Abstract

Retirement is a period that will be experienced by all employees who have reached retirement age. This condition is often a hot topic of conversation among employees, especially employees who will soon enter retirement. People often think that entering the retirement period is a period of rest and is not productive, giving rise to feelings of doubt and anxiety. The employee's mental image of the retirement period is a time when there is no busyness or even no activity, even though physically and mentally the employee feels that he still has the ability to carry out productive activities. The DKI Jakarta Raya Provincial Employee Cooperative (KPPD) is a functional cooperative whose members are employees who work within the DKI Jaya Provincial Government. As a functional cooperative, KPPD has different membership characteristics when compared to other cooperative members, in this case, KPPD members have a limited working age in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, so KPPD considers it necessary and important to equip members who will enter retirement. Efforts to equip members who will enter retirement are carried out by KPPD through entrepreneurship training. This activity aims to increase the readiness of members to enter retirement. The readiness of members to fill their retirement period is shown by how members plan and take concrete steps to fill their retirement period, through training activities. It is hoped that entrepreneurship training will be able to provide insight and inspire members to have concrete plans for completing their retirement period, in an effort to reduce members' worries and anxiety in filling their retirement period comfortably.

Abstract

Surplus (SHU) is the cooperative's net income from business activities carried out within one year. SHU is a form of indirect economic benefit (METL) that a cooperative can create for its members, which is a reflection of members' transaction contributions to one or more cooperative business units. As an indirect economic benefit, cooperatives generally have written provisions (as outlined in the cooperative's Articles of Association and Bylaws) regarding the distribution of Cooperative SHU, which, among other things, consists of SHU for Members, Management and Supervisory Funds, Work Area Development Funds, Reserve Funds. , Education Funds, expressed in percent; However, this is not the case with determining the member's share SHU calculation formula, namely the formula for determining how much SHU will be received by each member of the cooperative. The formula for determining the SHU that is part of each member is something that is considered important and necessary, because it is the main characteristic of the cooperative, in this case showing how much the cooperative's ability to create METL for its members. Determination of the SHU formula for members' shares is an embodiment of one of the principles of cooperatives, namely that the distribution of Surplus (SHU) is carried out fairly in accordance with the services or contributions of each member in utilizing cooperative business services. Thus, the formula used to calculate the SHU amount for each member must truly show fairness, which is based on the size of the member's contribution in utilizing one or several cooperative business units. To ensure fairness in determining the formula for calculating members' share of SHU, cooperatives absolutely must have records of member transactions in all the business units they run. Member transaction data is used to calculate the amount of contribution of each member to the cooperative business unit. This Community Service Activity (PKM) aims to increase the Management's understanding of the importance of distributing SHU fairly to each member, and for this reason the cooperative's readiness is required to record all transactions in each business unit it runs; Accuracy of member transaction data will ensure fairness and increase members' trust in the cooperative.

Abstract

The changes and developments of Jatinangor began to occur since the establishment of various universities in the Jatinangor Higher Education area, namely the Indonesian Cooperative University, the National Government College, Padjadjaran University and the Bandung Institute of Technology, Jatinangor Campus. Regional development has had an impact on Jatinangor's social and cultural changes, this area has become a relatively open area, residents from various parts of Indonesia have come, which has also had the impact of growing various business opportunities, including business opportunities for ultra-micro business actors operating in various. The businesses most in demand by the public are food and beverage businesses with a target market of students, workers in various businesses supporting educational areas, construction workers and other communities. One of the weaknesses of ultra-micro business actors is limited access, which is triggered by various conditions, including the lack of knowledge of business actors to be able to access information, access to sources of financing, innovation and technology. These limitations result in ultra-micro business actors becoming weak and uncompetitive, very vulnerable to change, their businesses do not develop, frequently change commodities and often experience bankruptcy. In fact, Jatinangor's rapid development as a higher education area should be an example of inclusive regional development, which also improves the welfare of its people. One solution to reduce the limitations that result in the non-development of ultra-micro business actors is to build togetherness between them so that they become a force that can change towards improvement; For this reason, an economic forum for business actors is needed which is driven by students and facilitated and encouraged by village officials. An economic forum that suits the needs of business actors to progress and develop is a cooperative. For this reason, it is necessary to initiate the introduction of cooperatives to ultra-micro business actors in Jatinangor.
