Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of workload on employee performance on 36 employees at PT Cemara Agung Perdana Sumedang. The method used is descriptive quantitative with random sampling techniques, and data collection through interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis includes validity, reliability, normality, simple regression, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the total score of respondents' responses to workload was 1,257 which was in the good category, and the total employee performance score of 2,218 was in the good category. However, there is a negative relationship between workload and performance with a coefficient of -0.511. The hypothesis proposed is whether there is an influence between workload on employee performance. The hypothesis testresults show a significant negative effect with tcount -3.880 > ttable 1.701.

Abstract

Marketing communication can be an effective form of communication channel to handle consumer complaints effectively and efficiently. By paying attention to the importance of marketing communication, companies can design more effective communication strategies to achieve their marketing goals, and can build strong customer loyalty. In this study, the method used is the quantitative method. According to Priyono (Sahir, 2021:13) "Quantitative research methods are scientific thinking in which there is a process of forming ideas and ideas are strictly enforced using nomometric principles and using deductive patterns". Marketing Communication (X) has a positive and significant influence on Customer Loyalty (Y) at PT. Citra Van Titipan Kilat (TIKI) Sumedang Branch with a total influence of 48.9% while is the influence of other variables that were not studied in this study. Then, based on the t-test, t is calculated as 9.679 and degrees of freedom (n-k-1) or 100-1-1= 98 is obtained from t table 1.984, so t is calculated > t table (9.679 >1.984). This means that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, so there is a positive and significant influence

Abstract

The company has a goal that is to earn profits, one of the activities that can generate profits is sales. With the achievement of sales effectiveness, the company can achieve its goals. One of the efforts made by the company to achieve sales effectiveness is by way of promotion. This study aims to determine the effect of sales promotions on consumer purchasing decisions at PT Ria Indah Mandiri Sumedang. This study uses a descriptive research method approach with quantitative analysis techniques, carried out through survey methods. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation and questionnaires. Taking the number of respondents using the Slovin Formula, namely as many as 100 respondents. The data analysis technique uses Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) 21. The analytical method used in this study is a simple linear regression method, t test, correlation test, coefficient of determination. SPSS V.21 calculation results get a simple linear regression equation Y = 14.050 + 0.762. The above analysis is acceptable because the sales promotion variable has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions at PT. Ria Indah Mandiri Sumedang with a regression coefficient of 0.762

Abstract

This research is entitled the influence of work motivation on employee performance at PT. Mitradana Putra Utama Finance Bandung. The problem with this company is the lack of optimization in improving employee performance. This research aims to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance at PT. Mitradana Putra Utama Finance Bandung. So, to improve employee performance, namely by providing work motivation by the company to employees. This research uses quantitative methods with a survey approach, documentation, and data collection techniques using observation and questionnaire methods. The sampling technique in this research used Non- Probability Sampling. The number of samples used in this research was 32 respondents. Research data was analyzed through data normality assumption tests, simple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing (t test). The results of this research show that work motivation and employee performance at PT. Mitradana Putra Utama Finance Bandung has a very strong relationship. This is proven by the correlation coefficient obtained at 0.742. Furthermore, work motivation (X) greatly influences employee performance (Y). This is proven by the calculation results of the coefficient of determination which was obtained at 55%. And there is a positive influence between work motivation (X) and employee performance (Y) which is obtained from the results of hypothesis testing which shows a t_count value of 6.059 > t_table 1.697.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the marketing strategy for the product Pasireungit Kihaji abon oncom as a typical food in the city of Sumedang before and after the Covid-19 pandemic. Using a qualitative approach, this research explores changes in marketing strategies implemented bymanufacturers in facing the challenges posed by the pandemic. Research data was collected through interviews with business owners. The results of the research show that before the pandemic, the marketing strategy for Pasireungit Kihaji abon oncom products focused more on direct sales and participating in exhibition events. However, after the pandemic, there has been a significant shift towards digital marketing, including social media users and marketplace platforms to reach a wider range of consumers. Apart from that, product and package wider range of consumers. Apart from that, product and packag innovation is also the main focus to attract consumer attention during the period of adapting to new habits. This research concludes that quick and effective adaptation of marketing strategies is very important for the sustainability of the Abon Oncom Pasireungit KiHaji business amidst changes in consumer behavior due to the Covid -19 pandemic. It is hoped that these findings can become a reference for other culinary business actors in facing similar situations in the future
