Abstract

Islamic religious of education plays an important role in children's lives from an early age. However, in reality there are some children who have not memorized short letters and have not understood the religious materials that have been studied. This study aims to train children to read and memorize letters and religious material through the game of snakes and ladders so that they can be practiced in daily life and to foster children's learning motivation in memorizing letters and religious materials that have been studied. The research was carried out on 25 children at the TPQ Nurul Islam in Kepatihan Tirtoyudo Village. Qualitative research method (cassus study) Data collection is done through observation and interviews. The results showed that the game of snakes and ladders can train and motivate children in learning religion and memorizing short letters in a more fun way. In addition, the application of the snake and ladder game method is followed by PAUD age children enthusiastically and happily

Abstract

Pelatihan penyusunan perangkat pembelajaran kurikulum merdeka berbantuan teknologi Artificial Intelligence (AI) membawa inovasi ke dalam dunia pendidikan dasar dengan memberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang penggunaan kecerdasan buatan (AI) dalam konteks pembelajaran. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan wawasan kepada guru SMP/MTs di Kalipare terkait pemanfaatan teknologi Artificial Intelligence (AI) dalam penyusunan perangkat pembelajaran. Tahapan pengabdian dilakukan mulai dari tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan dan pendampingan, pelaporan dan tahap refleksi dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian diperoleh bahwa penyusunan perangkat pembelajaran pada kurikulum merdeka berbantuan teknologi AI untuk guru-guru SMP/MTs di Kalipare dapat membantu para guru dalam menyelesaikan berbagai tugas perangkat pembelajaran dan tugas-tugas guru yang lain. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di kelas-kelas SMP. Para guru bukan hanya menjadi pengguna teknologi AI, tetapi juga pencipta dan perancang pengalaman pembelajaran yang lebih adaptif, inovatif, dan relevan dengan kebutuhan siswa. Para guru-guru SMP/MTs di Kalipare dapat terus mengembangkan dan mengeksplor pengetahuannya tentang pemanfaatan teknologi AI dalam penyusunan perangkat pembelajaran, karena penggunaan AI pada era saat ini tidak dapat dihindari lagi, sehingga para guru harus mengikuti.

Abstract

The main problem in this study was the difficulty students had in forming mathematical models from real situations and manipulating concepts, as well as the passive nature of conventional learning methods. This study aimed to improve the mathematics learning outcomes of grade VIIIA students at Donomulyo Islamic Junior High School in the subject of Two-Variable Linear Equation Systems (SPLDV), which had previously been low. A two-cycle Classroom Action Research (CAR) was conducted on 29 students in class VIIIA at SMP Islam Donomulyo. Cycle I applied an expository method, resulting in an average score of 56.65 with a completion rate of 58.63%. In Cycle II, contextual learning was applied through the “Snack Market Challenge” and balanced group division. The results showed an increase in the average score to 80.65 with a completion rate of 100%, as well as an increase in student enthusiasm and activity. This study recommends the use of contextual learning and educational games to improve student learning outcomes and motivation.

Abstract

This study describes the profile of students' mathematical reasoning ability in solving arithmetic rows and series problems. Based on the results of observations and interviews with the mathematics teacher of class X SMK Ma'wataibin Pagelaran Malang, information was obtained that 83% of students in the class tended not to be able to conclude the answer. This descriptive research uses a qualitative approach. The sample of this research is 19 students of class X SMK Ma'wataibin Pagelaran. They then selected one each in the high, medium, and low-level categories. Then, interviews were conducted with each subject to explore deeper information. The test instrument used is 1 question that contains four indicators of mathematical reasoning ability. The test results obtained that students in the high mathematical reasoning ability category amounted to 7 students, with a percentage of 36.85%. Students in the moderate mathematical reasoning ability category amounted to 8 students, with a rate of 42.10%. Students in the low mathematical reasoning ability category amounted to 4 students, with a rate of 21.05%. Based on the results of the data analysis, it is shown that high-category students fulfill four indicators of reasoning ability according to their abilities. Medium-category students correctly fulfill three indicators of mathematical reasoning ability: writing conjectures, doing work, and providing reasons/evidence. Low-category students only fulfill one indicator of mathematical reasoning ability, namely writing conjectures.
