yang dilakukan pustakawan dalam melaksanakan program GLLT dengan menjadikan Perpustakaan dan Arsip Kabupaten Luwu Timur sebagai tempat penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deduktif yang mengkaji fenomena secara umum untuk menemukan hasil yang spesifik melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan sumberdaya manusia masih dibawah rata-rata penyabab hal tersubut dikarnakan sumber daya yang digunakan oleh DPK tidak mempunyai Lulusan Sarjana Perpustakaan, pelayanan yang diberikan sudah berdampak pada kepuasan pustakawan dan program sejuta buka berdampak pada kuantitas buku untuk pustakawan sangat terbantu dalam pencarian buku, DPK dalam program Giat Literasi, melakukan tugasnya bersungguh sungguh dimana dalam penyampaian informasinya sudah terarah dengan baik dan sepenuhnya diberikan kepada masyarakat dan melibatkan kominfo, DPK tidak menjamin mengenai keamanan pustkawan melainkan kenyamanan yang di utamakan, DPK sangat memperhatikan masyarakat yang kurang meminati pentingnya literasi, bahan sudah baik dilihat dari kualitas bahan pustaka sarana dan prasaran yang memadai.. Research aimed to find out the application of library management principles and quality assurance of library services at the Library and Archives Service in East Luwu Regency in the Active Literacy and One Million Books Program for East Luwu (GLLT) The program aims to increase the reading interest of the people of East Luwu. Implementation of GLLT according to Law no. 43 of 2007 article 50 states: "The government and local governments facilitate and encourage the cultivation of a love of reading as stipulated in Article 48 3 paragraph (2) to paragraph (4) by providing quality, inexpensive and affordable reading materials as well as providing facilities and infrastructure easily accessible library. The two programs have not been fully implemented so there are still many people who do not know about this movement. This prompted researchers to consider several aspects of the program in relation to the strategy undertaken by librarians in implementing the GLLT program by making the East Luwu District Library and Archives a research location. This study uses a qualitative approach with a deductive method that examines phenomena in general to find specific results through interviews, observations and documents. The results of the study show that the ability of human resources is still below the average, the reason for this is because the resources used by DPK do not have Librarian Bachelor graduates, the services provided have had an impact on librarian satisfaction and the one million open program has an impact on the quantity of books for librarians, it is very helpful in searching books, DPK in the Literacy Initiative program, carries out their duties seriously where in the delivery of information it is well-directed and fully provided to the community and involves the Ministry of Communication and Information, DPK does not guarantee the safety of librarians but comfort is prioritized, DPK is very concerned about people who are less interested in the importance of literacy , the material is good in terms of the quality of library materials and adequate facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Motivasi Kerja Aparatur Sipil Negara Pada Kantor Kecamatan Turikale Kabupaten Maros. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dan Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah observasi, wawancara, serta dokumentasi. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan wawancara kepada informan sebanyak 7 orang, yakni 5 orang di Kantor Kecamatan Turikale Kabupaten Maros, 2 orang masyarakat Kecamatan Turikale Kabupaten Maros. Hasil penelitian ini Motivasi kerja ASN pada kantor Kecamatan Turikale Kabupaten Maros sangatlah penting karena merupakan suatu dorongan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kinerja ASN, sehingga dapat menjalankan tugas dan fungsinya dengan baik. Kinerja pegawai ASN pada kantor Kecamatan Turikale Kabupaten Maros telah menjalankan tugas dan fungsional sehingga dapat terealisasi dengan hasil cukup memuaskan dikarenakan adanya motivasi yang menimbulkan kepuasan Masyarakat. Dimana ASN diatur di Undang-Undang No 53 tahun 2010 tentang komitmen pegawai pemerintah yang dapat mencerminkan kesiapan pegawai di dalam bekerja dan kedisiplinan pegawai dalam mengikuti peraturan instansi yang merupakan jenis pekerjaan pegawai pemerintah yang ideal bekerja sesuai dengan pedoman hukum. This study aims to find out how the Work Motivation of State Civil Servants at the Turikale District Office, Maros Regency. