Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji variabel ukuran perusahaan, profitabilitas, leverage dan umur perusahaan terhadap pengungkapan Intellectual Capital. Pengungkapan Intellectual Capital dalam penelitian ini diukur dengan menggunakan jumlah item yang diungkapkan dibagi dengan total item pengungkapan Intellectual Capital (77) menurut Bukh et al (2005). Penelitian ini menggunakan data dari perusahaan manufaktur yang terdapat di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2015-2018. Terdapat 50 sampel perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria, sehingga total data sampel keseluruhan berjumlah 200. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa rasio ukuran perusahaan yang diukur dengan size dan rasio umur perusahaan yang diukur dengan age berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pengungkapan Intellectual Capital, masing-masing pada α=1%. Rasio leverage yang diukur dengan debt to asset ratio berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengungkapan Intellectual Capital dengan α = 1%, sedangkan rasio profitabilitas yang diukur dengan return on assets tidak berpengaruh terhadap pengungkapan Intellectual Capital.

Abstract

Character education in schools often faces challenges in internalizing values through real-life experiences. Limited student engagement makes character education less meaningful. This study aims to describe the implementation of character education through the Community Service Program (Sekolah Kerja Nyata, SKN) and to identify the values it fosters. Using a descriptive qualitative method, data were collected through in-depth interviews with the principal, supervising teachers, and students. The results show that SKN successfully fostered values such as responsibility, cooperation, social awareness, independence, and religiosity. Students demonstrated improvements in discipline, communication skills, and leadership through participation in social activities. The program aligns with experiential character education approaches that emphasize social interaction as a means of value formation. The study concludes that SKN is an effective model of character education by integrating academic learning and attitude development through direct engagement. SKN also has the potential to be adopted as a co-curricular activity within the new curriculum structure, as it supports cross-disciplinary learning and character development through contextual, project-based approaches. These findings provide a foundation for developing similar programs in other schools to strengthen character formation relevant to real life.

Abstract

Background: Community health nursing is a professional nursing service provided holistically (bio, psycho, social and spiritual) and focused on high risk groups which aims to improve health status through promotive and preventive efforts without neglecting curative and rehabilitative by involving the community as partners in solve health problems that occur in society. Research Objective: To provide an overview of community nursing care in increasing the level of optimal healthy living in the community of RW 003, Sangiang Jaya Village, Periuk District, Tangerang City. Research Results: After carrying out hypertension exercises for three days, the results were obtained before carrying out physical activity in the form of hypertension exercises, the blood pressure of the residents of RW 03 Sangiang Jaya, Periuk, Tangerang was 6 people BP 100-120, 8 people BP >120-140 and 9 people BP >150 mmHg, but after doing hypertension exercises for 3 days it showed that 9 people had BP 100-120, 12 people had BP >120-140, and 2 people had BP >150 mmHg. It can be concluded that there was a decrease in BP after doing hypertension exercises for 3 days.

Abstract

Group activity therapy is one of the therapeutic modalities carried out by nurses for groups of elderly people who have the same nursing problems. Group activities for elderly people who have the same nursing problems. Activities are used as therapy and groups as targets of care. Guess the picture is a light brain teaser game, tests imagination, logic and reasoning, guess the picture is a form of game where from the results of this game participants can enjoy the activities they do so that the game can reduce boredom and can assess gross motor skills, fine motor skills, language, cognitive and socialization according to age level. Activity Objective: It is hoped that elderly people can train their sensory, motor and cognitive abilities with cognitive therapy in the form of guessing pictures. Activity Method: Providing Group Activity Therapy by guessing pictures, TAK is carried out on clients with physical conditions that allow it (for example: being able to move body parts such as hands), clients who are managed by students of the Yatsi Madani University Nursing professional program and cooperative clients. Activity Results: Observation results showed that the elderly were cooperative and every question from the team was answered well by the elderly with the picture in question. The achievement of the target of the picture guessing group therapy activity was quite good, because the material was delivered in its entirety (100%).

Abstract

Bronchial asthma is a respiratory disease that is often found in society. Bronchial asthma is a disease of the airways caused by certain stimuli that attack the trachea and bronchi. According to Basic Health Research (RISKESDAS), the prevalence rate of asthma at all ages in Indonesia is 2.5%. The incidence of asthma is highest in the age group 75 years and over, and begins to decline in the age group 15-24 years. (RISKESDAS, 2018). The nurse's role in providing family nursing care to patients with bronchial asthma is to intervene to help reduce the symptoms caused by asthma by providing non-pharmacological chest physiotherapy therapy and providing education to family members about bronchial asthma. Objective of this research to determine the effect of chest physiotherapy on airway ineffectiveness in asthma sufferers. This research uses a case study method with a nursing care approach for families with bronchial asthma. The data collection instrument uses a family nursing care assessment format through the nursing process of assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation. The implementation results show that chest physiotherapy can reduce symptoms of asthma attacks by increasing oxygen saturation from 94% to 96% after three days of chest physiotherapy. Nurses can provide chest physiotherapy exercises and families are able to demonstrate chest physiotherapy which will continue to be carried out to provide support for providing family nursing care. Chest physiotherapy can be used as a non-pharmacological therapy to reduce the intensity of asthma attacks and overcome the problem of ineffective airway clearance nursing.

Abstract

Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat di RW 34 Padukuhan Sorogedug Lor dilaksanakan sebagai upaya meningkatkan kapasitas warga dalam pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga sekaligus memperkuat penghijauan lingkungan permukiman. Kegiatan ini berfokus pada peningkatan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan kesadaran masyarakat melalui pendekatan partisipatif yang melibatkan warga secara aktif dalam setiap tahapan program. Pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi sosialisasi pemilahan sampah organik dan anorganik, workshop pemanfaatan galon bekas sebagai pot tanaman, serta implementasi penanaman Tanaman Obat Keluarga (TOGA). Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya respons positif dari masyarakat, ditandai dengan tingginya partisipasi warga dalam setiap tahap kegiatan dan meningkatnya pemahaman tentang pentingnya pengelolaan sampah sejak dari sumbernya. Pemanfaatan galon bekas sebagai media tanam tidak hanya berkontribusi dalam mengurangi sampah anorganik, tetapi juga memberikan nilai estetika dan fungsi ekologis bagi lingkungan sekitar. Penanaman TOGA turut menambah ruang hijau serta meningkatkan pengetahuan warga mengenai pemanfaatan tanaman herbal. Pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR) terbukti efektif dalam mendorong perubahan perilaku dan membangun kesadaran kolektif masyarakat. Secara keseluruhan, program ini berkontribusi pada upaya mewujudkan lingkungan permukiman yang bersih, sehat, dan berkelanjutan serta mendukung pencapaian SDG 11 dan SDG 12.

Abstract

Education plays a central role in shaping individual character and skills, especially amid the increasingly complex challenges of globalization. Meanwhile, in the context of Social Studies learning at the Junior High School level, the current approach still prioritizes memorization and data mastery without being balanced by the development of critical and analytical thinking skills. The deep learning approach has emerged as a solution to improve the quality of IPS education. This approach encourages students to understand concepts in depth and contextualize them with real-life situations. Teachers play a key role in the successful implementation of deep learning in IPS education, so they must understand what deep learning is and how to apply it. This community service program was organized to enhance the understanding and practical skills of Social Studies teachers at the Junior High School level in Klaten Regency. The method used in this program is a participatory and collaborative approach involving the Social Studies Teacher Forum (MGMP) through workshops and hands-on training. The results of this activity show an increase in teachers' understanding of the deep learning concept and their ability to design IPS learning at the SMP level using a deep learning approach.
