Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pendapatan usaha ternak ayam petelur, saluran pemasaran dan margin pemasaran usaha ternak ayam petelur UD.Unggas Karya Mandiri di Kecamatan Banggai. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli sampai dengan Agustus 2020. Penentuan responden dilakukan dengan metode sensus dimana jumlah populasi peternak 1 Orang, Pedagang Besar, pengecer dan karyawan sebanyak, 14 Orang, sampel penelitian diambil keseluruhan dari populasi yaitu 15 responden. Analisis yang digunakan adalah Analisis Pendapatan, Saluran Pemasaran, dan Margin Pemasaran.Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa pendapatan usaha ternak ayam petelur di kecamatan banggai kabupaten banggai laut sebesar Rp 841.942.000 yang diperoleh dari TR-TC yakni (TR) Rp.1.215.000.000 dikurangi (TC) Rp. 373.058.000. penelitian menunjukan bahwa Saluran Pemasaran usaha peternak ayam petelur terdapat dua Saluran Pemasaran yaitu dari Peternak→Pengecer→Konsumen dan Saluran Pemasaran yang Kedua yaitu dari Peternak→Pedagang Besar→ Pengecer→Konsumen. Margin Pemasaran usaha peternak ayam petelur yaitu dari Peternak→Pengecer Margin Pemasarannya sebesar Rp.10.000kemudian dari Peternak→Pedagang Besar Margin Pemasarannya sebesar Rp.5.000 dan dari Pedagang Besar→Pengecer Margin Pemasaran yang di peroleh sebesar Rp. 5.000.

Abstract

Hasil analisis LQ bahwa dari ke enam komoditi sayuran yang di usahakan di Kecamatan Bualemo hanya lima Desa yang melakukan usahatani hortikultura diantaranya : Hasil komoditi hortikultura yang ada di Kecamatan Bualemo yang memiliki LQ > 1 terdapat 3 komoditas unggulan di Desa Trans Mayayap antara lain komoditi cabai (4,4), tomat (1,4), dan kacang panjang (1,9), Desa Nipa Kalemoan terdapat 3 komoditas unggulan yang terdiri dari komoditi bawang merah (1,8), terong (3,0), dan kacang panjang (1,7), Desa Malik makmur memiliki komoditas unggulan komoditi tomat (1,5), Desa Malik memiliki komoditas unggulan komoditi tomat (1,9) sedangkan Desa Bima Karya memiliki komoditas unggulan yang terdiri dari bawang merah (1,8), dan cabai rawit (3,3). Selabjutnya, analisis SWOT strategi yang tepat dalam upaya pengembangan usahatani sayuran di Kecamatan Bualemo Kabupaten Banggai pada posisi strategi atau kuadran I  yaitu mendukung strategi agresif yaitu strategi S-O (Strengths -Opportunities) dengan skor yang diperoleh sebesar 4,41. Strategi yang diterapkan pada kondisi seperti ini guna meningkatkan pengembangan usahatani sayuran dengan memanfaatkan kekuatan dan peluang yang  ada yaitu meningkatkan pengembangan sayuran dan memanfaatkan adanya permintaan pasar dengan memanfaatkan kekuatan dan peluang.

Abstract

Penelitianini bertujuan (1) Pendapatan petani responden dalam usahatani kopra di Desa Longkoga Barat Kecamatan Bualemo yang di peroleh sebesar Rp 371.700. (2) Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan di Desa Longkoga Barat terlihat bahwa saluran pemasaran dari petani sampai ke konsumen akhir terdapat dua saluran pemasaran yaitu sebagai berikut : Saluran II  : Petani - Pengepul Lokal -  Industri (3) Margin pemasaran usahatani kopra di Desa Longkoga Barat diperoleh antara pengepul lokal yang menjual ke Industri yakni Rp. 3.300/Kg. (4) Berdasarkan rumus efesiensi pemasaran maka efesiensi pemasaran pada saluran II diperoleh efesiensi pemasaran sebesar 1,00 %.

