Abstract

Dispepsia mempengaruhi kualitas hidup pasien yang menderitanya. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui perbedaan kualitas hidup penderita dispepsia yang mendapatkan terapi lansoprazol (2 kali sehari 30mg) atau injeksi ranitidin (2 kali sehari 25mg/ml) diukur dengan menggunakan kuesioner kualitas hidup Nepean Dispepsia Indeks Indonesia (NDII). NDII terdiri dari 5 domain yaitu Tensi, aktivitas sehari-hari, makan/minum, pengetahuan dan kerja/studi. Metode penelitian adalah cross sectional dengan melakukan consecutive sampling selama periode April sampai Juni 2014. Data kualitas hidup dikumpulkan dari hasil pengisian kuesioner NDII saat pasien dirawat di rumah sakit. Analisa data dengan sistem pemberian skor, Chi-square, dan independent t- test. Subjek penelitian30 pasien dengan masing-masing kelompok 15 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan kualitas hidupantara pasien yang menggunakan injeksi ranitidin dengan lansoprazol pada keempat domain yaitu tensi, aktivitsa sehari-hari, makan/minum, pengetahuan, dan kerja/studi. Kata kunci: dyspepsia, lansoprazole, ranitidine injection, Nepean Dyspepsia Index

Abstract

Arab Pegon is a scientific heritage of the scholars of the archipelago that must be preserved. Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah al-Fithroh Sedayulawas Brondong Lamongan is the only madrasa in Sedayulawas village that still preserves learning using Arabic Pegon. The habit of using Latin writing, with traditional learning methods, makes the students have difficulty reading Arabic Pegon. To overcome this problem, the researchers conducted learning using the crossword puzzle method on the Date material. The aims of this study were to (1) describe the Arabic Pegon Learning for Santri at the Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Al-Fithroh Sedayulawas Brondong Lamongan, (2) to describe the application of the crossword puzzle method in overcoming the difficulty of reading Arabic Pegon at the Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Al-Fithroh Sedayulawas Brondong Lamongan. This research method uses descriptive qualitative research with the type of case study research. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. The data sources in this study consisted of two sources, namely primary data sources and secondary data sources. The results of this study indicate that the application of the crossword puzzle method in overcoming the difficulty of reading Arabic Pegon in grade III early Islamic students in the data subject has been carried out well. In terms of the initial reading ability, the students experienced an increase in distinguishing the shape of the Arabic letter Pegon and sounding the Arabic vowel Pegon fluently. The ability to read and understand students' reading comprehension has also increased which includes reading comprehension of words, content assessment, reading speed, improving students' abilities in writing Arabic Pegon, and the spirit of learning Arabic Pegon.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor makroekonomi terhadap return saham bank-bank BUMN yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2019 - 2020. Dampak pandemi Covid-19 yang mempengaruhi perekonomian disinyalir mempengaruhi pasar modal dan return saham perusahaan. Teknik pengambilan sampel ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Metode penelitian menggunakan PLS (Partial Least Square). Dengan teknik analisis berupa Uji Fit Model, Uji Hipotesis dan efek moderasi untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel moderasi terhadap interaksi antara faktor makroekonomi dan return saham. Hasil penelitian menyatakan return saham dipengaruhi signifikan oleh inflasi dengan efek positif, return saham dipengaruhi signifikan oleh nilai tukar dengan efek negatif, return saham tidak dipengaruhi oleh jumlah uang beredar dan interaksi antara variabel makro ekonomi dengan variabel return saham tidak dapat di moderasi oleh suku bunga.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the values of Islamic religious education in the animated film series Hafiz Hafizah and to relate them to Islamic education material for grade V SD. This study uses qualitative methods and the type of research is Library research by randomly selecting 5 episodes by the researcher. The results of this study indicate that the values of Islamic religious education in this film are as follows: 1) having faith in the Apostle by behaving tabligh in the episode "Bazaar for Goodness part 1" is relevant to the material of chapter 3 Faith in the apostles of Allah SWT. 2) having faith in Allah's book in the episode "I want to know part 2" is relevant to the material in chapter 4 Faith in Allah's books. 3) Pray in the episode "Hafiz hiccups part 2" relevant to the material for chapter 2 Asma'ul Husna. 4) Sincerity in the episode "Let's go to Mecca part 2" is relevant to the material in chapter 6 respecting opinions, simplicity, and sincerity. 5) Please help in the episode "Greed is a problem part 1" relevant to the material in chapter 1 of At-tin and Al-ma'un letters.

