Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of corporate social responsibility on corporate business sustainability (Going Concern). The sustainability of the company's business will only be guaranteed if we pay attention to the social and environmental dimensions. In fact, the substance of corporate social responsibility is in the context of strengthening the sustainability of the company's own business by building cooperation between stakeholders which the company facilitates by compiling programs for the surrounding community. This study uses primary data obtained through questionnaires distributed to respondents and also secondary data. The population in this study is the CDC unit (Community Development Center) PT TELKOM Surabaya branch. The number of respondents was 20 respondents who were used in the analysis. The analytical method used is simple regression analysis to analyze the effect of independent variables on dependent variables. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that Corporate Social Responsibility (Corporate Social Responsibility) Affects the Sustainability of the Company (Going Concern).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine: 1) The partial effect of service quality on customer satisfaction; 2) The partial effect of product quality on customer satisfaction; 3) The partial effect of price on customer satisfaction; 4) The simultaneous effect of service quality, product quality, and price on customer satisfaction. The population in this study consists of all customers of Ahsan Jaya Building Store. Sample determination using non-probability sampling techniques with the Slovin formula yielded 60 respondents, and data distribution was conducted using accidental sampling. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, with hypothesis testing conducted partially using the t-test, while simultaneous hypothesis testing was conducted using the F-test. The research results indicate: 1) Service quality partially influences customer satisfaction; 2) Product quality partially influences customer satisfaction; 3) Price partially influences customer satisfaction; 4) Service quality, product quality, and price simultaneously influence customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of brand trust, customer relationship and location on the purchase decision of Trowulan typical handwritten batik home industry products in Mojokerto partially, simultaneously and dominantly. The population in this study is all people who have purchased or ordered Trowulan typical handwritten batik home industry products in Mojokerto, which is as many as 220 people. The sample was determined by the slovin formula and non-probability sampling technique, so that the research sample with 141 respondents. The data collection methods used are observation, interview, and questionnaire methods. The data analysis methods used in this study are validity test methods, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, normality tests, heteroscedasticity tests, autocorrelation tests, and multicollinearity tests as well as hypothesis tests that include the t test and F test. Based on the results of the research as follows: 1) There is an influence of brand trust on the purchase decision of Trowulan typical handwritten batik home industry products in Mojokerto, 2) There is an influence of customer relationship on the purchase decision of Trowulan typical handwritten batik home industry products in Mojokerto, 3) There is an influence on location with the decision to purchase home industry products Trowulan handwritten batik in Mojokerto, 4) There is an influence of brand trust, customer relationship, and location simultaneously on the purchase decision of Trowulan typical handwritten batik home industry products in Mojokerto, 5) Of the variables of brand trust, customer relationship and location that have a dominant influence are location variables.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the influence of risk management and the application of Corporate Governance principles on the performance of PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM) Regional Surabaya, as well as to examine the role of Corporate Governance as a mediator in the relationship between risk management and company performance. This study uses a quantitative approach with the path analysis method to understand the relationship between variables. The results of the study reveal that risk management has a significant positive impact on company performance. These findings show that a company's ability to effectively identify and manage risks contributes to improved performance. In addition, Corporate Governance has also been proven to have a positive and significant effect on the company's performance, indicating that the implementation of good governance principles is able to support the improvement of operational and financial performance. Furthermore, Corporate Governance acts as an important mediator that strengthens the relationship between risk management and company performance. With the implementation of good governance, risk management can be optimized to support the achievement of superior performance.

Abstract

Terorisme bukan hanya merupakan tindakan kekerasan, tetapi juga merupakan pelanggaran hak asasi manusia, termasuk hak untuk hidup dan keamanan. Pelaku sering kali bertindak secara berkelompok, yang melibatkan dua orang atau lebih. Penelitian ini mengkaji pertanggungjawaban hukum pemufakatan jahat dalam tindak pidana terorisme dan menganalisis pertimbangan hakim dalam putusan No. 1137/Pid.Sus.Terorisme/2020/PN Jkt.Utr. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan yuridis normatif, penelitian ini didasarkan pada bahan hukum primer yang meliputi undang-undang, asas-asas hukum, dan peraturan-peraturan. Menurut Pasal 88 KUHP, pemufakatan jahat terjadi ketika dua orang atau lebih bersepakat untuk melakukan kejahatan. Pemufakatan jahat dalam tindak pidana terorisme (samenspanning) diatur dalam Pasal 15 Perpu No. 1 Tahun 2002 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Terorisme. Undang-undang ini menyatakan bahwa mereka yang melakukan permufakatan jahat, menghasut, atau turut serta melakukan tindak pidana terorisme diancam dengan pidana maksimal pidana mati. Dalam putusan No. 1137/Pid.Sus.Terorisme/2020/PN Jkt.Utr, Abdul Kadir Afiudin alias Abu Thalha dijatuhi hukuman 3 tahun 6 bulan penjara. Perbuatannya memenuhi unsur Pasal 15 Jo Pasal 7 UU No. 5 Tahun 2018 tentang perubahan atas UU No. 15 Tahun 2003 tentang pemberantasan tindak pidana terorisme.

