Abstract

Monitoring merupakan proses pengumpulan data secara teratur dan mengevaluasi kemajuan terhadap tujuan program. Tetapi sistem monitoring pada pesantren rahmatal lil’alamin menggunakan media penyimpanan dan pelaporan data santri secara manual, yang mana sistem tersebut kurang efisien jika ingin melakukan pelaporan dan penyimpanan data. Sehingga di perlukan suatu sistem yang menyimpan sekaligus mempermudah dalam melakukan pelaporan. Tujuan penelitian merancang dan membangun sistem monitoring berbasis web guna memberikan sistem khusus untuk mempermudah dalam menyimpan dan melaporkan data santri. Metode penelitian sistem development life cycle siklus pembuatan dari fase perencanaan, analisis, perancangan, implementasi hingga pemeliharaan sistem perangkat lunak. Hasil penelitian pertama user membuat akun untuk masuk ke dalam halaman login, setelah user berhasil login sistem menampilkan halaman dashboard yang terdapat menu data santri, manajemen santri, dan data laporan. Halaman data santri dioperasikan untuk melakukan perubahan id santri, halaman manejemen santri, untuk melakukan penilaian dan data laporan untuk rekap harian dan tiap bulan. Kesimpulan dari hasil pengujian aplikasi website berjalan dengan baik dan rancang tampilan sudah mudah dipahami oleh pengguna.

Abstract

The world of education is now competing globally due to rapid advances in technology and information. Education serves as a benchmark for a country's progress because it shapes a generation with the ability to improve their skills and produce new information. Furthermore, educational institutions must improvise with changing times, and educational institutions must have a curriculum that is appropriate for global competition. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is for Islamic educational institutions to increase their competitiveness by improvising and refining a more relevant curriculum that can produce more adaptive Islamic educational values, thus creating students and a generation that is creative, innovative, religious, and moral, thus able to have global competitiveness.

Abstract

This study examines the transformation of Kyai leadership within the pesantren tradition amid the rising influence of digital media, using the controversy surrounding Trans7’s Xpose Uncensored episode on Pesantren Lirboyo as a critical case. this research analyzes how Kyai leadership is constructed, contested, and recontextualized in the era of viral media. Findings reveal four key transformations. First, despite media pressure, Kyai authority in Lirboyo remains anchored in charismatic moral–spiritual leadership while adapting to media logic through ethical and calm communicative strategies, consistent with Hjarvard’s (2008) theory of the mediatization of religion. Overall, this study demonstrates that the leadership of Kyai in the digital era is simultaneously charismatic, adaptive, and dialogical, reflecting a harmonious integration of pesantren tradition with contemporary media culture. The Lirboyo case serves as evidence that religious authority in Indonesia is undergoing significant transformation, not through erosion, but through strategic negotiation within the logic of viral digital communication

Abstract

This study aims to comprehensively understand the personality traits of Generation Z teachers in the educational context. The primary focus is to identify the personality traits of Generation Z teachers according to theory and then examine how these traits relate to the roles and responsibilities of teachers in the school environment. This study also aims to analyze the implications of these traits on the dynamics of learning and professional interactions in schools. Furthermore, this study seeks to explain the potential strengths and weaknesses of Generation Z teachers' personalities, which could impact overall educational performance. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach based on a literature review to analyze theories and scientific findings on Generation Z teacher personality. Data were obtained from primary sources such as generational theories, personality theories, and related journals, as well as secondary sources such as books, educational reports, and official documents. Data were collected through a structured literature search and analyzed using content and thematic analysis to identify key concepts and develop a comprehensive synthesis without field data collection. Generation Z teachers' personalities significantly influence education through their technological skills, creativity, and open communication, which support innovative learning. Their rapid adaptation helps them navigate curriculum changes and digital demands. However, their tendency to be easily distracted, their dependence on technology, and their sensitivity to work pressure can hinder their professionalism. These characteristics also influence interactions in schools. With the right mentoring and support, the potential of Gen Z teachers can be optimized to improve the quality of education.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the positive personality traits that teachers need to have, strategies for developing them, supporting and inhibiting factors, and their impact on the quality of learning. Using a descriptive qualitative method, data were obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation studies with Miles and Huberman's model analysis. The results show that integrity, empathy, adaptability, emotional intelligence, and enthusiasm for learning are important characteristics of modern teachers. Development strategies include professional training, supervision, a positive school culture, self-reflection, and coaching technology. Effectiveness is influenced by teacher motivation, leadership, and school support, but is hampered by workload and limited technological literacy. The implementation of these strategies has been proven to improve the quality of learning, teacher-student interaction, teacher professionalism, and create a more humanistic, collaborative, and sustainable growth-oriented educational environment.

