Abstract

The process of monitoring and evaluation in a government agency, especially Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah (BAPPEDA) of Lombok Tengah Regency is one of the most important things to do. The process of monitoring the implementation of work is carried out to obtain facts, data, and information in the process of achieving goals. Bappeda Lombok Tengah in the process of implementing monitoring and evaluation still uses the conventional system by collecting SKPD files on a quarterly basis which causes the process to be inefficient. Therefore the application is very necessary. The purpose of this research is to produce an application to facilitate the monitoring and evaluation of the current year's RENJA. The system design/development method used is the prototyping method. The implementation of the prototype method is carried out in 3 (three) stages, the first stage is listening to system users related to system requirements, the second stage is making prototype interfaces and the third is testing the prototype interface that has been proposed by the user. In this study, the system will be tested with usability testing in the form of a questionnaire. The test consists of 3 assessments, namely system quality, information quality and service quality. to get feedback from users. Results of System Testing using a questionnaire method involving 10 respondents reached 87% which indicates that the RENJA Information system is very suitable for use by users. With this application, Bapeda can monitor the Work Plan of each SKPD and can provide an assessment of the realization of DPA-SKPD quickly, precisely and efficiently.

Abstract

Abstract Measurement of human body temperature can be measured using a clinical thermometer. Types of thermometers that already exist today include an analog thermometer and a digital thermometer. In general, this tool takes the fastest time of one to two minutes to get a body temperature value, then the scarcity and drastic increase of the tool during the pandemic make the tool rarely found. In this research, a tool is designed that can be used to determine the value of human body temperature in a short time and obtain accurate readings. Usingg an infrared sensor with the MLX90614 series which is combined with Arduino Uno, ultrasonic sensor, buzzer, led, and a 16x2 LCD screen display is a way that is used to make a body thermometer without physical contact. The research method used is by collecting data, analyzing requirements, designing hardware, and software as well as testing or testing that is carried out on the tool made to find out whether the tool has been running and working as expected.

Abstract

Abstract Weaving craft is one of the handicrafts located in Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara. Weaving is one of the MSMEs that is very close to the tourism industry and has good economic potential because it absorbs a lot of labor, opens up business fields, and increases the country's foreign exchange. The problem that is often faced by entrepreneurs of woven fabrics is the difficulty in estimating customer demand, so that some of the products requested by customers are not available. It is necessary for sales analysis of woven fabric products to be able to predict customer demand, by means of analyzing past sales data to predict future sales. The research that will be carried out is to predict sales of woven fabric products by processing sales data in the past by modeling the Linear Regression method, and for testing the algorithm is by Mean Square Error (MSE), Mean Square Error (MSE) and Root Mean Square Error. (RMSE). From the results of linear regression modeling the score obtained is 0.8041320270845731. and the test results mean Mean Square Error (MSE) the error value obtained is too high, namely 47,377, and the Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) value is 6.883125, while the MAE score is 3.373572.

Abstract

Uncertainty in conditions driven by external factors from the threat of the virus that has an impact on restrictions on human movement by the government affects business and economic conditions in Indonesia, including Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in handicrafts. The business processes carried out by SMEs are inseparable from the risks they face. Risk management is the right strategy in tackling risks that occur throughout the business process. The purpose of this study was to identify and conduct an assessment of the risks faced by SMEs in Central Lombok during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The method used to analyze risk factors is the checklish method and the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). All risks that SMEs may face have been identified, classified and ranked according to risk exposure. The results showed that there were 4 risk factors and 11 risk subfactors identified. The most critical risk comes from financial risk. There was a decrease in income during Covid-19, a decrease in the level of consumer purchasing power, and limited capital. Limited human resource capabilities if marketing online and the difficulty of obtaining raw materials are also critical risks faced by SME actors during the Covid-19 Pandemic

Abstract

Jurnal yang berjudul "pengukuran kinerja supply chain pada industri UKM kerajinan (studi kasus: industri kerajinan ketak lombok tengah, nusa tenggara barat, indonesia) bertujuan untuk mengetahui sampai sejauh mana kinerja supply chain pada industri kerajinan ketak yang merupakan salah satu industri kreatif yang memanfaatkan kearifan lokal agar mampu mencapai keunggulan kompetitif dikanca nasional maupun secara global.pada jurnal ini menggunakan metode SCOR dan AHP dalam penyelesaian penelitian. dari hasil yang diperoleh, nilai indikator Perfect Order Fulfilment sebesar 83,40% dengan besar persentase gap sebesar 17,60% dari nilai target yaitu 100%.  Indikator yang paling mempengaruhi adalah adanya pesanan yang terkirim tidak sesuai jumlah pesanan, adanya pesanan yang terlamabat diterima oeh pelanggan, terdapatnya produk rusak yang diterima oleh pelanggan dan adanya pengembalian produk akibat produk tersebut rusak dan cacat.

