Abstract

Bell’s Palsy adalah satu kondisi yang mempengaruhi saraf wajah, yang menyebabkan kelemahan atau kelumpuhan tiba-tiba pada otot di satu sisi wajah. Klasifikasi Penyakit Bells’ Palsy sangat penting untuk diagnosis dan prognosis yang akurat. Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, Algoritma pembelajaran mesin telah dieskplorasi sebagai alat potensial untuk mengklasifikasikan penyakit Bell’s Palsy berdasarkan jenis data, seperti informasi klinis,  data pencitraan dan elektrodiagnostik. Dalam tinjauan Pustaka sistematis ini, kami menganalisis keadaan peneliti saat ini tentang penggunaan algoritma mesin learning untuk mengklasifikasikan penyakit Bell’s Palsy, dengan metode Sistematic Literatur Riview (SLR) dengan mengumpulkan hasil penting dari literatur yang dikaji. Hasil penemuan kami menunjukkan beberapa penelitian telah menggunakan berbagai jenis algoritma mesin learning seperti Support Vector Machine (SVM) dan Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). Algortima tersebut menunjukkan tingkat akurasi yang tinggi dalam mengklasifikasikan penyakit Bell’s Palsy dan memprediksi tingkat keparahan atau hasilnya. Namun penelitian lebih lanjut diperlukan untuk memvalidasi temuin ini dan mengeksplorasi potensi penggunaan jenis data lain untuk tujuan klasifikasi. Penggunaan algortima mesin learning untuk klasifikasi penyakit Bell’s palsy berpotensi meningkatkan akurasi diangnosisi dan prognosis serta meningkatkan penatalaksanaan kondisi ini secara keselruhan dengan menggunakan berbagai macam data dengan menganalisisnya secara akurat sehinga dokter dapat merencakan perawatan yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan unik pasien dengan memprediksi tingkat keparahan dan hasil pengobatan. Analysis of Bell's Palsy Disease Classification Methods Using Machine Learning Abstract Bell's palsy is a condition that affects the facial nerves, causing sudden weakness or paralysis of the muscles on one side of the face. The classification of Bell's palsy disease is crucial for accurate diagnosis and prognosis. In recent years, machine learning algorithms have been explored as a potential tool to classify Bell’s palsy disease based on data types such as clinical information, imaging data, and electrodiagnostics. In this systematic review of the library, we analyzed the current state of research on the use of machine learning algorithms to classify Bell’s palsy disease using the Riview Systematic Literature (SLR) method by collecting important results from the literature studied. Our findings suggest that some studies have used different kinds of machine learning algorithms, such as support vector machines (SVM) and convolutional neural networks . (CNN). The algorithm shows a high degree of accuracy in classifying Bell's palsy disease and predicting its severity or outcome. But further research is needed to validate these findings and explore the potential use of other types of data for classification purposes. Using machine learning algorithms to classify Bell's palsy disease has the potential to improve the accuracy of anginosis and prognosis as well as the implementation of the condition in a comprehensive way by using a wide range of data and analyzing it accurately, so long as doctors can plan treatment that is tailored to the unique needs of patients by predicting the severity and outcome of treatment.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of first-time voters, particularly high school students at SMA Negeri 20 Makassar, in facing the 2024 General Election through the utilization of digital media. The research method employed is descriptive quantitative method with the study population encompassing all students of SMA Negeri 20 Makassar, with a sample size of 208 individuals selected using random sampling method. The results of the study indicate that first-time voters can easily access political information in the current digital era through various online platforms such as social media, news websites, and political information portals. In this study, digital literacy emerges as significantly crucial in assisting students to comprehend the necessary technology and skills required to manage online information, with a success rate of digital literacy reaching 61%. The political perceptions of first-time voters are greatly influenced by social media, which serves as the primary platform. Good digital literacy enables them to access information quickly and evaluate the balance and authenticity of the information presented. Therefore, digital literacy aids students in forming critical attitudes toward political content disseminated on social media. Additionally, they also learn about the role of technology in shaping mature political views for the 2024 General Election.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi informasi saat ini selalu berdampingan dengan proses dan aktivitas manusia. Teknologi informasi telah meresap ke semua segmen masyarakat, dari generasi muda, generasi tua, hingga anak-anak, terlebih lagi di dalam dunia pendidikan. Siswa yang saat ini merupakan generasi z sangat aktif dalam menggunakan media sosial, dari fakta tersebut penulis merasa perlu untuk mengintegrasikan media sosial ke dalam edukasi generasi z. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini untuk mengetahui: (1) media sosial yang dapat diintegrasikan kedalam edukasi generasi z; dan (2) cara mengintegrasikan media sosial kedalam edukasi generasi z. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kajian pustaka (library research). Media sosial yang dapat diintegrasikan ke dalam proses pelaksanaan edukasi generasi z yaitu facebook, whatsapp, twitter, dan instagram. Pemilihan ini didasarkan pada populernya aplikasi media sosial dikalangan generasi z, dan semua generasi z telah menggunakannya. Adapun cara mengintegrasikan media sosial kedalam edukasi generasi z, yaitu dengan cara memanfaatkan media sosial facebook, whatsapp, twitter, dan instagram sebagai media edukasi. Pada prakteknya media sosial ini dapat digunakan sebagai virtual class, wadah diskusi, wadah berbagi bahan pelajaran, berbagi video dan gambar, serta berbagi link informasi seputar pelajaran.

