Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis transformasi digital melalui pembinaan keterampilan literasi digital kepada UMKM "Nganre Sambal" yang merupakan rintisan kelompok perempuan pra sejahtera di Kota Makassar. Melalui pelatihan dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) yang membahas 8 elemen literasi digital menurut Douglas A. J. Belshaw, menunjukkan bahwa UMKM "Nganre Sambal" menghadapi berbagai tantangan ketika menggunakan teknologi digital untuk memasarkan produk mereka. Tantangan utama meliputi aksesibilitas yang belum merata, perlu peningkatan keterampilan digital, dan persaingan yang ketat dalam dunia digital. Setelah melalui proses pendampingan keterampilan literasi digital, anggota UMKM "Nganre Sambal" telah berhasil mengintegrasikan pengetahuan literasi digital ke dalam operasional mereka. Proses tersebut dijelaskan menggunakan teori difusi inovasi. Artikel ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya dirumuskan kegiatan literasi digital yang berkelanjutan dan berjangka panjang untuk memastikan kesuksesan UMKM dalam menghadapi perkembangan teknologi digital yang masif.

This research aims to analyze the role of first-time voters, particularly high school students at SMA Negeri 20 Makassar, in facing the 2024 General Election through the utilization of digital media. The research method employed is descriptive quantitative method with the study population encompassing all students of SMA Negeri 20 Makassar, with a sample size of 208 individuals selected using random sampling method. The results of the study indicate that first-time voters can easily access political information in the current digital era through various online platforms such as social media, news websites, and political information portals. In this study, digital literacy emerges as significantly crucial in assisting students to comprehend the necessary technology and skills required to manage online information, with a success rate of digital literacy reaching 61%. The political perceptions of first-time voters are greatly influenced by social media, which serves as the primary platform. Good digital literacy enables them to access information quickly and evaluate the balance and authenticity of the information presented. Therefore, digital literacy aids students in forming critical attitudes toward political content disseminated on social media. Additionally, they also learn about the role of technology in shaping mature political views for the 2024 General Election.

In modern organizations, employee performance is one of the key factors in achieving the goals and vision of the institution. A conducive work environment and high work motivation are important elements that can improve employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment and work motivation on employee performance at the Makassar State Administrative Court Office. The population of this study was 55 employees with a saturated sample method, where all members of the population were sampled. The data analysis method used the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis method by testing the classical assumptions first. The results of the multiple regression analysis showed that the regression coefficient value of the work environment variable produced was 0.353 with a positive coefficient sign. This means that the work environment variable has an effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, the regression value of the work motivation variable produced was 0.151 with a positive coefficient sign. However, in the t-test and its significance, the work motivation variable showed no effect on employee performance. This shows that although both variables contribute simultaneously, the contribution of one variable may not be strong enough to significantly affect employee performance. So the synergy between the work environment and work motivation is what gives a big influence, and the focus of management must be on how both factors can be optimized together to improve employee performance. ABSTRAKDalam organisasi modern, kinerja pegawai menjadi salah satu faktor kunci dalam mencapai tujuan dan visi instansi. Lingkungan kerja yang kondusif dan motivasi yang kerja yang tinggi merupakan elemen penting yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara Makassar. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 55 orang pegawai dengan metode sampel jenuh, Dimana semua anggota populasi dijadikan sampel. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode Analisis regresi linear berganda dengan melakukan pengujian asumsi klasik terlebih dahulu. Hasil analisis regresi berganda menunjukkan bahwa nilai koefisien regresi variabel lingkungan kerja yang dihasilkan sebesar 0,353 dengan tanda koefisien positif. Artinya variabel lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sedangkan, nilai regresi variabel motivasi kerja yang dihasilkan sebesar 0,151 dengan tanda koefisien positif. Namun pada pengujian t dan signifikansinya variabel motivasi kerja menunjukkan tidak adanya pengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa meskipun kedua variabel berkontribusi secara simultan, kontribusi dari salah satu variabel mungkin tidak cukup kuat untuk mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai secara signifikan. Sehingga sinergi antara lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja adalah yang memberikan pengaruh besar, dan fokus manajemen harus pada bagaimana kedua faktor tersebut dapat dioptimalkan secara Bersama- sama untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai.

Phishing attacks are among the most common and damaging cybersecurity threats, exploiting human vulnerabilities such as a lack of awareness and digital literacy. This study aims to identify effective strategies for increasing awareness of phishing attacks through digital literacy among teenagers. The research was conducted at SMK Darussalam Makassar using a descriptive quantitative method and involved 227 respondents. The findings indicate that 80% of respondents agree that digital literacy plays a significant role in reducing the impact of phishing. Digital literacy, which includes understanding technology, identifying threats, and taking protective measures, has proven effective in protecting students from phishing attacks. Based on the Protection Motivation Theory (PMT), awareness of phishing threats and the effectiveness of protective actions increase students' motivation to protect themselves. This study recommends the development of sustainable digital literacy programs, policies to reduce unnecessary internet usage, and the blocking of access to harmful websites. By improving digital literacy, the community, especially teenagers, will be better prepared to face cyber threats and safeguard their personal information.

