Abstract

Abstract: Research on family ownership, institutional ownership and agency costs has been largely undertaken by previous researchers, but the results have not been consistent, ie there are those who have influence and some who have no influence and some have a positive influence and some others are negatively affected. Thus, researchers are interested in re-examining family ownership and institutional ownership of agency costs. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of family ownership and institutional ownership on agency costs. The population of this study is a manufacturing company listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange which has complete data on family ownership, institutional ownership and agency costs for three consecutive years (2012-2014). The type of data of this research variable is secondary data obtained by documentation technique which sourced from website Bursa Efek Indonesia (www.idx.co.id). Methods of data analysis using regression. The results showed that both simultaneously and partially family ownership and institutional ownership had no effect on agency costs.Keywords: Family Ownership, Institutional Ownership, Agency Costs

Abstract

Forest fires in the Riau province have occurred every year and continue to this day. Many people are reluctant to report to village officials, because of the long distance between community homes and village offices. The condition of the community in Rokan Hulu Regency, most of the community and village officials have used smartphones as a communication medium. To increase the smartphone use of the community and village officials, it is necessary to make an application Sistem Infomasi Kampung (SI Kampung) as a liaison media, so that the positive impact of making the application SI Kampung includes increasing harmonization between village officials and the community, improving service to the community, increasing community participation, improving lives community democracy and encourage community empowerment.

Abstract

Education is a conscious and planned effort to create a learning atmosphere and learning process so that learners are actively developing their potential. . The relationship between education and teaching is very close. In this era, teachers are required to always do various improvements and adjustments in their professional abilities to face the challenges. Seeing the linkage between education and teachers, the evaluation process is absolutely necessary to improve the quality of the institution. With the evaluation, the policy makers can assess the gap between the standard set with the program carried out in the field to know the weakness of the program and the improvement of the program. In this study, the TOPSIS method will be used as the base model in the system to be created. TOPSIS is a method of Multiple Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) based on the measurement of distances between alternatives being considered and two alternate bipolar references, ideal positives and negatives. Abstract

This article summarizes the activities of the Stimulus Community Partnership Program implemented in small and medium-sized micro-enterprises. This stimulant community partnership program helps solve the problems faced by partners. The problem is a marketing strategy that is not appropriate for the times, production process, minimal capital, diversification of products that are not updated, and packaging products that are not optimal. The first effort is to increase production through a science and technology approach, and this effort aims to increase production productivity, improve the quality of packaging, improve the quality of a more hygienic work environment. The second effort is to increase marketing through a product diversification approach, and this is done to add product variants of adrem cakes as well as more expensive packaging. The third effort is to change marketing strategy by creating a consumer-preferred taste and a consistent sense, selling on marketplaces and social media, creating brochures/flayers, labeling to look attractive, and other marketing activities.

Abstract

Kantor Desa Pematang Berangan merupakan satu instansi yang melakukan pendataan penduduk terutama pendataan Kartu Tanda Penduduk (KTP), Kartu Keluarga (KK), Surat Kelahiran, Surat Kematian, dan Surat Keterangan Pindah dan lain sebagainya. Bagian administrasi biasanya merekap data-data penduduk setiap bulannya dan menjadikan laporan yang diserahkan kepada kepala desa. Akan tetapi laporan yang disajikan tidak menghasilkan informasi yang detail sehingga menyulitkan kepala desa dalam pengambilan keputusan ataupun tindakan berkaitan dengan data penduduk. Untuk membantu kinerja kepala Desa dalam pembacaan laporan dan pengambilan keputusan. Sistem yang dapat digunakan yaitu sistem informasi eksekutif menggunakan metode drill down. Dengan ada nya system ini kepala desa akan lebih mudah dalam membaca seluruh data kependudukan di desa pematang berangan

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecepataan putaran dan laju pemakanan pada mesin bubut terhadap kekasaran permukaan baja karbon ST 41 dan ST 60. Metode penelitian. Jenis material adalah baja karbon ST 41 dan baja ST 60. Jenis pahat adalah HSS dan Carbida inside. Diameter benda kerja adalah 1 inch atau 25.4 mm. Kedalaman pemotongan 0.5 mm, (berkurangnya diameter benda kerja adalah 0.5 mm). Sampel setelah dibubut dilakukan uji Kekasaran (Roughness Test). Kesimpulan penelitian sebagai berikut: pertama. Pada putaran pemakanan 260 rpm untuk pahat HSS dan 540 rpm untuk pahat Carbide, kecepatan pemakanan yang terbaik adalah kecepatan pemakanan medium yaitu 0.17 mm/putaran. Kedua Adanya kecenderungan meningkatnya kekasaran permukaan pada kecepatan yang tinggi (yaitu 0,24 mm/putaran0. Pada kecepatan pemakanan lambat (0,06 mm/putaran) dan kecepatan sangat lambat (yaitu 0.03 mm/putaran) nilai kekasaran cukup baik. Ketiga . Dengan mengatur parameter pembubutan secara tepat, maka hasil yang diharapkan, waktu pembubutan dan waktu penghasilan geram dapat didapat sebaik dan seefisiensi mungkin.

