Abstract

Lembaga Bantuan Hukum (LBH) Kabupaten Rokan Hulu memberikan pelayanan hukum gratis kepada masyarakat yang tidak mampu dalam menyelesaikan berbagai perkara kasus. Lembaga ini menjunjung tinggi prinsip keadilan, persamaan kedudukan, keterbukaan, efisiensi, efektivitas, dan akuntabilitas. Kendala yang dihadapi oleh LBH Rokan hulu adalah sulit menentukan penerima bantuan hukum yang layak dan sering salah memutuskan hak penerima bantuan hukum. Hal ini tidak sesuai dengan asas dan tujuan lembaga ini. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya sistem agar penerima bantuan hukum di LBH kabupaten Rokan hulu sesuai kriteria undang-undang bantuan hukum. Sistem yang peneliti terapkan dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan ini yakni sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) atau Decision Support Systems (DSS). Kriteria yang peneliti gunakan dalam memutuskan penerima bantuan hukum yakni surat miskin, domisili, riwayat kriminal dan surat permohonan bantuan hukum. Hasil yang peneliti peroleh menunjukkan alternatif (A1) memiliki nilai tertinggi diantara beberapa alternatif yang lainnya dengan nilai akhir 0,2349. Dari hasil tersebut maka alternatif(A1) jadi prioritas penerima bantuan hukum. Diharapkan dengan adanya sistem pendukung keputusan dengan metode Weight Product ini dapat membantu LBH Kabupaten Rokan Hulu dalam memutuskan penerima bantuan hukum yang sesuai dengan undang-undang bantuan hukum republik indonesia.

Abstract

Batik cloth is one of the textile products that plays an important role in Indonesian culture and has received international recognition as a unique and valuable traditional art. Ruslan Tailor is one of the business actors in the sale of batik cloth operating in Indonesia. Therefore, Ruslan Tailor needs to understand past sales trends and plan inventory more efficiently. forecasting has been proven effective in predicting product sales with trends and seasonal patterns. By applying the ARIMA method to batik cloth sales data, Ruslan Tailor can identify sales patterns, trends, and seasonal variability, which in turn will help in making better decisions related to inventory management, production planning, and marketing. The results of this study show that the level of accuracy of Ruslan Tailor's batik cloth forecasting is 96%. Thus, this study will not only help Ruslan Tailor in improving its operational efficiency, but can also provide valuable guidance for other batik cloth business actors. Abstract

The increasingly competitive environment in higher education forces universities to innovate to survive and enhance their competitiveness. Lean Service, a management concept focused on efficiency and waste reduction, has been proven to improve service quality at a lower cost. This study aims to measure Lean Service at Universitas Pasir Pengaraian using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). This method is selected due to its ability to objectively assess criteria and alternatives. The study uses six main criteria: quality of academic services, quality of administrative services, availability of facilities, time management efficiency, student satisfaction, and waste reduction. The alternatives analyzed include academic services, administrative services, library and IT, campus facilities, and financial and payment services. The results show that academic services are the best alternative for implementing Lean Service at Universitas Pasir Pengaraian. The implementation of Lean Service is expected to improve management efficiency and service quality at the university.

Abstract

Development of an Accounting Information System (AIS) is crucial for enhancing financial management, particularly for micro and small enterprises (MSEs). This study focuses on implementation of a web-based AIS utilizing the accrual basis method at Penjahit Ruslan, a tailoring business encountering challenges in financial transparency, transaction accuracy, and real-time monitoring. The system, constructed using HTML, PHP, and MySQL, facilitates structured data storage, automated financial reporting, and improved decision-making. Through adoption of UML-based system design and rigorous testing methods, including Blackbox Testing and Performance Testing, AIS ensures high reliability and accuracy in financial recording. Findings indicate that transitioning from manual bookkeeping to a digital financial system significantly enhances efficiency, reduces errors, and strengthens financial oversight. This research contributes to broader digital transformation in financial management for small businesses, offering a scalable solution for enterprises confronting similar challenges.

Abstract

Student lifestyle plays an important role in determining academic performance, including the Grade Point Average (GPA). This study aims to analyze the impact of lifestyle on students' GPA using a quantitative approach with regression analysis. Data were collected through questionnaires covering aspects such as sleep patterns, dietary habits, physical activity, and study habits. After data preprocessing, the residual normality test showed that the data met the normal distribution assumption, with a p-value of 0.1373 from the Shapiro-Wilk test. The constructed regression model was evaluated using Mean Squared Error (MSE), Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE), and the coefficient of determination (R²). The results showed that lifestyle significantly affects GPA, particularly study habits and sleep patterns. Understanding these factors can help students optimize their lifestyles to improve academic performance. These findings can serve as a foundation for educational institutions in designing support programs for students.

Abstract

Apendisitis adalah peradangan pada usus buntu yang memerlukan penanganan tepat untuk mencegah komplikasi serius. Gejala umumnya meliputi nyeri perut, mual, muntah, demam, kehilangan nafsu makan, diare, perut kembung, serta nyeri saat berjalan atau batuk. Dalam praktik medis, dokter biasanya mengetahui penyakit apendisitis berdasarkan gejala yang dialami pasien saat konsultasi. Namun, pengetahuan tersebut sering kali tidak mempertimbangkan data rekam medis pasien secara mendalam. Rekam medis apendisitis menyimpan data pasien yang telah terkonfirmasi menderita penyakit ini, sehingga pemanfaatannya dapat meningkatkan keyakinan hasil diagnosa. Penelitian ini menerapkan algoritma K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN) untuk mengevaluasi data rekam medis guna menentukan kemungkinan pasien menderita apendisitis dengan lebih akurat.

Abstract

The house renovation program is a government program, namely the Public Housing and Settlement Area Office, which is shown to rehabilitate or repair community houses that are not habitabel. This program is often a problem in Bangun Purba Village because when determining house renovation assistance, it is still by looking or relying on thoughts and predictions for people who will get assistance, so that the assistance that will be distributed is not on target. This house renovation program aims to provide welfare for the poor to build or renovate houses that are not habitabel. Therefore, the author created a Data Mining system to determine the feasibility of receiving home renovation using the K-Means algorithm using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The K-Means method utilizes training data to generate probabilities such as each grouping for different classes, so that the probability values of the grouping can be optimized to determine the eligibility for receiving home surgery assistance based on the grouping process carried out by the K-Means method.