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research and the data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. In this study, 7 informants were interviewed, namely 5 people in the Turikale District Office, Maros Regency, 2 people from the Turikale District, Maros Regency. The results of this study ASN work motivation at the Turikale District office, Maros Regency is very important because it is an encouragement to improve ASN performance capabilities, so that they can carry out their duties and functions properly. The performance of ASN employees at the Turikale District office, Maros Regency, has carried out their duties and functions so that they can be realized with satisfactory results due to motivation that causes community satisfaction. Where ASN is regulated in Law No. 53 of 2010 concerning the commitment of government employees which can reflect employee readiness at work and employee discipline in following agency regulations which is the ideal type of work for government employees to work in accordance with legal guidelines.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui berpengaruh Kompensasi (Upah dan gaji, Tunjangan dan Fasilitas terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada PT Pelindo (Persero) IV.  jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif menggunakan analisis korelasi pearsonproductmoment, koefisien determinasi dan uji t. sedangkan sumber data adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data wawancara dan kuesioner. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukankesimpulanya adalah sebagai berikut;1) Kompensasi upah dan gaji (X1), Nilai koefisien korelasi (r) diperoleh = 0,217 nilai koefisien determinasi (r²) = 47%, nilai t hitung = 1,954> t tabel = 1,301. Berarti pengaruh pemberian Kompensasi berupa Upah dan Gaji berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja Pegawai pada PT Pelindo (Persero) IV, 2) Kompensasi Tunjangan (X2), Nilai koefisien korelasi (r) diperoleh = 0,227 nilai koefisien determinasi (r²) = 51%, nilai t hitung = 2,137> t tabel = 1,301. Berarti pengaruh pemberian Kompensasi berupa Tunjangan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja Pegawai pada PT Pelindo (Persero) IV, 3) Kompensasi Fasilitas (X3), Nilai koefisien korelasi (r) diperoleh = 0,226 nilai koefisien determinasi (r²) = 51%, nilai t hitung = 2,116> t tabel = 1,301. Berarti pengaruh pemberian Kompensasi berupa Fasilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja Pegawai pada PT Pelindo (Persero) IV, 4) Kompensasi upah dan gaji, Tunjangan dan fasiilitas (X), Nilai koefisien korelasi (r) diperoleh = 0,295 nilai koefisien determinasi (r²) = 87%, nilai t hitung = 5,365> t tabel = 1,301. Berarti pengaruh pemberian Kompensasi berupa Upah dan Gaji, Tunjangan dan Fasilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja Pegawai pada PT Pelindo (Persero) IV. This research aims to determine the effect of Compensation (Wages and salaries, Allowances and Facilities on Employee Performance at PT Pelindo (Persero) IV. The type of data in this research is quantitative data using Pearson product moment correlation analysis, coefficient of determination and t test. While the data source are primary data and secondary data. Data collection methods are interviews and questionnaires. Based on the results of the research conducted, the conclusions are as follows: 1) Wage and salary compensation (X1), the correlation coefficient value (r) is obtained = 0.217, the value of the coefficient of determination (r²) = 47%, calculated t value = 1.954> t table = 1.301. This means that the effect of providing compensation in the form of wages and salaries has a significant effect on employee performance at PT Pelindo (Persero) IV, 2) Compensation allowances (X2), the correlation coefficient value (r) is obtained = 0.227, the coefficient of determination value (r²) = 51%, the t value count = 2.137> t table = 1.301. This means that the effect of providing compensation in the form of allowances has a significant effect on employee performance at PT Pelindo (Persero) IV, 3) Facility Compensation (X3), the correlation coefficient value (r) is obtained = 0.226, the coefficient of determination value (r²) = 51%, the calculated t value = 2.116> t table = 1.301. This means that the effect of providing compensation in the form of facilities has a significant effect on employee performance at PT Pelindo (Persero) IV, 4) Wage and salary compensation, allowances and facilities (X), the correlation coefficient value (r) obtained = 0.295, the coefficient of determination value (r²) = 87 %, calculated t value = 5.365> t table = 1.301. This means that the influence of providing compensation in the form of wages and salaries, allowances and facilities has a significant effect on employee performance at PT Pelindo (Persero) IV.

