Abstract

Dari hari ke hari kebutuhan akan energi semakin meningkat, peningkatan ini dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor yaitu; gaya hidup, kepuasan manusia yang tak ada hentinya, semakin majunya peradaban manusia dan lain – lain. Peningkatan permintaan energi yang disebabkan oleh pertumbuhan populasi dan penipisan sumber daya dari cadangan minyak dunia, serta masalah – masalah energi bahan bakar fosil memberikan tekanan pada banyak negara untuk segera memproduksi dan segera mengunakan energi terbarukan. Meningkatnya tarif listrik, ditambah adanya banyak warga negara Indonesia, khususnya di daerah pedesaan tidak tersentuh listrik, oleh karena itu perlu dikembangkan sumber energi alernatif yang mudah dan murah. Salah satunya dengan memanfaakan sari buah belimbing wuluh sebagai sumber energi listrik alternatif. Karena hasil dari penelitian dan eksperimen ini, belimbing wuluh memiliki kadar yang cukup tinggi keasamannya dan mengandung bahan kimia, antara lain : saponin, tanin, glukosa, kalsium oksalat, belerang, asam format, peroksida, dan kalium sitrat. belimbing wuluh yang memiliki tingkat keasaman tinggi hingga dapat menghantarkan ion dan elektron yang ada pada lempengan tembaga dan seng. Sehingga terciptalah arus listrik Jadi buah belimbing wuluh bisa berpotensi menghasilkan sumbergi energi alternatif.

Abstract

Modul surya yang dikomersialisasikan saat ini sangat mampu menjadi penyuplai sumber energi listrik utama pada setiap peralatan maupun mesin yang ada. Salah satu mesin yang dapat disuplai dengan modul surya sebagai sumber energi listrik utamanya yaitu mesin pemotong nanas berbasis pneumatik. selama ini, masyarakat menggunakan beberapa peralatan untuk bisa menghasilkan daging nanas dengan alat yang terpisah, sehingga proses tersebut tidak efisien dan membutuhkan banyak tenaga manusia. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu memanfatkan modul surya sebagai sumber energi listrik utama pada mesin pemotong nanas berbasis aktuator pneumatik dan membuat sebuah teknologi pascapanen yang aman, efisien dan hemat listrik ketika digunakan oleh masyarakat atau para pekerja dibidang pengolahan nanas. Metodologi penelitian pada penelitian ini yaitu melakukan studi literatur, persiapan alat dan bahan, pembuatan mesin pemotong nanas, pengujian kinerja modul surya pada mesin pemotong nanas, pengambilan data, pengolahan data. Kinerja modul surya tertinggi di peroleh pada pengujian ke IV dengan waktu pengujian 120 menit tahap ke 7 dengan nilai efisiensi (η) yang dihasilkan yaitu 7,95%, daya keluaran (Pout) sebesar 30,58watt, Fill Factor sebesar 0,84, daya maksimum (Pmax) sebesar 36,41 watt, arus hubung singakat (Isc) sebesar 4,9 ampere dan untuk nilai arus hubung singkat sebesar 7,43 volt.

Abstract

The main objective of this research is to carried out the design of a pineapple cutting machine with a pneumatic actuator powered by a solar module with a capacity of 200 WP. The research methods used are literature study and experimental laboratory. The laboratory experimental method is very suitable to be applied to post-harvest agricultural machines with a small capacity where the research is only focused on the success of the actuator system in carrying out pineapple cutting movements automatically by utilizing pressurized air coming from the compressor. The variation in air pressure for the pneumatic actuator is set at the air pressure, namely 3, 4, and 5 Bar. The actual peeling capacity using air pressure of 3 Bar resulted in 160 pineapple cutting/per hour, 170 fruit/per hour for 4 Bar, 173 bar for 5 bar, and 173 fruit/per hour manually.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the attributes of a Downdraft Gasifier gasification system that employs biomass fuel and features varying combustion chamber capacities. The primary focus is on examining how alterations in combustion chamber volumes affect gasification characteristics. Analytical techniques that hinge on these discrepancies in combustion chamber capacities yield a comprehensive understanding of efficiency, thermal functionality, and gas discharges. The outcomes suggest that the gasification setup furnishes adequate thermal energy for highly efficient catfish drying. Additionally, the application of gasification diminishes noxious discharges from the exhaust, thereby establishing a more eco-friendly technology. The most efficient utilization of energy is apparent in rice husks, accounting for operational duration, steam generation, and assessments of performance parameters. As per gas emission analyses, wood powder demonstrates reduced emissions compared to rice husks, particularly concerning CO2, CO, SO2, NO, and NOX emissions throughout the gasification process.

Abstract

Spatial planning is already a standard government tool that is made periodically at the National, Provincial, District and even Village levels, however, this tool often loses its meaning and function due to inappropriate approaches and manufacturing processes. This is mostly caused by a lack of human resource capacity and skills, and mapping skills that have not been mastered by government officials at the basic level, including at the kelurahan and sub-district levels. It is necessary to present geospatial information using maps and disseminate it from the highest level of government to the lowest village/kelurahan level. As one of the administrative areas of Siabu Village, Salo District, Kampar Regency, it still has problems in conducting administrative mapping of its area due to the absence of competent personnel and the absence of digital mapping skills by utilizing geographic information system technology. This community service activity is to provide counseling regarding digital mapping based on geographic information systems for Siabu Village apparatus. The methodology for implementing this activity consists of the preparation, socialization, implementation and evaluation stages. By carrying out this counseling, it can help the surrounding community as well as provide information in the administrative mapping of the area in Siabu Village. For the next program, it is important to conduct counseling by directly surveying the condition of Siabu Village. Apart from that, the provision of a map of Siabu Village to Siabu Village Apparatuses is expected to help Siabu Village apparatus. By carrying out this counseling, it is hoped that the Siabu Village apparatus can understand digital mapping methods based on geographic information systems that can help the performance of Siabu Village apparatus.

Abstract

Field or Field Marley is one of the fields in the work area of ​​PT. Pertamina Hulu Rokan, which is located in Riau Province, has entered the brownfield phase and has a high water cut rate. This condition made the company start a new step by making a size-up on the pump in the Marley well. However, after the Size-Up program was carried out there were several wells that failed, therefore in this study, the researcher will do a re-calculation to find out how far the success of the Size-Up program has been. After the Size-Up program was carried out at the Asmud well in the Marley field, the results obtained as much as 68% success, which is below the minimum target which should be above 100%. It is known that the pump installed in the Asmud well is a Centrilift 400P10 pump with a pump range of 650-1400 bfpd specifications, motor power 42 HP, electric current 53 A, voltage 475 V, and efficiency of 88.4%. Well data can be in the form of a 93% water cut, with an sfl value of 184 ft and a wfl of 307 ft, a pwf of 383.33 psi, and an API value of 34. Based on these parameters, the Inflow Performance Relationship (IPR) curve can be analyzed. it is analyzed that the Asmud well is in a down thrust condition where the pump is in the minimum range. Therefore, the researcher suggests that a Size-Down pump be carried out using a Centrilift 400P8 60 Hz pump with a specification range of 550-1200 bfpd which is in accordance with the production capacity of the Asmud well.