Abstract

UMKM Dangke Melona di Kabupaten Enrekang menghadapi tantangan signifikan dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital untuk memperluas pasar mereka di tingkat nasional dan internasional. Dalam konteks globalisasi ekonomi yang semakin pesat, transformasi digital menjadi kunci keberhasilan usaha kecil dan menengah, terutama dalam menjangkau konsumen di luar batas-batas geografis. Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini dirancang untuk mendukung transformasi digital UMKM Dangke Melona melalui peningkatan literasi digital dan implementasi strategi pemasaran digital yang komprehensif. Metode pelaksanaan program meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan pendampingan dalam pengelolaan media sosial, pengembangan website, serta optimalisasi penggunaan e-commerce. Hasil dari program ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam jumlah pengikut di media sosial, peningkatan penjualan produk melalui platform e-commerce, serta terbentuknya kemitraan dengan distributor nasional dan internasional. Dengan demikian, program ini tidak hanya meningkatkan kemampuan teknis dan manajerial UMKM Dangke Melona, tetapi juga membuka peluang bagi mereka untuk bersaing di pasar global.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technology has reshaped communication, information access, and knowledge construction. In education, its integration into 21st-century learning is central to enhancing quality and relevance. Educational institutions worldwide are increasingly adopting digital tools to enrich learning experiences, with digital learning defined as the use of technology and devices to support more engaging, explorative, and interactive learning. This study aimed to determine contemporary trends and developments in 21st-century digital learning through a systematic literature review conducted in accordance with the PRISMA guidelines. A total of 56 articles, published between 2020 and mid-2025 and retrieved from the Scopus database based on predetermined inclusion criteria, were analysed. The findings underscore the critical role of digital technologies in enhancing learning practices. Results indicate that scholarly attention to digital learning peaked in 2024, as evidenced by a notable increase in publications. The majority of research contributions originated from Asia, with digital learning most extensively implemented in higher education institutions. From a scientific perspective, STEM fields were identified as the most frequent adopters of digital technologies in their learning practices. Among the various technological tools employed, game-based learning emerged as the most prevalent, demonstrating substantial contributions to learning effectiveness. Furthermore, the integration of digital technologies into educational contexts was found to enhance learning outcomes, problem-solving abilities, motivation, and students’ character and literacy development. Collectively, these findings provide a comprehensive overview of current trends in the application of digital technologies in education and offer valuable insights for policymakers in formulating effective technology-based educational strategies.

Abstract

The new student admission (PMB) process at the Baru Universitas Bima Internasional MFH often faces challenges related to time efficiency and administrative burdens due to repetitive inquiries from prospective students. This research aims to design and build an interactive chatbot system named "Sipenmaru MFH" to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the PMB process. The de-velopment method used is Extreme Programming (XP), which allows for an adaptive and flexible process. Data was collected through interviews and questionnaires to build the chatbot's knowledge base. The application was developed using the Flutter framework with a NoSQL da-tabase, and its functionality was tested using the Black Box testing method. The result of this re-search is a functional chatbot application with a user-friendly interface, capable of providing fast and accurate responses to common questions regarding new student admissions. The implemen-tation of this chatbot has successfully provided easier access to information for prospective stu-dents and reduced the committee's workload, thus making the admission process more efficient.
