Abstract

Information and data are the important assets for a company. To process data into useful information and getting to be knowledge in the decision making process at management level, there are so many companies which have difficulties, including PT XYZ which was engaging in the production of agricultural materials. PT XYZ had the difficulties in monitoring process and decision-making process related to its main business, sales and account receivable. Business Intelligence dashboard could be the best solution to overcome these problems. This research discusses related design, construction and implementation of business intelligence solutions dashboard starting from the architecture business intelligence, data warehouse in form of a data mart, ETL (extraction, transformation, and loading) process are useful for generating the quality of data, and visualization in the form of dashboard that would represent key business process with XYZ company. The method used in the development of business intelligence dashboard refers to the six-step method of executive information system that is of the justification, planning, business analysis, design, construction, deployment that would generate digital dashboard for level management. The result is a website application consisting of three digital dashboards that become visualization tools to display the information and knowledge needed in the monitoring process and become material to produce decisions related to sales and receivables. The BI solutions that are developed are in line with expectations and can meet the business needs of PT XYZ.

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Pendidikan Politeknik yang diperlukan berupa tersedianya basis data yang dapat diakses dan digunakan untuk keberlangsungan proses belajar mengajar di JTIK khususnya pada Program Studi Teknik Informatika. Perancangan Sistem Informasi Pendidikan TIK menggunakan metodologi Lean Business Model Design karena fungsi-fungsi yang terdapat di sistem tidak terlalu komplek serta waktu pengerjaan yang lebih singkat dikarenakan protype akan berhenti jika semua fungsi sudah sesuai dengan keinginan pengguna. Hasil penelitian diharapkan berkontribusi dalam memberikan layanan lebih baik dan sebagai sumber referensi dalam pemenuhan borang akreditas institusi, sehingga tercapai visi program studi Teknik Informatika dalam hal ini menjadikan program studi Teknik Informatika yang unggul berkelas dunia pada tahun 2029 dan salah satu misinya menyelenggarakan pendidikan dan pelayanan yang berbasis teknologi informasi.

Abstract

Abstrak - Forum merupakan salah satu tempat berinteraksi dan berpartisipasi dalam komunitas dunia maya yang memiliki minat yang sama. Forum mempunyai topik yang bermacam-macam, salah satunya adalah topik tentang kecantikan. Isi dari forum kecantikan adalah tentang tips dan trik tentang kecantikan. Namun, banyaknya komentar serta opini-opini dari pengguna lain membuat sulitnya mencari fakta dan hoax pada komentar forum. Laporan ini, menjelaskan tentang pendekatan algoritma naïve bayes classifier untuk mendeteksi hoax pada komentar forum Female Daily. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mempermudah pengguna dalam mendeteksi hoax pada komentar thread forum. Penelitian ini memuat rancangan, membangun implementasi sistem dan melakukan tahapan data testing. Data training pada sistem ini didapat dari artikel pada website Female Daily. Dilakukan proses text preprocessing terlebih dahulu pada komentar sebelum data dihitung jumlah probabilitasnya dengan menggunakan algoritma naïve bayes classifier. Pada tahap testing didapatkan hasil akurasi sebanyak 88% dengan data testing sebanyak 50 komentar.

Abstract

Saat ini masyarakat masih kesulitan mencari tenaga yang dapat membantu menyelesaikan perkerjaan rumah tangga mereka dengan instan, cepat, dan murah. Permasalahan tersebut timbul akibat tidak adanya teknologi yang dapat menghubungkan antara penyedia layanan jasa dengan masyarakat umum secara luas sehingga pihak penyedia layanan jasa kesulitan menawarkan layanan dan sebaliknya pihak masyarakat umum juga kesulitan untuk memesan layanan jasa. Oleh sebab itu dibangun sebuah aplikasi mobile houskeeping berbasis iOS untuk perangkat iphone yang dapat digunakan untuk memfasilitasi perusahaan layanan jasa housekeeping untuk dapat menawarkan layanan jasa dengan mudah serta dapat menghubungkan perusahaan penyedia layanan jasa dengan masyarakat umum secara luas. Dalam implementasinya, juga dibangun backend petugas yang terkoneksi langsung dengan aplikasi pada perangkat iOS dengan menggunakan API dan menggunakan Database MySQL. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini ialah metode GRAPPLE (Guidelines for Rapid APPlication Engineering) dengan dasar terori Unified Model Languange (UML). Dengan dibuatnya aplikasi ini maka bisa menjadi solusi yang dapat memfasilitasi dan menghubungkan antara perusahaan penyedia layanan jasa dengan masyarakat secara umum

