Abstract

This study aims to determine the internal control system at CV Surya Jaya Abadi, the procedures applied in the employee payroll process, and to find out the weaknesses of the procedures that have been implemented. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach, data obtained from observations, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study are the control system at CV Surya Jaya Abadi has been running quite effectively, although there are weaknesses found, among others, there is no separation of duties and authorities related to payroll, everything is done by the HRD department, there is no written internal payroll control system. as a guide in the payroll process, as well as a computerized payroll system that is not yet connected to the attendance system. Payroll problems that occur at CV Surya Jaya Abadi are salary errors, many are caused by human factors, including employees who have not been orderly absent through the fingerprint machine and errors in inputting the components of salary and attendance by the payroll section, namely HRD because the payroll system is separate from absences.

Abstract

Perusahaan sebagai salah satu tempat transaksi jual beli tentunya mengharapkan adanya aktivitas beli ulang oleh customer baru ataupun customer lama.Ketika adanya pembelian kembali oleh customer lama, itu artinya perusahaan telah mampu menanamkan satu hal di hati customernya. Karena setiap customer yang loyal dan mau kembali untuk membeli produk secara berulang-ulang artinya satu poin tambahan untuk perusahaan yakni bahwa produknya dipercayai dan telah mendapatkan kepercayaan oleh masyarakat. Lebih lanjut hal ini menjelaskan bahwa perusahaan memiliki kekuatan untuk terus berinovasi dan berjualan karena produknya diterima oleh masyarakat. Nilai yang di dapat dari hasil pembelian kembali juga mengarah pada provitabilitas perusahaan jangka Panjang. Perusahaan harus bisa tau apa kelebihan dari produknya yang bisa mendatangkan lebih banyak pembeli untuk melakukan pembelian ualng pertama, kedua, ketiga dan seterusnya.Kata Kunci : Pembelian Ulang, Pembeli, Kualitas Produk

Abstract

PT Unilever Indonesia berdiri dari tahun 1933 dan menjadi perusahaan terbuka di bursa efek Indonesia pada tahun 1983. PT Unilever Indonesia memiliki lebih dari 40 brand yang terbagi ke dalam 2 segmen usaha yaitu Home and Personal Care dan Nutration and Ice Cream. PT Unilever Indonesia memiliki 9 pabrik yang di daerah Cikarang dan Rungkut. Laporan keuangan merupakan laporan tentang data keuangan perusahaan pada periode tertentu. Laporan ini tidak hanya sekedar informasi keuangan namun juga sebagai bahan analisis untuk mengetahui kondisi perusahaan dan pengambilan keputusan terkait keuangan. Dalam hal penilaian kondisi kesehatan perusahaan maka digunakan 2 jenis rasio analisis laporan keuangan yaitu Rasio Likuiditas dan Rasio Solvabilitas. Abstract

During the treatment process, anxiety could've been felt by the family that had their member treated in the hospital. This research is purposed for knowing the effect of Communication, Information, and Education (CIE) using  five-finger labels on the level of anxiety of the patient's family in the emergency department. This research used quasi-experimental with pre-post test with a control group design. The sample in the research is the patient's family which is in the yellow zone of the emergency department counted 60 respondents, selected with purposive sampling. Instruments that were selected are the Anxiety questionnaire State Anxiety Inventory (S-AI) form Y. The results showed that in the experimental group, there was an increase in the number of mild anxiety levels from 53.3% to 80%, a decrease in the number of moderate anxiety levels from 43.3% to 20%, a decrease in the level of severe anxiety from 3.3% to 0%. In the control group, there was an increase in the number of mild anxiety levels from 53.3% to 60% and a decrease in moderate anxiety levels from 46.7% to 40%. The results of the Mann-Whitney statistical test obtained a significance value (p) of 0.010, which means that there was an effect of CIE using five-finger labels on the anxiety level of the patient's family in the emergency room. The results of this study are expected to be applied as an intervention in reducing the anxiety of the patient's family in the emergency room.
