Abstract

This research aims to determine the feasibility and practicality of the learning media being developed. This type of research is research and development (R&D). The development procedure includes needs analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The material expert validation results were 87% with a very valid category. The validation results from media experts were 89% with a very valid category. The test results for small-group students were 89.16% in the convenient category. The test results for the large group of students were 95.04% in the convenient category. The effectiveness test saw an increase in learning outcomes from 67.11% to 87.33%, which means that after using animated video learning media based on the Canva application, there was an increase of 20.22% in the very effective category. Animated video learning media based on the Canva application is proven by increasing student learning outcomes based on pretest and posttest evaluation data. In conclusion, the animated video learning media based on the Canva application in high school is said to be very valid, as seen from the research results by getting a percentage of 87.27% of material validators in the valid category and 89% of media validators in the very valid category. Abstract

Jagung merupakan komoditas pertanian yang sangat digemari terutama oleh penduduk perkotaan karena rasanya yang enak dan manis banyak mengandung karbohidrat, sedikit protein dan lemak Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh NOT Lau Kawar dan pupuk GDM SaMe Granule Bio Organik serta interaksinya terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman jagung pelangi varietas Glass Gem Corn, dan untuk memperoleh konsentrasi NOT Lau Kawar dan dosis pupuk GDM SaMe Granule Bio Organik yang tepat untuk pertumbuhan tanaman jagung pelangi (Zea mays L.) Varietas Glass Gem Corn. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan April-bulan Juni 2022. Lokasi penelitian Di Lahan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan SPP  Negeri Samarinda, Jl. Thoyyib Hadiwijaya, Sempaja Timur, Samarinda Utara. Penelitian menggunakan Percobaan Faktorial 3x3 dalam Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan 3 blok sebagai ulangan. Faktor pertama adalah konsentrasi NOT Lau Kawar (N). Faktor kedua adalah dosis pupuk GDM Same Granule Bio Organik (G). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan NOT Lau Kawar berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman. Perlakuan pupuk GDM Same Granule Bio Organik berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman. Interaksi antara NOT Lau Kawar dan pupuk GDM Same Granule Bio Organik berpengaruh nyata sampai sangat nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman. Produksi tongkol paling tinggi dihasilkan pada kombinasi perlakuan 15 ml l-1 air NOT Lau Kawar dan 300 kg ha-1 pupuk GDM Same Granule Bio Organik (n1g2), yaitu 4,42 ton ha-1.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of value-based performance measures, namely Economic Value Added (EVA), Financial Value Added (FVA), and Market Value Added (MVA), on stock returns of technology sector firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange over the 2021–2024 period. The motivation of this study arises from the growing dominance of technology firms in capital markets, where traditional accounting-based performance indicators are increasingly questioned due to high innovation intensity, reliance on intangible assets, and volatile valuation dynamics. Using a quantitative explanatory approach, this study analyzes panel data comprising 17 technology firms, yielding 68 firm-year observations. The empirical analysis employs Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to evaluate the relationships between value-based performance indicators and stock returns. EVA, FVA, and MVA are used as proxies for firm-level value creation, while stock return represents market-based performance. The empirical results reveal that none of the proposed hypotheses is statistically supported. EVA shows a positive but insignificant association with stock returns, whereas FVA and MVA exhibit negative, insignificant effects. Furthermore, the model demonstrates extremely low explanatory and predictive power, indicating that value-based performance measures explain only a negligible portion of stock return variation in the technology sector. These findings suggest that stock returns of technology firms are largely driven by factors beyond accounting- and value-based performance indicators, such as investor sentiment, growth expectations, and market narratives. The study contributes to the literature by highlighting the limited ability of traditional value-based metrics to explain short-term stock returns in technology-intensive industries, particularly in emerging markets. Practical implications are provided for managers and investors in aligning performance evaluation and investment decisions with sector-specific characteristics.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak urbanisasi terhadap kondisi ekonomi rumah tangga serta perubahan gaya hidup masyarakat migran di perkotaan. Fenomena urbanisasi yang meningkat menimbulkan tantangan baru dalam aspek sosial, ekonomi, dan budaya. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan desain studi kasus di RT 001/RW 001 Kelurahan Cipedak, Jakarta Selatan, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa urbanisasi memberikan peluang peningkatan pendapatan bagi keluarga migran, namun juga menimbulkan tekanan ekonomi akibat tingginya biaya hidup. Selain itu, terjadi pergeseran gaya hidup menjadi lebih modern, rasional, dan konsumtif, disertai upaya mempertahankan nilai tradisional dan spiritual. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa keberhasilan adaptasi rumah tangga di perkotaan bergantung pada kemampuan manajemen keuangan, dukungan sosial, dan penyesuaian terhadap dinamika kehidupan kota.