Abstract

Thyroid is a condition of abnormalities in a person due to thyroid disorders. Based on data from the ministry of health in the world, the prevalence of thyroid is still relatively high, if five million babies are born each year, then there are one thousand six hundred babies with hyperthyroidism. The algorithm used for data processing and modeled into knowledge is a support vector machine (SVM), SVM is used for classification. After exploring the datasets of the 23 attributes contained in the datasets, there are 9 attributes that have missing values, including age 4 lines, sex 307 lines, TSH 804 lines, T3 2604 lines, TT4 442 lines, T4U 809 lines, FTI 802 lines, TBG 8823 lines, and target 1626 lines. Based on the evaluation results on the model that has been tested for precision 94%, recall 100%, F1-score 97% with an accumulated accuracy of 93%. The overall total evaluation on the model is 93%.

Abstract

PT Rinjani Citra Solusi merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa khususnya Penyedia Jasa Internet (PJI) atau Internet service provider (ISP). Perusahaan ini memberikan layanan koneksi internet yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pelanggan. Dalam proses penyedia jasa internet interaksi antara perusahaan dan mitra mempunyai intensitas yang tinggi. Aktivitas tersebut antara lain pengecekan modem, pengecekan kabel fiber, monitoring kapasitas bandwidth dan sebagainya. Namun, dalam operasional selama ini data dan informasi belum terdokumentasi dengan baik. Solusi yang dapat diambil dari permasalahan tersebut yaitu dengan membuat aplikasi Supply Chain Manajemen (e-SCM). Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan pendekatan Waterfall yang dilakukan secara sistimatis dan berurutan. Pengujian kualitas sistem menggunakan metode WebQual 4.0 yang terdiri dari 3 aspek, yaitu aspek usability, aspek information quality, dan aspek interaction quality. Penelitian ini akan menghasilkan Sistem e-SCM yang membantu perusahaan mendapatkan aliran informasi yang tepat dan akurat untuk kelancaran pasokan untuk para mitra, karena perusahaan dan mitra telah terintegrasi oleh Sistem e-SCM yang dibangun. Aplikasi e-SCM mendukung perusahaan untuk menciptakan nilai lebih bagi pelanggan dan memiliki tujuan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan klien dengan cara terbaik dan real time. Hasil pengujian terhadap aplikasi e-SCM menunjukkan X1 (Usability) memiliki nilai sebesar 92% yang artinya Kualitas pengguna Sangat Baik, X2 (Information Quality) dengan nilai sebesar 89% dengan nilai Sangat Baik, dan X3 (Interaction Quality) dengan nilai sebesar 83% dan menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan pada aplikasi e-SCM termasuk Sangat Baik

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas website Desa Darmaji menggunakan standar ISO/IEC 25010, mengidentifikasi masalah utama, dan memberikan rekomendasi untuk peningkatan. Metode penelitian melibatkan distribusi kuisioner kepada pengguna website untuk mengumpulkan feedback terkait Functional Suitability, Usability, Security, dan Maintenance. Hasil menunjukkan skor tertinggi pada Functional Suitability (100%), diikuti oleh Usability (81.26%), Maintenance (81.58%), dan Security (75.35%), menandakan kualitas website yang sangat baik secara keseluruhan tetapi menekankan perlunya peningkatan pada aspek keamanan. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pemahaman kualitas website pemerintah desa, menawarkan panduan bagi pengembang untuk meningkatkan kinerja website, dan menjadi acuan bagi penelitian selanjutnya dalam evaluasi kualitas website menggunakan standar internasional.

Abstract

The Mobile Attendance and Presence Information System (SISENSI) is an online attendance application that has problems or shortcomings, such as requiring a long time to be absent and lacking a leave permit feature so that users have difficulty applying for leave permission. Therefore, the aim of this research is to test the SISENSI mobile application to determine the quality and shortcomings of the application. The usability evaluation methods that will be used are ISO/IEC 9126 and Nielsen Model. The results of combining ISO/IEC 9126 and the Nielsen Model obtained eight SISENSI Mobile testing factors in the usability field, namely understandability, learnability, operability, attractiveness, memorability, efficiency, errors, and user satisfactions. Respondents in this study were 164 people. The results of this research obtained values for each sub-characteristic namely: understandability 84%, learnability 80%, operability 80%, attractiveness 69%, efficiency 82%, memorability 67%, errors 75% and user satisfactions 65%. Meanwhile, the average value is 75%, so overall SISENSI Mobile is in good condition.

Abstract

The vocational Forecasting process is an important thing for the Forecasting process to determine new students to obtain data and information on the number of prospective new students who will register. Darussalam Islamic Vocational School does not yet have a Forecasting application so predicting the number of students is still conventional which causes school to be unable to plan for future needs. Therefore the Forecasting applications are needed. The purpose of this study is to produce an application to make it easier for schools to predict the number of new students in the future. This research method uses the Single Exponential Smoothing method, while the development method uses the Waterfall. method. In this study, Testing. will be carried out using a Black-Box involving users, namely the principal and of school study program. The test consists of 4 aspects of Testing, namely the login process, the import process, the process of adding data, the process of Forecasting the number of new students. With the Forecasting application. the number of new students that have been MAD can predict the number of students who will register in the following year based on previous data.
