Abstract

The land deed registrar has the authority to make authentic acts concerning certain legal acts or rights to land as regulated in Government Regulations Number 24 of 2016 on the regulations of the land deed department. The one where there is a fact on the ground that many incidents of cancellation of grants are assessed to not give a sense of justice for the parties, because of the lack of responsibility of the land deed registrar both in terms of form and material as the official authority to make grants rights on the land. The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the responsibility of the land registry officer for the cancellation of the grant act and to know the legal force of the subsidy act made by the land registry officer. This study uses a type of normative legal research. The results of the research showed that the grant acts made by the authorized land registrar officials are expected to qualify for the grant, and in terms of form and material, when there are errors committed by the land registrar officer, then the land registrar officer can be charged with administrative, civil, and criminal liability.

Abstract

A successful autonomous learner is usually influenced by numerous factors. Motivation is one of the main factors that have a connection and the greatest influence associated with it. The research focuses to scrutinize the link between motivation in learning and learner autonomy of Indonesian learners in learning English. It also aims to identify the significant difference between gender and degree level of study in motivation and autonomy. The investigation was conducted using a sample of forty university students from some provinces in Indonesia. The participants were given a questionnaire to assess their motivation in and autonomy in learning English. Pearson’s Product-Moment Correlation and independent-samples T-test were operated in analyzing the data gotten. The statistical analysis results revealed a positive correlation between learning motivation and learner autonomy. It also found that insignificant difference between male and female and between undergraduate and postgraduate learners in motivation and autonomy. The result of the research recommends the vigorous role of motivation and autonomy in teaching English, especially in the EFL context. They should have plenty of attention, as they may direct to more efficacious pedagogy.

Abstract

Abstrak Kurikulum Merdeka adalah kurikulum dengan pembelajaran intrakurikuler yang beragam di mana konten akan lebih optimal agar peserta didik memiliki cukup waktu untuk mendalami konsep dan menguatkan kompetensi. Menyadari hal tersebut, dosen – dosen yang merupakan Fasilitator Sekolah Penggerak dari Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris Universitas PGRI Sumatera Barat ingin sharing knowledge terkait dengan perencanaan pembelajaran berbasis kurikulum merdeka. Secara umum pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan konsep dan teknis kepada guru – guru SD Muhammadiyah 7 air mati Padang terkait perencanaan pembelajaran berbasis kurikulum merdeka. Kata Kunci : Kurikulum, Perencanan, Pembelajaran, Merdeka Abstract Kurikulum Merdeka is a curriculum with various intra-curricular learning where the content will be more optimal so that students have enough time to explore concepts and strengthen competence. Realizing this, lecturers who are Fasilitator Sekolah Penggerak from the English Education Study Program at PGRI University in West Sumatra wanted to share knowledge related to independent curriculum-based learning planning. In general, this service aims to provide concepts and techniques to the teachers of SD Muhammadiyah 7 Air Mati Padang regarding learning planning based on the independent curriculum. Abstract

This service activity aims to provide motivation and knowledge to improve the skills of teachers specifically Kindergarten teacher to produce teaching module as an effort to improve the professionalism of teachers in implementing Merdeka curriculum. Service activities are conducted in 1 meeting, on June 4 2024 at TK Al-Quran Amal Saleh. This service activity is carried out using lecture methods, focus group discussions, and training methods. The PkM (Community Service) activity successfully motivated and inspired participants in producing teaching module.  Participants expressed high satisfaction, emphasizing the training's clear and engaging content. The provided material, focusing on practical skills, was well-received and deemed immediately applicable. All participants confirmed the alignment of the material with the training theme and its easy comprehensibility, along with an engaging presentation style, positive impact on motivation, knowledge enhancement, and skills improvement, particularly benefiting Kindergarten teachers in producing teaching module. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan motivasi dan pengetahuan guna meningkatkan keterampilan para guru khususnya guru Taman Kanak-kanak untuk menghasilkan modul ajar sebagai upaya meningkatkan profesionalisme guru dalam penerapan kurikulum merdeka. Kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan dalam satu kali pertemuan, pada tanggal 4 Juni 2024 di TK Al-Quran Amal Saleh. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dengan metode ceramah, diskusi kelompok terfokus, dan metode pelatihan. Kegiatan PkM (Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat) ini berhasil memotivasi dan menginspirasi peserta dalam menghasilkan modul pengajaran. Para peserta menyatakan kepuasannya yang tinggi, dengan menekankan pada isi pelatihan yang jelas dan menarik. Materi yang diberikan, dengan fokus pada keterampilan praktis, diterima dengan baik dan dianggap dapat segera diterapkan. Seluruh peserta menegaskan kesesuaian materi dengan tema pelatihan dan mudah dipahami serta gaya penyajian yang menarik. dampak positif terhadap motivasi, peningkatan pengetahuan, dan peningkatan keterampilan, khususnya bermanfaat bagi guru TK dalam menghasilkan modul ajar.

