Abstract

Abstract The aim of this research is to discover and analyse the principles of supervision from the point of view of the Qur'an and Sunnah, as well as how they can be applied in Islamic education. Education supervision is crucial to improving teaching learning processes and educational outcomes. According to this study, an effective approach to supervision can be found in the teachings of Islam, especially in the Qur'an and Hadiths of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. Research results show that the Quran and Sunnah contain principles of supervision that emphasize justice, transparency, constructive advice, and loving supervision. This research found that these principles in educational supervision can improve work ethics, teacher performance, and student learning outcomes if applied. Furthermore, this research compares Islamic supervision with conventional, and finds that Islamic has higher moral and ethical integrity than conventional. Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan dan menganalisis prinsip supervisi dari sudut pandang Qur'an dan Sunnah, serta bagaimana mereka dapat diterapkan dalam pendidikan Islam. Supervisi pendidikan sangat penting untuk meningkatkan proses belajar mengajar dan hasil pendidikan. Menurut penelitian ini, pendekatan supervisi yang efektif dapat ditemukan dalam ajaran Islam, khususnya dalam Qur'an dan Hadits Nabi Muhammad SAW. Ayat-ayat Qur'an dan Hadits adalah sumber utama penelitian ini, serta literatur ilmiah yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Qur'an dan Sunnah mengandung prinsip-prinsip pengawasan yang menekankan keadilan, transparansi, nasihat konstruktif, dan pengawasan yang penuh kasih. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa prinsip-prinsip ini dalam supervisi pendidikan dapat meningkatkan etika kerja, kinerja guru, dan hasil belajar siswa jika diterapkan. Selain itu, penelitian ini membandingkan supervisi Islami dengan yang konvensional, dan menemukan bahwa yang Islami memiliki integritas moral dan etika yang lebih tinggi daripada yang konvensional.

Abstract

Information literacy is a critical ability to access, evaluate, and use information effectively. In the context of Islamic education, information literacy plays an important role in deepening the understanding of religious teachings, improving the quality of research, and developing students' ability to think critically. The study uses a library research approach to identify challenges, such as resource constraints and lack of training, and recommends policies to improve the integration of information literacy in Islamic educational institutions. The findings highlight the need for collective efforts to strengthen information literacy as a strategy to improve the quality of Islamic education in the digital age. Abstrak Literasi informasi merupakan kemampuan kritis dalam mengakses, mengevaluasi, dan menggunakan informasi secara efektif. Dalam konteks pendidikan Islam, literasi informasi memainkan peran penting dalam memperdalam pemahaman terhadap ajaran agama, meningkatkan kualitas penelitian, dan mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan library research untuk mengidentifikasi tantangan, seperti keterbatasan sumber daya dan pelatihan yang kurang, serta merekomendasikan kebijakan untuk meningkatkan integrasi literasi informasi di institusi pendidikan Islam. Temuan penelitian ini menyoroti perlunya upaya kolektif dalam memperkuat literasi informasi sebagai strategi untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan Islam di era digital.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the implementation of the talaqqi method in memorizing the Qur'an in early childhood in Tahfizh Early Childhood Al Kautsar Grabag, as well as to analyse its impact on children's memorization and cognitive and emotional development. The research method used is a qualitative approach with case study methods. Data is collected through observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation, then analyzed descriptively. The results of the research show that the talaqqi method was applied with repetition and correction techniques directly by the teacher, as well as the use of visual and auditorium assistance. This method has been shown to be effective in improving the ability to memorize the Qur'an in children of early age, with a significant improvement in the ability of memorizing the Quran. In addition, the talaqqi method also has a positive impact on the child's cognitive and emotional development, such as increased concentration, memory, and confidence. Factors supporting the success of the talaqqi method include teacher commitment, parent support, and the use of learning technology. However, the main challenges are time constraints and consistency in learning. The study concludes that the talaqqi method is an effective approach in memorizing the Quran in early childhood and provides recommendations for further development and application in other religious educational institutions. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi implementasi metode talaqqi dalam menghafal Al-Qur'an pada anak usia dini di Tahfizh Anak Usia Dini Al Kautsar Grabag, serta menganalisis dampaknya terhadap kemampuan menghafal dan perkembangan kognitif serta emosional anak-anak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode talaqqi diterapkan dengan teknik pengulangan dan koreksi langsung oleh guru, serta penggunaan bantuan visual dan auditori. Metode ini terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan menghafal Al-Qur'an pada anak-anak usia dini, dengan peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan menghafal surat-surat Al-Qur'an. Selain itu, metode talaqqi juga berdampak positif pada perkembangan kognitif dan emosional anak, seperti peningkatan konsentrasi, daya ingat, dan rasa percaya diri. Faktor pendukung keberhasilan metode talaqqi meliputi komitmen guru, dukungan orang tua, dan penggunaan teknologi pembelajaran. Namun, tantangan utama yang dihadapi adalah keterbatasan waktu dan konsistensi dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa metode talaqqi merupakan pendekatan yang efektif dalam menghafal Al-Qur'an pada anak usia dini dan memberikan rekomendasi untuk pengembangan lebih lanjut serta penerapan di lembaga pendidikan agama lainnya.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the Implementation of Granting Permits to Business Actors Through the Online Single Submission (OSS) Policy from the Fiqh Siyasah Perspective, What are the Constraints and Obstacles and Supporting Factors for Granting Permits to Business Actors Through the Online Single Submission (OSS) Policy from the Fiqh Siyasah Perspective, What is the Review from Fiqh Siyasah on the Implementation of Granting Permits to Business Actors Through the Online Single Submission (OSS) Policy from the Fiqh Siyasah Perspective. This study uses an Empirical Juridical approach method. Data collection methods use interviews and observations. Data analysis techniques use descriptive analysis. The results of this study are: Limited Digital Infrastructure: OSS implementation is hampered by inadequate digital infrastructure, such as slow or unstable internet connections in a number of areas, reducing accessibility and efficiency of system use. Human Resources: There are still many people and business actors, especially in Seluma, who do not understand the optimal use of OSS, resulting in difficulties in obtaining permits through the system. Siyasah Fiqh Perspective: The implementation of granting permits through OSS is analyzed based on the principles of siyasah fiqh, including Maqasid al-Shariah, Maslahah, justice, ease of access, protection of individual rights, and compliance with the law.

