Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi di era Society 5.0 menuntut Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) untuk beradaptasi, terutama dalam penggunaan teknologi yang berkelanjutan. Salah satu tantangan yang dihadapi adalah tingginya konsumsi energi dan kurang optimalnya sistem produksi, manajemen serta pemasaran. Tujuan kegiatan PKM ini untuk meningkatkan daya saing UMKM, khususnya Angkringan Suhe yang beralamat di komplek museum kereta api di Kabupaten Semarang. Metode yang digunakan pada PKM ini meliputi Persiapan dan Koordinasi, Pelatihan, Penerapan teknologi, Pendampingan dan evaluasi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini berupa peningkatan mitra dalam hal pengetahuan dan ketrampilan pada bidang produksi, manajemen dan pemasaran. Selain itu, mitra juga telah menerapkan teknologi mencakup panel surya untuk energi berkelanjutan dan sistem informasi angkringan berbasis web (siangkringan.com) untuk mempermudah pengelolaan bisnis angkringan. Kesimpulannya adalah implementasi teknologi hijau/panel surya dan digitalisasi membantu UMKM menghadapi tantangan di era Industri 4.0 dan Society 5.0 dengan lebih efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

Background: Patients undergoing major surgery for gynecologic cancer often experience postoperative complications. Postoperative complications are influenced by various factors, one of which is nutritional status. The preoperative prognostic nutritional index (PNI), calculated from serum albumin levels and lymphocyte count, is used as a preoperative nutritional parameter and has been associated with postoperative outcomes. Objective: To investigate the association between preoperative PNI and postoperative outcomes in patients undergoing major gynecologic oncology surgery. Methods: This prospective observational study was conducted at Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo National General Hospital in August-December 2024. Subjects were gynecologic cancer patients aged 18-65 years who underwent major surgery. PNI was calculated based on preoperative serum albumin levels and lymphocyte count. Postoperative complications were assessed within 30 days following surgery using the Clavien-Dindo classification. Statistical analysis was performed using Chi-square or Fisher’s exact test, followed by multivariable logistic regression. Results: A total of 56 subjects were included, with a mean age of 47.8 ± 12.3 years and a median PNI of 50.2 (28.9-61.3). Postoperative complications occurred in 35.7% of subjects, with surgical site infections being the most common. The median PNI was lower in the complication group, although the difference was not statistically significant. In multivariable analysis, advanced tumor stage was the only independent predictor of postoperative complications (odd ratio [OR] 4.74, 95% CI 1.26–17.83, p = 0.021). Low PNI showed a nonsignificant trend toward higher odds of complications (OR 1.71, 95% CI 0.47–6.28, p=0.420). Conclusion: PNI was not statistically significant but showed a trend toward association with postoperative complications, suggesting its potential importance of preoperative nutritional status. Advanced tumor stage was an independent predictor of complications. Further multicenter studies are needed to confirm the prognostic role of PNI in gynecologic oncology surgery.

Abstract

This study aims to improve student activity and mathematics learning outcomes on the topic of properties of solid figures through the cooperative learning model type Make A Match. This study used classroom action research conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consisted of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The subjects were 14 fifth-grade students of SD Negeri 2 Kasihan, Ngadirojo District, Wonogiri Regency, in the 2024/2025 academic year. Data were collected through observation, formative tests, and documentation. The data were analyzed descriptively by comparing the results of the pre-cycle, cycle I, and cycle II. The results showed that student activity increased from 52.20 in the pre-cycle, to 64.40 in cycle I, and to 78.20 in cycle II. The average learning score increased from 64.79, to 72.00, and to 79.14. Classical mastery also increased from 35.71%, to 64.29%, and to 85.71%. The findings indicate that Make A Match encouraged students to pay attention, discuss, ask questions, solve problems, and present their work. Therefore, the cooperative learning model type Make A Match can improve student activity and mathematics learning outcomes in elementary school.
