Abstract

Employee performance appraisal is a crucial aspect of human resource management, as it influences strategic decisions such as promotions, rotations, and incentives. However, manual evaluations are often prone to subjectivity and inefficiencies in terms of time and effort. This study aims to design and implement a decision support system (DSS) using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to determine the best employee objectively and measurably. The research adopts a software engineering approach with the waterfall model through stages of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The developed system is web-based and incorporates five key criteria: productivity, loyalty, work attitude, team contribution, and innovation. The testing results indicate that the system can process employee data, compute preference values, and display final rankings accurately and consistently with manual calculations. The system is also equipped with result export features and a user-friendly interface that facilitates the evaluation process. This study contributes a digital tool that reduces subjectivity in performance assessments and improves HR operational efficiency. In conclusion, the implementation of the SAW method in a web-based system is proven effective for supporting multi-criteria decision-making in selecting the best employee and is suitable for dynamic work environments.

Abstract

Umar Ibn Khattab was one of the most influential caliphs in Islam. Significant expansion occurred under his leadership, which included a number of social, economic, and political reforms. The purpose of this journal is to investigate the expansion strategies used by Umar, the achievements made during his reign, and how they impacted the progress of Islamic civilization. By using relevant data and statistics, as well as case studies from various sources, this research provides a comprehensive overview of Umar Ibn Khattab's role in Islamic history. The research results show that during the leadership of Umar bin Khattab, there was expansion in various regions and many achievements in various aspects, both in social, economic, and welfare aspects as well as other aspects. This research uses a qualitative approach by collecting data from various historical sources, including Islamic history books, academic articles, and relevant documents. The analysis was conducted by comparing various sources to gain a deeper understanding of the strategies implemented by Umar in his expansion and reforms.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi di era Society 5.0 menuntut Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) untuk beradaptasi, terutama dalam penggunaan teknologi yang berkelanjutan. Salah satu tantangan yang dihadapi adalah tingginya konsumsi energi dan kurang optimalnya sistem produksi, manajemen serta pemasaran. Tujuan kegiatan PKM ini untuk meningkatkan daya saing UMKM, khususnya Angkringan Suhe yang beralamat di komplek museum kereta api di Kabupaten Semarang. Metode yang digunakan pada PKM ini meliputi Persiapan dan Koordinasi, Pelatihan, Penerapan teknologi, Pendampingan dan evaluasi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini berupa peningkatan mitra dalam hal pengetahuan dan ketrampilan pada bidang produksi, manajemen dan pemasaran. Selain itu, mitra juga telah menerapkan teknologi mencakup panel surya untuk energi berkelanjutan dan sistem informasi angkringan berbasis web (siangkringan.com) untuk mempermudah pengelolaan bisnis angkringan. Kesimpulannya adalah implementasi teknologi hijau/panel surya dan digitalisasi membantu UMKM menghadapi tantangan di era Industri 4.0 dan Society 5.0 dengan lebih efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of the Garputala method as a Qur'anic counseling and leadership model in supporting business people to face various problems effectively and affordably. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, data was obtained through interviews with alumni of Magnet Rezeki Training in the Bumi Serpong Damai area. The results showed that the Garputala method helps business people achieve emotional calmness and positive behavioral changes. In addition, the application of Qur'anic leadership through this method is proven to increase business turnover and provide solutions to mental problems and work productivity. The findings also demonstrate the potential of the Qur'an as an effective counseling medium for individual and organizational development. This research makes a practical contribution in introducing a spiritually-based approach that is relevant for the business world, while opening up opportunities for exploration of similar methods in other educational and social fields.