Abstract

Pokok masalah dari penelitian ini adalah Kualitas Pelayanan Kesehatan di BLUD RS H.M Djafar Harun Kabupaten Kolaka Utara dalam dimensi kualitas dan factor yang mempengaruhi dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan di Rumah Sakit H.M Djafar Harun Kabupaten Kolaka Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian kualitatif bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan informasi sehingga lebih menenkankan pada masalah dan makna dengan mendeskripsikan suatu masalah. Hasil wawancara di peroleh dari beberapa informaan dengan menggunakan Teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi yakni dengan para perangkat BLUD RS H.M Djafar Harun, informan yang terdiri masyarakat yang sedang menjalankan pengobatan dan masyarakat yang telah melakukan pengobatan di Rumah Sakit H.M Djafar Harun Kabupaten. Kolaka Utara. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan cara pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi data. Hasil dalam penelitian ini, diketahui bahwa Kualitas Pelayanan Kesehatan di BLUD RS H.M Djafar Harun Kabupaten Kolaka Utara yang diukur dengan dimensi kualitas pelayanan sepenuhnya sudah berjalan dengan baik. Namun, ada beberapa indikator yang belum sesuai dengan harapan sebagai seorang pasien. Untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan pihak rumah sakit selalu memberikan bimbingan dan pelatihan kepada perawat dan petugas lainnya, menciptakan kerja sama antar pegawai atau perawat. Fasilitas yang masih kurang menjadi salah satu penghambat dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan, tetapi pihak Rumah Sakit H.M Djafar Harun selalu berusaha untuk memberikan pelayanan yang baik kepada pasien dan masyarakat. The main problem of this research is the quality of health services at the BLUD of H.M Djafar Harun Hospital, North Kolaka Regency in terms of quality dimensions and factors that influence improving the quality of health services at H.M Djafar Harun Hospital, North Kolaka Regency. This study used qualitative research methods. Qualitative research aims to reveal information so that it emphasizes problems and meaning by describing a problem. The results of the interviews were obtained from several informants using observation, interview and documentation techniques, namely with BLUD officials at H.M Djafar Harun Hospital, informants consisting of people who were undergoing treatment and people who had received treatment at H.M Djafar Harun Hospital, Regency. North Kolaka. The data analysis technique in this research is by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions or verifying data. The results of this research show that the quality of health services in the BLUD of H.M Djafar Harun Hospital, North Kolaka Regency, as measured by the dimensions of service quality, is running well. However, there are several indicators that do not meet expectations as a patient. To improve the quality of service, the hospital always provides guidance and training to nurses and other staff, creating cooperation between employees or nurses. Insufficient facilities are an obstacle in efforts to improve the quality of service, but the H.M Djafar Harun Hospital always tries to provide good service to patients and the community.

Abstract

Dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan di desa tidak terlepas dari kinerja perangkat desa. Jadi perangkat desa di haruskan untuk lebih professional, efektif, efisien, terbukan serta bertanggung jawab di dalam menjalankan tugas-tugasnya maka dipandang perlu untuk meningkatkan kapasitas sumber daya manusia.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, Teknik pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini mengunakan hasil observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi dengan informan-informan yang sudah ada dengan Teknik analisis data yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini Untuk mengetahui kinerja perangkat desa dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan di Desa Barana’ Kecamatan Bassesangtempe’ Kabupaten Luwu. Serta faktor penghambat kinerja perangkat Desa dalam penyelenggaran pemerintahan di Desa Barana’ Kecamatan Bassesangtempe’ Kabupaten Luwu. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian kinerja perangkat Desa dalam penyelenggaraan Pemerintahan di desa Barana’ Kecamatan Bassesangtempe Kabupaten Luwu di lihat dari 4 indikator dari segi kualitas, ketepatan waktu, efektivitas dan kemandirian sudah cukup baik. Baik, itu dari segi tanggungjawab perangkat desa terhadap tugas dan fungsinya masing-masing, dan juga dalam pelayanan kepada masyarakat. In the administration of government in the village is inseparable from the performance of village officials. So village officials must be more professional, effective, efficient, open and responsible in carrying out their duties, so it is deemed necessary to increase the capacity of human resources. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, The data collection technique in this study uses the results of observations, interviews and documentation with existing informants with data analysis techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of village officials in organizing government in Barana Village' Bassesangtempe' District, Luwu Regency. As well as factors inhibiting the performance of village officials in organizing government in Barana Village' Bassesangtempe District' Luwu Regency. Based on the results of research on the performance of village officials in organizing government in Barana Village, Bassesangtempe District, Luwu Regency, seen from 4 indicators in terms of quality, timeliness, effectiveness and independence, it is quite good. Well, it is in terms of the responsibility of village officials for their respective duties and functions, and also in service to the community.

