Abstract

With the development of technology, it is hoped that humans can innovate in helping work become faster and more effective. By making a conventional system into a computerized system. The existing library system at the Directorate General of Disease Prevention and Control of the Indonesian Ministry of Health is currently still using a manual or conventional system. In borrowing books, the borrower fills in personal data in the guest book and only provides a certificate, so it is less effective. Damage and loss of borrower data is vulnerable to occur. Therefore, it is necessary to develop an online library via a website, it is hoped that the development of an online library can provide maximum service to library users and in data processing can minimize errors. As well as making it easier for librarian such as monitoring the availability of books and recording requests. Access to borrow books is also easier.

Abstract

Abstract - The expert system of learning modalities determination is a system that adopts the knowledge of an educational psychologist in determining the learning modalities that are appropriate to the child's personality. This expert system is made by forward chaining method and uses the expert Certainty Factor (CF) value. The purpose of this expert system is to prove that forward chaining method can be implemented in making this expert system. Furthermore, expert system can provide benefits to assist an educational psychology in Bahana Psikologi Pelangi (BPP) in performing the determination test of visual modalities, auditory or kinesthetic. Data obtained by conducting interviews and based on questionnaires in BPP in determining a person's learning modalities. Implementation of forward chaining method with the implementation of CF value is important in determining the conclusion of modalities and suggestions that will be recommended. The end result of this expert system is the highest CF value of each modality. Tests on the system performed by comparing the conclusions of modalities on expert systems with the conclusion of modalities on the calculation of manual questionnaires in BPP. Based on the 53 questionnaires used, there are 42 data showing the same modalities conclusion with manual process, while 11 of them show different result because of the priority of CF value in expert system.

Abstract

Algoritma greedy merupakan algoritma yang bersifat heuristik dan urutan logisnya disusun berdasarkan langkah-langkah penyelesaian masalah yang disusun secara sistematis. Dalam penelitian ini algoritma greedy digunakan untuk mengoptimalisasi penggunaan ruangan yang ada di Jurusan Teknik Informatika dan Komputer Politeknik Negeri Jakarta (JTIK). Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah algoritma greedy dapat mengoptimalisasi pembuatan Sistem Penjadwalan Mata Kuliah di JTIK dalam mengetahui jumlah ruangan yang kosong setelah digunakannya algoritma, dan mengetahui apakah metode menggunakan algoritma greedy lebih baik dari pada sistem manual. Data yang digunakan adalah jadwal mata kuliah tahun ajaran 2016/2017 ganjil genap, dan 2015/2016 ganjil. Hasil akhir pembuatan sistem berupa suatu jadwal mata kuliah yang dapat dilihat ruangan kosong yang ada dan durasi kosongnya ruangan tersebut. Pengujian dilakukan dengan cara membandingkan banyaknya ruangan kosong hasil dari sistem yang menggunakan algoritma greedy dengan sistem manual. Berdasarkan data jadwal mata kuliah yang diinput ke dalam sistem ditunjukkan bahwa algoritma greedy memiliki ruangan kosong lebih banyak, hal itu menunjukkan bahwa algoritma greedy mampu mengoptimalisasi ruangan pada penjadwalan mata kuliah JTIK secara baik.

Abstract

E-learning merupakan salah satu penunjang keberhasilan proses pembelajaran dalam hal peningkatan mutu dan kualitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa perilaku dosen dalam memanfaatkan E-learning dengan TAM2 (Technology Acceptance Model). Metode TAM2 digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat penerimaan teknologi pada sebuah organisasi. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuisioner online dalam bentuk google form yang disebarkan kepada dosen semua jurusan di PNJ. Kuesioner yang bisa diolah sebanyak 22 data. Model diolah menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Model), dan hasil kuesioner diolah menggunakan tools SmartPLS. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa dosen di PNJ belum dapat menerima kehadiran e-learning sebagai media pembelajaran. Beberapa penyebab kondisi ini adalah belum terbangunnya budaya organisasi dalam menggunakan e-learning sebagai sarana untuk membantu proses belajar mengajar;  belum terintegrasinya e-learning dengan sistem informasi akademik dan data akademik; user interface e-learning yang masih kurang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan kondisi dosen PNJ.

Abstract

Student presence is an one of the important thing in academic activity especially in a university. Cubeacon is a bluetooth technology that can be implement for student presence purpose. It is low cost energy and easy to deploy. Cubeacon are used to record the position and the time of student presence. Student can monitoring their presence so students can keep their presence on the track. System are made in two platform, i.e. mobile android and website. API are made to connect each device. Firebase Cloud Messaging are use to send message from website to android device that are use for send notification. Website are built using Laravel as framework. PostgreSQL are use as database. Testing are done to see how the cubeacon can detect the device. The result are that smartphone can detect the cubeacon till 50 m distance when there is no barrier, can detect cubeacon till 20 m distance when the barriers materials are board, and can only detect cubeacon under 10 m distance when the barrier that is used is wall materials

Abstract

BAKTI is a government organization in a Public Service Agency under the Ministry of Communication and Information. A total of 2,485 website visitors are recorded during October. In contrast to the Ministry of Communications and Informatics Legal Bureau website, which reached an average of 24,896 visitors in October. Some menus repeat to the home page, and there are no service product details, causing disinformation on the BAKTI website. The research aims to overview the value of the usability level, acceptance, and quality level of the BAKTI website. The System Usability Scale (SUS) method assesses acceptance or usability by considering the low cost, small sample, and relatively short time with adequate results. The result of calculating the SUS score for the BAKTI website is 71.40. It shows the acceptance level of the BAKTI website at Marginal High, the quality level at level C, and the usability level at the "OK" level. The assessment results for the BAKTI website indicate the need to improve the website by referring to the effects of research instruments. The results of the 4th and 8th instruments, around 19-32%, show that the website is not yet user-friendly because respondents still find it difficult and still need the help of technical people when browsing the website. Then on the 5th and 6th instruments, around 23-35% of respondents' assessments show that there are still impaired functions on the website and the need for content improvement to eliminate inconsistencies when browsing the BAKTI website.

Abstract

With the advancement of technology, it is hoped that people can create innovations that make work more efficient and faster through the creation of conventional systems becoming computerized. Currently, the card inventory system at PT. Bank XYZ still uses a manual system. Due to incorrect data input and slow data updates affecting business processes, the development of the card inventory system through the website was carried out. The waterfall method is used as the development method to ensure that user needs are well identified and documentation is available. The purpose of the manual process being turned digital is to provide better service to customers and employees, and as part of the effort to accelerate digital transformation and e-business implementation in the company