Abstract

Collaboration between teachers and parents plays an important role in supporting the cognitive development of early childhood in kindergarten (TK). This study aims to explore the effectiveness of this collaboration through a literature study method. Data were collected from various academic sources to analyze the impact of collaboration on children's cognitive abilities, strategies applied, and challenges faced. The results of the study indicate that synergistic support between teachers and parents improves children's logical, critical, and creative thinking skills, through project-based learning activities, exploration, and consistent interactions between the school and home environments. Collaborative strategies such as intensifying communication, involving parents in learning activities, and strengthening learning at home have proven effective in creating a meaningful learning environment for children. However, challenges such as time constraints, differences in understanding, and access to technology are obstacles that need to be overcome. This study recommends the development of training programs for teachers and parents, as well as providing a digital platform to strengthen collaboration. With an integrated approach, collaboration between teachers and parents can optimize the cognitive development of early childhood, providing a strong foundation for Education.

Abstract

The preservation of local culture in Masda Makmur Village, Rokan Hulu Regency is the main challenge during the lack of participation of the younger generation in the traditional art of Kubro Siswo. The Kubro Siswo Arts Group has difficulties in maintaining the regeneration of members and faces limited support facilities and promotions. This service program aims to preserve the culture of Kubro Siswo through increasing managerial capacity and cultural arts skills, especially for the younger generation. The methods used in this program include socialization, management and marketing training, website and social media development, and the provision of souvenir production equipment in the form of t-shirt screen printing. The results of the program show an increase in the interest of the younger generation in local arts, the implementation of cultural arts festivals, and the increase in group capacity in the management of cultural arts organizations and promotions. In addition, diversification efforts through the production of screen-printing t-shirts have a positive impact in supporting the economic independence of the group. In conclusion, this program has succeeded in increasing public awareness of the importance of preserving local culture and providing sustainable solutions to maintain the existence of Kubro Siswo art during modernizationABSTRAKPelestarian budaya lokal di Desa Masda Makmur Kabupaten Rokan Hulu menjadi tantangan utama di tengah minimnya partisipasi generasi muda dalam kesenian tradisional Kubro Siswo. Kelompok Kesenian Kubro Siswo mengalami kesulitan dalam menjaga regenerasi anggota serta menghadapi keterbatasan dukungan fasilitas dan promosi. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk melestarikan budaya Kubro Siswo melalui peningkatan kapasitas manajerial dan keterampilan seni budaya, khususnya bagi generasi muda. Metode yang digunakan dalam program ini meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan manajemen dan pemasaran, pengembangan website dan media sosial, serta penyediaan peralatan produksi cinderamata berupa sablon kaos. Hasil program menunjukkan peningkatan minat generasi muda terhadap kesenian lokal, terselenggaranya festival seni budaya, serta peningkatan kapasitas kelompok dalam pengelolaan organisasi dan promosi seni budaya. Selain itu, usaha diversifikasi melalui produksi kaos sablon memberikan dampak positif dalam mendukung kemandirian ekonomi kelompok. Kesimpulannya, program ini berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pentingnya pelestarian budaya lokal dan memberikan solusi berkelanjutan untuk menjaga eksistensi kesenian Kubro Siswo di tengah modernisasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen kurikulum program ekstrakurikuler tahfizh Al-Qur'an di SDIT Ishlahul Ummah Sawahlunto, yang terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Meski memiliki jumlah siswa yang relatif kecil, SDIT Ishlahul Ummah berhasil mengirimkan siswa untuk berkompetisi dalam lomba tahfizh tingkat provinsi, serta menghasilkan lulusan tahfizh dalam jumlah yang signifikan setiap tahun. Kurikulum yang diterapkan berbeda dari sekolah lain. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, melibatkan Kepala Sekolah, guru tahfizh, dan siswa sebagai subjek penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, yang dianalisis melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Perencanaan pembelajaran tahfizh dilakukan dengan mempertimbangkan kondisi sosiokultural, fasilitas yang tersedia, serta unsur-unsur pembelajaran seperti tujuan, materi, metode, dan evaluasi. 2) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran tahfizh melibatkan proses yang aktif, efektif, menyenangkan, serta pemanfaatan sarana prasarana secara optimal dalam tahap pendahuluan, kegiatan inti, dan penutup. 3) Evaluasi pembelajaran dilakukan secara berkesinambungan, mencakup penilaian proses dan hasil, remedial, pengayaan, serta pelaporan hasil belajar.
