Abstract

Covid-19 has had an impact not only on health but also on the resilience of the national economy. Learning from the history of war, if we have weapons without food reserves, it will be messy as well as increasing food security to anticipate the impact of disease outbreaks such as Covid-19 which could happen again in the future. The Ministry of Defense is serious about developing the Food Estate Program by reviewing several potential land locations for planting strategic commodities. The plan to develop the "Food Estate" area in Central Kalimantan launched by the President of the Republic of Indonesia Joko Widodo is a collaboration between the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of PUPR, the Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of Environment and Forestry and the Ministry of SOEs. The research method uses descriptive qualitative. The results of the study show that the strength of food security is no less important than the strength of weapons, especially in dealing with the current situation such as the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. For this reason, Indonesia must have adequate food reserves.

Abstract

This study discusses the impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic on the Defense Budget of the Directorate General of Defense Potential of the Indonesian Ministry of Defense. This research is motivated by the existence of a Pandemic which has an impact on changes in the composition of the Defense Budget of the Directorate General of Defense Potential of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Indonesia. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Defense Budget of the Directorate General of Defense Potential of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Indonesia is not in accordance with what is planned in the strategic plan, this discrepancy indicates that due to the Covid-19 Pandemic which resulted in changes in the composition of the budget of the Directorate General of Pothan of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Indonesia, this has an impact on program implementation and the goal of the results to be achieved previously. Suggestions that become recommendations for input in this research are the existence of Special Funds in each Ministry/Institution that can be used for special things such as during the Covid-19 Pandemic so that it is hoped that activities that are a National Priority Scale can run well and so that the results of the activities are achieved. implemented to achieve the desired goals.

Abstract

HRM leadership has evolved significantly in an era of rapid and complex organizational change. This research uses bibliometrics, focusing on transformational leadership, emotional intelligence, and organizational effectiveness. We found key trends, influential authors, research clusters, and emerging themes. This analysis reaffirms the importance of transformational leadership and emotional intelligence. Works from leading scholars such as Bass, Avolio, Goleman, and Guest remain influential. We also identify emerging leadership paradigms, including agile and inclusive models adapted to modern challenges. Interdisciplinary links with psychology, organizational behavior, and technology management highlight the cross-disciplinary nature of HRM leadership research. Collaborative networks and new scholars enrich perspectives and methodologies. Practical implications emphasize the importance of transformational leadership and emotional intelligence for HRM practitioners, advocating for agile and inclusive models. Future research directions include examining the impact of digital transformation on leadership and the critical role of leadership in promoting diversity and inclusion.

Abstract

The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Indonesia’s education sector is transforming personalized learning and institutional management, offering improvements in student engagement, administrative efficiency, and data-driven decision-making. However, widespread adoption remains limited due to technological disparities, algorithmic bias, data privacy concerns, and low AI literacy among educators, especially in rural and under-resourced areas. This study aims to explore the role of AI in Indonesian education, identify key implementation challenges, and propose strategic approaches for ethical and inclusive integration. Using a qualitative descriptive analysis, the research synthesizes data from academic literature, policy documents, and case studies to evaluate the current landscape of AI-driven educational transformation. Findings reveal critical gaps in digital infrastructure, regulatory policy, and educator readiness, which restrict the scalability and effectiveness of AI applications. While adaptive learning technologies have enhanced individualized instruction, their deployment is uneven, exacerbated by regional inequalities. AI also supports educational administration, yet unresolved concerns about data transparency and privacy persist. This study concludes by proposing a multi-stakeholder approach for sustainable and equitable AI integration within Indonesia’s educational context. Recommendations include targeted infrastructure development, AI literacy initiatives for educators, robust data governance frameworks, and culturally responsive AI solutions. These insights contribute to ongoing efforts to bridge the digital divide and optimize AI's potential in education.