Abstract

Komoditas perkebunan mempunyai prospek cukup baik karena cocok diusahakan diperdesaan dan memiliki nilai ekonomis yang cukup tinggi sehingga mampu meningkatkan pendapatan petani dan memperluas kesempatan kerja diwilayah perdesaan. Tanaman nilam dikenal dengan nama patchouli oil merupakan tanaman perkebunan penghasil minyak atsiri yang memiliki nilai ekonomis yang tinggi baik dipasar nasional maupun pasar internasional. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui berapa besar tingkat penerimaan, biaya dan pendapatan usahatani nilam (Pogostemon cablin Benth) di Desa Simpang II Kecamatan Simpang Raya Kabupaten Banggai.  Berdasarkan hasil penelian bahwa penerimaan sangat ditentukan oleh besar kecilnya produksi yang dihasilkan dan harga dari produksi tersebut.  Tingkat penerimaan usahatani nilam di Desa Simpang II Kecamatan Simpang Raya Kabupaten Banggai sebesar Rp. 10.458.000,00/0,80 ha.  Biaya merupakan beban yang harus dikeluarkan yang tidak terlepas dari aktivitas kegiatan usahatani petani responden yang harus dikeluarkan dan diperhitungkan. Biaya usahatani nilam di Desa Simpang II Kecamatan Simpang Raya Kabupaten Banggai Rp. 4.384.791,67/0,80 ha.  Pendapatan merupakan selisih antara penerimaan dengan biaya yang dikeluarkan pada kegiatan usahatani nilam oleh produsen atau besarnya penerimaan dikurangi seluruh biaya yang dikeluarkan. Berapa besar Pendapatan usahatani nilam di Desa Simpang II Kecamatan Simpang Raya Kabupaten Banggai Rp. 6.073.208,33/0,80 ha.

Abstract

Efforts to maintain a competitive advantage require long-term planning. The analysis used to identify the company's strategic position in the industry, one of which uses a SWOT analysis tool. A marketing strategy is needed because of the increasingly widespread growth and increasingly fierce market competition. This situation of course forces entrepreneurs to use various methods in their marketing strategy. The objectives of this study were to determine Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats to rice marketing at CV. Berkat Padaelo in Bakung Urban Village, Batui District, Banggai Regency. Based on the results of scoring internal factors and external factors, the highest score obtained was the SO (Strengths-Opportunities) strategy of 4.6, the ST strategy (Strengths-Treats) of 3.92, the WO Strategy (Weaknesses-Opportunities) of 2.67, while the lowest is found in the WT (Weaknesses-Threats) strategy of 1.99. SO Strategy (Strengths-Opportunities) of 4.6, is a situation that is very profitable for respondents to have the strength to take advantage of existing opportunities, namely: Strategic Location, Quality Production, Modern Machine Tools, Own Capital, Farmer's Trust, Availability of raw materials, Market support , Support for cooperation with buyers, There is relatively extensive warehousing support, There is support for a skilled workforce.

Abstract

Vegetables produced using hydroponic technology have better quality compared to conventional vegetables but the cost required is high. The goal to be achieved in this study is to find out how much cost and income as well as the feasibility of hydroponic vegetable business at Andri Farm. This research was carried out in the month of june until the month  august 2022, using quantitative approaches and income analysis methods and R/C ratios to calculate revenue and like the business of Andri Farm. The results of the research obtained are the large costs incurred  in Andri Farm's hydroponic vegetable business in a month amounting to Rp 21,717,292.15 and Andri Farm's hydroponic vegetable business income in a month amounting to Rp 10,497,707.85. Based on the cost of expenditure and income of Andri Farm's hydropinic vegetable business, the R/C result of > ratio was obtained, with a final result of 1.48, so that Andri Farm's hydroponic vegetable business is feasible to be developed