Abstract

Desa Gadingsari dengan lahan berpasir di wilayah pesisir menghadapi tantangan dalam sektor pertanian dan perikanan. Untuk mengatasinya, Tim PPK Ormawa HMTP bersama masyarakat melaksanakan program Smart Fisheries Village (SFV) Mina Padi sebagai solusi inovatif. Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas lahan pertanian. Metode pelaksanaan program meliputi sosialisasi, budidaya ikan nila salin dan SFV mina padi, pengolahan dan pemasaran produk, serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman masyarakat terhadap mina padi sebesar 80% dan ugadi 71%. Penerapan mina padi dan ugadi lebih menguntungkan dibandingkan pertanian konvensional, dengan peningkatan keuntungan masing-masing 51% dan 47%. Budidaya ikan nila salin dengan bioflok juga lebih menguntungkan, yakni Rp 1.963.628 dibandingkan metode konvensional Rp 208.750. Keberhasilan program terlihat dari peningkatan keuntungan SFV Mina Padi dibandingkan budidaya konvensional. Program ini tidak hanya meningkatkan hasil pertanian dan perikanan, tetapi juga memperkuat kapasitas masyarakat dalam pemanfaatan sumber daya secara berkelanjutan, sehingga dapat diterapkan dalam kegiatan sehari-hari.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the provisions of the legislation governing the cancellation of a legal product and examine it from the perspective of siyasah dusturiyah, in order to obtain a description of the harmonization and synchronization between government elements. This study uses a conceptual normative legal approach and a statute approach. The data collection method is carried out by tracing primary and secondary legal materials, which are then inventoried and classified according to the problems discussed. Data analysis is carried out by systematically reviewing and processing the legal materials that have been collected to answer the formulated legal issues. The results of the study indicate that from the perspective of fiqh siyasah, the Bengkulu Mayor Regulation Number 43 of 2019 concerning the Basis for Clarification of the Collection of Land and Building Acquisition Fees (BPHTB), which is enforced in the Bengkulu City community, needs to be reviewed. This is because its impact causes more harm than benefit to the community. Thus, a review of the regulation is important to ensure the principles of justice and benefit in regional governance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of the Kepahiang Resort Traffic Police in controlling traffic violations among students from the perspective of Fiqh Siyasah. The type of research used is field research with a qualitative approach, where data is obtained through observation and interviews to produce an in-depth description of the phenomenon being studied. The results of the study indicate that the role of the Kepahiang Resort Traffic Police in controlling traffic violations among students is carried out through two efforts, namely: (a) preventive efforts, in the form of prevention through socialization and education, and (b) repressive efforts, in the form of warnings, tickets, and advice to violators. In addition, the community also contributes to preventing violations through supervision and counseling in the surrounding environment. From the perspective of Fiqh Siyasah, these control efforts are in line with the principles of maslahah (benefit), 'adalah (justice), sadduz zara'i (prevention), and wilayah al-amr (government authority), so they have strong relevance in the context of law enforcement and social ethics.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menilai pelaksanaan Unit Pendidikan Aman Bencana (SPAB) pada sekolah berbasis agama di Kabupaten Cilacap. Studi ini menggunakan metode campuran, memadukan data kuantitatif dari kuesioner terstruktur dengan wawasan kualitatif melalui wawancara dan observasi langsung. Dua sekolah yang menjadi objek evaluasi: MA MINAT Kesugihan dan SMA Ya BAKII Kesugihan. Penilaian dilakukan berdasarkan tiga pilar utama, yaitu: fasilitas belajar yang aman, manajemen bencana dan kelangsungan pendidikan, serta pendidikan pengurangan risiko bencana dan ketahanan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedua sekolah tersebut berada pada kategori “hampir siap” dalam implementasi SPAB. MA MINAT menunjukkan kesiapan lebih tinggi di seluruh pilar dengan skor 61,54% (Pilar 1), 54,74% (Pilar 2), dan 68,42% (Pilar 3), sehingga memperoleh skor kesiapan total 61,57%. Sementara itu, SMA Ya BAKII memperoleh skor 66,67% (Pilar 1), 50,36% (Pilar 2), dan 26,32% (Pilar 3), dengan skor kesiapan total 47,78%. Tantangan utama ditemukan pada Pilar 3, terutama terkait keberlanjutan. Penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya intervensi strategis melalui penguatan kebijakan, pelatihan guru, serta keterlibatan komunitas untuk meningkatkan kesiapsiagaan bencana di sekolah berbasis agama. Selain itu, penyesuaian implementasi SPAB dengan karakteristik sekolah asrama yang menampung siswa dari berbagai daerah juga menjadi perhatian penting.