Abstract

In the period of early childhood development, attention is mainly given to the process of how children go through each stage of development and the achievements of all aspects of development according to their age. With the entry of the digitalization era in all aspects, educators must be able to use it, one of which is as a media for digital portfolio reporting which is also a communicating media about the achievement of children's development targets in class so that further stimulation can be carried out at home by parents. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the extent to which the Seesaw application can be used as a digital portfolios report and how it has an impact on increasing teachers' abilities in digital literacy. This study aims to gain a better understanding of how the use of the Seesaw application as a media for portfolio reporting has an impact on the digital literacy of PAUD teachers in Telukjambe Barat District, Karawang Regency. This research uses mixed methods, which combines quantitative and qualitative methods. This research shows that using the Seesaw application as a digital portfolios report can significantly increase digital literacy for PAUD teachers. This latest research found that simultaneous training and mentoring had a positive effect on improving teaching quality, the relationship between parents and teachers, and stimulating teachers' curiosity in exploring learning resources through digital devices. All teachers agree that digital portfolios are very important and useful to support learning processes and approaches in schools that can be communicated with parents at home. The increase in the second variable research after the intervention resulted 129.15 on the TCR average, or an increase of 51.66 percent compared to before the intervention.

Abstract

A Freshwater fish is a popular type of fish consumed in Indonesia besides seawater fish. However, until now the most available information regarding the potential allergenicity of fish is only related to seawater fish. The potential allergenicity of freshwater fish has not been studied much, so it has not been identified and characterized. Based on this, this review aims to collect information regarding the potential allergenicity of protein in freshwater fish and the effect of processing on this potential. The potential allergenicity of proteins in several freshwater fish has been confirmed by immunoblotting and ELISA, namely mujair, nile, catfish, mas, toman, janjan, tambakan, tiger scat, barramundi, and eel. The identified allergenic proteins include parvalbumin, tropomyosin, enolase, aldolase, creatine kinase, triosephosphate isomerase, pyruvate kinase, lactate dehydrogenase, glucose-6-phosphate isomerase, and glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase. In addition, several proteins in other freshwater fish also have allergenicity potential but have not been confirmed through research, namely pomfret, gourami, snakehead, catfish, eel, betutu, and cetol. The potential allergenicity of fish protein is also influenced by the processing process. Changes in the potential allergenicity are related to the characteristics of each allergen protein. Therefore, it is necessary to select the appropriate processing so that potential allergenicity can be suppressed.

Abstract

The elimination of English subject for elementary school in curriculum of 2013  which has been regulated under the Government of the Republic of Indonesia’s Regulation number 32 year 2013 about the alteration of Government Regulation number 19 year 2005 about National Standard of Education affects on the absence of syllabus as guideline for teaching and learning process. Therefore, on previous study, a set of English syllabus for elementary school was developed to provide English teachers with guideline in teaching. To provide students with closer exposure on local character building, the syllabus was developed based on local value. In the process of syllabus development, try out was done to get feedback on its implementation on the syllabus in the teaching process. Moreover, feedback from teachers’ forum toward the syllabus was also obtained. The feedback received becomes a valuable input toward the improvement of the English syllabus.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of interest in early childhood in learning. This can be seen that there are still many early childhood children who are busy with themselves because during the learning process the teacher is only verbalistic without using the media. So that children do not understand what is explained by the teacher. The aim of this research is to prove whether the ATIK model in schools can increase interest in early childhood learning. This study uses a qualitative method with the type of case study. This study aims to describe the development of the ATIK model to improve PAUD in drawing competence in early childhood. The results of this study are that the ATIK model is able to increase interest in early childhood learning at school or at home. With the ATIK mode created by the PLAMBOYAN I PAUD institution, it makes children enthusiastic in learning. The ATIK model can also reduce early childhood playing online games, which so far, by playing online games, early childhood learning interest has decreased.

Abstract

Pendidik harus mampu menguasai teknologi dan harus kreatif dalam menciptakan berbagai media pembelajaran sesuai dengan capaian pembelajaran yang diinginkan. Media pembelajaran merupakan salah satu unsur penting dalam pembelajaran. Media pembelajaran merupakan segala sesuatu yang dapat digunakan untuk menyalurkan pesan, sehingga dapat merangsang pikiran, perasaan, perhatian peserta didik sehingga proses belajar dapat mendorong peserta didik belajar lebih baik. Di Desa Sukosewu terdapat 1 SDN Sukosewu, 2 Madrasah Ibtidaiyah yaitu MI Matlaul Islam dan MI Fathul Ulum. Permasalahan yang dihadapi pendidik di beberapa sekolah tersebut adalah kemampuan dalam mengembangkan media pembelajaran yang inovatif. Sehingga kelompok KKN Desa Sukosewu yang mengusung tema inovasi pendidikan berinisiatif melaksanakan program pelatihan pengembangan media pembelajaran bagi pendidik tingkat dasar yang ada di Desa Sukosewu. Pemanfaatan media pembelajaran seharusnya bagian yang harus mendapatkan perhatian pendidik sebagai fasilitator dalam setiap kegiatan pembelajaran, oleh karena itu pendidik perlu mempelajari bagaimana menetapkan media pembelajaran agar dapat mengefektifkan pencapaian tujuan pembelajaran dalam proses belajar mengajar. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi dan tindak lanjut pendidik mendapatkan pengetahuan terkait pengembangan media pembelajaran dan mampu mengimplementasikan media pembelajaran yang sudah dibuat dalam proses pembelajaran di sekolah.