Abstract

Rice as the food commodity has a very high strategic value, so that serious handing is needed is its productiivity.The improvement efforts large role of the govenment in the management of food commodities, especially rice.This study aims to determine the role of padi sawah Farmers’ groups is Lembah Tompotika Village, Bualemo District. To find out the amount of rice farming income in Lembah Tompotika Village, Bualemo District, from march to May 2021. The types of data used is primary and secndary data. Used Likert Scale Analysis The level of the role of tarmer groups can be measured using a Likert Scale, ehich describers the five indicators into several question items that have been prepared in the questionnaire and each question item is given a score according to the respondent’s choice. Income Analysis to find out rice farming income leved. The role of farmer groups in disseminating information with a higt category 71,2%, Providing facilities and production facilities with a high category of 75,2%, Planning activities with a very high category 88,8, five farming technologi with a hight category of 70,4, Cooperating with KUD institutions with a very hight category 95%. This shoes that the role of farmer groups in the 5 indicators plays an infortant role in income The income obtained by famers in the valley of tompotika Village, Bualemo District,which is obtained from the result of subtracting the total revenue (TR) of Rp 56.000,000.00 with the total cost (TC) of Rp 12,526,100.00, then the income = TR-TC is Rp 43,473,900.00. This is this means that lowland rice farming can stiil be cultivated or developed by farmers in Lembah Tompotika Village, BualemoDistrict, Banggai Regency, because the amount of income earned is stiil quite high.

Abstract

Banggai yam is one of the food crop agricultural commodities categorized as an endemic plant of Banggai Islands Regency. Besides being endemic, Banggai yam is also the main food for the people of Banggai Islands, especially in Totikum. So it is necessary to conduct research with the aim of knowing the nutrients in banggai yam land and the direction of banggai yam development in Sambiut village and Abason village, Totikum District, Banggai Islands Regency. The research was conducted in Sambiut and Abason Villages using a descriptive exploratory survey approach. Furthermore, the results of the analysis obtained will be tabulated in tabular form and narrated in sentence form. Based on the results of laboratory analysis of banggai yam plants in the totikum district of Sambiut and Abason villages have a marginal category (S3), because the limiting factor is rainfall base saturation. The limiting factor of rainfall can be improved by changing the planting time or making irrigation channels for the water needs of plants, although it requires relatively high costs. Furthermore, the limiting factor of base saturation can be improved by applying dolomite lime or organic materials such as biochar. Thus, the results of potential land suitability in Sambiut and Abason Villages are moderately suitable (S2). These results are expected to provide information to stakeholders in managing banggai yam land in order to obtain more production in the future, so that Ubi banggai can be available as food in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

Extension workers have a strategic role in guiding farmers to increase the productivity of corn crop farming. This study aims to determine the role of agricultural extension workers in improving farming in South Balantak District. This research was carried out from November 2022 to January 2023 in Tongke Village, South Balantak District. The population in this study is a farmer group in Tongke Village. This study used methods with likert and income analysis. The income obtained by farmers in Tongke Village, South Balantak District, obtained from the reduction between Total revenue (TR) of Rp. 96,000,000.00 and Total cost (TC) of Rp. 701,500.00, then income (π) = TR – TC is Rp. 95,298,500. This means that corn farming can still be cultivated or developed by farmers in Tongke Village, South Balantak District, Banggai Regency, because the amount of income obtained is still quite high.

Abstract

Agricultural extension is non-formal education provided to farmers and their families. The purpose of this study is to know and describe the role of agricultural extension workers and income in Damai Makmur Village, Nuhon District. This research was carried out in Damai Makmur Village, Nuhon District, from July to September 2023. The population that is the object of this study is a group of rice farmers in Damai Makmur Village, Nuhon District. There are 15 farmer groups, each group with 15 members. The sampling method in the study was purposive sampling (intentionally) and the samples taken in this study were 25 people. The results showed that the role of agricultural extension workers in developing the income of rice farmer groups has carried out 5 most important tasks, namely the role of extension workers as educators with a sufficient category of 69.6%, the role of extension workers as motivators with sufficient categories of 74.4%, the role of extension workers as dynamicators with sufficient categories of 68%, the role of extension workers as facilitators with good categories of 80%, the role of extension workers as innovators with good categories of 86.4%. This can show that the role of extension workers needs to be increased again in order to create quality and qualified farmers. As well as the income of farmers in Damai Makmur Village, Nuhon District, obtained from the reduction between Total Revenue (TR) of IDR 22,800,000 and Total Cost (TC) of IDR 6,822,500, then farmer income of IDR 15,977,500. Therefore, rice farming in Damai Makmur Village, Nuhon District, can continue to be developed by farmers.
