Abstract

This study aimed to examine and explore the development of student character education models through habituation of programmed tahajud prayers in MTs As-Sa'idah. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation, and study of literature. The results of this study, are: First, the reality of education in the inheritance of the values ​​of character education through the process of habituating the programmed prayer; Second, the tahajud prayer is a character inheritance model that is able to preserve the values ​​of the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad. The inheritance model of character education through habituation of tahajud prayer are: 1) focus, derived from the doctrine of the Qur'an and Sunnah; 2) Procedure, using a direct learning model. And the Third, the character values ​​that can be implemented as a basis for character building show in 9 of character values.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kenyataan bahwa diantara isu global yang berimplikasi terhadap pendidikan adalah isu revolusi industri 4.0 sebagai fenomena abad 21, era digitalisasi akibat revolusi industri 4.0 yang telah memasuki sendi-sendi kehidupan, sehingga eksistensi setiap orang perlu terus beradaptasi agar terciptanya efektivitas dan efisiensi kinerja. Dalam lingkungan makro, dunia telah memasuki era disrupsi. Yaitu disrupsi pada tatanan sosial yang disebabkan oleh kemajuan teknologi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa isu global pendidikan yang saat ini masih sering diperbincangkan adalah dampak revolusi industri 4.0, era disrupsi dan kurikulum abad 21 yang sangat berimplikasi terhadap dunia pendidikan. Rumusan yang paling penting agar manusia mampu bersaing di tingkat global adalah proses pendidikan harus berorientasi pada pemenuhan keseimbangan antara pengetahuan, keterampilan, karakter dan metakognisi, keempat orientasi tersebut juga harus terus ditingkatkan dalam proses pembelajaran baik formal, nonformal, maupun informal. This research is motivated by the fact that among global issues that have implications for education are the issue of the industrial revolution 4.0 as a 21st century phenomenon, the era of digitalization due to the industrial revolution 4.0 which has entered the joints of life, so that the existence of everyone needs to continue to adapt in order to create effectiveness and efficiency of performance. . In the macro environment, the world has entered an era of disruption. Namely disruption in the social order caused by technological advances. This type of research is library research. The results of this study show that the global issue of education that is currently still often discussed is the impact of the industrial revolution 4.0, the era of disruption and the 21st century curriculum which has very implications for the world of education. The most important formulation so that humans are able to compete at a global level is that the educational process must be oriented towards fulfilling the balance between knowledge, skills, character and metacognition, the four orientations must also continue to be improved in the learning process, both formal, non-formal, and informal.

Abstract

This study aims to design a conceptual model of a reward and punishment system based on field data as a reference to improve teacher performance at MTs Ar-Rahmah Bogor. The research employed a qualitative exploratory approach, using observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation as data collection techniques. The findings reveal that the implementation of reward and punishment at MTs Ar-Rahmah is still informal, incidental, and lacks structured performance indicators or written procedures. Rewards are given symbolically without clear evaluation criteria, while punishment s are limited to verbal warnings without standard operating procedures or structured coaching programs. Based on a SWOT analysis, the researchers formulated a conceptual model consisting of five key components: teacher performance indicators, regular evaluations, forms of reward, stages of punishment , and documentation and SOPs. This model is expected to serve as a reference for developing a more structured and sustainable teacher performance management system. The study recommends a limited-scale pilot implementation, involving teachers in the formulation of indicators and evaluations, and conducting regular adaptive monitoring.

Abstract

Pengelolaan sumber daya manusia dalam lingkungan pendidikan menjadi faktor kunci dalam menciptakan iklim kerja yang produktif dan harmonis. SDIT Al-Furqon Cisarua-Bogor sebagai sekolah Islam terpadu menekankan pentingnya pemahaman dan penerapan hak, kewajiban, serta tanggung jawab guru dan tenaga kependidikan, yang diiringi dengan penerapan sistem reward and punishment. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana ketiga aspek tersebut diterapkan di SDIT Al-Furqon serta bagaimana mekanisme penghargaan dan sanksi diberlakukan dalam mendukung kinerja dan kedisiplinan kerja. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data diperoleh melalui observasi langsung dan wawancara semi-terstruktur dengan kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, dan guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hak pegawai, seperti gaji, tunjangan, dan pelatihan, telah diberikan secara adil dan proporsional. Kewajiban dijalankan dengan disiplin melalui kejelasan peran dan evaluasi berkala, sementara tanggung jawab tercermin dalam sikap profesional dan partisipatif guru. Sistem reward yang ada mampu memberikan dorongan kerja meskipun belum terstruktur secara formal, sedangkan punishment diterapkan secara restoratif, berbasis kesepakatan, dan menjaga martabat individu. Temuan ini mencerminkan integrasi nilai-nilai manajemen modern dan prinsip etika Islami dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia di lingkungan pendidikan Islam terpadu.

Abstract

This study aims to examine human resource management practices at SMK Amaliah 1 Ciawi, with a particular focus on the recruitment, selection, orientation, and placement of teaching and administrative staff. A qualitative method was employed through interviews with three key informants: the principal, the vice principal for curriculum, and the head of administration. The findings reveal that recruitment is carried out systematically based on institutional needs, with the selection process emphasizing professional competence and Islamic values. Orientation programs are regularly implemented through In-House Training (IHT), while staff placement considers educational background and school needs. Performance evaluation is conducted informally through meetings and direct supervision. The main challenge identified is the limited availability of vocational human resources that meet the required qualifications. The study recommends strengthening digital documentation systems, adaptive mentoring, and partnerships with higher education institutions