This research aims to determine the implementation of good governance in Patongloan Village, Baroko District, Enrekang Regency. This research uses a descriptive type of qualitative research, namely to describe and describe the implementation of good governance in Patongloan Village, Baroko District, Enrekang Regency. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques applied are data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Then the data was validated by means of source triangulation, technical triangulation and time triangulation. The research results show that: 1) the principle of accountability works well. This can be seen from how the implementation of various aspects of accountability such as policy accountability and financial accountability, each of which speaks about the clarity of functions, structure, systems and government accountability, 2) the principle of transparency is implemented well, such as openness of information and how to facilitate public reporting. in the village, 3) participatory principles regarding community involvement in all forms of decision making have not been properly realized. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan good governance di Desa Patongloan Kecamatan Baroko Kabupaten Enrekang. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif tipe deksriptif yaitu untuk menggambarkan dan mendeskripsikan penerapan good governance di Desa Patongloan Kecamatan Baroko Kabupaten Enrekang. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang diterapkan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Kemudian dilakukan pengabsahan data dengan cara triangulasi sumber, triangulasi teknik dan triangulasi waktu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) prinsip akuntabilitas berjalan dengan baik. Hal tersebut dilihat dari bagaimana suatu implementasi dari berbagai aspek akuntabilitas seperti halnya akuntabilitas kebijakan dan akuntabilitas keuangan yang masing-masing berbicara mengenai kejelasan fungsi, struktur, sistem dan pertanggung jawaban pemerintahan, 2) prinsip transparansi terlaksana dengan baik seperti keterbukaan informasi dan bagaimana memfasilitasi pelaporan masyarakat yang ada di desa, 3) prinsip partisipatif mengenai keterlibatan masyarakat dalam segala bentuk pengambilan keputusan belum terealisasi dengan baik.

This research aims to determine the role of job analysis in employee placement at the Tallo sub-district office, Makassar City. This research is a qualitative research. The unit of analysis for this research is an organization, namely the organization of the Tallo District Head Office, Makassar City. Data collection techniques use interviews, observation and document review. Judging from the categories of data that will be used, this type of research is descriptive qualitative. The results of the research show that in the Tallo District Office, Makassar City, there are 2 sub-divisions and 5 sections, with quite detailed job descriptions, so that the existing job descriptions have been implemented well because there is adequate understanding of each job description which is supported by the responsibilities in Carrying out your duties well, even with awareness of your obligations as an employee, which is implemented regarding the use of working time in accordance with existing regulations, is a guarantee that the workload will be met as expected. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan analisis jabatan dalam penempatan pegawai di kantor camat Tallo kota Makassar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Unit analisis penelitian ini adalah organisasi, yaitu organisasi Kantor Camat Tallo Kota Makassar. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan telaah dokumen. Ditinjau dari kategori data yang akan digunakan, maka jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptip. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa di Kantor Kecamatan Tallo Kota Makassar terdapat 2 Sub Bagian dan 5 seksi, dengan job diskripsi yang cukup terperinci, sehingga job diskripsi yang ada telah dilaksanakan dengan baik karena adanya pemahaman yang memadai terhadap uraian tugas masing-masing yang ditunjang oleh tanggung dalam melaksanakan tugas dengan baik, bahkan dengan kesadaran akan kewajiban sebagai pegawai yang diimplementasikan terhadap penggunaan waktu kerja sesuai peraturan yang ada adalah menjadi jaminan akan termuatnya beban kerja sesuai yang diharapkan.

This community service aims to improve the quality of public services in Sumber Makmur Village, Banjar District through administrative training for village officials. The method of implementing the activity includes needs analysis, program socialization, intensive training for 12 sessions, and mentoring for 4 months to 25 village officials with a participatory approach and direct practice. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in the capacity of village officials in administrative management, a 35% increase in service speed, a reduction in administrative errors by up to 60%, and an increase in community satisfaction from 62% to 87%. Training and mentoring have proven to be effective in improving administrative competence and professionalism of village officials. Challenges such as limited digital infrastructure and the need for advanced training still need to be addressed to ensure the sustainability of public service transformation. In conclusion, village administration training is a strategic solution to improve the quality of public services which leads to increased public trust in the village government, with recommendations for strengthening the administrative system through policy support and cross-sector collaboration.

UMKM Dangke Melona di Kabupaten Enrekang menghadapi tantangan signifikan dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital untuk memperluas pasar mereka di tingkat nasional dan internasional. Dalam konteks globalisasi ekonomi yang semakin pesat, transformasi digital menjadi kunci keberhasilan usaha kecil dan menengah, terutama dalam menjangkau konsumen di luar batas-batas geografis. Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini dirancang untuk mendukung transformasi digital UMKM Dangke Melona melalui peningkatan literasi digital dan implementasi strategi pemasaran digital yang komprehensif. Metode pelaksanaan program meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan pendampingan dalam pengelolaan media sosial, pengembangan website, serta optimalisasi penggunaan e-commerce. Hasil dari program ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam jumlah pengikut di media sosial, peningkatan penjualan produk melalui platform e-commerce, serta terbentuknya kemitraan dengan distributor nasional dan internasional. Dengan demikian, program ini tidak hanya meningkatkan kemampuan teknis dan manajerial UMKM Dangke Melona, tetapi juga membuka peluang bagi mereka untuk bersaing di pasar global.
