Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the implementation of the Build Operate and Transfer cooperation agreement between the NTB Regional Government and PT. Lombok Plaza in the construction and management of the West Nusa Tenggara Convention Center. To find out the obstacles in implementing the Build Operate and Transfer cooperation agreement between the NTB Regional Government and PT. Lombok Plaza in the construction and management of the West Nusa Tenggara Convention Center. Academically, this research is expected to be useful in enriching the development of thoughts and concepts related to the law on procurement of goods and services, especially those related to self-managed procurement of goods/services in villages. Practically, it is hoped that the results of this research will be able to contribute ideas to the government and the community, especially village budget managers and users. Cooperation Agreement Between Regional Government and PT. Lombok Plaza in the construction of the West Nusa Tenggara Convention Center occurred in 2016 where the parties agreed to build a representative facility and infrastructure as a place for meetings, exhibitions/promotions as well as a place to hold national, regional and international events using the Build system. Use of Handover (BGS). Where the MOU (Momerendum of Understanding) regarding the construction of the West Nusa Tenggara Convention Center contains an agreement regarding the stages, procedures, construction period, contribution and exclusive rights that must be paid by PT. Lombok Plaza both during the preparation period and during the management period, and there is also rights and obligations of each party, and regulates the termination of the agreement, sanctions and methods for resolving problems. The Regional Government immediately takes a firm stance to terminate the cooperation agreement with PT Lombok Plaza To continue the development of the West Nusa Tenggara Convention Center and its supporting facilities, the Regional Government will immediately look for other investors by entering into a new cooperation agreement.

Abstract

So far, the existing book data information system at the Aceh Provincial Language Center still uses the manual method. The large number of printed manuscripts that entered and the transaction processes caused many difficulties in controlling books. In addition, data processing also takes a long time. From the background description, the authors define the problem only on how the E-library Database Management System at the Aceh Province Language Center Office and designing the E-library Database Management System at the Aceh Province Language Hall Office based on the web. The purpose of the discussion is to find out the E-library Database Management System at the Aceh Province Language Center Office and to design a web-based E-library Database Management System at the Aceh Province Language Center Office. For the perfection of this report, the authors collected data using several data collection methods, including using field studies and literature studies. The E-library Database Management System makes it easy for the Aceh Province Language Center Office to evaluate the handling of e-libraries, and this application, can overcome problems that exist at the Aceh Province Language Center Office because it speeds up reporting and reduces human errors.

Abstract

Kewirausahaan merupakan elemen penting dalam mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi dan kemandirian generasi muda, termasuk mahasiswa. Namun, rendahnya minat berwirausaha menjadi tantangan yang harus diatasi melalui pendekatan pendidikan yang tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh mata kuliah kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa Program Studi Ekonomi Syariah STAI Auliaurrasyidin Tembilahan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan populasi sebanyak 42 mahasiswa angkatan tahun 2022. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mata kuliah kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha, dengan persamaan regresi Ŷ = 46,57 + 0,69X dan nilai thitung (4,376) > ttabel (2,021) serta signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa semakin tinggi pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap materi kewirausahaan, semakin tinggi pula minat mereka untuk berwirausaha. Implikasi dari hasil ini menegaskan pentingnya penguatan kurikulum kewirausahaan berbasis nilai-nilai syariah untuk mencetak wirausahawan muda yang mandiri, inovatif, dan beretika

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hak menolak menjadi ahli waris menurut Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Perdata (KUHPerdata) dan Kompilasi Hukum Islam (KHI). Penelitian ini merupakan studi hukum normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan pendekatan konseptual. Permasalahan utama yang diangkat adalah bagaimana konsep penolakan warisan diatur dalam kedua sistem hukum tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam KUHPerdata, penolakan warisan merupakan hak ahli waris yang dapat dilakukan secara resmi melalui pernyataan di kepaniteraan Pengadilan Negeri. Sementara itu, dalam perspektif Hukum Islam (KHI), ahli waris tidak memiliki hak untuk menolak warisan karena prinsip ijbari mengharuskan pewarisan terjadi secara otomatis sesuai ketentuan syariat. Namun demikian, KHI mengenal konsep takharuj, yaitu pengunduran diri dari hak waris melalui kesepakatan damai antar ahli waris. Penelitian ini menegaskan adanya perbedaan mendasar antara sistem hukum positif dan hukum Islam dalam memaknai hak waris dan penolakannya.