Abstract

The government needs knowledge management to improve efficiency and effectiveness in the decision-making process. Knowledge management is one of the supporters in Bureaucratic Reform, which aims to encourage the realization of an effective and efficient organization, to make it happen, government agencies must be prepared to utilize the wealth of knowledge they have, by looking at knowledge management maturity level in government. Based on the research results, the maturity level for all LPNK is 133, which is at level 3 or Introduction, with knowledge management strategies: Formalizing knowledge management through regulations; Establish systems for identifying, creating, storing, sharing, applying and inventorying knowledge; Develop a system of providing incentives for employees; Develop measurement methods and indicators to assess the impact of knowledge contributions and initiatives; Form a cross-functional team to assist each work unit in solving problems encountered; Creating a recovery system to ensure operational activities continue despite critical situations, and Creating a systematic induction process for new employees.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pada PT Mitra Mandiri Komputindo menggunakan fingerprint untuk mencatat kehadiran karyawan yang memiliki permasalahan seperti transparasi data presensi tidak dapat dilihat secara langsung oleh karyawan dan keberadaan karyawan saat jam kerja tidak dapat dideteksi oleh mesin fingerprint. Permasalahan presensi di luar kantor, seperti marketing yang mengunjungi klien di luar kantor data presensinya tidak terkontrol dengan baik. Permasalahan lain terkait permohonan izin, cuti, lembur dan pengajuan surat yang dilakukan secara manual, yaitu dengan cara mendatangi HRD untuk memberikan dokumen permohonan menggunakan Microsoft Office sehingga tidak terintegrasi dengan data presensi, perhitungan gaji dan menyebabkan terlambatnya pencetakan surat seperti slip gaji. Solusi dari permasalahan tersebut yaitu dengan membangun sistem HRM berfokus pada modul karyawan menggunakan Wi-Fi MAC Address dan IMEI sebagai validitas presensi. Sistem HRM berbasis mobile Android sehingga karyawan dapat melakukan presensi di kantor, di luar kantor, permohonan cuti, izin, lembur dan  pengajuan surat. Sistem juga dapat melakukan tracking lokasi karyawan saat jam kerja setelah melakukan presensi. Pembangunan sistem menggunakan metode Waterfall sebagai model pengembangan. Hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan sistem HRM berbasis mobile dapat terintegrasi dengan sistem HRM pada modul HRD. Pengujian IMEI yang dilakukan pada lima perangkat smartphone mendapatkan format yang berbeda, namun tetap dapat berjalan sesuai kebutuhan. Kata kunci: Sistem HRM, Presensi, Wi-Fi MAC Address, IMEI

