Abstract

Penelitian ini menjelaskan tentang kajian terhadap gerakan kebangkitan epistimologi (epistimological movement) tacit knowledge Michael Polanyi. Metode yang digunakan dalam kajian ini menggunakan metode atau pendekatan kepustakaan (library research), Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Filsafat sangat penting bagi kehidupan manusia karena dapat memecahkan berbagai persoalan kehidupan. Akibat pesatnya perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan telah banyak melahirkan paham baru. Kehadiran paham baru sebagai kritik bagi paham sebelumnya. Kritik Polanyi terhadap paham Positivisme karena paham tersebut terlalu melihat ilmu pengetahuan dari asplek objektivitasnya semata. Kritiknya mengahsilkan sebuah karyanya yang berjudul “Segi Tak Terungkap Ilmu Pengetahuan”. Relevansi pemikiran Polanyi pada lembaga pendidikan melalui kebijakan internal dalam upaya peningkatan mutu sekolah. Sekolah perlu memberikan otonomi serta keleluasaan pada wali kelas untuk mengatur kelas secara inovatif serta kreatif agar terciptanya kelas yang produktif dan nyaman sehingga peserta didik mampu mengembangkan dan memunculkan potensinya yang masih tersembunyi. Berikut beberapa upaya yang dapat dilakukan oleh wali kelas dalam manajemen kelasnya, diantaranya: Pertama, Pertemuan rutin Wali Kelas dan Orang Tua Peserta Didik. Kedua, Penataan Kelas Bersama. Ketiga, Membangun Kehangatan Kelas. Kempat, Melakukan Quality Time Bersama. Kelima, Layanan Konseling Wali Kelas. Terakhir, Koordinasi dengan Berbagai Pihak.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kapasitas untuk mencerna sesuatu melalui metode yang melibatkan pendengaran dan penglihatan serta ditangani oleh wawasan sebagai potensi yang dapat dirasakan. Tiga unsur mendengar, melihat, dan afidah (ilmiah dan dekat dengan rumah/erotis), adalah kemungkinan yang diberikan Allah kepada manusia terkait dengan kekhalifahannya. Motivasi yang melatarbelakangi penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat dan menggambarkan bagaimana gagasan penyelamatan alam dan masyarakat memiliki saran untuk kemajuan madrasah di tingkat Madrasah Ibtidaiyah dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa tugas guru dalam mengembangkan rencana pendidikan berbasis iklim mencakup penerapan pendekatan, metodologi dan prosedur pembelajaran yang melibatkan siswa secara efektif dalam pembelajaran. Teknik yang digunakan adalah percakapan, tugas, praktik langsung dan persepsi. Selain itu juga menimbulkan permasalahan lingkungan seperti banjir, pencemaran dan perubahan cuaca yang tidak wajar sebagai bahan pembelajaran serta menghubungkan informasi yang diperhitungkan dan prosedural dalam menanggulangi permasalahan alam, serta penerapannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari dengan memberikan panduan kepada siswa untuk sering berpikir tentang iklim. Guru juga menyampaikan hasil pembelajaran tentang iklim di majalah dinding.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the increasing awareness of environmental care through the green mosque approach. The Green Mosque Movement itself is a strategic program to support the government's program in the Net-Zero carbon emissions target by 2060 and the character of caring for the environment. The aim of this research is to determine the planning, organization, implementation, supervision, supporting and inhibiting factors as well as the results of green mosque-based environmental care character education at SMAN 3 Kuningan and SMPN 7 Cirebon. This research is qualitative research with a naturalistic approach. The results of this research show (1) Planning for environmentally caring character education based on green Mosques was carried out with the help of a policy of integrating environmental education in subjects including religious education, citizenship education, and all subjects in schools, (2) Organizing was carried out by delegating tasks according to the plans and main tasks of school managers and stakeholders as well as organizing the learning components of environmentally caring character education based on green Mosques, (3) Implementing environmentally caring character education based on green Mosques by building a School Mosque that is full of environmentally caring character education values that are relevant to environmental learning with fulfills the 6 criteria for the green building concept, (4) Supervision of green mosque-based environmental care character education that has been planned can be used as a benchmark for the performance of the organizational structure that is led in carrying out its duties, (4) Supporting factors include the role of teachers, parents and the government, while the main obstacle at the start of construction was funding and design of the mosque design with the green mosques concept which is still relatively new. (5) As a result, green mosques-based mosques succeeded in forming students' environmental awareness and behavior, with environmentally friendly designs, sustainable use of resources, and the use of mosques as places for learning outside the classroom, which effectively instilled environmental care values and inspired students to apply them at home.

Abstract

This study examines how the quality of educational services can be improved through the optimization of student management implementation. The research was conducted at an Integrated Islamic Elementary School in Bandung. The study aims to provide a comprehensive description and practical recommendations for school stakeholders regarding the effective implementation of student management activities to enhance the quality of educational services. A qualitative research approach was employed, utilizing field observations, structured interviews with school staff and students, and document analysis as primary data collection techniques. The findings indicate that optimal implementation of student management is achieved through the systematic execution of four main activities: planning, guidance, evaluation, and student transfer. These activities are most effective when supported by adequate school facilities and infrastructure, strong leadership from the school principal, and collaborative efforts among teachers, educational staff, students, and the school committee. The study contributes theoretically by providing a structured framework for understanding the relationship between student management practices and educational service quality. Practically, it offers actionable guidance for schools seeking to optimize student management processes and improve overall educational outcomes.

Abstract

This study was conducted based on the researcher’s direct experience during the PLP 2 program at SDN 1 Darma, where observations were carried out on the use of recycled smart board learning media developed by a fifth-grade homeroom teacher. The media was applied as an alternative instructional variation in classroom learning and received a positive response from students. Early observations showed that students demonstrated higher levels of engagement when learning activities incorporated smart board media compared to learning that relied solely on textbooks. Based on these conditions, this study aims to examine how the use of recycled smart board media contributes to supporting student engagement in fifth-grade elementary classrooms. This research employed a qualitative descriptive design involving fifth-grade students at SDN 1 Darma. Data were obtained through classroom observations, interviews with teachers and students, as well as documentation of learning activities. The data analysis process consisted of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that the application of smart board media fostered a more interactive learning atmosphere, encouraged active student participation, and increased students’ confidence during the learning process. In addition, the media helped teachers deliver learning materials in a more concrete manner that aligns with the characteristics of elementary school students. Therefore, recycled smart board media can be regarded as an effective learning practice to enhance student engagement at the elementary education level.

Abstract

The urgent need to improve the quality of learning in order to produce high-quality graduates has become a major challenge in the Management of education at Madrasah Aliyah. The problems identified include a lack of innovation in learning strategies and the suboptimal Management of the learning process in response to contemporary educational demands. This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of learning management at Madrasah Aliyah in an effort to enhance the quality of graduates. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach, focusing on the process of learning management, strategies for developing students’ competencies, and the supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation. Data were collected through observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies involving the head of the madrasah, teachers, and students. The findings indicate that the implementation of effective, well-planned, and innovative learning management can enhance students’ learning motivation and graduate competencies. However, several challenges remain, particularly related to limited resources and insufficient teacher training. These findings are expected to provide input and recommendations for optimizing learning management to further improve the quality of Madrasah Aliyah graduates.