Abstract

Pendekatan semantis dalam studi Al-Qur’an dan Hadis merupakan metode analisis yang menekankan pemahaman makna kata, frase, dan struktur teks secara mendalam dan kontekstual. Artikel ini mengkaji implementasi pendekatan semantis dalam studi Qur’an dan Hadis kawasan, dengan fokus pada analisis leksikal, konteks sosial-budaya, serta hubungan makna atau pragmatik. Analisis leksikal menelaah makna kata kunci seperti amanah, ‘adl, rahmat, dan ihsan, serta pergeseran maknanya dalam masyarakat berbeda. Analisis konteks sosial-budaya menekankan perbedaan interpretasi teks antara kawasan Timur Tengah dan Asia Tenggara, sedangkan analisis pragmatik menyoroti interaksi makna antar kata dan kalimat untuk menghasilkan pemahaman yang lebih holistik. Pendekatan semantis terbukti memiliki sejumlah keunggulan, antara lain kemampuan menggali makna tersirat, relevansi kontekstual, dan sifat interdisipliner yang memungkinkan integrasi dengan ilmu bahasa, antropologi, dan sosiologi. Metode ini juga menghadapi tantangan, termasuk perbedaan interpretasi antar pembaca, keterbatasan data historis untuk hadis, dan kebutuhan penguasaan bahasa Arab klasik yang mendalam. Dengan menerapkan strategi triangulasi data dan analisis literatur klasik maupun kontemporer, pendekatan semantis mampu memberikan pemahaman yang lebih akurat, relevan, dan adaptif terhadap dinamika sosial dan budaya. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan semantis tidak hanya memperluas cakrawala akademik dalam studi Al-Qur’an dan Hadis, tetapi juga menjembatani nilai-nilai klasik dengan kebutuhan masyarakat modern. Pemahaman holistik ini memungkinkan interpretasi teks yang kontekstual, kritis, dan aplikatif, serta menegaskan bahwa Al-Qur’an dan Hadis adalah teks yang dinamis dan kaya makna. Penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi rujukan metodologis bagi studi Qur’an dan Hadis kawasan, sekaligus mendukung pengembangan praktik keagamaan yang kontekstual dan relevan

Abstract

Unemployment among vocational high school graduates remains a critical issue in Indonesia’s human resource development, particularly in regional areas. This condition reflects a mismatch between graduate competencies and the needs of industry. This community service program aims to develop the concept and policy of zero unemployment for graduates at SMK ATM Majalengka through an institutional policy approach, strengthening industry partnerships, and optimizing the role of the Special Job Fair Unit. The implementation method was participatory, including needs analysis, policy formulation, implementation assistance, job readiness training, and program evaluation. The results indicate an improvement in graduate job readiness, the establishment of a zero-unemployment policy document, and an increased absorption of graduates into industry and entrepreneurship. This program also produced a model for an integrated and sustainable vocational school graduate management policy. This community service activity significantly contributes to reducing the unemployment rate among vocational school graduates and can be replicated in other vocational schools with similar characteristics.
