Abstract

Berdasarkan data Riskesdas 2018, satu dari dua ibu hamil di Indonesia mengalami anemia. Menurut Kemenkes RI. (2023) penyebab anemia terbanyak karena kurangnya asupan zat besi sehingga menyebabkan anemia defisiensi besi, dimana anemia ini dipengaruhi oleh status gizi ibu hamil yang sangat terkait dengan pola makan, penyakit penyerta, dan konsumsi tablet tambah darah yang belum optimal. Kebutuhan zat besi dapat dipenuhi melalui konsumsi makanan yang mengandung tinggi protein dan kaya zat besi salah satunya yaitu telur. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian kombinasi tablet tambah darah, vitamin C, dan telur ayam ras terhadap kadar hemoglobin ibu hamil. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian quasi eksperimental dengan menggunakan desain yaitu pretest-posttest with control group design dengan jumlah responden pada masing-masing kelompok sebesar 20 orang. Analisis data menggunakan Independent T-test diperoleh p value sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 yang artinya ada perbedaan rata-rata peningkatan kadar Hb sesudah diberikan intervensi antara kelompok kontrol dan kelompok intervensi dengan rata-rata peningkatan Hb sebesar 1,360gr/dL. Simpulan penelitian ada pengaruh pemberian kombinasi tablet tambah darah, vitamin C, dan telur atam ras terhadap kadar Hb ibu hamil.

Abstract

Introduction Based on the National Socio-Economic Survey (SUSENAS) 2023, around 33,74% of Indonesian women aged 20–24 years old have been married before the age of 19, and around 11.21% got married before the age of 18. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes of adolescents about early marriage in Sekardadi Village, Bangli Regency in 2025. This research method uses a correlation analytic design with a cross-sectional approach. A sample of 70 respondents, namely all adolescents aged 11-20 years who are registered as residents in Sekardadi Village, Kintamani District, Bangli Regency in 2025, was taken using the total sampling method. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using the chi-square test with statistical test results indicating that there is a significant relationship between the level of knowledge and attitudes of adolescent girls towards early marriage with a value of χ² = 22.657 and a significance level of p = 0.000 (p <0.05). As many as 87.1% of respondents are in the good knowledge category and as many as 98.6% of adolescent girls have a positive attitude towards the issue of early marriage. Conclusion so that there is a significant relationship between the level of knowledge and the attitude of young women towards early marriage. Suggestions for the village to continue and strengthen educational efforts through ongoing counseling programs for teenagers, in order to encourage them to delay the age of marriage.

Abstract

The increasing incidence of teenage marriage each year will pose psychological risks regarding readiness and adjustment to the new role of motherhood. The impact that can occur due to immature physical and reproductive organs causes risky pregnancy and childbirth. This study aims to determine the relationship between husband's support and childbirth preparation in teenage mothers in Negara District. The researcher used a quantitative analytical correlational cross-sectional approach. Sampling involved 46 teenage pregnant mothers using the total sampling method. Data analysis was conducted using univariate and bivariate methods, with the chi-square test. The results showed a p-value = 0.01, meaning there is a relationship between husband's support and physical readiness for childbirth in teenage mothers in Negara District. The OR value = 4.88 means that teenage pregnant women who do not receive support from their husbands are 4.9 times more at risk of being unprepared for childbirth. It is important for the community to raise awareness about the role of husbands in supporting their wives during pregnancy. Health education programs involving husbands and partners can help increase the support provided.
