Abstract

This study was conducted to prove whether the results with the same previous research would have obtained similar results or not if the research location was carried out at the Labuhanbatu National and Political Unity office. This study was conducted using 30 samples which were analyzed by multiple linear regression. The primary data used in the study were collected by distributing questionnaires. From the data collected, it was processed using SPPS version 23. The result is that leadership style and compensation do not have a positive and significant effect on performance, work motivation and work stress have a positive and significant effect on performance, for the t test while for the F test the four variables studied (Leadership Style, Work Motivation, Job Stress, and Compensation in simultaneous positive and significant effect on employee performance). these four variables are able to explain the performance of 44.4 percent.

Abstract

Desa Gampong Leung terletak di kecamatan Jangka yag sangat terkenalnya hasil produksi berupa tudung saji atau kerajinan sange aceh. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil usaha menjadikan masyarakat sebagai ekonomi produktif dalam menjalankan bisnisnya. Penulis melalukan kegiatan berupa pendampingan sebagai usaha untuk meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat desa Gampong Leung Kecamatan Jangka Kabupaten Bireuen. Kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan. Dari hasil pelatihan masyarakat desa Gampong Leung mampu membuat tudung saji/ sange dalam bentuk bentuk yang unik. Sehingga menarik konsumen untuk membeli.

Abstract

One of the problems that often occurs in oil palm farmer groups is limited business development capital and financial management that is still not well organized. Based on these problems, the training implementation team raised the theme of financial management procedures in vegetable farmer groups in Lingga Tiga Village. The team will provide a simulation of making a feasibility proposal for a vegetable business and business and training in the preparation of vegetable business financial statements. By carrying out several programs in this training. It is hoped that farmers can improve the knowledge of financial management carried out by vegetable farmers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of taste and price on consumer satisfaction in Rantauprapat Millennial Warkop. This type of research is associative research. Data collection in this study was carried out through a survey approach with a type of quantitative descriptive research by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents, while the population used in this study was millennial warkop customers of Rantauprapat. Data collection techniques are carried out by interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies. The data analysis tool used in this study uses SPSS. The data analysis technique in this study is descriptive analysis. The results of this study show that taste and price affect customer satisfaction at Rantauprapat Millennial Warkop.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Customer Trust and Customer Statisfaction on Customer Loyalty at the Ranto Grocery Store. This type of research is associative research. Data collection in this research was carried out using a survey approach with a quantitative descriptive type of research by distributing questionnaires to 87 respondents, while the population used in this research were loyal customers at the Ranto grocery store. Data collection techniques were carried out using interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies. The data analysis tool used in this research uses SPSS (Statistical Product Software Solution). The data analysis techniques in this research are descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing using a partial significant test (t test), simultaneous significant test (F test), and testing the coefficient of determination (R2). The research results show that customer trust and customer satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty both simultaneously and partially

Abstract

Pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat berbasis sumber daya lokal merupakan pendekatan strategis dalam mendorong kemandirian desa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan home industry kacang tanah di Desa Bandar Tinggi, Kecamatan Bilah Hulu, dengan memanfaatkan potensi pertanian lokal. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan terdiri dari lima tahap, yaitu survei dan analisis kebutuhan masyarakat, pelatihan pengolahan produk, workshop manajemen usaha, pelatihan pemasaran digital, serta evaluasi dan monitoring. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak tiga kelompok usaha berhasil dibentuk dan mulai memproduksi serta memasarkan produk kacang olahan. Pelatihan yang diberikan mampu meningkatkan keterampilan teknis dan pemahaman manajerial peserta. Dalam satu bulan, dua kelompok telah menunjukkan peningkatan pendapatan dan penjualan secara konsisten, serta mampu memanfaatkan media digital untuk promosi. Program ini dinilai efektif dalam membuka peluang usaha baru dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Namun, keberlanjutan usaha masih memerlukan dukungan alat produksi dan pelatihan lanjutan. Pengembangan home industry kacang tanah dapat menjadi model pemberdayaan yang dapat direplikasi di desa lain dengan karakteristik serupa.