Abstract

Community service is carried out at PP Muhammadiyah Putri, Meri village, Mojokerto, with the aim of: 1) Supporting and strengthening the Covid-19 countermeasures and prevention programs carried out by the central and local governments. 2) Increasing the level of concern for Unimas academic citivity in accelerating prevention, transmission of Covit -19, 3) Lighten the burden on the community affected by covid -19. Problems faced 1) Low school achievement of children who are left behind in PP Muhammidiyah Putri, 2) Low interest in learning children living in PP Muhammadiya Putri, 3). Less conducive learning environment, the method used in lectures and discussions. Programs implemented are 1) Child Development through Learning Culture, 2) Community Service, 3) Social Service, implemented smoothly as expected. Participants in the activity responded positively and expressed their gratitude to the academic activities of Unimas for providing useful knowledge to participants, namely fostering interest in learning to increase achievement, therefore hope that there is a continuation of the activity and it does not stop here.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the factors that influence the work of part-time employees or the majority of Cooperative Y in Mojokerto Regency, including work creativity, independence, and leadership abilities. The research method used in this research is a method using quantitative research methods. In this research, 31 Cooperative Y workers in Mojokerto Regency were interviewed. The sampling method is qualitative or statistical, i.e. the process of collecting data and looking in depth at various specified items. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple regression analysis using statistical models, especially the SPSS 25 (Statistical Package for Social Science 25) program. Based on the test results obtained using the SPSS 25 program, the following results were obtained. Often the linear regression equation is as follows. Y = -1.400 + 0.267X1 + 0.415X2 + 0.694X3. The variables innovation, independence and leadership influence employee performance at Cooperative Y, Mojokerto Regency. Differences in innovation, autonomy and leadership simultaneously influence employee performance at Cooperative Y in Mojokerto Regency. The control variable is the main industry of the Y Cooperative employees in Mojokerto Regency

Abstract

Salon Glowing is a beauty salon located in Pacet Mojokerto. Social media is a means used by Salon glowing as a place to promote and display all forms of services. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the effectiveness of the use of social media, promotion, and service quality in increasing the income of the Glowing Pacet Mojokerto salon. The research method used in this study uses a quantitative research method by collecting data through surveys and analyses carried out using the distribution of questionnaires on visitors to Salon Glowing. The results showed that the effectiveness of the use of social media, promotion, and service quality on income was partially and simultaneously and together had a positive effect on the value of the regression coefficient (B) X1:0.192; X2:0.166; X3:0.183. For the three variables of the effectiveness of social media use (X1), Promotion (X2) and Service quality (X3) which have a dominant and significant relationship to Revenue (Y), the variables of the effectiveness of social media use (X1) can be seen from the regression coefficient value (β) of 0.329, T calculate x1 = 2.685 > t table = 1.987 and the sig value x1 0.009 <0.05. By understanding these factors, Salon Glowing at pacet was able to optimize their marketing strategy and improve efficiency in the use of social media.

Abstract

This study examines the mediating role of financial accounting in the relationship between ESG disclosure and firm value. The sample consists of 82 firm-year observations from non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) between 2018 and 2023. Firm value is measured using Tobin’s Q, Price-to-Book Value, and Market-to-Book Ratio. ESG disclosure is assessed using Bloomberg/Refinitiv ESG scores and Global Reporting Initiative (GRI)-based content analysis. Financial accounting is proxied by earnings quality, value relevance, timeliness, and conservatism. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS software. The results show that ESG disclosure has a significant positive effect on both financial accounting and firm value. Financial accounting also has a significant positive effect on firm value and mediates the ESG–firm value relationship. The findings confirm that ESG disclosure contributes to firm valuation when accompanied by credible financial accounting practices. This study contributes to the sustainable finance literature by identifying the role of financial accounting as a mediator and provides practical insights for managers and regulators to strengthen integrated reporting practices.
