Abstract

This study examines the influence of religiosity on Indonesian consumers' brand switching behavior, particularly regarding brands affiliated with the Israeli-Palestinian issue. Using SEM-PLS analysis with 178 respondents obtained through snowball sampling, the results reveal that religiosity positively and significantly affects consumers' tendency to switch from Israeli-affiliated brands to local alternatives. Furthermore, functional, emotional, social, and epistemic values significantly strengthen this relationship. These findings highlight that consumer behavior is influenced not only by economic considerations but also by spiritual, social, and cognitive factors. In today's value-conscious consumer landscape, purchasing decisions increasingly reflect personal and collective beliefs. For marketers, this emphasizes the importance of developing ethical, value-driven branding strategies that resonate with consumers' social and moral awareness. Brands that align with consumer values and demonstrate social responsibility are more likely to foster loyalty and trust in an era where consumers are buying not just products, but also meaning and identity.

Abstract

The utilization of palm fruit leather waste as an adsorption of cooking oil to overcome the problem of the accumulation of palm fruit leather waste that occurs due to the disposal of palm fruit leather after the kolang kaling production process. The amount of kolang kaling fruit production that is not properly utilized by the local community can cause a buildup of waste that causes environmental pollution around the village of suka makmur. The method carried out starts with planning and preparation, namely discussing with partners related to the program and preparing all the materials needed in the activity. Furthermore, the implementation and assistance of activities, namely by carrying out activities in the period July - October. The results of this activity are the reduction of accumulated waste and adding new skills for pkk members in making floor cleaning soap using used cooking oil that has been adsorbed.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengekplorasi dan mengungkap teori motivasi mana yang paling relevan dalam menggambarkan motivasi kerja generasi z di Indonesia. Metode Zaltman Methapore Elicitation Technique (ZMET) digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan 20 orang responden (peserta) untuk diwawancara secara komprehensif dan mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat 4 konstruk yang dinilai berkontribusi positif pada meningkatnya motivasi kerja generasi Z di Indonesia meliputi pemenuhan kebutuhan dasar, aktualisasi diri, penghargaan finansial dan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif. Pada akhirnya penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi teoritis bahwa motivasi instrinsik dan ekstrinsik bukanlah dua teori yang terpisah melainkan harus digunakan dan diterapkan secara bersama-sama demi memberikan luaran motivasi kerja yang kuat pada generasi z di Indonesia.