Abstract

This study investigated students’ engagement in English learning using Quizizz at SMAN 15 Padang. Using a qualitative approach, this study explored aspects of behavioral, cognitive, emotional, academic, and social engagement. Data were collected through classroom observations, field notes, and video recordings. The findings revealed that Quizizz significantly increased students’ engagement by providing an interactive and enjoyable learning experience. Behavioral engagement was reflected in active participation and persistence during Quizizz sessions. Cognitive engagement was evident in students’ ability to critically analyze and discuss learning materials. Emotional engagement was demonstrated through students’ enthusiasm and satisfaction. While academic engagement demonstrated consistent progress in class, social engagement highlighted collaboration and interaction among peers and teachers. These results suggest that Quizizz can enhance English learning by encouraging greater student engagement. engagement.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kesesuaian struktur buku teks “Think Globally Act Locally” untuk kelas 9 SMP. Yang berfokus pada Kesesuaian Struktur Buku Teks. Peneliti menggunakan sumber data berupa buku teks sebagai primary data dengan menggunakan analisis isi kualitatif sebagai metode penelitian. Peneliti menggunakan document checklist sebagai instrumen untuk menganalisis data, guna menjawab pertanyaan penelitian. checklist dalam penelitian ini digunakan untuk membuktikan bahwa penelitian ini memiliki pedoman untuk menganalisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Ada empat penilaian dalam buku ini meliputi cover, preliminaries page, main part dan bagian postliminary. Pada bagian cover, semua indikator sesuai. Pada preliminaries page, semua indikator sesuai kecuali blank pages. Pada bagian main part, peneliti menemukan indikator yang meliputi chapter title, chapter numbering, detail, quote, illustration dan title. peneliti menemukan beberapa indikator pada main part kecuali introduction, paragraph dan initials. pada bagian postliminary peneliti hanya menemukan dua indikator yaitu reference dan writer biography. pada bagian postliminary peneliti tidak menemukan indikator diantaranya closing notes, glossary, attachment dan index. Dari data diatas dinyatakan bahwa struktur buku tersebut masuk kedalam kategori kurang sesuai.

Abstract

This study validates an analytic rubric designed to assess divergent thinking as a core dimension of pre-service biology teachers' creative thinking. The research addressed the absence of psychometrically sound assessment tools in Indonesian biology education, where creativity remains underdeveloped despite policy mandates, such as Kurikulum Merdeka, and international benchmarks, like PISA 2022. The study pursued two objectives: (1) theoretical validation of the rubric through expert judgment and inter-rater reliability, and (2) empirical validation through exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses. Eight subject-matter experts evaluated the rubric's descriptors, and 218 pre-service biology teachers completed divergent-thinking tasks based on human physiology scenarios. Content validity was calculated using Aiken's V, inter-rater agreement with Kendall's W, and construct validity and reliability through EFA and CFA. Findings indicated strong content validity (Aiken's V = 0.78–1.00) and fair to good inter-rater reliability (Kendall's W = 0.50–0.79). Factor analyses confirmed a unidimensional structure, with CFA demonstrating good model fit (RMSEA = 0.04; CFI = 0.97). All factor loadings exceeded 0.30, and composite reliability was ≥0.70 for three dimensions, though solution variety was marginally reliable. Notably, feasibility emerged as more stable than variety, suggesting that appropriateness is a stronger indicator of creativity in applied STEM contexts. The validated rubric provides theoretical insights into the structure of divergent thinking and practical tools for formative assessment in biology education. Future studies should extend validation across institutions, examine measurement invariance, and explore predictive validity to ensure broader applicability.