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic that has hit all countries in the world is a sudden humanitarian disaster. This virus is highly contagious, so it is necessary to make direct contact to prevent widespread transmission. Meanwhile, for people who have had contact with people with COVID-19, it is necessary to carry out tracing and activity activities so as not to cause more people to be exposed to COVID-19. Therefore, a supporting infrastructure is needed in the form of web and mobile-based applications to monitor self-quarantine for COVID-19 People Under Supervision (ODP). The Informatics Engineering Study Program, Department of Informatics and Computer Engineering, Jakarta State Polytechnic developed a web-based and mobile-based software application made for the Depok Jaya Community Health Center to support ODP COVID-19. ODP can report complaints and grievances through the mobile application, while the Depok Jaya Community Health Center conducts monitoring through a web-based application. Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil Rapat Kerja Kesehatan Nasional (Rakerkesnas) 2019 Kementerian Kesehatan RI, situasi saat ini angka kematian ibu berkisar 305 per 100.000 menurut Survei Angka Sensus (Supas) tahun 2015. Angka kematian ibu yang tinggi dapat dipengaruhi oleh fator "4 Terlalu" (4T) dimana hal ini merupakan kondisi kehamilan yang tidak ideal dan situasi "3 Terlambat". Untuk mengatasi keterlambatan dan minimnya informasi terkait kondisi kesehatan kehamilan tersebut perlu dilakukan edukasi dan sosialisasi mengenainya pentingnya menjaga kesehatan kehamilan bagi ibu hamil secara rutin. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menghadirkan solusi untuk kendala tersebut, yaitu dengan mengembangkan produk teknologi tepat guna berupa aplikasi SakuBumil sebagai media edukasi dan informasi bagi ibu hamil tentang kesehatan ibu hamil dan bagaimana menjaga kesehatan selama kehamilan sampai dengan persalinan. Aplikasi SakuBumil memiliki tujuh menu, yaitu pemeriksaan kehamilan, perawatan sehari-hari ibu hamil, porsi makanan ibu hamil, aktivitas fisik ibu hamil, tanda bahaya pada kehamilan dan masalah lain pada masa kehamilan, persiapan melahirkan, dan tanda awal persalinan. Aplikasi ini dikembangkan menggunakan teknologi webview dan diintegrasikan pada sistem layanan informasi Kota Depok, yaitu Depok Single Windows (DSW).

Abstract

Discipline is an attitude that requires a person to be responsible for their actions, obey rules and respect time. Awareness of enforcing discipline can be trained with positive activities held by schools through extracurricular scout skills. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between scout extracurricular activities and the discipline of class V students at State Elementary School 161 Pekanbaru. This research uses a quantitative type of research. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire given by 62 respondents containing 17 scout extracurricular statements and 24 student disciplinary statements which would be answered by students in class V of SDN 161 Pekanbaru. Determining the sample in this study used a total sampling technique because all members of the population were used as samples in this study. The research results show that there is a positive and significant relationship between scout extracurricular activities and student discipline. The correlation coefficient obtained is 0.501, which means the calculated r obtained is greater than the r table which has been determined at a significance level of 5% with a calculated r calculated of 0.501 0.250, this means r calculated r table which means Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Based on these results, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between scout extracurricular activities and the discipline of class V students at State Elementary School 161 Pekanbaru.

Abstract

Requirements engineering is a critical activity in a development system project, the increasing need for complexity of software development and the heterogeneity of stakeholders in motivating the development of methods and the need to evaluate the engineering requirements needed and aim to lead to a large scale. This study presents a paper in an empirical form that aims to identify and understand the characteristics of the advantages and limitations of the developed platform so that we can know the challenges that will be faced, such as expectations and input from experts for the development of the platform that we develop so that it can be in accordance with what users expect. We conducted this research with the aim of understanding the engineering requirements in the research we developed by utilizing the three dimensions of the requirements engineering method, which consists of requirement elicitation, requirement specification, and requirement validation and verification. The research we conducted managed to understand the stages of needs engineering by producing many documents that help the platform development process. We get the most important UI value from attractiveness, clarity, efficiency, accuracy, stimulation, and novelty, which is 63.2% with a very interest rating, 55.6 with a very interest rating, 57.9% with a very interest rating, 44.4% with a balanced rating between interesting and very interest, 52.6% with an interesting rating, 42.1% with a very interesting rating. We get product values consisting of attractiveness, clarity, efficiency, accuracy, stimulation, and novelty, namely 68.4% with a very interest rating, 52.6% with an interest ng rating, 52.6% with a very interest rating, 47.4% with a balanced rating between interesting and very interest, 47.4% with a balanced rating between interesting and very interest, 47.4% with a balanced rating between interesting and very interest
