Abstract

Umat Islam umumnya dan kaum sufi khususnya berpedoman kepada al-Qur‟an dan sunnah nabi. Namun secara umum mereka hanya mementingkan diri sendiri dengan meperbanyak dzikir, dan terkesan kurang kurang memperhatikan kemajuan umat Islam secara umum. Umat Islam saat ini tertinggal jauh akibat melupakan amalan yang seharusnya diprioritaskan oleh umat Islam itu sendiri. Artikel ini membahas tentang amalan yang dilupakan oleh kaum sufi, padahal seharusnya diutamakan. Kesimpulan dari artikel ini adalah kaum sufi lebih banyak menghabiskan waktunya untuk berdzikir dan kurang peka terhadap kemajuan umat Islam. Padahal kemajuan umat Islam itu bisa diraih dengan mengamalkan perintah Allah yang pertama kali turun yaitu dengan membaca dan menulis, bukan berdzikir atau shalat.

Abstract

Globalisasi dan modernisasi memang menudahkan manusia untuk berinteraksi, bekerja, mencari informasi dan sebagainya. Namun di sisi lain, globalisasi dan modernisasi membawa dampak yang seirus bagi akhlak generasi bangsa. Bagi mereka yang mampu menggunakan sisi positifnya, akan menjadikan mereka lebih cepat berkembang dan sukses. Namun di sisi lain, bagi mereka yang terkena imbasnya, akan menjadikan moral generasi bangsa rusak. Di sinilah madrasah diniyah memiliki peran yang penting dalam rangka mencetak dan memfilter arus negatif modernisasi. Artikel ini akan membahas peran-serta guru dalam mendidik siswa atau santrinya dalam bidang akhlak. Kesimpulan artikel ini adalah, cara yang dilakukan oleh guru antara lain: sahalat berjamaah, mencium tangan guru saat salaman, menambahkan pelajaran bermuatan akhlak yang dimiliki oleh para nabi dan ulama, menanamkan keikhlasan, menuliskan cita-citanya pada tempat yang strategis, mengunjungi guru atau mentor, menggelar doa bersama dan memberikan reward serta sanksi. Sedangkan faktor yang mempengaruhi pembentukan akhlak adalah faktor internal diri sendiri, faktor eksternal dengan hal-hal lain seperti internet dan faktor lingkungan yang meliputi keluarga dan pergaulan antar sesama.

Abstract

Pengujian material dengan NDT di bidang industri saat ini masih menggunakan probe ultrasonic test secara manual. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan pembuatan sistem kontrol penggerak pada probe ultrasonic test dengan menggunakan prinsip computer numeric control (CNC) 3 axis yaitu x, y, dan z. Pergerakan 3 sumbu tersebut menggunakan motor stepper dan perangkat keras Arduino yang dikontrol oleh LabVIEW guna memberi input sekaligus memberikan hasil pergerakkan pada motor stepper. Hasil pengujian mode kecepatan 3 menunjukkan nilai RMSE mendekati nilai 0 yang artinya bahwa semakin nilai RMSE kecil maka data tersebut memiliki kemiripan dengan nilai setpoint yang diinginkan.

Abstract

The tradition of reading the Al-Barzanji book is a cultural development from outside that entered Indonesia with a process brought by Sheikh Maulana Malik Ibrahim who spread Islamic teachings in the Java area by incorporating Islamic values into ancestral culture so that the process of accepting teachings that were carried out was easily accepted. In the wedding tradition of the Javanese people of Pematang Duku Timur Village, the obligation to read Al-Barzanji is carried out at night before the reception is held, the purpose of reading the Al-Barzanji book carried out by the women's majlis is to hope for blessings and smoothness in carrying out the marriage. The research method is qualitative and uses primary data and secondary data as supporting data. The values of Islamic education that are obtained are moral values, creed values, and worship values.

Abstract

This research explores the impact of transformative leadership strategies on improving the performance of Islamic educational institutions. The main focus of the research is how leaders who are able to articulate a clear and inspiring vision and mission can create a more motivated and productive environment. The research results show that there is a strong correlation between the professional development of teachers and staff and improving the quality of learning. Empowering human resources through training and rewards is proven to play an important role in motivating staff to innovate and contribute better. Additional findings highlight the importance of effective communication in the practice of transformative leadership. Leaders who listen to feedback and respond with empathy are able to build strong relationships of trust with staff and students, facilitating better collaboration and creating an environment that values ​​all its members. The leader's ability to manage change and communicate change goals clearly has also proven to be an important factor in the successful implementation of this strategy. The conclusion of this research shows that a transformative leadership approach can bring significant positive changes in Islamic educational institutions. By implementing an inspiring vision, empowering human resources, and effective communication, leaders can create an environment conducive to growth and development, for both students and staff. Therefore, the implementation of transformative leadership strategies should be considered as a potential model for achieving improvements in overall educational performance and quality.

Abstract

The aim of the study was to find whether tableu strategy was effective to improve the tenth grade students of SMA Negeri 1 Teluk Gelam or not. The selection of the study sample using purposive sampling so that there were 64 students taken. To collect the data, the reading test in the form of multiple choices was administered. Before giving the test, the test was tried out to non-sample students (class X.3) at SMA Negeri I Teluk Gelam in order to find the validity and reliability of the test. The data were analyzed using t-test after the data were considered normal and homogenous. The result of independent sample t-test showed that t-obtained (3.950) was higher than t-table (1.9990) and pvalue (0.000) was less than αvalue (0.05), it showed that null hypothesis (Ho) was rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted. It meant that Tableu strategy was effective to improve the tenth-grade students’ reading achievement at SMA Negeri 1 Teluk Gelam. In short, tableu strategy was useful to improve students’ reading achievement because this strategy guided them to comprehend the reading texts given during the treatment by asking and answering the questions posed by their classmates

Abstract

Education is the most important element for the advancement of a nation's civilization. The industrial era and globalization have had an impact on educational processes, in Indonesia. On the one hand, globalization has the positive impact of facilitating access to information, but on the other hand, the dominance of technology has the negative impact of dehumanizing a mentality that places technology above everything else. In fact, education in the modern era of globalization is experiencing a value crisis. Education only produces cognitively intelligent outputs, mastering theory and technology but lacking in human and social values. (dehumanisasi). As a solution, education as an investment must be capable of “humanizing man”; integrating man and techno or integrating science and religion, as well as re-paradigmatizing education with a value approach, a sociocultural approach, an approach to cognitive skills, and a policy approach, which is of course necessary to the goal of national education to form a professional education. A generation of moral, responsible, and dignified.