Abstract

Peran Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Pelayanan Publik di Kecamatan Makale Kabupaten Tana Toraja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) dan Kualitas Pelayanan Publik di Kecamatan Makale Kabupaten Tana Toraja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dalam penelitian ini berfokus pada 6 variabel yaitu produktivitas, responsivitas, akuntabilitas, bukti fisik (Tangibls), kehandalan (Reability), dan empati (Empaty). Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa Kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) dalam meningkatkan Pelayanan Publik di Kantor Kecamatan Makale dapat di katakan belum berjalan dengan baik. Hal ini disebabkan karena masih ada indikator kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) yang belum optimal yaitu indikator produktivitas dimana masih ada Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) yang melayani masyarakat dengan tidak tepat waktu. Hasil penelitian dari indikator Responsivitas dan Akuntabilitas sudah bisa dikatakan baik. Kualitas Pelayanan Publik di kantor Kecamatan Makale belum sepenuhnya dikatakan baik juga dikarenakan masih ada indikator yang tidak sesuai dengan apa yang masyarakat dapatkan. Dapat dilihat dari indikator Kehandalan mengenai SOP Kantor Kecamatan Makale tidak menetetapkan SOP sehingga tidak adanya pedoman atau panduan untuk melaksanakan kegiatan dalam hal memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Kemudian dari indikator empaty dari hasil penelitian belum berjalan sesuai yang diharapkan dikarenakan ASN dalam hal memberikan pelayanan masih membeda-bedakan masyarakat seperti lebih mendahulukan masyarakat yang dikenal. Dari penjelasan diatas, penulis memberikan saran agar Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) lebih meningkatkan kinerjanya dengan lebih baik serta menerapkan SOP di kantor, karena SOP sangat penting diterapkan pada instansi untuk acuan agar membertankan kualitas pelayanan. This study aims to determine the Performance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) and the Quality of Public Services in Makale District, Tana Toraja Regency. This research uses descriptive research methods with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this research are observation, interview and documentation. This study focuses on 6 variables, namely productivity, responsiveness, accountability, physical evidence (Tangibls), reliability (Reability), and empathy (Empaty). The results showed that the Performance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in improving Public Services at the Makale District Office can be said to have not gone well. This is because there are still performance indicators of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) that have not been optimized, namely productivity indicators where there are still State Civil Apparatus (ASN) who serve the public in a timely manner. The research results from the Responsiveness and Accountability indicators can be said to be good. The quality of public services at the Makale District office has not been fully said to be good. It can be seen from the Reliability indicator regarding the SOP that the Makale District Office does not establish an SOP so that there are no guidelines or guidelines for carrying out activities in terms of providing services to the community. Then from the empathy indicator from the research results, it has not gone as expected because ASN in terms of providing services still discriminates against the community, such as prioritizing people who are known. From the explanation above, the author suggests that the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) further improve their performance better and implement SOPs in the office, because SOP are very important to be applied to agencies for reference in order to emphasize service quality.

Abstract

Kinerja merupakan hasil dari kualitas dan kuantitas kerja yang dilakukan oleh pegawai dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sesuai dengan tanggung jawab masing-masing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran pemimpin dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai di Kantor Desa Langkea Raya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif yang berorientasi pada penggambaran kondisi riil dan data objektif mengenai dinamika kepemimpinan dan kinerja pegawai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemimpin di Kantor Desa telah berhasil menciptakan kerjasama yang kuat antar pegawai, sehingga berkontribusi dalam peningkatan pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Namun, fokus Kepala Desa lebih tertuju pada pembangunan daerah, sedangkan motivasi pegawai sebagian besar diserahkan kepada sekretariat desa. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya peran pemimpin dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung, serta perlunya strategi yang lebih tepat sasaran untuk memotivasi pegawai agar dapat meningkatkan kinerja secara keseluruhan. Diharapkan temuan ini dapat menjadi acuan untuk mengembangkan kepemimpinan yang lebih efektif dalam konteks pemerintahan desa. Performance is the result of the quality and quantity of work carried out by employees in carrying out their duties in accordance with their respective responsibilities. This research aims to analyze the role of leaders in improving employee performance at the Langkea Raya Village Office. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative approach which is oriented towards describing real conditions and objective data regarding the dynamics of leadership and employee performance. The research results show that leaders at the Village Office have succeeded in creating strong collaboration among employees, thus contributing to improving services to the community. However, the Village Head's focus is more focused on regional development, while employee motivation is largely left to the village secretariat. This research emphasizes the importance of the leader's role in creating a supportive work environment, as well as the need for more targeted strategies to motivate employees in order to improve overall performance. It is hoped that these findings can become a reference for developing more effective leadership in the context of village government.
