Abstract

Kepuasan pelanggan merupakan kunci sukses organisasi, termasuk bagi perguruan tinggi yang harus memperhatikan kepuasan mahasiswanya. Kualitas jasa pendidikan tinggi dapat diukur melalui lima dimensi kualitas jasa. Peneltian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah dimensi kualitas jasa yang terdiri dari tangibel, reliability, responsiveness, emphaty dan assurance berpengaruh secara simultan dan parsial terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa, serta mengetahui dimensi kualitas jasa mana yang pengaruhnya paling dominan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa. Melalui analis regresi linear berganda, uji t dan uji F didapatkan bahwa dimensi kualitas pelayanan jasa yang terdiri berwujud (tangible) (X1), keandalan (reliability) (X2), daya tanggap (responsiveness) (X3), empati (emphaty) (X4), dan jaminan (assurance) (X5), masing – masing bepengaruh secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Serta mendapatkan bahwa variabel bebas tanggibel (X1) mempunyai nilai pengaruh paling besar terhadap kepuasan pelanggan (mahasiswa), yaitu sebesar t = 11, 883. Nilai ini tidak berbeda jauh dengan nilai t variabel bebas responsive (X3) sebesar t =11.547.

Abstract

Stres akademik merupakan stres yang timbul akibat tuntutan dari instasi pendidikan tempat mahasiswa menempuh pendidikan. Stres akademik perlu dikelola dengan baik agar tidak menjadi hambatan bagi mahasiswa selama menjalani proses perkulihan, untuk mengatasi stres yang muncul maka diperlukan adanya strategi koping. Strategi koping adalah suatu aksi yang disengaja dan direncanakan unutk mengatasi ketegangan di lingkungan. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan stres akademik dengan strategi koping mahasiswa alih jenjang prodi sarjana keperawatan dalam proses pembelajaran daring. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tahun 2022 dengan desain cross sectional, melibatkan 66 partisipan yang merupakan perwakilan dari tiap kelas alih jenjang. Variabel stres akademik akan dinilai menggunakan kuesioner Perception Of Academic Stress Scale (PASS), sedangkan untuk variabel strategi koping menggunakan kuesioner Way Of Coping (WOC). Pada penelitian ini ditemukan data bahwa sebagian besar mahasiswa mengalami stres akademik ringan (62,1%). Untuk strategi koping, sebagian besar mahasiswa alih jenjang menggunakan emotional focus coping (63,6%). Pada penelitian ini juga ditemukan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara stres akademik dengan strategi koping dengan nilai p-value 0,000. Untuk mengatasi stres akademik yang muncul akibat proses perkulihan daring sangat diperlukan strategi koping yang tepat agar tidak menyebabkan stres yang berkepanjangan hingga depresi bagi mahasiswa. Abstract

The purpose of this activity is to plan community service activities to solve the problems obtained based on the priority situation analysis of the problems obtained by providing health education to the community to always maintain health. The method used consists of preparation, implementation, and closing. The implementation was carried out through counseling which took place at the RW 11 Mosque, Jayagiri Desara Village, Lembang District, West Bandung Regency, which was attended by 36 participants. From the survey results, it was also known that before the counseling, 57% of respondents realized that they had the potential to get high-risk diseases, but only half of them had health insurance to fund the risk of their disease. After the counseling, it was again identified that 64% of respondents have the potential for high-risk diseases, and now all respondents realize the need for health financing. This community service activity is expected to provide real benefits to the Jayagiri Village community and become an inspiration for similar efforts in various regions.

Abstract

The purpose of this activity is to plan community service activities to solve problems obtained based on situation analysis on problem prioritization by providing health education to the community to always maintain health. The method used consists of preparation, implementation, and closing. The implementation was carried out by means of counseling which took place at the RW 11 mosque, Jayagiri Desara Village, Lembang District, West Bandung Regency, which was attended by 36 participants and could be carried out well and smoothly and conducive from the beginning to the end of the activity. The results obtained are that the community's understanding of the meaning, causes, symptoms, prevention, treatment, and impact of hypertension has increased. This community service activity is expected to provide tangible benefits to the Jayagiri Village community and become an inspiration for similar efforts in various other areas.

Abstract

This quantitative study investigates the impact of technology integration, work-life balance, and job stress on employee well-being within the art industry in Jakarta. Through a cross-sectional survey of 150 professionals, data were collected and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3). The measurement model assessment confirmed the reliability and validity of the measurement instrument, while the structural model estimation revealed significant direct and indirect effects among the variables. The findings indicate that technology integration positively influences employee well-being, while work-life balance and job stress play significant roles in shaping employee welfare. These results underscore the importance of organizational strategies and interventions aimed at promoting a healthier, more supportive work environment within the art industry. The study contributes to a deeper understanding of the factors influencing employee well-being in the context of creative professions and provides valuable insights for organizational leaders, policymakers, and practitioners.

Abstract

Purpose: This study explores the symbiotic relationship between entrepreneurship and digitalization in Society 5.0, emphasizing the pivotal role of entrepreneurs in navigating and leveraging digital technologies to foster innovation and propel economic development. Research Methodology:  This study uses quantitative methods to explore entrepreneurship in the era of Society 5.0, focusing on digitalization for innovation and growth. The population comprises entrepreneurs in Indonesia who use digital technology in their business. The sample comprised of 200 purposively selected entrepreneurs. Data were collected using an online questionnaire on the use of digital technology, innovation, and business growth. Data analysis, including validation, descriptive analysis, and SEM-PLS, was conducted using Smart PLS. The results are expected to provide insights into digital strategies for business innovation and growth. Results: The results highlight how entrepreneurs can leverage digital technologies, such as AI, IoT, and big data, to develop innovative products, improve operational efficiency, expand markets, and make better decisions. The benefits include global market access, improved customer experience, and better business sustainability. This makes entrepreneurs more competitive and responsive to market change. Limitations: Today's entrepreneurship faces limitations, such as technology dependence, adaptation difficulties, data security risks, and the digital divide. Entrepreneurs also encounter global competition, changing regulations, a lack of digital skills, poor technology infrastructure, and funding difficulties. Overcoming these challenges requires support from the government, the private sector, and educational institutions. Contributions: This research helps institutions develop digital policies and training programs, adds to the global literature on entrepreneurship in the Society 5.0, provides digital strategies for management, and improves entrepreneurs' competencies in utilizing digital technologies. It provides practical guidance to support business innovation and growth in the digital age.