Abstract

Students have a significant role in the success of a lesson. Students' success is in the hands of educators who guide them to understand, solve, make decisions, be responsible, and become independent human beings. Hence, this research focuses on Counseling Teacher Efforts, whose leading task indicator is being able to provide services to students. This study uses an interpretive paradigm through a qualitative approach, types of case studies, data collection techniques using in-depth interviews and observation, data analysis using Miles Huberman's theory, and checking the validity of the data by triangulation. This research resulted in counselling teacher guidance efforts with an emotional and spiritual quotient (ESQ) in collaboration with religion teachers (continuous subject integration) and with outbound parenting efforts through scheduled extracurriculars. This study expands its setting and orientation by integrating subjects in the process, demonstrating the role of the Counseling Teacher, as exceptional cases illustrate the need for combined training.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of differentiated learning to improve students' critical thinking skills. The type of research is meta-analysis. The samples of this study came from 13 national and international journals. The process of searching for research samples through Google Scholar, ScienceDirect, Eric, Springer, Plos ONE, MPDI, and ProQuest databases. The inclusion criteria were Research must be national and international journals indexed by SINTA, WOS, and Scopus; Research must be experimental or quasi-experimental; Research from national and international journals published in 2019-2023; 4) Research has a relationship with research variables; 5) Research data must have t, f, and standard deviation values. The data selection process is the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA) method. Data analysis is statistical analysis with the help of JSAP. The results concluded that the average effect size value of the whole study was 0.892 with high criteria. This finding shows that STEM-based differentiated learning has a significant effect on students' critical thinking skills.

Abstract

Ekonomi kreatif telah menjadi kekuatan penting dalam pembangunan ekonomi dan memiliki potensi untuk meningkatkan ketahanan ekonomi. Menurut perspektif ekonomi kreatif, ketahanan ekonomi dapat ditingkatkan melalui diversifikasi dan inovasi. Ekonomi kreatif mempromosikan diversifikasi dengan mendorong pertumbuhan di berbagai sektor yang berbeda, seperti seni, desain, musik, film, dan teknologi. Dengan begitu, jika satu sektor mengalami penurunan, sektor lainnya bisa membantu menstabilkan ekonomi. Ekonomi kreatif juga dapat membantu meningkatkan ketahanan ekonomi dengan menciptakan lapangan kerja dan peluang bisnis baru, serta dengan mempromosikan keberagaman budaya dan inklusi sosial. Teori Strategi menurut Michael Porter  antara lain Low Cost Strategy (strategi biaya rendah), Defferentiation (diferensiasi), Focus Strategy (Fokus). Tujuan penelitian untuk memberikan masukkan pemerintah tentang strategi pengembangan ekonomi kreatif dalam meningkatkan ketahanan ekonomi di Indonesia. Penelitian dengan Studi Literatur ditujukan untuk mempelajari sektor ekonomi kreatif dalam konteks nyata dan spesifik, dengan studi literatur, dapat dirumuskan strategi baru berdasarkan pengalaman dan praktek yang sudah ada. Hasil yang dicapai bahwa strategi pengembangan ekonomi kreatif yang efektif memiliki potensi untuk dikembangkan dan berkontribusi terhadap ketahanan ekonomi sehingga disarankan kepada pemerintah untuk memperhatikan ketetapan kebijakan dan regulasi yang mendukung, pendanaan dan investasi, pendidikan dan pelatihan, promosi dan pemasaran, kolaborasi dan kemitraan serta infrastruktur.

Abstract

Indonesia memiliki kedaulatan dan hak berdaulat di Laut Natuna Utara. Dalam rangka menegakkan kedaulatan dan hak berdaulat di wilayah Laut Natuna Utara terutama pada masa damai, Indonesia melaksanakan upaya pengendalian laut. Namun demikian, pengendalian laut yang dilaksanakan saat ini masih belum optimal karena masih adanya ancaman/kerawanan, belum terbangun unity of effort guna mendukung pengendalian laut secara kolaboratif antara TN AL dan Bakamla RI serta belum efektifnya strategi operasi kolaborasi TNI AL dan Bakamla RI di Laut Natuna Utara.  Penelitian ini mengkaji kondisi existing ancaman/kerawanan di Laut Natuna Utara dan kolaborasi TNI AL - Bakamla RI serta merumuskan strategi operasi kolaborasi TNI AL - Bakamla RI dalam mendukung pengendalian laut di Laut Natuna Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori ancaman, teori kolaborasi dan teori strategi serta pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan melaksanakan wawancara terhadap 5 Narasumber yang berasal dari TNI AL dan Bakamla RI. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan ancaman/kerawanan yang ada di Laut Natuna saat ini antara lain kehadiran kapal pemerintah/perang asing berbendera Vietnam dan China, penangkapan ikan secara ilegal oleh kapal ikan asing berbendara Vietnam dan anomali pergerakan kapal niaga di Laut Natuna serta potensi ancaman/kerawanan dari kehadiran kapal pemerintah/perang asing berbendera negara NATO dan sekutunya. Selain itu saat ini belum ada operasi kolaborasi TNI AL dan Bakamla RI di Laut Natuna sehingga perlu adanya rumusan strategi operasi kolaborasi TNI AL dan Bakamla RI di wilayah tersebut dalam rangka menghadapi ancaman/kerawanan yang ada
